Location of Kiahuna Plantation in Poipu is ideal. Close to the beach and such a beautiful view. The little walk to the beach across the green, green grass is heavenly. The unit was beautifully furnished and decorated and had everything we needed. We would go stay again!

Location is great with a small view of the ocean just steps from the beach. Access to the athletic club was a very nice bonus. Proximity to places to eat and shop was perfect. We will be back and will definitely stay here again.

This condo is perfect! The view is beautiful! My husband and I absolutely loved the way it has been remodeled. It is fresh and clean and so beachy! I love the location. The A/C worked quite nicely, however we did get a bit warm at night so a small fan might be needed. It was really the nicest condo I have rented. Loved it!

Perfect location with great view of the ocean framed by beautiful trees just like the picture. Sat on porch for coffee every morning. 2 min walk to quiet beach, lots of surfers to watch, 5 mins to shopping, and Poipu Beach Athletic Club for gym, pool, and outdoor restaurant (great food btw).

Condo was spotless and supplied with boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella that we used each day. So close to such a beautiful beach with great waves for everyone to enjoy. Condo was beautifully renovated and decorated. Would stay here again when we are on the south side of Kauai.

We really enjoyed our stay in this nicely updated unit. Loved this unit’s top floor, corner location! Wonderful A/C, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, great bathroom update, attractive decor with a beautiful view looking toward ocean in distance. Resort grounds are lush, beach a short walk, parking available next to unit. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Loved being able to rent snorkel gear at hut where you get free daily beach towel service. We will definitely return and hope to stay in this unit again.

We celebrated our 35th anniversary and had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly what we needed, well stocked and clean. Our view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen was awesome. The grounds are beautiful and extremely well-manicured. My only recommendation is that you need a dish drainer and a few more kitchen towels. 😊. We don’t put everything in the dishwasher. But we loved our time here.

- Swam in the ocean everyday.
- Cooked meals here instead of going out…enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean and enjoying delicious local fish.
- Poipu is a perfect central location on the island. Hike the Waimea area twice while enjoyed the best in Wailua.

This property is perfect, my husband and I stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon. The condo is extremely clean and very up to date in furnishings and appliances. I can not say enough wonderful things about the property. The beach is a quick min walk and it is beautiful. The first day there were turtles and seals up on the sand. The sunsets from the patio are unbelievable. I am very happy we found this place, also the owners of the property were very thoughtful in reaching out to us in hopes of a great honeymoon. Thank you!

What a stay! I couldn't ask for more. This condo is freshly remodeled with the best deck in Kauai that looks out on a huge shady tree with chirping birds, and a view of the ocean beyond. I could have spent hours just lounging out there with a book. There is good cross breeze and the property has lovely landscaping. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean and airy space with a modern bathroom. A/C if you need it. It was never hard to find a parking spot and I appreciated the easy access to the lovely beach; maybe a 1 minute walk away. Darin was super responsive and thoughtful. Wonderful condo in a relaxing tropical paradise!

This condo has been updated - for sure. We spent a week with our extended family (each in their own condos), and my husband and I stayed in this one. Most of the condos are pretty dated, so it was nice to be in an updated version with A/C. We were initially disappointed that the A/C is ONLY in the living room and wasn't as powerful in the bedroom (as it would have to travel), but it ended up being just fine. Excellent response from the host.

The unit was super clean. For a 1 bedroom it is very spacious and has all the amenities you need. Darin was the most responsive owner I’ve ever dealt with and we even spoke on the phone a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit. The Kiahuna Plantation Resort is absolutely beautiful and easy to get around. 10 out of 10 rating from us !!!!

What a wonderful condo for our stay in Poipu. We were attending a wedding and the location was perfect. Short shuttle to the wedding, and walking distance to the very close beach, and 2 shopping centers. The condo was perfect for my wife and I and is really a couple's paradise with one bedroom, large bath, kitchen, and living area. One of the best things was the shaded lanai. We could be out on the lanai at any time of the day, be in the shade and take in the ocean views at 1 o'clock and 10 o'clock. The towel exchange and plentiful chairs down by the beach were very convenient. We look forward to going back with no event to attend and enjoying the Rudick's condo again!

