We had a quick trip to Hawaii to visit our daughter. The condo was nice, clean and the AC was really nice to have. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the resort and trails and a short drive from Kahuku, Haleiwa. The condo felt very safe. We will definitely look at staying here again!

Property manager was super friendly & quick to send the directions to the location with instructions on how to get in which was pretty easy. Kitchen was small but functional with the exception of maybe needing a few more pots & pans in different sizes & some main spices to cook with. As soon as I suggested that to the manager she was quick to respond and let me know she would definitely take that into consideration for future guests. The one thing to note was the 2 beds & pillows in the loft were so comfy! Probably some of the most comfortable beds & pillows I have ever felt! For that alone I was a happy guest! I also loved the small folding tables provided in the loft closet so my son was able to use one to do homework while we were there & the other I used to put my luggage on. I also noticed there was a pack and play in that closet so that was a nice bonus for a family that may be traveling with an infant/small child. Air conditioning worked good as long as you had the fan on also so that it pushed the cold air up to the loft. We were there for a high school football game. The team was staying at Turtle Bay Resort so this was a convenient location for that as the walk to the resort was about 10 minutes or so & if driving was super quick. The Turtle Bay Resort beach is public access, but there are so many better beaches on the North Shore so we drove to others most of the time. There is a great one not a far drive with huge sea turtles that come up on the sand to sunbath.

The property was beautifully located on the turtle bay golf course and in walkable distance to the hotel and beach, but a car is required to head to snorkeling spots and grocery shops. The property was lovely, very clean and big enough for a large family. I highly recommend visiting this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It's right on the golf course and although we didn't play, we did utilize the course for miles of jogging in the mornings. Cutting across the course it was a short 5 minute walk to the ocean and there are miles of beach to explore past Turtle Bay. The condo itself had been partially remodeled, which the photos accurately reflect, but temper your expectations a bit as this condo complex (and all of Turtle Bay) is a bit dated overall and has a 1980's vibe going. That said, it's been kept up well for its age, but if you are after the modern look, then Waikiki might be a better place to look. The condo was well appointed with a great selection of beach equipment, small cooler, and kitchenware. Note that you will want to bring your own bar soap as we missed this was not one of the standard amenities. There are 3 pools on the property, but note that they are fairly small, so lap swimming doesn't work well. Air conditioning in the master bedroom was pretty loud, so if you are a light sleeper plan on leaving the bedroom door open and use the living room AC instead.

Nice condo for our family of 4. We just used this as a home base for a few days on the north shore. We thought the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well except for the loft was very warm. The ceiling fan didn’t work and they needed 2 fans to work the temperature around the living area as it cooled very well downstairs but just not the loft. I would upgrade the chairs and umbrella for a family of 4. Also no ice trays, had ice maker but didn’t work.

I had a wonderful stay with my two children for 8 days at this property. The place was clean, the AC worked fabulously, and all in all it was a great stay. As indicated by a previous reviewer, the king-sized bed in the main floor bedroom is very firm. I typically prefer firm mattresses so wasn't concerned about that review when I read it prior to my stay, but it turned out that the mattress was the hardest one I have ever slept on and quite uncomfortable. Let me recommend that the owner run to Costco and purchase a simple pillow top mattress cover to make it more comfortable. Mattress aside, it was a wonderful condo and just perfect our our needs.

The location in the estate can’t be beat - a quiet nook but close to the stables, beach, lei leis, the resort. Even ocean views.

This condo is in the middle of the turtle bay resort on the North Shore which was remodeled during the height of Covid. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It was just a few steps to the resort and all the restaurants on the property. There are many great beaches nearby that you can walk to. And it’s just a short drive to all the beautiful north shore beaches and Halaiwa Town. Just be prepared for some traffic due to road work and tourists on the 2 lane road.
We would return to this property in a heart beat. The only negative is that the condo could use some remodeling to bring it up to date. It was however very clean and well taken care of.

