Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Clean. Updated. Beautiful view. I also like that there was a market in the lobby to purchase bottled water and other odds and ends. I would definitely return again!

Such a lovely clean, well equipped apartment for our stay. We loved the full kitchen, easy access to laundry. The huge bed was super comfortable and we could see the beach from bed. Really quiet at night. Access to the Hilton lagoon and Waikiki beach was so easy and the nearby shops great to walk to. The bus out the front was such easy transport. We loved staying in this Hawaii icon.

We had a great stay. The place was just perfect for the two of us. It was very clean and newly remodeled. Just the perfect size. The lanai was wonderful to sit and relax while watching the ocean. The location was really great. We had a wonderful walk every morning on the walkway around the lagoon and down the beach..

This was our second stay in this suite and it was even better than the first time. New flooring and a new front door lock are nice upgrades and really complete the room. Everything is relatively new and in excellent condition.

My husband and I wanted to stay close to Waikiki beach and this place didn’t disappoint! Great location, great condo and the amenities there and the hotel downstairs were amazing! Also, nice big bed and very comfortable sheets!

Very centrally located, easy walk to many places. Great view of the fireworks on Friday evenings. Strongly suggest you wear masks on the elevators. We Loved our stay.

Loved being on this end of Waikiki! Great views with food and board rentals on site. Great happy hour top of Hotel. The condo is nice plenty of room and bed comfortable! Could have used hot pads for the oven and a baking dish to bake in but otherwise all was great!

Property located close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Excellent location! Bed was comfortable, large kitchen and the air conditioning was great. Great view of lagoon and ocean so very nice relaxing on the lanai. Large closet with plenty of space for clothes and shoes. Room was close to the elevator but not noisy. Only recommendation would be to clean the couch upholstery. It was very dirty and I put a towel on it to sit on it. It's beige so not an easy color to keep clean. Overall it was a great property and I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. We love that the sliding doors opened up very wide to the lanai. Made the place seam bigger. Gorgeous view from the lanai and nice patio furniture. We loved using the beach chairs and it has everything you need in the kitchen. The bed was vey comfortable. Close to everything. The only negative thing that happened was people came into our room 11 o’clock at night scared the heck out of us, that we had a hard time going back to sleep. They double booked our room. It was very scary!! Other than that a vey nice place to stay.

The property itself was very good. It had been modernised somewhat and was very comfortable and functional.
If there are any complaints it would be with the Ililikai building itself. It is in need of some fixes and upgrades. Specifically:
* The elevators are terrible and very run down.
* There is no access to the fitness room and it was quite poor.
* The onsite restaurant is poor and only occasionally open

Great location to pools, lagoon. Ala Moana Shopping Center, restaurants, some groceries. This unit just needs a couple of touch-ups but is comfortable and the wooden wall accents are a nice touch. The carpet needs to be re-stretched and spot cleaned. The cushions on the lanai furniture need to be cleaned and the sliding doors are difficult to open and close. The kitchen is updated and clean and has the items you need to cook. (Needs a new can opener and I left salt and pepper shakers for the next guests.). There are two beach chairs and some boogie boards in the closet. Nice tv and plenty of beach towels. (Tv instructions would have helped us). Bathroom door squeaks - WD-40 would solve that problem. If this unit sleeps 4 then it should have at least one chair for sitting in the living space. We enjoyed our two week stay and would come back.

The unit looked just as advertised with a king bed and a queen pull out. The view was great from the room and the kitchen was adequately equipped. WiFi worked great and the TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu. There were plenty of towels and linens in the room and the AC worked really well. I was told they didn’t provide any beach equipment UNLESS the previous guests left them behind…well, the room had four beach towels, two beach chairs, two grass beach mats, and 3 boogie boards!!! And we left behind a nice floaty tube so you’re gonna be all set. We used the lanai tables and chairs to eat because there were only two stools for the kitchen counter but it really wasn’t a problem. I saw some complaining about the carpet and it probably could be replaced but it wasn’t terrible. Our teenage girls thought a full length mirror on one of the empty wall would have been nice and maybe a couple of hooks in the bathroom wall, LOL. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the convenient location. A short walk to Ala Moana mall as well as the rest of Waikiki. I highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

I agree the property description was accurate but the supplies in the condo were VERY limited. There was paper products available (paper towels or toilet paper). That should be a no brainer and provided. The dish supply was limited to only four person serving so we were doing silverware, plates, bowls every few minutes. The property was very clean and well maintained but we did have to report that we saw some roaches (three) and the management company was on it within 24 hours and the unit was sprayed. We never saw them again. The owner and manager were amazing and very responsive with questions we had. I would stay at this property again and would recommend it for a couple but not a family of three or more. We enjoyed the parasailing, Ruth's Chris and of course Hula Grill above Duke's.Overall- was an amazing trip!

We’ve stayed at a few different units inside the ilikai and this one was great. Good views, nice furnishings, clean and the bed was comfy. I really liked that there were plenty of towels for our family of 4. I had a small issue with lack of toiletries when we first checked in but once I contacted Sachi they were quick to offer reimbursement for our purchases. Unit it close to the elevator and a/cc was cold. Plus it’s a smart tv so you can login to your own Netflix account (bonus for traveling with kids) great unit, would for sure rent again.

Overall very comfortable and clean. Nice view of the lagoon at Hilton as well as the ocean. Everything was newly remodeled, including the closet which was quite accommodating for our 18 night stay. The kitchen was fine, as well as the bathroom. Everything was fine. The only thing is the funiture on the lanai was completely forgotten about during the remodel. The two chairs were old and the table was rusty. The TV was too close from the couch for me though my husband thought it was fine. Husband also thought it would be nice to have a lamp in the living room but I thought it was fine. Would we stay again? Definitely! The management company was responsive and helpful. Thank you Sachi & VRBO!
