We had a great prestay before our cruise. The room is a bit dated but well maintained and clean. Updated bath and kitchen. Great location to Waikiki but away from mass congestion. We watched the Friday night fireworks from our balcony. This property is a great value and easy walking to ABC store, shopping and activities. Thank you.

Perfect location. The condo had a great view of the ocean, pools and lagoon. The condo itself was slightly worn down but clean. Minutes from the beach. Two nice pools. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance of the resort. The ocean is quite rocky but we managed with water shoes and saw lots of sea turtles! Overall great experience. We would highly recommend.

There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance of the resort. The ocean is quite rocky but we managed with water shoes and saw lots of sea turtles! Overall great experience. This place was a cute little condo that served it’s purpose…a clean place to lay our heads at night. It is a little dated but who comes to Hawaii to stay in their room all day, not me. All amenities were available to us…linens, towels, hygiene, kitchen supplies, beach supplies (even a wagon to carry and pull all these things) etc. and if anything else was needed, it was only a short elevator ride downstairs in the hotel/condo lobby store. Balcony view was great to wake up to every morning. Parking was fine, as stated. We parked in the marina garage ($28 per day), which was a short walk away passing through the adjacent hotel (can be tedious, if you’re tired or have to go to the bathroom) but it was nice exercise for all the good food I was eating. Parking spots were always available when we returned back for the night. Host was very responsive and even let us check in early. No complaints here, would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

The unit has a stunning view, you can actually see the ocean from bed! Description and photos are very accurate. There is laundry in the same level, easy access to swimming pools and beach/lagoon from unit. I have nothing to complain about the unit and we would stay there again next time we visit Hawaii. We love our stay!!

I enjoyed the stay at the llikai, the entry of the Motel was very clean, it was nice to walk into, the workers were very helpful. The room was clean just a few things need updating, overall I really enjoyed the room, view was fantastic! P.s. the balcony needed a bite more tender Love! As floor on balcony needs a scrub! 🤔 Pools areas were fantastic. 😎😎

Also, you have to supply all your own simple kitchen items, they do not provide sugar, salt, pepper, zip loc baggies, or any other simple things that other vrbo’s do. Overall very cool location and nice space!

We had stayed in this building 7 years ago and when we planned another trip to Honolulu we decided to go back to the building. Our unit was very clean, well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, bed was comfortable. The kitchen cabinets and stove are a bit dated … but that would be the only improvement I could see. The view from the balcony is amazing …. Location is very good. Walmart is about a 20 minute walk for our groceries. I would come back to this unit. Thank you

The view was lovely and just as pictured. The services and immensities of the hotel are wonderful. The cleanliness of the unit was not the best, though I understand that is a contractor's issue. There was garbage and food and ketchup all over the garbage area under the sink upon our arrival. It was remedied with a trip to the managers but... the overall cleanliness was sub par for an otherwise nice unit. The bed was very comfortable but a fitted sheet instead of a too small sheet for the base would have been much more so. There was no way to tuck it in so it could stay put through the night. I like to cook and did often and the kitchen was serviceable enough. I would definitely like to stay in the unit again and would recommend it. It is an excellent value for the view and amenities.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we asked the valet lady if we just unload, and they take the car. She walked away from us. So, then I went to her counter to ask again, to be frank she was a witch with a B! We refused to park there the next 3 days of our stay. Paid less than half the price in the marina next door and so much happier. The price we had to pay for cleaning was crazy, then to find a dead lizard/geico beside the bed. There is no ceiling vent in bathroom, wallpaper is peeling and seems to have mold where the seams meet. The water beaded above our head in shower. And nearly feel first time using toilet it's SO low to the ground, terrible for someone with hip/knee problems. Couldn't find a remote for AC and wasn't climbing on the bed, we froze at night. The bed should have deep pocket sheets, the one on there came untucked every night. Best part was the view.

