Everything was wonderful, the place was pretty clean when we got there, the basic things were available for the most part. Only feedback we will give is the furniture from the dining room needs an update and the sliding doors need working locks (mostly for safety of children). Otherwise it was a great location, close to everything, parking was easy in the back of the hotel, not too expensive. Close to a beach, beautiful views. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 5 nights. Condo was good sized for family of 3 + couple traveling together. Although, we didn't spend much time in the condo because of so much to do in close proximity. Walked to breakfast at Goofys less than 5min away. Used valet parking service which was expensive but worth it when traveling w a toddler. The building has all the amenities you would want on vacation.

This property has incredible views, is comfortable, and in a great location to walk to the beach, lagoon, restaurants, and shopping. The amenities in the hotel lobby were nice to take advantage of, including hula shows. It was a great place to start our Hawaiian vacation and we definitely recommend!

The property was as pictured and works perfectly for two couples or a group of 5. The space was open and well appointed. The private bedroom has its own air unit that keeps it very comfortable. The open living room, kitchen and adjoining bedroom struggled to be cooled by the unit in the living room but the additional fans that were provided made it comfortable.
The location was very convenient and the information provided for nearby parking was much appreciated.
Thank you for allowing us to experience your city with such wonderful accommodations. My only recommendation is that all messages are answered back to your renters. While my question didn’t impact our stay, it is always appreciated to be answered.

The condo served us very well with our group of four on our week's stay in Waikiki. It's a very comfortable place with great views, surrounded by all the amenities we could possibly want. We had a rental car for the duration and we were able to find on-street (paid) parking without issue.
The VRBO manager was accessible and quick to respond to our questions/needs.
I'm not sure if this is a legacy of the pandemic, but there were no spices, sundries such as cooking oil, or plastic wrap, etc. which I have come to expect in vacation rentals.

We had a great stay at this property. This corner unit has views of the marina and ocean, and was clean and had everything advertised. If I were to quibble with anything, it would be with the kitchen, where there weren’t some fairly standard utensils like a pizza cutter, no spices, and only a few pots and pans. If you’re planning on doing any extensive food preparation you will need to bring or acquire some items. That said, we really enjoyed our time there, and would book again if the opportunity arises.

can't beat the location. easy walk to beaches, public transit, and places to eat. Jeannie was also extremely fast responding to issues with the TV which I very much appreciated since my father-in-law likes to wind down from a long day with late night viewing. condo felt big enough for the 6 of us and my kids had a blast!

Our condo in the ilikai towers was amazing, better than the pictures showed. 2 patios, one me with a city view and the other a clean front was unbeatable. This is a corner unit and made all the difference. Plenty of room for 7 people. The building and location were so awesome. Close to everything. Best condo we ever stayed in Honolulu and will reserve this specific condo every time

Overall the condo was comfortable and well located. A few upgrades such as new bedding, lowering of the AC on/off switch, and a few more utensils, could improve the experience, especially for the price paid. However, we did enjoy the other upgrades and this unit really suited our family situation.

Good location and nice condo. wish the communication was a bit better. The response time was longer. one thing didn't know was some part of the building is hotel. The hotel porter charged us $2/luggage to carry our luggage to our room. The parking is much cheaper at the public parking behind the hotel mentioned on the instruction. that helped. Overall, it was a good stay.

Pros: Jenny responded to all emails right away. This property had the best views of both the city and the beach/lagoon. We were a family of 6 adults and found this condo very spacious. Perfect location, less people on the beach here versus a (short walk) to Waikiki. Beach is a little rocky by the lagoon but if you walk over by the Hilton Village there are no shells/rocks.
Cons: could have more amenities, would be perfect if cooler bag, beach chairs, umbrellas and "real" beach towels were provided (there were only thin polyester towels).

This place was clean and in a perfect location. Fireworks on Friday nights were spectacular. The ocean view was very nice. We paid to park at the Red Lobster parking lot the whole week which turned out to be better because the line to valet was long and parking there was not available on weekends if you come back late in the evenings. Jeannie was always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place.

