The Kiahuna Plantation property has excellent beach access, especially from our condo in building 27. Parking a bit of a problem - maybe beachgoers are using some of the spaces. Finding the laundry service center was a bit tricky, but once there it was clean and efficient. We will always come back to this property!

The place was awesome. The great lawn was like plush carpet. Layout of the property was well spaced so it didn’t feel crowded. We didn’t like that there wasn’t a guaranteed parking spot for the unit, so sometimes parked way up top. The only other minor thing was it would’ve been nice to have some basics in the kitchen like salt & pepper, etc. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again.

Great stay, great location. Enjoyed surfing, swimming right in front of the condo. Excellent snorkeling to the left of our beach, right in front of the sandbar, saw lots of different fish and an eel. Also enjoyed the pool pickle ball and gym.

My family stayed in this unit and it is by far the very best! Waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee in the laniai over looking the great lawn is simply beautiful.
There were also beach chairs and games for us to use which was so appreciated.

My wife and I came on our Babymoon and really loved it. In addition to a large, well-kept, and well-equipped 1BR condo, on your doorstep is the beautiful lawn of Kiahanu Plantation, and after ~200 feet of that, a lovely Kaua'i beach.
We especially loved that we could make breakfast every day using the tools in the condo, and use the dishwasher to clean up.
The servicing by Outrigger was easy and seamless. We would definitely stay again.

This is our first visit since Covid shut down the world.
The condo has been remodeled and is really fresh and new. Open floor plan and the location steps from the beach makes our experience truly relaxing and "home" at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would certainly come back again! We appreciated the island decor and open air feel of the condo. It was very comfortable! The location was perfect- just steps from Kiahuna beach and the beach hut. The kids enjoyed being able to run to and from the beach to the condo. We had an excellent surf lesson from the Kauai surf school and rented boards for the next day. We drove to Wiamea Canyon to hike and explore. This property was very well maintained and we appreciated the beach amenities (umbrella, chairs, boogie board). We also appreciated the list of suggested activities and restaurants. I'll note that you could easily hear the neighbors on one side and footsteps overhead. This wasn't an issue for us and everything quieted down by about 9pm. Thank you so much for being a special part of our Kauai vacation memories. We have some cherished memories at your property and Kiahuna beach, including family swims, walks on the beach at sunrise and sunset, eating yummy food on the lanai, monk seals and turtle sightings! It was the kid's favorite beach!

We had a wonderful 10 days staying at this property. We had no issues at all, the property was clean, perfectly situated for beach access and all the amenities needed for cooking when we chose just to hang out. The king size bed was comfortable and we honestly just truly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Kiahuna many, many times; always a pleasure. The room was good, but needed some repairs. Some repairs were taken care of, some were not. Outrigger staff was indifferent. Beach has been eroded to the point that the access to the beach is difficult if not dangerous. Garden maintenance is not as good as it has been in the past.

Kiahuna Plantation is the perfect place to stay in Poipu. This unit in particular, is close to the beach and has a beautiful view of the great lawn leading to the beach. The unit is well furnished and suited our needs with outdoor chairs, a mini-cooler, and to go cups forday excursions. One night there was a water leak from the condo above, but the property mangers quickly took care of the issue and the owners were also considerate and easy to work with to resolve the issue. I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place to stay in Poipu!

We love this place and the home owner is the best. It’s our second stay and we hope to come back over and over. It has everything you need inside and out, all the beach and kitchen amenities and right on the great lawn of a swimmable beach! Easy to walk to the property on either side for that beach front bar. The pool at the athletic club and amenities are amazing as well!

The moment we walked into the condo it appeared bigger and better than the internet photos. The King bed was super comfy. Loved being able to use a full kitchen. Their additional game closet that included boogie boards, lawn chairs and umbrellas was the perfect extra touch. The walk to the beach was 3 minutes and the sand was perfect. We walked to see the turtles each sunset and enjoyed coffee on the beach in the mornings. I am ready to book again! Hosts were great to work with! A+

We stayed at here in late September and was the perfect peaceful, spot for us. The condo was well appointed with a kitchen that allowed our family of four to make breakfasts and dinners at the condo and also included boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and so much more. We loved using the soccer ball and played outside on the expansive lawn behind the condo each day or enjoyed watching the sun go down from the lanai and it's comfortable chairs.
Poipu Beach was steps away from the condo, we went swimming, snorkeling and surfing here. The condo was convenient to day trip around the island from.
The owners were very easy to work with and went out of their way to help us with a late checkout. We can't recommend this place enough.

This complex is in a great location. The beach is in view. You can walk to a few restaurants and shopping. Short drive to so many of the sites of the area. We enjoyed to first floor walk out patio. Even though it was hot outside, the air movement was good with the fans and breeze through the screens. The condo is well equipped.

Location was wonderful. Apartment was ok. Fairly clean, mattress was super old and every spring was felt. One thing I wish was know to us is that there was no AC. With how loud it was outside it would have been nice to close the windows and have a little quiet. Aside from all of that it was good.

The unit was very clean and in a great location! So close to the beautiful beach. We loved being able to walk right out from the patio. Beach chairs provided by owner, which was nice to set up right on the sand! Great stay and location. Owner was nice and responded quickly. We were very happy.
