HOW DO I GET MY FREE LEI GREETING FOR TWO?
If you are staying 7 nights or longer, you will receive a free lei greeting for two people upon arrival at LIH airport. Once you complete your reservation, you will need to provide your flight details and we will take care of the rest. The Lei greeting will take place at the baggage claim area.
DOES IT HAVE A VIEW OF THE OCEAN?
YES! It has elevated views of the lawn, beach and ocean. The walk to the beach is just about 1 minute from the lanai.
DOES THE CONDO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
YES! There is a powerful AC unit in the living room. The unit also has a ceiling fan in each room, an extra portable fan as well as vented windows to maximize the flow of the ocean breeze.
DOES THE CONDO INCLUDE USE OF A POOL & FITNESS CENTER?
Yes. All Kiahuna Plantation guests have free access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street. For access you will check in at Poipu Beach Athletic Club. You will find a large swimming pool, water slide, hot tub, full gym, full locker rooms, 2 half basketball courts, 3 pickleball courts and 4 tennis courts. They provide all sporting equipment such as basketballs, tennis racquets and balls, pickleball equipment, table tennis, etc. Lastly, there is an onsite restaurant and bar with full service and a great menu.
WHAT FLOOR IS THE CONDO ON?
Our condo is on the second/top floor of Bldg. 26. Just a few steps from where you will park which is convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries!
CAN YOU HEAR ROAD NOISE FROM THE CONDO?
No. This unit is far away from Poipu Road where the road noise comes from. You may, however, hear the ocean waves coming from the beach.
IS BEACH GEAR INCLUDED?
Yes! The condo includes bodyboards, beach chairs, beach mats, beach umbrella and a cooler. There is rental hut on the beach that provides free beach towels, free beach chairs and additional paid beach gear rentals.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Coffee machine is a 12 cup regular drip. Ground hawaiian coffee for one pot is provided.

If you are looking for a great beach in Poipu region, this is the place for you. The location could not be better! Erick is a very responsive host including helping us decide between his properties and including clear instructions with check in/out. We even had an issue in getting the dishwasher started and Erick had maintenance come out while we were gone and they got it started for us.

Great wind that goes through the place cooling it down immediately (I think there is also AC but we never needed to use it due to the great wind flow).
Lovely view from the lanai - we spent hours just sitting there.
The bathroom could be updated but it was clean so I don't feel like that is a huge issue.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Poipu where you have a well applianced kitchen to cook in, a lovely view, and a comfortable bed...with the best host around, this is your place.
If we come back to Kauai we will stay in Poipu for the great beach and this condo for the great location and experience.

The property is beautiful! The condo is right between the two beach green spaces. Near shopping and many restaurants. But make sure you always make time for the sunsets.

Great location! We were able to walk to the beach and had access to beach gear, towels, etc. We also use the athletic club on several occasions and enjoyed their facilities. Hosts were excellent in communication regarding check-in and check out and the interactions with the registration office at the facility was easy and seamless. We enjoyed the south side of the island and did several excursions inland. The location of the condo worked out perfectly. Love to stay there again!

Very pleased with our choice - great location, close to beach in resort area with many fab restaurants, as well as a convenient base to see the rest of the island. Exceptionally clean and comfortable unit, with aesthetic appeal, in a garden setting. Resort staff friendly and efficient. Laundry and bbq nearby as well as a beautiful koi garden and walks along the ocean - highly recommend!

Wonderful condo with peekaboo ocean view. Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, ceiling fans, standing fan & AC. Great communication from owner. Great area, beautiful close beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:
Loved the location. It was 3 minutes to the beach, walkable to restaurants and a short drive to town. The unit was a great size for a small family and the furniture was very comfy. Lots of fans and AC in the living room kept the place a good temperature. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans for cooking and a dishwasher as well.
Cons:
The bathroom could use some updates. Sometimes the noise outside was bothersome because the windows are just screens with wood blinds. It's quiet enough at night, but I was woken by the sprinkler and birds around 6 each morning.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very homey and comfortable with everything we needed! I greatly appreciated Erick and the onsite management for assisting with a minor maintenance issue upon our arrival. The location of this condo is perfect and it is so quiet. This property has all the bases covered. There's a wonderful beach within easy walking distance and a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. Just across the main street is a little shopping center with everything you could need: small market, music, lots of great food options (our favorite was Avenue Cafe). The apartment itself is very comfortable and has great wifi. In Feb. we didn't need air con - the ceiling fans were plenty. I only wish the complex had recycling available - or maybe I just didn't find it...
