Welcome to Kiahuna Plantation on the sunny south shore of Kauai! This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Kiahuna Plantation leaves nothing to be desired! Relax on one of your TWO private lanais overlooking the garden and parcel ocean view while being steps to the sand. Stay comfortable in your unit with the newly installed mini split A/C system in both bedrooms and the living room! Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast 300mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too.

On the main level, the Master Bedroom has a King size bed with all new furniture to ensure a comfortable night's rest along with an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower. Don't forget about 42" cable TV and coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! The second bedroom is complete with two twin size bed and 42" smart TV ( you have Spectrum application with all cable TV channels ) with coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! Perfect for kids and even adults! Upstairs, the living room is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests ( Comfortable for two small children ) 4 total. In the living room you'll also find a 65" TV with cable TV and a Blue Ray DVD player to relax after a day's adventure. Living room have coveted AC! Enjoy cooking in this upgraded kitchen with all of the cooking supplies you can think of!

If you have plan come after 8pm or if you have additional request ( pack and play, mobile bed....) you need to call Outrigger front desk one day before arrival and they will give you temporary keys code and next morning you need go to Outrigger Front Desk and finished check-in.
Check-out you mast finished to Outrigger Front Desk. You will need go to Outrigger Front Desk and make check-out. Please return towels card to Front Desk . Turn off all appliances.
If you not returned all towels cards Outrigger Front Desk will collect toy $25 per card.

I have pock and play for your baby and also you can get additional roll bed from Outrigger Front desk but you need pay $20 per night for roll bed . If you have plan come after 8pm or if you have additional request ( pack and play, roll bed....) you need to call Outrigger front desk one day before arrival and they will provide to you front door keys code and ( pack and play, roll bed.... ) in the unit.
Price include all fees and taxes. Check-out cleaning fee is include but if you need additional cleaning or changing towels or bed linen you will pay additional fees.

Poipu Beach Athletic club pass with poolside bar, tennis, water slide and workout room included. Shopping and dining also just next door. It's the perfect location here at Kiahuna Plantation. Just 45 minutes to the top of the Waimea Canyon and 1 hour to the North Shore. Open up the louvred windows and the sliding doors to let the gentle trade winds blow through. Very comfortable and convenient apartment located in a development with many old, large, sculptural Monkeypod, Royal Poinciana and mango trees. Conveniently located for walks to beach, adjacent shopping center and the Poipu Club, where guests have privileges (nice pool for kids, deck-side pool service, and well-equipped fitness gym). Easy drive to sites and commercial area in the south part of the island. Great communication with host and good service from the Outrigger management.

Very conveniently located to beach and drivable attractions. Amenities are a bit spread out, with pool across main road. Property in the process of being updated with some work left to do. Very clean!

We've stayed in other places near Poipu and this is the best place to stay! This condo is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It feels very private and has a patio as well as balcony. The place was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had the necessities. The condo includes free resort style pool access, gym, tennis courts, hot tub, etc. For kids there was a nice lagoon area at the pool. The beach adjacent to the condos is gorgeous. But our favorite part was probably how well stocked the storage was. We were able to use beach chairs, a beach umbrella and even a surfboard. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

This unit is exactly as listed! Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Beach front was gorgeous and provided everything you would need to have some beach fun!This unit was very clean and provides all that you would need for a wonderful vacation!!!!

It is overall the best experience we ever had with a rental place. Location is the best too, steps from the beach and all amenities close by. We love to come back!

We love staying in Poipu and this was the perfect location for our family! Easy access to the beach and amenities. The house was very comfortable and a nice landing pad after a day at the beach and pool. Definitely would stay here again!

The unit and property are very nice. The kitchen is well-appointed - even plastic containers for leftovers. AC is super quiet. A really comfortable, clean place to hang out in between outings throughout our stay. Close to lots of restaurants. Access to a good fitness club across the street is included.

We had a phenomenal stay! The condo was fabulous and had all the extra things we needed (beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, laundry basket, beach towels, ice chest, and more). The condo was comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. There is great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I can’t wait to go back and wish I was still there!

We had an outstanding visit to Poipu Beach Kauaii. The 2 BR condo was newly re-done and was very spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. Having full air conditioning was a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was great to all things in the area especially the beach. We definately plan to stay here again.
