The apartment is exactly as described. Compared to other options in the area, a good value option that serves as a great base for the North Shore. Easy access to the trails and beach at Turtle Bay, good communication and easy check-in & check-out.

I booked somewhat last minute for a wedding at the resort and was first pleased to see it available at a reasonable rate. I found everything went easily and I totally enjoyed the visit. It was clean but I give 4 stars just to convey not to expect new and spotless. Sometimes with these vacation rentals you can fight with figuring things out a like the A/C, the TV, pool use, check out expectations, etc; however here the owners had everything clearly communicated and everything worked. I very much enjoyed the view on the golf course (barely used) and the morning sun and bright stars at night--plenty of other time spent seeing the ocean.

This condo development at Turtle Bay is lovely. The unit met our needs and was a good value and a great location for north shore fun. There are a lot of trails on the property for walking or jogging - up to Kahuku Point or over to Kawela Bay. The neighbors (some full time residents it appears) were quiet. The unit was clean and it is two air conditioners for sticky afternoons if needed. We would return. Mahalo!

We renewed our wed vows for our tenth anniversary. My sister and her family had a condo across the street from us. We spread our mothers ashes in the ocean. The accommodations were perfect. This is where you want to stay. Beautiful ocean everywhere. could go on for hours. im in the airport waiting to board. boo!

The location was central to amazing beaches, food and adventures. We loved the pools and the grass area in the back to spend time playing as a family after a day at the beach.
The condo was great! A little to far to talk to the beach but there was always parking available. The kitchen just needs some better pans and more spices available. The cable went out in one of the rooms so it would be nice to get a smart tv in the future. Other then that great stay!

Easy check in with key box on the door. Property was exactly as advertised. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. Enjoyed both the pool and swimming in Turtle Bay. Appreciated that the property was generally pretty quiet, especially at night.

We arrived in Oahu just before lunch which left us around four hours before check in, I messaged Sandy who said the apartment was ready for us so we could get in early. What a great start to our couple of days. The apartment is perfect in every way, everything we needed other than a kettle, my husband likes to drink Tea. The area was perfect for our trip and exactly as described.

It was a nice place to stay with my family. My son enjoyed the open space (golf course not utilized) out of the lanai. There were a few updates that could be made (wall needed paint, cabinet doors, trash can lid was broken, a/c needed filters changed, glass tabletops everywhere). It was nice to have a washer/dryer and all the necessities to make it feel homey. The upstairs neighbor is not fond of the doors slamming though. Overall, the location was great and having the pool to ourselves was amazing! Easy walk to the beach, resort and restaurants. Thank you.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Only thing that is a concern is the shower door. Kinda small to get in and out. But other than that everything good. Would like to stay there again next year June 8 for 7 days.

The price was best available. Get what you pay for....old property with few updates. Clean and presentable, but furniture is dated and worn. Bed is okay, but cheap bedding. Towels old and worn. Kitchen ok and everything works fine. TV is big and picture good, but channel selection seems limited. Pool area is okay, small but never crowded. Location is good: walking trails are great, Polynesian Cultural Center few miles away, terriffic golf course. Shopping conclose for grocery, gas, etc. Haleiwa has lots of resturants and stores. Of course the beaches are very close and some of the best in the world. All in all, good location, older condo that is workable and clean Should rent for a bit less, but that is not my call. The other condos in the development all looked about the same. It is an okay place to stay. No real serious problems.

The apartment was comfortable and casual. Check in (and locking ourselves out) was very simple, thanks to manager. Really enjoyed the back porch. Apartment could really use some fresh bathroom mats. Overall good stay!

This condo has everything you need with so much nearby. We'd definitely stay here again. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer available and to be within walking distance to the beach and walking trails. It's close driving distance to so many other great things to do. The property manager was super communicative. We have only good things to say about this place!

