We loved our stay at Kiahuna Plantation. It was the perfect home base for us. The condo is just as the pictures show and listing describes. The bed is really comfortable to relax in after long days exploring the island and the kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked most of our meals, so having good equipment in the kitchen made things easy. Being able to wake up and see the ocean and be there in 3 min walking was awesome. Our favorite thing to do was have coffee on the lanai in the morning and watch the waves. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. The unit was perfectly situated allowing for a straight on view of the water. Everything was clean and well maintained, the bed was comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The A/C was welcome after days of exploring and the lanai is just the right place to have morning coffee. The large grassy area near the sand was a great place to hang and relax, and our friends that live on the island even came by to enjoy it with us.
Kiahuna 107 is an easy walk to shopping, food, other resorts and a pretty spectacular coffee place right across the street (Little Fish is a must...don't be afraid of the line, it moves pretty fast). We highly recommend staying here...you won't be disappointed!

1) Castle Resort is located between Mariott and Sheraton hotels. They were more expensive, so I thought they were better. Not true. The Castle Resort territory is way bigger, incredibly green, and not too crowded. Sweet and quiet most of the time!
2) The 107 unit was super clean. Probably the cleanest I have ever been. A/C is a perfect addition!
3) The cleaning fee is $255 + tax. Which totals $300. Just FYI.
4) Somebody in the comments mentioned noise from the road and roosters - I haven't heard anything like this in 5 days. But the tropical birds in the morning are very loud, ha-ha! Just bring your earplugs.
5) Mark helped to pick a flower shop. They delivered a birthday bouquet to the Front Desk on Friday, so the beautiful tropical flowers waited for us the next day in the room. Sad that we have to leave them there.
Overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful . Everything was in great condition and the location was perfect. We were close to a darling little coffe shop and the athletic club. The beach was walking distance and a perfect place to enjoy sunsets and the waves. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda and listening to the birds , watching the waves and smelling the blooming plumeria flower trees. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend staying in this home,

Everything about our experience was super easy, and this 1 BR is just as lovely as the photos show, if not more so. The pull out bed was great for our son, the view is really lovely, and it is easy walking to great food, great beaches - everything! We really enjoyed our short stay here in paradise and would definitely book again!

Had a very nice stay at this property. Lovely partial ocean view condo at a beautifully maintained resort. Quiet, clean, and well described. We only cooked a little bit but had pans and dishes that well suited our plans. Outdoor grills at the property well maintained. Ample parking and well located with respect to restaurants and shopping. Nice beach access. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this resort. There’s excellent beaches within walking distance—we saw spinner dolphins from the shore, many sea turtles, and had excellent snorkeling. Also super convenient to the Poipu shopping center, and a quick drive to Waimea canyon and other south-side destinations. The room itself was updated, nicely decorated, with a peekaboo view of the ocean. We also really appreciated the air conditioning.

This condo and property exceeded our expectations! We loved everything about it. The condo is beautifully updated and has everything you need for your vacation. The king sized bed is comfy. We loved the large deck and spent most of our time outside on the deck when not out exploring. We loved how things were spread out, lots of trees, flowers and green space! We would definitely book this unit again. From our deck we enjoyed watching the waves roll in, listening to the abundance of birds and smelling the plumeria growing nearby. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you do some cooking. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and ice packs to take with us on our adventures. There was also snorkel gear but we ended up renting some for our trip. We loved that there were several yummy places to eat just across the street, make sure you go to the Little Fish Coffee in the morning. You can keep an eye on the line from your front door, it can get long! I can't recommend this unit/resort highly enough!

Just checked out of this condo after staying for three nights. It was a great place to stay and highly recommend it for Kauai. My girlfriend and I were generally out exploring everyday and didn’t get to enjoy the grounds much but the balcony has a great view of the ocean, beach was very nice, and the pool at the athletic club was perfect for a late afternoon / evening swim. The location is also perfect for Kauai. It was about 1.5 hour drive to Haena (furthest north you can drive) and 1.25 hours to the end of the road in Waimea (furthest south you can drive).

Great unit, very clean and updated. We were able to cook most of our meals in and enjoy them on the Lanai. Kiahuna Plantation is our favorite place to stay in the Poipu area. Great beach and amazing sunset! We would definitely recommend this unit

This was a wonderful unit. Even though it was in one of the farthest buildings from the ocean and close to the road it didn’t matter a bit. We were not bothered by any minimal road noise and we had a beautiful ocean view. The fact that there is no pool on-site was a plus because the grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and quiet and there is a very large lawn with tall palm trees for shade if you’d rather be off the beach. The unit is nicely furnished, pretty well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Poipu Shopping Center is a an easy 5 minute walk, Little Fish Coffee is directly across the road, and Koloa Town is a 5-minute drive. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be requesting this particular unit again. We hated to leave.

We had to cancel our trip in 2020 due to COVID. The original trip was honored and Mark was easy to coordinate with. The condo was great and has a great view. Easy 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the pool. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at the Kiahuna for many years and this was by far our favorite condo! It is walking distance to everything - the beach, pool, gym, shopping and restaurants
We loved the open feeling of the condo and the view off the front deck is beautiful. It was very updated compared to other places we have stayed - nice furniture, appliances, etc

This is not our first visit to Kiahuna Plantation, but this may be our new favorite spot here. The condo was very nice, furnishings very elegant in a comfortable beachy way. The bed was extremely comfortable. And we certainly enjoyed the view from the lanai, and the walk down to the wonderful beachfront. Kiahuna is conveniently located on the Poipu shore. We look forward to more visits.

We loved our stay. Everything we needed was in the Unit. We loved having breakfast on the lanai while we planned our day. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is right out front! Several places close by to walk to for dinner, drinks, or a little store. It was perfect! We usually go to Maui, but if we return to Kauai we'd stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo, as it is nicely furnished and updated. You can tell that they take good care of their place since everything is in good condition. It has a great patio with loungers, chairs and table, for relaxing and taking in the view of the ocean and listening to all the birds sing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Being on the second floor with no one above is a plus, and it is fairly quiet. We found the bed to be comfortable, and there were plenty of windows throughout the unit to let in a nice cool breeze. Parking is convenient, as it is right outside this building. It is a short and scenic stroll through the property down to the beach, with BBQs for everyone's use. We appreciate that the owners leave a beach umbrella, boogie board and snorkeling equipment for our use. We also found the owners to be very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

The unit is quiet and comfy, with a huge private lanai, well equipped for outdoor dining and lounging. The king size bed was a treat (we have a queen) and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook like you would at home. Never turned on the TV, but we did use the wi-fi and it was problem free as well. I would definitely stay there again:)

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this condo. It was clean and, nicely furnished, and the grounds were lovely. It is a great location in Poipu on Kiahuna beach. The owner responded very promptly to any question or comment I had. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai and also down on the grassy lawn at the beach. The only thing I would say it lacked is air-conditioning, but the ceiling fans were helpful.
