Check in/out process was flawless and easy to understand. Unit was just as described. Comfortable, clean, quiet and easy to access. Good location - close to lots of good beaches for kids and adults (Hukilau, Castles, Pounders, Sunset, Pipeline, Waimea Bay, etc) and not too far from Haleiwa, Kaneohe and other shopping/dining/entertainment destinations.

Family 4- mom, dad, 21 y.o. son and 17 y.o son- our first trip to Oahu. We had a fantastic time and this condo was a great home-base. Very clean upon our arrival and as-advertised. Kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to cook our breakfasts. Living room was comfortable and the balcony was our main hangout. All beds were very comfortable. Nice having 3 bathrooms and the showers worked well. Private parking lot with our own reserved space. Great location for our morning and evening hikes- great trails in Turtle Bay! Close to great beaches. North Shore/Turtle Bay is a wonderful location to avoid the big city crowds yet enjoy the beautiful scenery, sunsets, beaches, food trucks and hikes. Thanks to Helena and her team for a tremendous accomodation and stay. We will be calling again on our next trip.

It is a good place but the issues that we had are: Out of 3 showers only one was hot enough for shower; window ACs were very loud; sofa and chairs were dirty.

It was our first time in Hawaii and we were not disappointed! The Townhouse was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for the beach. (beach chairs, bodyboards) The inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would we stay here again if we came back? We honestly wouldn't hesitate! It really was a great place to stay!

Perfect week for us! Property was much nicer than pictured from the outside. I was concerned about stairs with my 90 year old mom, but they were well spaced and railing on each side so she traveled up and down them without issue. Our whole family was staying in condos as my niece was getting married and ours was the overall favorite due to the 3 full baths. It was a game changer. We all bbq’d at the pool (25of us) and had a great time. Tons of bbq space on the grill, but no cover so we threw some tin foil on top of the meat and it worked. Great evening. My only complaint was the kitchen table didn’t look clean when we arrived and the kitchen cupboards were sticky, so I cleaned them all upon arrival. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Balcony was great for us too. No beach umbrella and that would have been helpful but we borrowed from my sister’s condo. Would definitely rent this condo again. Host was responsive 😊

Overall a nice condo with ample space for 4. Was clean and stocked with various things. Close to turtle bay. Nice and safe neighborhood.
Hall toilet handle was broken when we got there. Easy enough to make work myself as a stop gap, and they sent someone to look at without us asking, just needs a new handle. Found ants or termites in upstairs bathroom when we got there, sprayed with the ant spray under the sink. Also got 2 lizards into the space we had to catch. Front door has a decent rotted gap at the bottom that will let things like lizards in. They are cute and harmless, but best to keep outside.
1 thing for owners. The masterbath on main level shower needs something to put soap and shampoo on. Like a corner shelf or something hanging off spray head. Would make use of the showers arrangement with the bottom ledge and curtain way more pleasant.

The condo is in a great location--about a 10 minute walk to the Turtle Bay public beach, quick drive to lots of other beaches, food trucks, coffee, etc. There are miles of walking trails along the coast line, accessible via the golf course paths, which was a nice surprise. Appointed with beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. The spiral staircase to the loft is pretty narrow, so could be tough to navigate for seniors. It was a good spot for our two teens. There aren't as many restaurants in the area as we expected, so it was especially important to have a kitchen. Note that the grill by the pool is charcoal--we missed that detail and didn't pick any up.

Clean and comfortable place in a nice location. We loved the open kitchen, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and washer/dryer. Easy walk to the resort for morning coffee. Additional plus was having a designated parking space within steps of the condo. The owner, Helena, is quick to respond to any questions or concerns should you have any!

This condo is part of the beautiful Turtle Bay community. We have rented other properties on Oahu and Maui over the past 10 years. While every property we have rented has had ants (a given in Hawaii), this was the first time we encountered a kitchen infested with cockroaches. I would not recommend this property until the owners hire a professional pest control company to eradicate them. The numerous Raid spray cans of roach killer below the kitchen sink are clearly not doing the job. Such a disappointment for a great condo.

Our family loved our Thanksgiving stay at Kawela Bay. It was clean, well outfitted and centrally located for all tue adventures we enjoyed: hiking, surfing, snorkeling, and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. Mahalo for the wonderful accommodations!

