GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: As required by the condo association to register all travelers, we need to verify all adult guests ahead of the stay & immediately after booking confirmation. As part of the verification process, all adult guests in your party must agree and acknowledge that you will be required to provide copy of government issued ID, contact number, email, flight details & e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival and check-in.
ON-SITE VALET PARKING: Guests directly pay the on-site Valet Parking $45/day with multiple in-out privileges. Parking attendants are available 24/7. No parking comes with this rental. All condo unit owners at the Ilikai do not own parking stalls.
BEACH GEARS: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, coolers are provided along with a beach wagon to transport all your beach amenities.
VRBO TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly advise our travelers to accept the VRBO Travel Insurance which is being offered together when you book your accommodation. Due to unforeseen emergencies, including medical, personal, flight cancellation or any other issues, you may need to cancel your reservation. We firmly insist that you obtain a Travel Insurance Plan, as we are committed to VRBO cancellation policy.
LAUNDRY FACILITY: Paid washers & dryers are located on every floor. The washers, dryers, detergent vending machine accept credit card payments only. The condo association does not allow washer & dryer installed in the condo unit.
PARTY EVENTS NOT PERMITTED: This suite does not permit to convene parties or similar events for that purpose. If you are planning a party, do not book this suite.
SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED & will result in loss of security deposit. Hawaii State Law & Ilikai Condo Association By-Laws prohibit smoking in the condo & on balcony. Instant penalty of $250 for smoking on condo premise. Smoking section is provided on the south side walkway of the main pool.
NO MAIL SERVICE: This is a full-time vacation rental. There is no mail delivery & you won't receive your mail & packages.
NO GYM FACILITY: All Ilikai private condo owners and their guests do not have access to the hotel gym. There are 2 gyms nearby. 1. Planet Fitness is located behind Ala Moana Mall. 2. 24-Hour Gym Club #540 located on 1680 Kapiolani Blvd. Both gyms are within 10 minutes walk.
HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING SERVICE: As a standard operating practice, all Hawaii vacation rentals do not have daily housekeeping service. You are renting from a privately own condo unit. Daily cleaning & housekeeping, towel & sheet changes are not available during your stay. The one-time cleaning fee is to pay the cleaning company to service the unit after your stay. Mid-stay cleaning, which includes fresh sheets & towels, is available for a fee through a third party cleaning company.
INFORMATION REGARDING TODDLERS AND CHILDREN: Our bedding furnishings & casual dinning area with high bar stools are not designed for toddlers & children. We will refer you to a crib & highchair rental company. The balconies, with railings that are 6 inches apart, are not recommended for toddlers & children. Keep toddlers & children away from the balconies. Keep balcony doors locked at all times.

The property was beautiful, tranquil and peaceful with excellent views of the ocean. The interior was top notch and included two separate balconies with upgraded interior furnishings and hosts are attentive and responded quickly when I inquired about TV operation.
I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others as it is very central to restaurants and easily walkable to the beach.

We would highly recommend this home for numerous reasons. The Host and Property Manager communication was exceptional. The condo was located in a perfect location close to the lagoon and beach. Property as described. Very clean. Smooth check-in. Nice extras such as beach towels, beach chairs, and beach cart. Checkout was equally smooth. You are not expected to partially clean the place like other VRBOs before you leave.
The toilet was running intermittently when we got in, and was fixed by the next day.
The space was a little tight for our family of 4, but had everything we needed.
Nice location in Waikiki, we walked to many restaurants and shopping. The Hilton Hawaiian village next door was a welcome surprise with quite a few good restaurants.
The view of the ocean is pretty good. We had fireworks in front of us 3 of the 7 nights we were there. Overall a very good experience and would rent again if we are ever back in Honolulu.

From the minute I booked this condo I was nervous that it was too good to be true. However it was exactly as the pictures appear, if not better! The use of a wagon and chairs was amazing! I was a bit nervous about how small the pools appeared, but we were never too crowded. The communication and check in process was wonderful! In addition the email with the great sites was extremely helpful and we went to many places using those handouts! I would highly recommend of staying at Ilikai to go to Safeway for groceries. Walmart was awful. No meat/deli section. Very small selection of produce or anything else for that matter. The condo had plenty of everything you may need to cook. The beds were comfortable and the showers were heaven! Beautiful view from the balconies! I would highly recommend this unit!!

Wet nice accommodations with smooth check in process. Beautiful condo and close to everything in Waikiki. Valet parking was superb and easy for come and go parking. Would definitely recommend this place to stay and enjoy the tropical setting of the Aloha state .

