This condo is in building 16. Twice as big as the 1-bed condos here with 1584 square feet/147 square meters. All 2-bedroom condos here are 2-levels and have the same floorplan. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS. Entry, bedrooms, bathrooms, lanai downstairs - living, dining, kitchen, lanai upstairs. We have a porta-crib (bring a crib sheet), booster seat and a stair gate. Looking forward to coming back. A fantastic experience all around. Clean, quiet, A/C for sleeping, trade winds during the day kept accommodation very comfortable. Great view, close to beach, great swimming. Gym and pool were a great addition at the athletic club. Pool side food service at the cabana was great as well.

I'd stay in this condo again in a minute! Very clean, bright, updated, comfortable! Kim is a great manager and communicator - offered lots of suggestions and responded immediately to our questions. Kim's place offers great value for family who wants to experience South Kauai to the fullest at a very affordable price. The unit is clean, spacious, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we need. Only a short walk to Kiahuna and Poipu Beach where our little boys snorkeled and saw a ton of colorful fishes and sea turtles. Community pool is right across the street with water slide, gym, tennis courts, etc. Cleaning and resort staff are friendly and helpful. Kim was awesome in communication and sent us tons of tips for local recommendations. We would highly recommend this to our friends and families.

Great location with easy access to parking and Poipu athletic club for pickleball with a nice short walk to the beach. Little noisy from the road but the location and access ruled! Comfy beds which are very important for a good rest at night. Loved the cross ventilation the end unit provided. Definitely would stay here again. Kim was a wonderful host with her easy communication.

Very well located property with a quick access to the amazing Kauai beach. Near to surfing, snorkeling. And golf. The condo itself was okay. The ad mentioned a pull out sofa which isn't working. Unfortunately we were counting on it for our accommodations so my son had to sleep on the couch. The dishwasher didn't work either so we had to clean and dry the dishes which wasn't a great inconvenience. So overall it was a great vacation but the condo itself was somewhat of a meh.

We had such a great stay here. Communication with the owner was speedy and excellent. She was extremely helpful getting us all set up for our trip, especially with things for our twin 3 year old. She also had a lot of great info on the surrounding area. The condo is great - much of it clearly freshly redone. We cooked in the kitchen several times and found it to have everything we needed for cooking (and even baking brownies). It was easy to open the slats on the windows to get a great breeze or close them up if needed to make things extra quiet during nap time. We used the boogie boards, chairs and umbrella that are included and the kids had great fun. The beach at the hotel is great along with all the green space if you want to run around (as a 3 year old) or just avoid sand (like my dad). The access to the athletic club across the street is fantastic as well - the pool is great, as is the food. One kid got obsessed with the pool slide. Overall a really great trip and this condo is definitely the first place we will check when we return to Poipu.

Awesome location, the recent remodel really brightens the place up, but our quest for a comfortable bed continues. This one is bouncy and hard. The twin beds were nice, just not the king. The sofa upstairs is itchy fabric. Those are my only two issues. This location is amazing for families! Mornings at the pool, lunch, nap then afternoons at the beach. Everything is close by.

This is a beautiful home. The lanai looking to the ocean was our favorite. Our experience was great and communication and resources and local info from host was much appreciated. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a relaxing time. The owner was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The views and ocean breeze were fantastic! The walk to any of the nearby beaches was pleasant, and you had swimming, snorkeling, or boarding right there. With its location, the traffic noise is very loud, but the walk to shops, restaurants, and pool is easy.

We love staying at the Kiahuna Plantation as it’s just an easy place to stay. We had other friends and family in other units around the property so it was nice to walk around and use the bbq facilities. We all have kids and it’s a great, safe place for them to all get together and play. The beach hut provides great gear and surf lessons. The Coffee / breakfast spot across the street was a godsend as there is currently not a restaurant at Kiahuna. It was a shame to see how the famous Kiahuna gardens have fallen behind in maintenance, hopefully this was just related to the pandemic. Otherwise no issues, sad to have had to go home.

The condo was even more beautiful than the photos. Great kitchen and 3 lanai’s with breathtaking views. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, the pool, and shops. There are boogie boards and a beach umbrella, plus beach towels and lounge chairs you can check out.
