The privacy, location, and coziness of the apartment make this one of our favorites in Kiahuna. The third floor was worth the climb, and the place was super clean. The bed was comfy, and the larger deck (and overhang) was perfect for the occasional rainy day. The owner was fantastic at communicating, and we'd come back here in a second if we could.

We really enjoyed our stay in this ground level, AC condo. It was clean and in a great spot. There are a few things that we could suggest that would help others I believe. There was only 1 dish rag and dish towel for 9 days and that was hard. There could be some more spices that are commonly used for cooking. There was a coffee maker and that made the week fun to sit on the Lanai and listen to the birds. In the outside closet there was only one chair not pair but there was 2 grass matts, that didn't make sense to us. I think that with these small things we would still stay there again they weren't a no go for staying there.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! It was very clean and well decorated. We loved how it was a 5-minute walk to Poipu beach, which was so beautiful! It was so convenient not having to drive to the beach! The king-size bed was so comfy! There was a pack n play for my baby to use and she slept great in it. There is no A/C in the unit, but there are plenty of fans throughout the home. We went in February and never felt too “hot” inside. There is a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc! The lanai is beautiful with a nice private view. There is a cleaning fee you pay to the resort at time of check-in at the main office, so be mindful of that! It is on the 3rd floor so consider how much luggage you bring with. The host was great and very prompt with replying to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot with an amazing beach. Check out little fish across the street and start your day at Poipu athletic club, a great perk of staying here. Prepare yourself for no ac but the fans provided make it comfortable. We had 2 days of construction in the unit next to us which was a bummer but not at all a reflection of the great owners of this unit. In addition, the owners are very communicative and quick to respond.

We loved every single part of staying here! My son and I stayed here for a week (he's 5) and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owner was super kind and quickly responded to any questions we had. The location was amazing as well- walkable distance to multiple beaches and close to multiple shopping centers. The pool is close to the place and both my son and I visited it every day- there's pool side drinks and food available, and there was an awesome slide! I recommend this place for all!

This place was fantastic. It’s within walking distance to poipu athletic club and the shopping center and the beaches. The closet was well stocked with beach gear as well! (Chairs, umbrella, sand toys)

First time to Kauai and we absolutely loved it and this property was perfect. Better than we thought, lovely breeze comes through with the sounds of birds chirping - just so relaxing, 5 min walk through the gorgeous resort to the best beach on the island ! Well stocked, chairs and umbrella for the beach were much appreciated, close to coffee shops, cute shopping area across street, with restaurants and a small grocery store, and bar at the pool was great to grab a cocktail. Perfect location , we cant wait to come back ! Mahalo :)

Cute place, good spot under the monkey tree. Clean and tidy. DVD player cords and controller were broken. Bed mattress has heavy dip to the side in the right.
Hawaii government asked tourists to stay home due to the pandemic, condo owners denied cancellation request. So be sure you are prepared and 100% committed before making your reservation.

The Kiahuna Plantation is a wonderfully landscaped property, and on that basis alone it is a wonderful place to stay.
Unfortunately, a number of the condo have not been upgraded sufficiently, as was the one we stayed in. The bathtub/shower situation, as well as the toilet are what I would call horrible. Also, the appliances are old and cheap and subject to problems. The painting and decorating of the place was on the plus side.

The Kiahuna Plantation is our favorite place to stay as it has beautiful grounds and a wonderful beach. The condo had all the amenities and a comfy King size bed. We even found a snorkel and mask in the closet and put it to use. Megan was prompt in returing my text with a few questions.

This top floor end unit condo is perfect. Lovely view from the patio. Because it's on the end it has a wonderful cross breeze. Comfortable bed and livingroom furniture. It's the perfect distance from the beach - any closer and you'll spend your vacation sweeping sand. The grounds are beautifully maintained and we really enjoyed the orchid garden. The beach at the Kiahuna Plantation is one of the best on the island. We can't wait to visit again.🌺

My boyfriend and I just love this place. Clean, beach style interior, nice big balcony and very close to beach where you can use beach chairs and towels for free. Surrounding are very green, beautiful garden and walk to the beach. Opposite to resort there are nice restaurants and coffee shops. Kitchen fully stocked. Massive bed and very comfortable. No aircon but we slept well. Owner Megan super helpful and lovely with advises and always responded to emails very quickly. The only one negative thing the cleaning fee, very expensive. We would def come back there again.

Great experience, host was very friendly and provided plenty of details. Condo is perfect for a couple, we had more than enough room but we used the kitchen very little. This is an end unit so it has additional vents for better airflow and I would highly recommend an end unit in the summer months. We couldn't see the water, but the beach was a short walk down the hill. The beach was small and crowded so we spent most of our time at other beaches in the area. Some of the amenities went unused and if you get hungry, go down to the roundabout shopping center, don't waste your time or money eating at Plantation Gardens. We would absolutely go back and stay here, I would prefer this unit, but anywhere in the Plantation would be okay. The location is great, the food and beaches in the area are really convenient, and this unit is really comfortable and well decorated.

This lovely top floor, end unit provided a wonderful place to relax. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking supplies. The king bed and sofa pull-out bed are comfy. The cross breezes are lovely. It was great to have a collapsible cooler and blue ice in the freezer for grocery shopping or day trips. The local paper was delivered most days. Can't wait to go back!

The location of the condo is ideal- a short walk through the well manicured grounds of the Kiahuna Plantation to the white sands of poipu beach or across the street to the shopping center with quaint shops and restaurants featuring island fare and live music. The unit itself is clean and bright and comfortable. If our travels take us back to Kauai, we would definitely choose this unit again. Aloha!
