We have stayed at this location before and came back for our honeymoon ♥️ we absolutely love it here! Clean, full kitchen, great view. It is downstairs and the tennant's above can be loud at times. We had no problems last time but this time there was a lot of stomping, could be bothersome to some people. Other than that we absolutely love this sopt and recommend to all!

The condo was in a very convenient location. I was in town for a Poipu wedding, and it felt like everywhere I needed to be was 10m away at max.
It was clean and comfortable. The snorkel gear, beach umbrella and chairs were appreciated. Plenty of communication so any question I had was already answered. Poipu Athletic club is right across the road, and it's a great option to take advantage of. Parking at the condo was right outside and safe. I agree with other guests - it is close to the road, and there are roosters, so ensure a quiet night by bringing some ear plugs. I did and had no problems sleeping soundly. The beach in front of the property is a 5-10m walk on paved pathways, and tended to be less crowded than Poipu beach. I was able to explore the entire south side of the island really easily from this location. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location on edge of property away from bulk of the other condos. Easy to park, easy to walk to shopping village, athletic club, and to beachfront. It’s was perfect for the 3 of us.

We had a wonderful, true Hawaii experience with this condo. Beautiful lanai view of the Moir gardens, a papaya plant, and ocean view. The condo was well stoked, lots of amenities like beach umbrella and chairs. The condo rental provides beach towel check out with Kaihuna beach shack, which was convenient. The Poipu athletic club is so fun with waterslide, hot tub, workout equipment, and pickle ball. We can’t wait to come again! Mahalo

Condo was nice, needed some repair, but gen well stocked & furnished.
No cable/ internet svc 4 out of 6 days.
Needed kitchen towels and bedding for hideBed. Received 'managements response inquiring why 2 of us needed to use the hide a bed!!! Never have been told if we needed more towels we would have to wash them at property's laundry.

This property is beautiful and well stocked. We had almost every amenity we needed, and the property managers were always available promptly by text. Neighbors were friendly and quiet, and the grounds were beautiful. This property is a ground level condo, so you can walk right out the back door to the nearby foot rinsing tap if needed after a day at the beach or hiking. That being said, the property is not truly ADA accessible, in case that is something you're looking for. The property does not have A/C, it is cooled by air vents and fans. We always felt comfortable and cool even when the days were warm, but if you know you need A/C to cool down, this is something to keep in mind. This property is close to many stores, including a Starbucks right across the street! It's also very close to Old Koloa Town, which I recommend everyone visit. Overall, I'd recommend this property highly!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and management was very helpful with communication in everything. The condo had everything we needed; whether it be to cook or spend a day at the beach. However, the unit is starting to show its age and needs maybe a little "TLC" but we would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and shopping center with restuarants. The condo is a little dated - the bed should be upgraded. But overall a nice place to stay for a couple. We used the kitchen several times and noticed the cookware could be better. I was worried about the lack of A/C but with the fans and the breeze we were fine.

This condo was great! We loved being able to step outside the condo and immediately walk down a beautiful cactus garden. There was also a beautiful orchid garden and some koi ponds. My daughter (6) spent hours looking for geckos right outside on the grass. This condo is just a short walk to a beach, where we’d go watch the sunrise, although we preferred Poi’pu and Baby Beach for our daughter (and for turtle sightings!). The swimming pool was fantastic, and just a short walk across the street. We didn’t have any problems, so we did not need to contact the host- but they were very communicative and I am sure they would have solved any issue quickly. We also appreciated all of the recommendations for local restaurants and activities! My *only* complaint, which comes with the island of Kauai, was the endless crowing of the roosters at all hours of the night. 😂 But I suppose that’s part of the ambiance and charm of Kauai! Thank you!

Great stay…the whole “key cafe” thing is a little confusing as we were sent a back up key which was great for our late night arrival…and then additional cards and towel cards were waiting in condo…so no real need for the key cafe so we did not bother using.

We would stay again. Location was amazing. Wasn’t baby proof, but that was okay. Plenty of space and great place. We were able to walk to the shopping center and the beach. Poipu beach was a 2 minute drive. Very clean and beautiful back door view.

We've stayed in this same complex a few years ago. It's quite large, and has some buildings with waterfront or beach views. This unit is closer to the main road, but a quick walk to the beach. There is a health club with great amenities within walking distance. There's a shuttle bus stop nearby. If you have a car, you can get anywhere on the island quickly. Shopping and restaurants across the street. Old Koloa town is a quick 5 minute drive, and we recommend the Thai food truck and Spezia Italian for good and cheap, and special occasion, respectively. Nothing fancy, but everything you need to spend a week or more and have a great vacation.

The room we had at the Plantation was great! Super clean, had all the necessities, and was close enough to the beach that it wasn’t loud during the day, but was an easy walk over.
Originally I was intimidated by the no-AC situation, but with all of the windows open there was enough breeze to keep everything cool and, dare I say, even a little chilly at night.
We felt well prepared, and there was a TON of communication. But I’m sure some people do need that, and it was great to be able to locate the information we needed in several places.

The condo was as expected by the photos. You will hear your upstairs neighbors so if you want quiet then find a top floor unit. This unit also had more millipedes than we're used to - just an FYI for people with kids.
The main issue we had was the lack of toilet paper. Buried in the details of the info from the manager is a note that they only provided two "starter" rolls of TP. We stay at VRBOs often and have never had this policy. The details also said there would be starter coffee and laundry detergent, of which we found neither. We had family members staying in other units at Kiahuna and they had unlimited TP and easy check-in/check-out at the desk (not going to the grocery store for keys). I understand there is likely a trade off for using on-property management but a roll or two of toilet paper seems silly.
The amount of communications from the management company was overwhelming. I believe we had 12 emails between the booking date and arrival - some had new info, some had info I had already been sent, some had useless info and one was a mailed package I had to bring with me. They were reasonably responsive while we were on-property, especially since it was Christmas.

This we our fifth stay at Kiahuna Plantation, our first at this condo. The condo is clean and well equipped with the basics. Nice view of the cactus garden, and in the distance you can see the ocean through a gap in the Sheraton. Ground floor location of condo worked well for my mobility challenges. Would recommend for future stays.