The pictures don’t do the place justice. Felt at home in this condo, has everything you need. Stayed in multiple places in Oahu and by far this was the most relaxing. Short drive to nice spots in north shore and an easy drive to downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

Myself, my husband, and my mother in law all very much enjoyed our stay at this Turtle Bay condo. Located on the grounds of Turtle Bay means that you have access to the many acres of "jungle" that is there, the beach in front of the resort (a ~10-minute walk), and other hidden inlets and bays. The condo looks out onto the golf course and toward the mountains. For the price of this condo, we were very satisfied with the accommodations. Is it fancy? No. But it's comfortable, clean, lots of natural light, equipped kitchen....just what we were looking for. If you want fancy, stay at the resort, but the prices are way beyond what we cared to pay. Wendy and Sandy were fantastic communicators. We let them know about an issue we had with the coffee maker. The next day, they dropped off a new coffee maker. I appreciated how quickly things were solved. My husband and mother-in-law really enjoyed sitting on the lanai with their coffee (while I slept in!)
The one thing about Turtle Bay is that it's best if you have rented a car because while you can walk around the grounds, it's not near enough to anywhere that you can leave without a car. Ubers are somewhat doable, but anywhere on the North Shore can be very difficult to hire an Uber as they may get a fare that takes them to Waikiki or Honolulu, then they stay there for the day. Sometimes we could not get an Uber to come as there were none around. Once we got/rented a car from a friend who lives there, everything was smooth. Oahu is also well known for its public transit (buses) which run right near the condo.
Back to the condo- we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely book again if life brought us back to the North Shore. Thanks, Sandy and Wendy!

Disappointed upon arrival. No AC in living section of condo. Had to wait for repair man on second day and again later during 2week stay. Dirty and old condo, manager came to bring new pillows and re-clean but honestly didn’t help much. Believe the posting is misleading; the unit has not been upgraded, only the appliances are newer, the view is of golf course and main busy road, the outdoor furniture was dirty and sticky, Beach umbrella broken, W &D disgusting, kitchen items seriously need replacing, they are very old and beyond cleaning, fan in bathroom needs to be cleaned, it doesn’t work because it’s so dirty, please note, it’s shown as ground floor but there are two sets of stairs to enter unit. Provided only one key and fob which was very inconvenient. Post indicated full use of Resort amenities which led us to believe we could use Turtle Bay Resort pools BUT you only have use of small pools in condo complex. Not worth the price.

The listing was accurate- the place was absolutely perfect for our needs- we wanted something quiet and fun for our daughter… near the resort with the beach and golf. You will need a car to visit all of the amazing beaches near by especially with kids :)

You cant go wrong renting this one!! It was clean centrally located on the north shore you can get to all the great beaches the Laie food trucks giovannis shrimp the gun stock raanch are a couple of our local favs grocery shopping is easily accomplished Sandy was great to help!! With even the simplest of questions which we had a couple. The Ac was great for when you were in the house during the day which we weren’t much at all at night turn on the fans open the doors let the trades blow through!! If your group is small (we had 3 my wife and I and our 13 year old ) and you don’t want the hustle and bustle of Waikiki definitely stay here you will not regret it. 5 out of 5 on the stars!!! We loved our stay at this property last week. The location was perfect. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more! I loved having a washer and dryer for the week! Wendy was quick to respond to any of our questions. The a/c unit in our room went out and she let us know before we arrived and had it replaced the day after we arrived. The ceiling fans and windows kept it cool enough that we didn’t even need it, but we loved that she was quick to be sure we would be comfortable. We would love to stay there again!

We really enjoyed this condo. Being on the golf course beautiful and access to Turtle Bay and Kawela Bay were a highlight for us. We did runs over the Kawela Bay that were beautiful. We walked to Turtle Bay most days and loved being so close. Our kids really loved the pools and our 1.5 year old thought the mosaic turtles were real. The condo itself had everything we needed. Wendy was very communicative. Would highly recommend!

We come here once a year for business. We normally stay down in Waikiki but decided to find a place up north this time.
We found this unit available at Turtle Bay. We loved it! This is a great place to stay if you like a relaxed place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My kids loved the pools and walking to the beach. We were right on the golf coarse. It was quiet and beautiful! I had read in another review that their were bugs. We left our screen door open one night and had some small bugs by the coffee pot in the morning so fixing this was no problem. Just CLOSE the screen door before it gets dark. Problem solved. Kitchen was great. Had everything I needed to cook/bake meals for our family.
We left our laptop at home since their was one advertised in the unit. Unfortunately it wouldn't work but Wendy was amazing and had it fixed so we could use it for the last part of our trip.
We loved the security of being in a gated community. Will definitely look into staying here again next year. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
