Good location overlooking the Hilton lagoon. Corner unit provides a nice view down the coast as well as back into the city. Very comfortable stay for our family of four. The store in the lobby was very convenient for food and other necessities.

The property and condo were great. Just like previous customers, the condo needs a good cleaning - scratched paint, doors, and the rug is filthy. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed the property and condo.
Just adding in a few more pots, pans, utensils (can opener, etc) and basic condiments.

We enjoyed our stay at the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The lobby is nice with a cafe and ice cream shop as well as a few other boutiques. The pool was adequate, but no view of the ocean. We loved the accessibility to the lagoon and beach. The condo was clean, but the carpet needs to be replaced. We did not use the sofa sleeper, so can't review that, but the beds were comfy. The kitchen is small, but nice. Overall I rate this a 5/5 and would definitely stay here again. The check in was sooo easy--just bypass the front line and go directly up the elevator.

The view from this condo is spectacular from sunsets to Friday night fireworks to watching the waves all day long. Air conditioning works great and is very quiet. The furniture and carpet are showing signs of wear and need a good cleaning.

The apartment has fantastic views, but the condition of the unit is very poor. Stains everywhere on the carpet. The furniture has scratches everywhere too. Need a total renovation for sure.

This condo was located in a beautiful area with amazing views that wrapped around the condo. We had every comfort of home and felt very comfortable. The sunlight into the living area and bedrooms was a gorgeous plus and the shades were the perfect fit when it got too bright. This slept six adults comfortably. Very easy to check in and out and easy access to pools and beaches. The condo was very clean and the amenities were abundant. There were absolutely no complaints from anyone and we all appreciated the beachy decor and the feeling of being home.

This was the nicest view I’ve ever had on the island. I have always stayed next door at the resort and thought the views I had there were amazing. I was wrong. This was by far the most gorgeous view. Not only was the view exceptional, the condo was super clean and beautiful. I was so happy there. I’m already planning on when I can go back! Highly recommend.

This condo was amazing. We got to watch the fireworks right from the lini.. shade was not working when we arrived and the anger sent someone to fix it within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and will be back.

Views were incredible at this condo. We enjoyed being right next to the water. The swimming area beachside looked amazing for families with small kids. The hotel/condo had a small convenience store (which was convenient, albeit expensive), two restaurants, a coffee shop, and an ice cream place. We shopped at all the above and found that very practical.
The unit didn’t have much by way of extras (coffee, oils, etc). There was one coffee filter (if you brought coffee) and There was one beach chair. That was a bit disappointing. Also the couch is (I’m sorry to say) really creaky and small and the carpet seemed to be pretty beat up.
However the towels were in good condition and the bedding was fine also.
The main beach at Waikiki and some of the shopping was a bit of a walk since the unit is on the end of Waikiki.
We did have a really nice time though and found the property to overall meet our needs. Updates to the flooring and adding some cozy items (coffee, tea) would be nice in the future.

This is a very nice unit, the only problem I found was the shower curtain in the first bathroom was too short and flowed onto the floor during bathing. Also the the sliding bathroom door in the other would come of the tract.

The best thing about this rental was the view. It is absolutely beautiful especially at sunset. The location was perfect for the Friday night fireworks put on by the Hilton. You could watch them from the balcony. We were also able to see the King Kamehameha Celebration parade as it went right in front of the Ilikai Hotel. When we booked the property the valet parking at the Ilikai was $28. Unfortunately, when we went it was $35 a day. The elevator at the Ilikai can be a bit of a wait especially during peak times.
The unit itself was okay. The carpet needs to be cleaned as well as the furniture. Both had several stains on them. The beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. In the master bedroom you could see where there were water leaks on the wall, which makes me wonder if there is mold. The pots and pans need to be replaced as they are old and the Teflon is ruined on them. There isn't a toaster. They do have a toaster oven, but you have to hold the door shut while using it.
In my our l opinion I don't feel there were enough towels or washcloths. There were six of us and there was only one towel for each of us, which forced us to use the laundry machines at the hotel (which you had to pay for).
The rental did have toilet paper, soap and dish soap available.
The Ilikai had a convenience store, which was nice. They also have an ice cream shop, which was just okay and a restaurant, which was just okay for dinner. They also had entertainment on Friday and Sunday evenings.

My friends, family & I had an incredible stay. We couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous the views were & even elected to have brunch in the suites! Given our earlier arrival, our hosts were kind enough to accommodate an earlier check-in. The check-in process and instructions were quick and easy to follow. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future!!!