The property was perfect for me and my adult kids ages 19 and 23. We all got our own beds which is really important to us. The condo was well stocked and as beautiful as advertised. We also loved being on the north shore and away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
I would recommend this property to anyone who likes quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Internet was a little spotty at times and the toilet had a difficult time flushing but a plunger was helpful! The master bed was a little uncomfortable but beds are personal preference.
Loved the condo otherwise. Location made it easy to access turtle bay, easy path to run on in the golf course, quiet, kitchen was great, the layout of the condo was nice, extra accessories like beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs was great.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Pros- Turtle bay location with access to hotel restaurants and hotel activities (bikes, tennis) but not hotel pool or fitness center. Condo was clean and had basics needed to cook. It has some beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers-
Great for kids, great beach (Kawela bay) near by- 1.4 mile walk or drive. Great access to North shore.
Cons- 1 bathroom, and overall place is a bit run down and dated- could use some remodeling.
I’d come back to these condos but look for a more updated unit for the price.

Communication with property manager was phenomenal. Condo was very clean. Loved the A/C! Lanai was nice for coffee and breakfast. Did contact PM for a couple items and response/resolution was super prompt and professional. Screen repairs in lanai (mentioned in previous comment) have been completed and all looks nice. Had extra trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, tide pods and a few Keurig pods. There were some seasonings and condiments. Beds upstairs in loft were comfy for our like (softer). Quiet neighborhood. Small but adequate pools. Had camp and beach chairs and boogie boards for use at beach. Beach at resort was nice (cove like area) so easy swimming. Saw whales jumping there. We rented a cabana there for the day which was lovely. Close to shrimp trucks and then Haleiwa and Wamelia Bay. Would stay here again and recommend! Thanks!

Comfortable reasonably stylish condo, located short walk to Turtle Bay Hotel. Right on a currently closed golf course, which is now used as a huge grassy park. Miles of hiking trails to and around really beautiful natural parts of the island. Three very good natural beaches in walking distance. Best parts of this area are low crowds and beautiful natural setting. North Shore has just enough amenities to keep you satisfied, and if you want a fancy dinner or drinks the Turtle Bay Hotel is right there.
We were very happy in this place as a active people who like quiet calm naturally beautiful places.

Arrive at 9:00 PM. No lighting on property. Had to contact security for help finding and entering unit. No information provided to operate equipment, such as TV (with 3 falling apart remotes), ceiling fans, etc. Wi-Fi code didn't work. Had to call manager. Handle fell off shower knob. Ice maker broken with loud whining sound. Called manager. They sent someone to fix it, however broke again with same loud sound the next day. Had another repair man....he stopped the sound by disconnecting it, so we bought our ice. Couch was as comfortable as sitting on a park bench. Master bed worn out and sunken. Air conditioning unit in Master had cover falling off and made horrible noise. Unit in desperate need of new paint. My personal favorite was all the duct tape holding the screens together in the porch. I just don't get it.

This property was a short walk to 2 beautiful beaches and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It had beautiful views of the golf course and you could see the ocean through the trees. My only complaint (albeit personal) was the laundry soap used was Tide which we are both allergic to. So after 3 days we started getting a rash from the bed sheets. Otherwise it was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and linens were sufficient for what we needed.

To start off, the property manager emailed me the access to a completely different property, and then followed up the next day with the correct access info. The wifi password was incorrect. We had several people try and no success. I emailed the property manager and never heard back. When we got there, there were flies everywhere. Not a few, at least 30. We encountered two cockroaches in the kitchen, on different occasions. There were two lizards on the wall, which is not that big of a deal. We’ve been to Hawaii a lot, but didn’t sit well if all of the other issues. We did not leave windows or doors open ever. We used the air conditioner the whole time. The bug situation was disgusting. The dishwasher leaked when we used it and the bathtub didn’t drain properly. Even with a 5 minute shower, you end up standing in dirty bath drain water. This is quite possibly the worst rental experience that I’ve ever had. I usually try to leave wonderful reviews when I leave a property, but I just couldn’t with this one.

