Kiahuna 163 is an ocean view, upper-floor, end-unit in Building 24 of Kiahuna Resort. Let me tell you what makes our unit special, and then more about the property itself.

Location matters!!! With ~335 condos at Kiahuna Resort, some units are located on the beach . . . the ocean is right there but it can also be crowded which cuts into your privacy. Then some units are away from the beach next to the road where you'll definitely hear cars . . . and some find this too noisy. Our unit, is located in the heart of Kiahuna on the Great Lawn because of the way the lawn runs right out to beach. This part of the resort is always in high demand, because the units are quiet, close to the beach but still affordable.

Our specific unit is a second-floor, end-unit, which means there are more windows to leave open and enjoy the breeze . . . and you don't have to worry about closing every window when you want to go to the beach (which you'll have to do with bottom floor units) . . . just leave and the condo remains nice and pleasant while you're gone. Our unit is a one-bedroom non-smoking condo that sleeps 4 and is fully outfitted for all your needs.

Kiahuna Resort was developed more than 40 years ago when there were virtually no vacation properties on the sunny south side of Kauai. The property is located on Poipu Beach, which the Travel Channel called one of the best 10 beaches in the world . . . for three straight years. The resort was designed to have the laid-back feel of an old tropical resort, with all low-rise buildings which are spread out across 35 acres of grounds.

The Poipu Beach Athletic Club (PBAC) is just across the road, and our guests have full access to the pool, workout room and tennis courts.
