Welcome to our beautiful, newly renovated upscale condo located on Oahu's pristine North Shore. This is a fully AC-equipped unit, has mountain and golf course views, a great tropical breeze, and is located within a safe, family friendly community. It is only a short walk to a beautiful beach! This is a legal short-term vacation rental unit (located in an A-1 zoned area bordering the Turtle Bay Resort. The Department of Planning & Permitting has confirmed our ability to legally short-term rent in a recent ruling).

We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting in accordance with the CDC guidelines; especially frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc.) before you check in.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is newly renovated and has everything you need for a great Hawaiian vacation. We have installed brand new flooring, new ceiling fans and a new washer / dryer. This is a fully air-conditioned unit. It has a powerful split AC unit in the living room with remote and an AC window unit in the bedroom with remote. The bedroom features a large king-size bed and the living room has a fold-down queen size murphy bed, comfy couch and a cushioned chair. We also have an air-bed for guests if needed. Maximum condo occupancy is 4 people. We welcome families with children 5 years and older, however our home is not furnished or designed to accommodate families with infants or toddlers. Pets are not allowed.

Some of the features of the condo which make it special include: brand-new furnishings including a new AC in the bedroom and living room with remotes, ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, complimentary WiFi-internet access, washer and dryer, brand new stainless-steel appliances, new granite counter-tops in the kitchen and bathroom, new 55 inch flat-screen TV in the living room and 30 inch flat-screen TV in the bedroom, digital cable TV in both the living room and bedroom with over 100 channels, breezy patio with chairs and patio table, pool, bbq area (at pool), tennis courts and miles of trails nearby. The condo is equipped with every kitchen amenity imaginable including: refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pots, pans, crock pot, toaster, rice cooker, electric griddle, coffee maker, dining sets for 6 including plates, glasses, silverware. Guests also have the use of all beach equipment in the condo including: 4 snorkel sets (2 children, 2 adult sets) 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach cooler. This condo is only a 7-10 minute walk to Turtle Bay beach. Good snorkeling and surfing can be found just 5 minutes from the condo. All of the world famous North Shore beaches such as Sunset Beach, Rocky Point, Pipeline and Waimea Bay are all within 10 minutes of the condo! This is the perfect oasis situated conveniently in the heart of the North Shore.

Guests will have access to the shared condo pool and tennis courts, walking trails, a great beach a quick 7-10 minute walk away which has snorkeling and surfing options, we will provide a gate code or electronic key to enter the condo parking lot. Guests will also have access to one parking spot which is assigned to the condo. The shops, lobby and restaurants and bars at the adjoining Turtle Bay Resort are welcome to all condo guests. There are several restaurants nearby at Turtle Bay Resort (within a 5 minute walk) that welcome everybody including Lei Leis (on golf course), Roy's Restaurant (on the beach), Kula Grill (inside hotel) Pa'akai (inside hotel) Hang Ten Bar (poolside) Surfer the Bar (inside hotel) and the lobby lounge coffee shop (in hotel).

We are only a phone call away and will do everything in our power to ensure that guests have a great stay. We are very accessible via phone or email and will be in touch via email with guests before your stay. We will send you all the information needed including: confirmation of dates and payment, check-in instructions, house rules, and contact information. We also have a house manager who lives on the island that can assist if needed.
