Kiahuna Condo 331 overlooks beautiful Moir Gardens and has partial ocean views. Recently refurnished, the condo is tastefully redecorated with granite countertops and tiled shower. It has newly-installed central air conditioning and is a few minutes walk to world famous Kiahuna and Poipu Beaches. The condo is also a brief walk to Poipu Village Shopping Center or to the pool, gym, and tennis/pickleball courts.

A short walk (or drive, if you prefer) takes you to beautiful Poipu Athletic Club, with its expansive pool (including waterslide), gym, aerobics room, tennis and pickleball courts, and a bar/restaurant. Membership is included in your condo rental. Also just across the road is Poipu Shopping Village, which has great restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. A short stroll also takes you to famous Moir Gardens, hotels such as the Sheraton and Marriott that have oceanside restaurants and boutiques.

Why Condo 331? This beautifully finished 3rd-floor end-unit condo offers great views and cool sea breezes, and in addition has central air conditioning. You will appreciate the granite countertops, tile bathroom, lovely furniture, vaulted ceilings, louvered windows, and gleaming new wood floors. You will love the view of the grounds and partial ocean view, whether you are sitting on the spacious lanai, or inside in the kitchen, dining area, or living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, kitchenware, spices and cooking supplies. The closet is filled with beach gear... chairs, umbrellas, cooler, snorkeling gear, and more. You will enjoy the 54 inch Samsung HD tv in the living area and 32 Samsung HD tv in the bedroom. WiFi, stereo and IPod connections are available. You will love the king sized pillow-top bed, and the living room couch converts to a comfy pillow top queen sleeper. We leave an extra aerobed in the closet as well as a play-n-pak. Free parking is directly behind the condo, and laundry facilities are on property. A new gas barbeque island (two grills) is only about 60 feet out the door. The condo is a short walk to the Poipu Shopping Village with its many shops, a general store, and nice eating establishments.

Why Kiahuna Plantation Resort? Beautiful traditional-style buildings with gorgeous grounds... lawns trimmed like golf courses, palm trees, famous gardens, ponds, and bordering a world-renowned beach. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Why Poipu? The south is the sunniest region of the island... far less rain than the north. Excellent beaches. Great hiking. Spectacular Waimea Canyon, with views of breathtaking Napali Coast.

Why Kauai? Considered by most to be the most beautiful Hawaiian Island. More peaceful and secluded than other islands.