First of all, I would like to acknowledge the host, David, for being so incredible! His communication was excellent! He gave us an introductory tour of the building and the units. This place is exactly what we dreamed about. The condo is well appointed, super clean, up-to-date, with incredible views of the lagoon, ocean, two beautiful pools, and the harbor!
The laundry is right down the hall, and so is the trash room. Everything was so convenient. It’s right next to Hilton Hawaiian Village which offers a lot of shopping and restaurants as well. The amount of amenities for the beach was exactly what we hoped for. A huge wagon, nice beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, a basket of kid’s toys, etc. was very much appreciated. Enjoy the 2 spacious lanais with plenty of comfy furniture. Believe me, you won’t want to go home after staying here. Thanks again for an incredible stay!

We were very pleased with the condo and the resort. The beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and a wagon (all provided by the owner) made our short walk to Waikiki beach much easier and more enjoyable. David our "Island Host " for our unit was exceptional, he met our family in the lobby with thoughtful gifts for my wife and kids before giving us a thorough orientation tour. We will definitely stay here again.

I wasn't too happy about the management team and the meet-and-greet situation. I don't think it's ideal to have VRBO properties in a hotel, and the on site Hotel staff has no ability to take care of your immediate needs during your stay. The elevator wait time and situation was absolutely ridiculous. This is a great place to stay if you're not in a rush for anything.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed using all of the amenities of the Ilikai and the short walk to Waikiki Beach. The valet was AMAZING! We rented a car and took adventures every day. We never had to wait long for the car. Our favorite amenity of the condo was the beach gear which we used often. Coffee and cocktails from the lanai was wonderful. Beautiful views! Also really appreciated how we were not in the thick of the business of the Waikiki strip. It's a nice quiet area but close to everything. We made a lot of our own meals in the kitchen or ordered carry out and enjoyed on the lanai. Hope we can visit again soon!

Wonderful property with great amenities and access to Waikiki beach. On days that we were too tired to go to the beach, the pools at Ilikai are great alternatives; our kids love the pool! Lobby has a great ice cream place (Dave’s). Nearby grocery store also (real grocery, not expansive resort convenient store.). I think this was my best communication experience with a host. David and Carolyn were very thorough and available at any time.
The beds were comfortable and the towels were good quality. The sofa is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with many small appliances. My only wish was for a higher quality knife set for cooking. We dined on the lanai, the table is very small but we managed.
We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas.
The location next to Hilton Hawaiian village is a bit far from downtown Waikiki- about a 20 minute walk so we often drove. It’s very crowded because of the Hilton, we walked past it on the beach to get to a quieter area. We never used the pool.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and comfortable. Carolyn and Ron were amazing to communicate with right from the moment of booking through the end of our stay. This place is amazing! The first day we checked in, I immediately ran to the balcony and posted a picture on facebook of my view and my friends didn't believe the picture was real! The pictures of the condo were spot on. This home is so beautiful with incredible views right over the lagoon. It was such a pleasure vacationing in this beautifully decorated, impeccably clean condo. Balcony was the place we spent most of our time. We loved having coffee in the morning on the lanai watching the sunrise. I couldn’t recommend this enough. Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! I am so thankful to have been able to experience Hawaii from this home!!

We couldn't have selected a better venue to host our family. The location was right in the middle of everything. We had a great ocean and lagoon views from both of the balconies. This suite was completely remodeled and refurnished, giving us a modern feel. Cleanliness was no. 1. Our friends who stayed at local hotels loved our suite and were regretting the fact that they did not find this suite before hand. I’ve been to Hawaii several times and this condo suite sets the bar so high! I'm not sure there is another Hawaii rental that matches just how well thought out this rental is equipped. No stone left unturned. You do things very different from the other rentals I've used. Professional is the word I would describe. We will have great memories to last a lifetime, of our stay at your condo.

This is a great place to stay. Our local host is super friendly and was available during our stay. The owners were awesome to work with. No emails or questions left unanswered. The condo and the views were exactly as the pictures show. It is spotless clean. All new appliances, dishes, utensils - and the condo has everything you need to cook a meal. Full size refrigerator and dishwasher, etc. Having the option of two interconnecting rooms afforded us great privacy, but also allowed the family to be together for breakfast and dinner. We loved sitting on the balconies in the morning for coffee which directly overlooked the lagoon and ocean. In addition to this, the apartment was completely protected from any outside noise, allowing for a relaxing nights sleep. The condo is also situated in a great spot, with a trolley & the bus stop positioned right outside the condo lobby. As a family, we were all extremely impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We would highly recommend this place to those interested in visiting Waikiki, and look forward to future family holidays in this beautiful accommodation. Add in an incredible ocean & lagoon view made for a 5 star experience! Everything was perfect! We can't say enough!! Go ahead and just book. You will not be disappointed.