Very comfortable accommodations. Rented for parents 50th anniversary. Had a surprise renewal ceremony at nearby Kawela Bay. Great place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.
Pros:
-3 bathrooms came in handy. We had two seniors and a 5 year old traveling with us.
-Short drive to Ted's bakery, Giovanni's 2nd shrimp truck. Great take out available from Lei Lei's. Just down the street from Turtle Bay.
Recommendations:
-A fan or two downstairs would help circulate the A/C. Area has a high ceiling with the loft so this is expected though.
-Maybe include that the unit is on the second floor. Accessibility was a little tough for my father in law, but still manageable. Just had to take our time going up the single flight of stairs.
Overall we had a wonderful experience. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely recommend this location to couples, folks with kids/teens. Beautiful beach sunrises within walking distance. Thanks for hosting us!

Property was great pool was nice especially not having the crowds turtle bay resort has. I will stay again in the future. Only down side was only having one gate fob, but the property manager couldn’t help that there was a back order to get a new one.
One suggestion to the property manager is to get the fridge services or replaced, it never really got cold enough even turned on high, but that’s an easy fix and not a deterrent.

The property was in a great location, near the areas we wanted to explore and away from the busier touristy areas, which we appreciated. There are tennis courts and swimming pools to use and you can access the beautiful beach next to the resort. Check in directions were clear and we had no issues getting into the property. The owner was responsive with questions we had. The condo was clean but there were stains on the sheets and towels. This may be partly because guests launder towels before leaving. I am used to running the dish washer or washing dishes, but I would prefer to have linens professionally laundered. We had plenty of space for our family of four and we appreciated the air conditioning and additional bathroom. It was a little warm upstairs but there were fans available. Termites started emerging a couple days into our stay in the loft and upstairs bathroom. The owner was quick to respond and scheduled someone to spray. The balcony was private with lovely trees but the view was blocked, which wasn’t a major concern for us unless guests would like to look out over the golf course. We spent most of the time out and about and really just used the space for sleeping and bathing. Great to have a washer and dryer on hand. Overall it was very spacious and provided a nice stay for our family.

The property was perfect for our needs. My business colleague and I were attending a 6 day conference at Turtle Bay Resort and wanted more space, home conveniences and privacy than a hotel room could provide. We were so pleased to each have a large bedroom space (the loft space was huge) and bathroom. There was even a 3rd bathroom in the unit. The kitchen was great except it didn't have a kettle, which apparently is normal in Hawaii (we are from Australia). We enjoyed breakfast on the sunny balcony each morning and it only took about 5-7 minutes to walk the hotel each day. We ate out several times at Lei Lei's Grill at the golf clubhouse just 2 minutes away. The food and service was great there. The pool on the grounds for our use was perfect too.
While this property is not brand spanking new it is clean, comfortable and homely which is exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was exactly as it was pictured in the advertisement. Very nice remodeled. The screen to the lanai would frequently come off of it's track, and the washing machine made a very loud noise during operation. Other than those minor things we loved our stay and would absolutely return to this unit again.

Our family of six really enjoyed this condo. It was large enough to accommodate all of us and we really appreciated having three bathrooms. The in-condo washer/dryer was very handy and well used. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to prepare several of our own meals. The owner was great to work with and all communication was handled promptly and positively. We would choose to stay in this property again.

My husband and I, our Son and his girlfriend-we flew in from Hilo, and my Daughter and her spouse flew in from Boston--had a wonderful destination wedding and family reunion weekend at the Kuilima Resort. It was spacious enough for 3 couples to not get on each others nerves yet cozy enough we could have intimate conversations and meals together. Each couple had their own bathroom-a MUST. Nice walk to the Kuilima Resort for the main gatherings/events. The kitchen was fine to heat leftovers and fridge was more than ample for storage of food. The neighbors were so friendly and felt very secure in the area. Your instructions were simple and easy to follow. Mahalo for providing a location that my family and I will cherish many of the memories that were made over the weekend. Would definitely stay here again. Another note--we all slept well in the spacious beds and sofa bed. Another plus-having the washer and dryer in the condo.

Great location, the closest apartment building from the beach at turtle bay.
Very clean, lot of natural light. We had a great time there and would definitely recommend that place.
The only issue we had, bad luck, the locker key pad bugged and we had to wait 2 hours for someone to come from Honolulu to fix it. Climb by the balcony and reset the lock. Too bad the security on site did not have a key to access into the apartment.