We rented this for out-of-town members of a wedding party. As far as we saw (briefly at check-in) and heard, it was a great place to stay. I really appreciated the parking info our host provided (along with other info), and that she provided check-in info far enough ahead we could disseminate it (vs closer to the wedding, when we were incredibly busy with other things). Fast and clear reply to questions. Would rent again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this property during our trip to Oahu this August. The location is great as it's walking distance to Ala Moana Center and right next to the Hilton Hawaiian. It's also right next to the ABC Store #83 where the Polynesian Cultural Center bus stops at. The view from the room was amazing! As it's a corner room, we can see the ocean, the lagoon, and Honolulu! The furnishings are updated with a huge new TV and all the streaming services! The rooms are very clean which is always a plus.
The owner Jeannie was very responsive and easy to work with. We asked for more towels as we are a party of 6 and we got more than we needed when we arrived. The first night we realized that the sofa bed was broken and she sent someone out right away and the sofa bed was replaced the next day!
The elevator in the building was pretty fast, we never had to wait for more than 3 minutes. There is a laundry room on each floor but we didn't get a chance to use it. The valet parking people were fast and friendly, even during the busiest times we never had to wait more than 10 minutes.
I would highly recommend renting this property.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The views are phenomenal. The location is great, close to any type shopping you could imagine. It was just my brother and I so the space was plentiful. We rented a car for just 4 of our seven days. We parked in the Red Lobster parking garage. It is a bit of a walk but not bad at all. On your first exit you can pay for as many days as you need and all you have to show is your receipt when you exit. It is unlimited entry/exit once you've paid. There is an attendant at the booth 24/7. Plenty of taxi cabs outside and the valet is always available if you don't fancy the walk. You can't go wrong with this place.

Valey Parking was the only issue we had. They wouldnt honor the Private condos (Vrbo) over the Ilikai hotel guest parking. Parking atop the Redlobster building, not quite a whole block down, is available for cheaper anyway. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

My husband and I got married in Hawaii and stayed here with our kids. It ended up being perfect! There was a sofa that turned into a bed, two balconies with great views and plenty of room. The location to the beach was amazing! We really enjoyed the shop and restaurant in the building. Definitely recommend!

I visited Oahu with my family for the first time for my wedding. This place was more than great and literally made my trip well worth it while traveling with kids. The place was stocked with everything I needed and I was able to buy some groceries and cook homemade meals some nights. The view is breathtaking!

Property is as advertised. Check-in was smooth and the blackout blinds worked really well. The view is amazing! One note for those with kids or who want privacy, the rooms aren’t separated by solid walls so noise isolation could be better.

Exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean, comfortable, well equipped corner condo with ocean and city views. Wonderful breeze and A/C worked great when needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults and I noticed blow-up mattresses where available for someone needed to accommodate more. I would not hesitate to stay again given the chance. Wheelchair accessible.

Clean, beautiful apartment in the Illakai apartment building. Our family enjoyed the place and was a 15 minute walk to Waikiki beach. The place was modern and clean and I appreciate it. The curtains need to be replaced and the balcony doors were quite hard to open and close. Place is safe and has a partial ocean view, but you can't see the sunset from the apartment. Overall will return for sure. Parking is pricey, but it is Honolulu and is expected.

We left some articles behind and Jeannie was so helpful and accommodating in getting them back to us. She responded quickly and was eager to help us. You cannot beat the location, it was perfect. Not alot of "frills" at this location, which is fine it leaves money in the budget to spend else where. Plenty of places within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and condo was GREAT.
Only a few major drawbacks in my opinion.
The sliding doors were hard to open, but I just had my husband do it for me.
The A/C's need better instructions and remote control batteries need to be checked. And I would add one more tower fan for the unit.
PARKING. This was the only "big" issue. Parking at the building is valet only for 24 hours is $28, plus tips. So you need to be sure and figure this amount into your budget. Because it adds about $250 for a week. And have patience, sometimes it takes a little bit to get your car...but those workers are hustling and working hard!!!
But other than that...we loved the place and will look to stay there again if we ever get to go back!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! It was spacious with beautiful views of the lagoon and the Kahanamoku beach.
There were multiple balconys spanning across the unit. The only thing is the pull out bed from the couch was broken, so one of us ended up sleeping on the couch.
It is in a great location, and Cinnamons is a popular restaurant located just downstairs.

Comfortable and clean modern condo for 5 adults. Great location with a pool near Waikiki and Ala Moana. Inside the Ilikai Hotel and Luxury Suites, wonderful and inexpensive valet parking, many units have beach views. Our host was prompt to reply and the unit was clean upon arrival. A couple small maintenance issues such as a malfunctioning light switch in the kitchen for under-cabinet lights and hot surface light permanently on, on the range. Access was easy, our unit was on a corner with lots of natural light and window coverings if desired to stay cool. We would stay here again, mostly due to the awesome location near Waikiki, easily walkable!

The location is great, just a quick walk down to the lagoon or ocean. You are less than 1.5 miles from Waikiki beach, we walked it several times and it was a nice manageable walk (through a park at one point.)
The hotel building that the condo is located in has events on the weekends, several shops and restaurants, everything that you might need on short notice.
One day we grabbed an Uber to go grocery shopping.. The condo has plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook whatever you want. The only minor inconvenience was the tiny garbage can under the sink which was very impractical. They also only provided us with a limited supply of garbage bags and toilet tissue which required we buy more.
Beds were fine, couch and chairs were comfortable,AC worked, wifi worked.
All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay. Sipping my morning coffee out on the balcony looking out at the ocean is a memory I will cherish.

Beautiful place. We where double booked tide the fist day and the calculation for the refund was done wrong. Check in was an hour late.
