The condo was well cleaned, has all the amenities of home and stocked with all necessary essentials. The property manager was very responsive during the entire process of booking to check-in. The condo is newly updated: newer kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and paint and has a very nice main room A/C. The lower bedroom A/C is a bit dated and loud but still pumps cold air. The overall state of the condo is excellent. I would not hesitate to book this specific property or recommend it to anyone looking to stay on Oahu off the beaten path in North Shore.

Not clean enough for my expectation. My kids refused to use towels with stains. Old screens are not working properly.

My young adult son lives in Honolulu, so we visit him
Yearly from Virginia and normally stay in the Waikiki area. This time we decided to go directly to the in North shore. Wow….what a fun time we had. The condo had everything you need to be super comfortable inside and at the beach. No need to go buy beach gear, they provide everything just pack your snorkel gear because they are several amazing diving spots nearby.
The condo itself is immaculate and has all that is necessary to prepare meals, play games, sleep comfortably, etc.
Turtle bay resort is beautiful and has all the amenities to keep you entertained: horseback riding, bikes, tennis, pickle ball, pools, golf and restaurants.
I asked the manager if we could extend our stay and she was very fast in arranging that. She was excellent in all respects.
We will definitely come back!

This is a great condo.i It’s an upstairs unit.
Easy to access. CLEAN. everyone has their own space. Very central to all things North Shore. It’s about an hour from the airport, but we only did that drive 2x. We will stay here again. Perfect size for us and our 3 Teenagers.

We loved our stay! The condo was in a great location and we felt like we could access all the great sites on the North Shore easily. The beaches in walking distance were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the location just past the Banyan tree on the walking trail. The condo had everything we needed for our family such as beach toys, towels and kitchen items. The kids also enjoyed the pools around the grounds. The property was clean and Bitsy was a pleasure to work with.

Loved this property! Right next to Turtle Bay and we were able to take advantage of some of the amenities without the resort fees. Even better, staying on the North Shore is amazing. Loved the layout and how clean the place was. Really well taken care of. Right out the door are steps to the pool.
One thing, the fan/light in the main bathroom is loud. Like wake you up from a dead sleep loud. So you can’t use the bathroom light at night or even have the light on in the bathroom and talk to someone in the hall. It’s loud.

Our family of 6 stayed in the condo for a week and loved it. It has been beautifully updated. Two air conditioners kept it cool. Washer/dryer and full kitchen were very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning. Pantry had a vacuum, toaster and a cooler bag to bring with to the beach. There were beach towels, chairs and toys, which were much appreciated. Only thing I would mention is there is not a balcony. To be fair, the description doesn’t say there is one but that is the only thing we missed. The view is beautiful and Turtle Bay is a short walk from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this property so much that we have stayed 3 times! Great updates, air conditioning, fabulous location. Onsite security is also very helpful - The battery in our rental car died and he gave us a jump it so we could get to a luau on time. Mahalo for a wonderful stay yet again, Bitsy!

The golf course was brown and dry and the picture made it look like it had a deck or patio it was a fake rail so there was no outside seating or breeze . There are better option elsewhere

We stay 10 nights! The condo is exactly as described, very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked even has a cabinet full of spices which was very useful! Master bed is very comfortable. The two ac units are definitely great, I will say the upstairs loft still stays pretty warm even with units on high through the night. There are 2 fans upstairs for use which are useful. If you have any hot sleepers which will be sleeping upstairs; I would suggest bringing some travel face fans that clip on the bed frame to help with the rising heat.
The unit has a couple of beach chairs and 5 beach towels to use which was very convenient! Tennis rackets and balls as well to use at the condos tennis courts.
The communication with the property manager was always quick and prompt! Very easy to get in contact with and not all properties have such a great management team.
My only negatives (which has nothing to do with the condo itself) is the condo next door is fully under construction. We saw inside the condo just bc of the workers leaving the door open and walls are torn down so it will be under construction for a few more moths for sure. They were ripping the floors out during our stay and it was loud! The workers started promptly at 8am most mornings and worked through the entire day. If you have a baby or toddlers that still nap I would keep this in mind.
Second negative is that locals snuck in multiple days and used the pools. One afternoon my husband went to take my son swimming and there was a family of probably 20 + who had taken over the pool right outside of the condo. We actually saw them jumping over the fence by the golf course where they had parked their cars when we left for dinner. A bit frustrating when paying so much for the amenities only to not be able to use them. This was multiple days and at multiple pools at the condo.
We have stayed in the same complex multiple times and this has never been an issue. I would say security in the past years was MUCH more present in the complex and stayed on top of things more closely then the current security staff.
We would absolutely stay in this condo again we absolutely love walking on the sidewalk to Lei Lei’s for dinner or grab a togo drink, it’s very convenient! And Lei Lei’s is one of our favorites places to eat dinner on our summer stays! But just left out of the resort and a short 5/6 min drive to the food truck park which was also wonderful and easy!

Beautifully decorated open spacious apartment, this was the third apartment of our vacation and without doubt the best presented. I will say the only downside was some of the other guests and a few extra touches could be added such as better beach chairs and cool box. Only negative we really have is lack of storage on the upper bedroom we was a party of 5 and a set of draws in the bedroom would have been good. The upstairs bathroom has zero storage space, a cabinet mirror and some under sink storage would make this space perfect.