The VIEW is incredible, we spent many hours on the deck. The room layout and size for the five of us was perfect. Having a small kitchen was great for making breakfast, we were very lucky one of our guests is a great cook. The location is perfect we walked everywhere. On the negative the carpet really needs to be replaced it is very dirty and there is a strip near the dining area where the seam is torn and there is a gap that could be very dangerous if you caught a toe. The unit had a little ironing board, but the legs were broken off, the toaster oven we used daily required one of us to hold the door shut during use so all the heat wouldn’t escape, the entry door closure is leaking oil down the inside of the door. Sounds like a lot of complaints, but the owner cannot fix what they don’t know about. We loved our stay and would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay! This unit was perfect for our family of four. The view was spectacular from both balconies! We were located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. While there are a few stains on the carpet and scratches on the wall it definitely would not stop me from staying here again! We did not have much interaction with the staff but the interaction we did have was pleasant! We used the valet during our stay and they were quick and professional! We loved the lagoon and beach being so close! The communication between us and the property management was always great and they were quick to respond! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit. The views are gorgeous. Location was great. We found the store downstairs very convenient. We ate breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs almost everyday. 2 beach chairs were in the closet, but one was broken. A couple beach towels would have been nice, but other than that, it was great!

First and foremost is the view(s) is spectacular! You have a panoramic view of the ocean/harbor/downtown/mountains all in one.
The place has three separate A/C units so cooling different rooms is easy. Master bedroom is spacious and has great view and second bedroom is nice too. Both bathrooms have showers and washlets too!
TV's in all rooms and wifi is a little slow but on vacation so not a big problem!
All in all a great place to stay and relax and look forward to returning!

This property was everything we hoped it would be. Location was fabulous, the views unbeatable, and the accommodations themselves were very clean, attractive and comfortable. I liked the convenience of being in a hotel (with great waffles and coffee in the lobby cafe) but also having our own spacious place to relax. Will definitely return any time it is available for us!

Lovely Condo with Amazing views had a slight plumbing problem with the second toilet although this was managed with thanks to the Ilikai staff and follow-up with the staff at Luana reality, I would recommend using Luana realty they provide an excellent service and would not hesitate to use them again.

We all loved this location and view! Photos are accurate and all basic needs to stay here are provided. All of the basic cooking pans, 2 little coffee pots, 3-cup rice cooker, and toaster oven are provided.
The only issue we had was the bedroom AC unit didn't function properly. They came to the unit the same day, once they were notified, but the same issue (was told the setting needed to be adjusted) happened a couple of days later.
Big bonus is that this unit is on one of the highest levels so it was very easy to catch the elevator going down. It was sad to see how many times we had to close the doors on the people waiting to catch an elevator to go down.
Overall, great place and everyone would love to stay here again!

IThis is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with full kitchen on the 23rd floor of the iconic Ilikai Hotel and Suites. Corner unit with expansive and breathtaking views of the harbor on one side and the ocean on the other. It can’t get any better than this! The space is perfect for a family or a group of friends with plenty of room to spread out, relax, enjoy and experience paradise. Well equipped kitchen with all the necessities provided to prepare a meal and dine in. We picked up food to go so we can relax after a day of activities. Balcony in each room with Japanese toilet in each bathroom is a treat! Wake up and take in the quiet, calm ocean views with a hot cup of coffee on the balcony. The afternoons and evenings can be noisy and you’ll want to enjoy the sunset from inside the suite instead. Our last night approx. 11:30pm we were woken up by hotel security due to someone throwing ice cubes from the balcony. It may have been from the unit directly above us whom we can hear were partying until 3am. Not a good ending to our otherwise perfect vacation. Overall I would recommend this rental. In a busy location of Waikiki with lots of dine-in options and activities within walking distance. Smooth check in/out process and responsive host.

Found this listing by accident on a last-minute whim to vacation in Hawaii. Almost booked elsewhere, so glad we stayed here! The photos are accurate, especially the wonderful views!
The building itself has been around since Elvis, but overall looks pretty good for its age.
- Communication with the property management office is very easy and efficient.
Contactless check-in was smooth, no need to go through the hotel front desk.
- Due to Covid distancing rules, the hotel elevators can take a while during peak times with the 4-person limit in each elevator.
- There are 2 pools, with capacity limits so it gets full during peak hours and they turn people away. We only went a couple of times when it was off-peak, as we spent most of our time outdoors.
- Only valet parking and it was full during our stay. Cheaper and easy to park elsewhere as others have mentioned.
- Location is convenient at the edge of Waikiki area, you get away from the crowds. Easy walk to the lagoon and very close to Magic Island.
- The unit is clean, spacious enough for 6 people, we fit our family comfortably. Used the bedroom bench as extra dining table seating. Enough utensils for 8 people if needed. There’s a toaster, coffee maker, hot water boiler and even a rice cooker. Have suggested to management to add a non-stick sauté pan and some basic condiments. We left a small bottle of cooking oil, vinegar and some tea drinks in the kitchen for the next guests.
- The balcony gets slippery when wet, best if there’s outdoor mats there for safety.
- We brought our FireTV stick to connect to the TV. Wifi access works but speed is slow, would suggest for the owners to upgrade the connection speed.
The views from both balconies are great! Just don’t lean out if you’ve a fear of heights.
Overall we had a great time on vacation and a wonderful stay at this condo. Would book again if we visit Oahu. Would be great if there’s a return guest discount 😄