The positives are, the Ilikai, it's in a good location with great amenities. This was our third stay at the Ilikai but this time we were pretty disappointed. What I can say good about this unit is the view, it's fantastic, and the bed was comfy. The online pictures show a dated condo unit, but it looks clean, right? That is not what it looks like in reality. In reality the walls, kitchen cupboards, refrigerator and front door are covered in black scuff marks and stains, and are sticky, the wallpaper is peeling, here there and everywhere, the cupboards and drawers smell awful like old musty moldy wood. Kitchen utensils, and dishes are quite dated and were not very clean. There are several chips in the floor and stains along the trim and door frames. The furniture is extremely worn and stained. Even the patio was dirty and the patio furniture was stained and very old. I wish I was able to attach some real pictures of this unit on this review. It's obvious that this condo has not been maintained well for many years, dated is fine but this goes beyond. Pay $50 to a $100 more a night for another unit here, we wish we had.

My daughter and I had our first girls get away, and this location was perfect! Right on the beach. The view from the room was incredible. Walking distance to everything we needed, and car rental in lobby. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

This property is the perfect size for 2! It is a a great location on waikiki beach. All the things you need for a get away are provided. I needed to contact the owner and they responded right away. Very easy to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking at a vacation in Oahu!!

The location was perfect. The view was amazing. The Ilikea hotel pools were quiet and relaxing. The hotel was next to the Hilton, we ate at a few of their restaurants and enjoyed shopping there. The bed at the condo was extremely comfortable. The pull out couch is horrible, I don’t think anyone would be able to sleep on it. It was fine as me and my sister just shared the king sized bed. Perfect condo for the price!

Wifi and A/C unit worked great, there is 3 types of elevators to choose from, so min wait time and every floor has its own laundry room for everyone's convenience. Waikiki is such fun place to visit where you can see green see turtles 🐢 and tropical fish in the water right in front of the Rainbow Tower in Hilton Village. I loved biking to my fav destinations and getting groceries along the way (tip: buy beach cruiser bike on Craigslist like I did 😉). Watching Aloha Friday night fireworks from lanai is an amazing experience!

We stayed at the Ilikai with our extended family and we each had our own room. This unit had the most accurate listing and the best view! You can see the ocean from the bed!
The reviews bemoaning the need for updating aren’t wrong necessarily, but there are literally thousands of other rooms to book if you are looking for a fancy suite. This unit was affordable and helped make Hawaii a possibility for us! Mahalo!

Overall the property was not good quality. The sofa was very old and dirty, it consisted of a paper thin mattress which provided poor support and uncomfortable sleep. The dishes were also old and kitchen was not cleaned upon arrival. We spent several hours cleaning and washing the preexisting dishes before using them. In addition, the TV was in poor condition as the remote was not functioning properly. There were not enough chairs on the balcony for the three members in my family and the chairs were old metal which were very uncomfortable and provided no support. The fridge and cooking supplies were also in old condition and need to be replaced and renewed. The condition of the apartment overall was very poor.

This condo is in a great location with a nice view of the ocean. The “bedroom” is just sliding fabric doors that don’t go all the way to the ceiling. So it gives you some privacy, but doesn’t eliminate noise. The condo could use some updating, but it worked for our needs. Overall though it is a nice place, in a good location and I would recommend it.

The view of the lagoon and beach from this condo are nice, however the condo itself is not an inviting environment. The bed had clean linens, but the entire condo could benefit from a deep clean. The walls and doors have lots of marks on them and dust piled behind the bed and on the lamp shades. The dishes had to be washed before being used due to fingerprint marks. The couch is dirty and was not an inviting area to relax. The king size bed was nice, however it is hard and squeaks with any movement. The hotel had long wait times for the elevator. The bath towels were nice, but it would be nice to have beach towels at a beach condo.

Almost everything well within walking distance, and super efficient to get an Uber if needed. Nice little grocery 2 blocks away so you can use that full kitchen well. Giant sliding glass doors make this almost feel like you are outside when in the room. If you are going to stay in Waikiki this is an excellent choice. Very comfy all around.

We were a 25 minute walk to Waikiki. I thought we'd be a little closer but it wasn't a big deal. The condo amenities were dated but we weren't there a lot so again not a big deal. The property manager was informative and responded to any questions I had on a timely basis. All and all, I nice place to stay if you're ok with a little bit of walking to get to the beach and shopping.

Near the beaches ⛱️. The view from the Balcony was fabulous. We could see far out into the ocean. Lots of restaurants around.
Kitchen was a well appointed. Nice King sized bed you could lay on and look out the floor to ceiling windows.
Nice bathroom with big shower and storage space.
