We thoroughly enjoyed our staying here! This unit was well updated, well-stocked, very clean, and the views are spectacular. It was perfect for a family of 4. Two people shared the king bed and the other two shared the sofa bed. I am generally not a fan of sofa beds, but this sofa bed was very comfortable. We love that the unit came with body boards, beach chairs, and a portable cooler for the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this unit. When we return to Kiahuna Plantation, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home overlooking Kiahuna Plantation and the beautiful waves of Poipu Beach. The view from the balcony is even better than the photo in the listing. Short walk to to the beach, and easy access to condo by car. Owner was helpful and responded very quickly.

We have stayed at several Kiahuna condos, and this one was particularly nice. The unit was private, quiet, comfortably furnished, and nicely updated. There was a boogie board and beach chair in the closet, which we used regularly. You do have to take three flights of stairs to reach the unit, so that could be problematic for some. The only complaint I have is that the Christian-themed art in the unit is really over the top and felt indoctrinating. The religious art could be toned down significantly and perhaps replaced with some tasteful island-theme pieces. Art aside, however, we really enjoyed our stay.

2 Major Cons:
1. No AC. We checked in late and it must have been 100 degrees, extremely humid. they have about 8 fans in the unit which we turned on, but without leaving the front door open there was no cross breeze until very late and it remained hot. Also sleeping with so many fans on makes my throat dry, is loud and generally unpleasant. The rest of the stay wasnt too bad, once the breeze kicked it, but for the price we paid I would never book without AC again.
2. This rental unit needs a TRIGGER WARNING. Every single piece of art, every single couch pillow, had bible quotes and Christian jargon. The "art" is extreme - think pictures of Jesus with adam and eve and stairway to heaven and generally the stuff you find at church, not vacation. There were 10 commandments in the bathroom. Why do you need 6 couch pillows with different bible quotes? It is impossible to ignore and could be unwelcoming if you are of a different religion, or even triggering if you had a bad relationship with Catholism in your past (thinking of anyone kicked out of school because they were gay, affected by priest abuse, ect). In my opinion this level of religious dogma is completely inappropriate for a rental property.
Smaller issues include the beach being very small - just be aware. Looks like it was mostly washed away. 2 sets of stairs up and down with no elevator (so carrying your luggage). Also this property is closest to the highway and furthest from the beach. You could hear the highway at night because you had to leave everything open due to no AC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It had one of the most beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai and we saw whales most mornings while drinking our coffee. The grounds are so well-kept with amazing lush foliage. We spent most of our time at the beautiful beach which is just a few minutes’ walk from the condo. The Poipu athletic club is also a nice amenity to have available. We played tennis, pickleball, ping pong, used the gym and the pool.
Although we were awoken by the resident roosters the first morning, we quickly got used to them and didn’t notice them much after that. Compared to the other units that our friends were staying in, our unit was the nicest and most updated of them all. We were very pleased over all!

We have stayed at several different resorts at Kiahuna and this one is one of the nicest units we have stayed at. The pull out couch is the most comfortable one we have ever slept on and the king bed is very comfortable as well. The ocean view is amazing and sitting on the lanai every morning was such a treat. Owners were very helpful and attentive to our needs! We loved this unit and would stay again!

This condo was all that we had dreamed of on the VRBO site. AND the kitchen is wonderfully appointed with a large selection of spices and basic condiments. The knives are a real treat for anyone preparing food.
Bedding, and extra blankets were greatly appreciated. Loved the view and location.
The big bonus for us is the Poipu Athletic Club which is open to Guests of the Kiahuna Plantation. It’s located right across the street and offers a full work out gym, fitness studio, tennis, pickle ball and family pool with a full bar/restaurant.

This property is very clean with beautiful ocean view. Great location, walking distance to the beach where our family enjoyed swimming and snorkeling. Sunset on the beach was breathtaking. Our family really enjoyed the stay and will come back some day. The owner is very kind and helpful and corresponded to our questions promptly. Highly recommend this place.

The property was so warm and inviting. Just the right size for the two of us but room to sleep two more easily. The property was beautifully decorated and maintained. It was peaceful and we felt at home. Great views, amazing sunrise and sunsets, great beach access and centrally located. We can’t wait to return. Better hurry, bookings fill up fast!

The Living Waters condo was such a peaceful place to stay. It was exactly as described and then some. We cooked all of our meals at the condo and were so pleased at how equipped the kitchen was. Sitting on the lanai and looking out over the water gave us just the reprieve we needed from the sun and surf. Our hosts were so accommodating and responsive. We simply could not have asked for a better stay!

After a long travel day we arrived in paradise and were awed by how nice this unit is. The view is truly spectacular, better in person than in the pictures, and the extras that are already present in the unit made us feel right at home.

In preparation for trip I had a few concerns & all I had to do was contact Katalika & she acknowledged my concerns made a few suggestions from that minute on I knew things would be ok .. The condo was comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. And the lanai with an ocean view was just wonderful. It was perfect for our stay on the island.