I had the opportunity to view several of the condos while I was visiting and I would definitely recommend this one over the others. It is an older condo facility, so you have to expect wear and tear, but this one was clean, comfortable, modern and well-maintained. If we return to Turtle Bay, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It’s very cute and perfect for a longer visit. The beach was only a 10 minute walk but felt shorter since it’s just across the golf course and a small parking lot. There was a lot of beach gear left behind by other travelers too. And after going to the beach just one time we realized how impressive the cleaning job was before we arrived because sand followed us everywhere. The location was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a more calm area and explore the North Shore. There aren’t a lot of food options right by it but in both directions there are lots of places about 7 minutes away. The food trucks to the east are an absolute must visit. And it’s really close to the Polynesian Cultural Center which was incredible. We had a couple issues/ questions and the co-managers were so helpful and responsive. It was nice that all the lights were labeled. Our only 2 concerns were that the curtains in the master bedroom were really light. We had a baby and it was hard for her to nap during the day because it was so bright. We didn’t reach out to the management though, so maybe they would have found a solution. And the second was that the mattresses in the loft could’ve used a mattress pad or something because they were a little uncomfortable. Overall the other reviews were very accurate in describing how well stocked it was. We didn’t have to worry about toilet paper, dish detergent, sponges, or cooking supplies. That was so nice! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Unit was very clean and the area is beautiful and relaxing. Family enjoyed our staycation very much. The only things to note if staying here...bring charcoal for BBQ grill, there is no hot tub in the pool area, unit is well stocked. Would love to come back again.

The condo was the best stocked condo i have ever stayed in. There was ample toilet paper, trash bags, and even laundry detergent! This was a wonderful surprise to not have to purchase those things ourselves (especially since we would not use them all in a 5 day stay). The ac worked great, although most of the time we just opened the screened doors. There were camping chairs and an umbrella for our use as well. These proved to be very useful! Lots of beach towels and extra linens also. I would definitely recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing place on the North Shore. The ONLY thing I can say that could be improved is the palm tree outside the porch somewhat obstructs the view of the golf course. But the kerig, toaster, rice maker and all the other amenities gave us all the conveniences of home. I would stay here again.

We love staying on the North Shore and this condo was perfect for our family of 4. We walked to the beach, enjoyed the pool, and had plenty of space to relax in the condo. Lei's Lei's is also super convenient to walk to for meals or drinks. We had an issue turning the ac on when we arrived and management was there quickly to make sure it was fixed. The ac is WORTH IT! Thanks so much, we'll be staying here again!

Me, my husband, my college age son and my 15 year old son stayed in this amazing beautiful condo. The photos in this listing are genuinely true and in person this condo is even better than the photos. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the security guard who greeted us was so kind. The directions to the location made the drive easy and the instructions for the VRBO were easy. The place was so clean and fresh. The decor was pretty and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had extra toilet paper and I saw other amenities in the cabinets as well, but we brought our own. There were extra bath towels and beach towels. The washer and dryer worked great. There was detergent pods. But, we bought some at Longs on our drive up. The A/C worked great in the master bedroom and living room. The upstairs room had a ceiling fan and standup fan. The kids slept comfortably and wanted to sleep in everyday. We loved the kitchen! I made coffee and tea every morning. We had breakfast on the Lanai that faced the beautiful green golf course. There are boogie boards too. The cabinets were filled with all the necessities to make homemade meals. I loved the quality pots, pans and pretty dishes. The kids watched TV, it had a lot of movies to stream and a game console to play video games. Our bedroom had a nice TV with many channels also. The parking spot was close by and one of the three pools was right across the street. (2 minute walk) Turtle Bay Resort & Beach is maybe an 8 minute walk. Lei Leis Restaurant is a few minutes away too. We ordered from them and the food was delicious! Overall, this place was Excellent. I’m a clean freak and this place was clean. This place has a good vibe, it’s fresh, a nice layout and really calming. If we didn’t have an itinerary, I would have peacefully slept and relaxed at the condo all day. Haleiwa and Kualoa Ranch were an easy drive. This location is a nice spot, it’s centralized in North Shore. You can get to other places and beaches easy. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for helping make our visit wonderful.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Close to the beach. It had boogie boards, beach mats and beach towels to use. It was clean and had what we needed in the kitchen. The balcony was enclosed with screens so you can keep the doors open without worrying about bugs. The check in and out were easy and the owner/property manager was quick to respond.
The only things that I would change: the pillows were not great, the bed a bit too firm for me, the bath doesn’t plug and the shower isn’t able to change to the bath faucet. Minor things that would not prevent me from booking again.