Our kids stayed upstairs and had their own bathroom, perfect for up to 4 kids with the 2 queen beds! The property owners came by when we needed help and they were amazing to us!

We had a great time at this property for a family vacation. The place is very clean and on a lovely golf course. We didn’t go to the Turtle Bay beach, although we tried. The walk there from the property is actually much longer than we expected. We ended up going to other beaches on the North Shore. The property has everything you need to cook meals and relax once returning from the beach. AC was in perfect working order and appreciated! Beds were comfortable. Very nice unit.

The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The upstairs loft area was roomy. My only recommendation would be to add a full-length mirror and more counter space in the upstairs bathroom. We had a great stay!

The stay was okay, the other treats at the apartment weren’t too nice, the towels had a bad odor to them and I recommend replacing them, everything else was nice about a 10 min walk to the beach but there are really no other places around besides turtle bay.

We stayed for 3 weeks in March 2022 and this unit surpassed our expectations. It was clean, bright, open and conveniently located. One of the three pools was literally 10 steps from our door!
The beach was a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk and we appreciated the beach gear in the condo and used it daily! The kids enjoyed the sand toys. There were ample hooks outside to dry towels.
The A/C worked well and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would have loved to have a vacuum but that was just because of our long stay! We swept a lot to keep the sand at the front door under control!
I would have loved to have a full-length mirror but that’s just a personal preference and says more about me than about the condo.
It was a wonderful stay and the parking, ease of entry, communication with Bitsy and location could not be beat! We can’t wait to come again!

This unit was very modern and nicely updated. The two bedrooms/two baths was perfect for my wife and I and our adult son who needed his own space. The golf course was closed when we were there but we are not golfers so no big deal. It was actually nice since we could walk through the course to get to the beach.
This complex is also walking distance from great dining at the Turtle Beach resort and the public beach (10 min walk). We dined at Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi twice and loved it. The Alaia restaurant at the TB resort was excellent! Lei Lei's Bar & Grill ain't bad either and it is literally right outside your door.
We rented some Tommy Bahama backpack chairs from the North Shore surf shop in Pupukea and loaded them up with our stuff and walked to Kawela Bay for sunset more than once. Really nice and peaceful and the turtles are everywhere. The Kulima cove beach at the resort was also nice for snorkeling. You can rent lounges and umbrellas at that beach.
I give four stars since I reserve 5 for perfection. Given this unit is in a complex with units below and next door, you have to deal with neighbors and we had some noisy ones for a bit (drunken wedding party). No big deal really.
Also, the 3 pools lack hot tubs and the complex has no exercise facility. The pools were nice but the one near us lacked shade around the pool. Again, not a deal breaker. Security staff here is friendly and helpful. And Bitsy (prop manager) was incredibly responsive when we had questions or issues re: the unit or local area. She is how we found the chair rental place.
All in all, very nice stay in a great location away from Honolulu and the crowds. And BTW: the Turtle Bay Resort is gorgeous. If I was just doing a few nights in the area, I'd probably check it out.

Everything from booking to check in to check out was easy peasy. Property was clean, had well appointed and comfortable furniture, nice finishes, and was the perfect size for our group. There wasn’t a single amenity that we needed that wasn’t provided, including extra towels, beach gear, paper products, spices and kitchen tools. We enjoyed the short walk to the pool area & BBQ and proximity to Turtle Bay Resort, Beach & Golf Course. My only recommendation is an additional towel bar or hooks for towels in each bathroom. We would love to stay at this property again the next time we are on the North Shore. Mahalo Nui!

We rented this condo while other family members rented other condos at Turtle Bay. Our condo was hands down the best. Out of all 5 of our family rentals- ours was the only one with the AC and actually kept the condo cool. It was so nice to come back to after a long day. It was incredibly clean and the convenience of 2 full bathrooms cannot be beat. The master has a very comfortable king. Bitsy was so good at communicating with us and whenever I reached out, she promptly responded. We will absolutely be staying again.

The property was immaculate! Just as described. Awesome location and walking distance to the Turtle Bay beach. Property had everything you can need for your stay, and was super comfortable for our family of 5 people. The kids loved that we were able to use our netflix/prime/disney plus accounts on the smart tvs - indispensable for when mom and dad need a break in the evenings! We were concerned about the loft area being too warm when we first checked in, but it cooled down significantly in the evening and was cool and comfortable during the rest of our stay - no issues there. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

We really enjoyed the nicely decorated rooms, the comfortable beds and the well stocked kitchen during our 4 day stay! We came later in the day, and the complex security guard was not available for gate admittance, but a call to the property management company was very helpful to help us check in. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the public beach at Turtle Bay. The thatch umbrellas there got taken very early, so having a portable beach umbrella might be a good idea going forward, but we really appreciated the rest of the beach equipment, towels, and ice cooler bag that were stocked in the condo for our use during our stay. It is a great location to walk down to the resort for a sunset drink or to drive to the good food trucks located just down the road. We found this to be a very enjoyable condo for our stay on Oahu!

Everything in this condo was new, clean and beautiful. I stayed upstairs with my two 21 year old children. My sister and her husband slept in the bedroom in the main floor. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. Nice location on the North Shore. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach at Turtle Bay. This condo backs to the golf course which was never busy which made it a great place for a morning run.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean and nicely updated. Also, the Turtle Bay Hotel was closed so the beach cove wasn’t too crowded. It is quiet and peaceful here and we are sad to leave.
