You and your party, from two to seven guests, will relax in comfort for midday naps or relaxing at the end of a busy day of golf, surfing, swimming or sightseeing. This two-level condo sleeps seven comfortably. Your Turtle Bay Condo unit is one of the only unit that sleeps seven for the same price point of other units.Our Main Floor has a beautiful view of the Turtle Bay Golf Course, with one Queen bed, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for when you don't want to leave your condo.
Upstairs you'll enjoy another bedroom with double size bed and another bathroom, plus a loft with three twin beds, two of which are bunk beds your children will love. Have a baby or small child? Playpens and high chairs are available upon request.
Your condo comes stocked with basic amenities to get you through your first few days. Each bathroom has three rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The kitchen has two rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap enough for four loads, and four trash bags. You will have four loads worth of laundry soap provided for the washer, along with sheets and comforters for the beds.
Your condo also includes basic cable with a DVD player and Flat Screen TV, beach sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, a coffee maker, a fully-equipped kitchen with rice cooker, pots, pans, silverware, utensils and dishes for eight settings, dishwasher soap for four loads, a stove/oven, full size refrigerator and freezer, a toaster and microwave.

Very Comfortable Peaceful Stay
This condo was a real blessing to our family. It is in the middle of a beautiful area, so peaceful and quite. Turtle bay is just gorgeous. The kitchen is pretty and had everything we needed, it is open to a very comfortable living room. The bedrooms very comfortable and nice big bathroom downstairs too. Thank you so much, we loved staying here!

Perfect Place to stay on vacation!
This condo was vey clean and there were more than enough beds to accommodate our family while still being very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The property at Turtle Bay was incredible . The place was clean. The place had an abundance of clean linen and towels. The place was equipped with beach and pool toys for the kidsThe owner was amazing. Even had a Happy Birthday Banner set up for my granddaughter upon our arrival. My granddaughter loved it. The property was equipped with everything as if you were at home. My family had a wonderful time in a wonderful place. I would definitely return to this property on my next trip to Hawaii!!!!

The Hawaiian Islands have some of the most remote tropical rainforests in the world. Nevertheless, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast.
Please remember that this is somebody's home, and not a hotel so please leave the home as you found it.

We love the condo near Turtle Bay. Super clean and cozy. Our adult kids and grandson had a ball as well.The living area was spacious. Lots of well cared for beach chairs and toys. Washer and dryer super helpful.

Turtle Bay, cant say anything bad about the location. Centrally located on the North Shore. Gated and safe.
Most of the descriptions are accurate.
Two complaints.
1. The upstairs addition/bedroom/ bathroom/loft. Its super hot and uncomfortable. The portable AC provided doesnt not and will not cool the space. We had to reconnect the exhaust hoses and clean the fins. Its an older unit which doesnt exhaust the condensation. It blew out water along with "cool" not cold air
My guests and I slept in our underwear. Owner, please upgrade the unit and add another one downstairs. Those two units can not keep the unit at a comfortable temperature.
2. Its infested with rodents. They ate our banana and bread left on the counter. We found a couple of traps in the closet. That was a warning sign.
Two of my guests checked out after the mice incident. The remainder of us slept with one eye open.
Also, the bathroom and bedroom upstairs have extremely low ceilings. Tall guests bewarned.

It felt like home. The condo was very nice and stocked. It was clean and tidy. Only downside is that there was not enough air conditioners and the electricity doesn’t support the current air conditioners. Breaker kept tripping.

This unit was exactly what we were looking for. The condo had exactly the space we were looking for for our large family of 6. The location was perfect. An easy 10 minute walk to the beach. I was a little concerned that this unit was taken off vrbo shortly after the reservation was made but evreything was fine. The only slight problem was the gate access code did not work on check in but was resolved in under a minute at the gate. Other than that our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay there again. My family decided to staycation in Kuilima for the Fourth of July holiday. I was happy to find this unit, but I was truly underwhelmed by our stay there. The location was perfect, but we had a lot of challenges. First of all, the check-in instructions provided to us were totally incorrect. We were not provided a key FOB for the front door or to enter/exit the gate. Whenever we left the property, security informed us that we needed to bring our FOB with us. We told them over and over that we were not provided with a FOB upon check-in. It was exasperating to have to explain this to them, even though we were supposedly on a list of units that do not have FOBs. The main disappointment for us was the fact that our TV remote control was broken. When I inquired with the property manager at check-in about the fact that the remote had been smashed, she told me that the property owners had ordered a new one that would be delivered in 3 days. (We were there for four days and never received any remote). The TV was stuck on a children's station and we were not able to manually change the channels. There was only one TV in the unit. When I told the property manager that I was disappointed, she told me that she was a single mother who worked multiple jobs and could not pick up a remote at Spectrum. (This was the easiest fix and something I had done myself the week before). She then offered to provide me a free haircut in Hauula the next day. It was an odd offer that did not make up for the fact that the TV remote was broken. The condo was not especially well-appointed. There were no wine glasses in the unit, and none of the pots and pans had lids. This made it challenging to cook certain dishes. People had left half-eaten food in the cabinets, which had not been cleaned out prior to our stay. The beds in both bedrooms were quite small (double beds) and didn't comfortably sleep two adults. They were also of poor quality. It seems as if the owners placed their castoff appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, towels, etc., in the unit. Even the brooms were old and made it difficult to sweep and tidy up. The upsides to the unit are the location, which is close to a pool and allowed us a nice view of the July 3rd fireworks. The washer and dryer worked great, and the WiFi connection was good. The kitchen is a nice size and there is ample seating. We made the best of our stay, but I would not stay in this unit again, and I wouldn't recommend it to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and close to everything that we wanted to do. The kids used all of the pools when we weren’t at the beach. Running/walking trails right from the resort area. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay! This condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the necessities to grill our steak, cut up our pineapples and also throw some goodies for our on the go adventures. The only downside was that the TV remote sensor was broken and there was no way to change the channel when we were ready to unwind from our all day outings. I mentioned this the property manager and they responded within a timely manner. Although they did not have a spare remote, it was ok… we just played a little Hawaiian music as a replacement. The condo was clean, but could have been a little cleaner in the corners of the bathroom. Other than that the our stay was awesome!