Although this unit is on the smaller side, the open kitchen/eating area/living room is great space with a view of the water. Nice big bathroom too. The big tree shades the unit and the patio nicely!

We loved our stay here. The condo complex has beautiful grounds and we woke every morning to birds chirping. The view from the shaded balcony is excellent. You can walk to several beaches, to shops and restaurants across the street, and connect to running paths. The condo itself is bright and cheery and actually has a comfortable mattress (rare!) The A/C unit is only in the living room so the bedroom and bathroom consistently seem about 10 degrees warmer. Most of the time we had a good breeze but it often took a while at night for the bedroom to cool down to sleep. Was never a problem for more than an hour or so. We weren’t always able to find a parking spot directly in front of the unit, but could always find a spot in the complex and never more than a minute or two walk away.

Great renters, great location! The next time I am visiting Poipu with my husband, I probably won't even look elsewhere for lodging knowing this is available. The registration desk even had a box of chocolates for us at check-in since we had just gotten married earlier in the week.

This is a perfect place to enjoy Kauai. The view of the ocean is lovely, and a short walk takes you to shopping and restaurants. The beautiful Kiahuna beach is a two minute walk away. The unit is completely renovated and top notch. This would be our first choice for a return to Kauai.

The unit is phenomenal-everything you need. Wish the pool was closer to the property and struggled at times to find a parking place. Loved the view of the ocean and the beach area was great (especially for sunsets).
Struggled with getting regular TV but didn’t watch much so it was fine. Great location.

From the balcony you can see the beautiful waves. This location is right in the heart of great walks, water time, restaurants and all around relaxing fun. The host was a delight to work with and the photos are accurate. A great experience. Mahalo.

This unit has the nicest interior of any we have seen at Kiahuna. It's even better than it looks in the photos. We especially loved the spacious shower and bathroom, the quartz counters, air conditioning, and new patio furniture. This was our second stay here and we will be back!

We are on our 8th stay at Kiahuna and this is by far the best condo we’ve stayed at. The boogie boards and chairs got a lot of use and the interior is super! We cooked a bunch and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen too. We would have loved if the unit had some cards or dice for the rainy days — though that didn’t detract from the amazing experience!!

The unit was very nice and well-maintained. The air-conditioning was wonderful! The property was as described. My only complaint was that I felt like I needed to give all of my information (again) at check-in. I guess when you just arrive to your vacation destination you don’t want to have to continue to do paperwork. I thought it had all been handled at VRBO.
We had a wonderful stay and I could highly recommend the property.

We originally had reserved this location 3 months prior but my husband had a medical emergency that we had to reschedule. The owner was so understanding and helped us rearrange our dates. We ended up visiting in October which turns out was an excellent to visit. The property has everything you including including 2 yoga mats which we were thrilled about. Very clean, updated, convenient and comfortable. Had an amazing stay.

My husband and I came to Kauai to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Our honeymoon 25 years ago was spent in Bora Bora so we thought where could we possibly go that would be as nice as that? We wanted something tropical and somewhat rural. No big cities. Kauai seemed like a good fit. We have had the time of our life here on Kauai! It was so nice to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the shaded balcony overlooking the beach while birds, sitting on the tree branches, sang to us. We swam in the ocean every day and even met a sea turtle or two. We especially loved making our own gourmet dinners and privately dinning in the condo while watching the sunset. We went on an all day sailing cruise with Holo Holo charters and saw the island from a whole different view. It was more beautiful than we could have imagined. We saw a huge (hundreds) pod of dolphins. Very rare to see. We love this area! The condo is in the perfect spot and was beautifully remodeled. Well done! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. Mahalo!

This was a perfect stay for my husband and I. We loved the Lanai with a view of the ocean and the beautiful garden grounds. It is a great proximity to go to the beach or for a new stroll. We enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen for some meals. The air conditioning was a great option at times and the new update is nice. It was a nice surprise to have a couple beach items in the closet. We didn’t use them but it was a nice touch.
We would definitely stay here again on the south shore.
