The pictures shown from the room were accurate. Respectable view. Fireworks display directly in view from the Balcony staring over the Lagoon.Hotel building itself was very clean, welcoming and had a diverse selection of shops on 1st floor. Room itself was very clean and comfortable with everything needed to be self contained... including beach chairs and small lunch bag/ cooler. Public transportation bus stop directly in front of building. Takes you all around the city... the island.. and to/ from airport for $3.00.Cabs and Uber were organized in front drive entryway. Everyone was pleasant.Paved walkway around the beach directly from the Hotel. Cheapest parking 2 buildings away from Hotel or available in Hotel for higher cost. Small groceries at almost every corner... grocery store about 1 mile walk. Public transportation has an app and shows maps and route times... was extremely accurate.Room itself has great air conditioning only needed heavier or another blanket... and a few dish rags. Laundry at end of hallway and worked fine. Laundry baskets provided in the room. A dozen hangers in closet Iron board and Iron also worked. Vacuum.. mop.. broom provided.Keurig coffee maker... toaster... blender... rice cooker all worker well and were clean. Nothing scary about the building.. hallways.. elevators...or the room.Didn’t use the pools but they looked very clean... and looked inviting.This was a last minute trip(5 day planning time) and it worked out well. Very comfortable.. not spooked by the building or the room. Location was good. Price was respectable.

I looked and looked for the right spot for my daughter’s 16 th bday. It was just me and her best friend (so three of us.) It couldn’t have been a better spot and we could easily walk to beach or other areas with fun restaurant/shops.
The management texted me upon arrival and asked if we needed anything. I said a couple extra pillows and another blanket would be great. Within two hours they delivered two more brand new pillows and a fuzzy blanket!

The room was as was described. We mainly booked this room so that we could get a good view of the fireworks on Friday night, and it did not disappoint. We had the perfect view! The kitchen was fully equiped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves, which we did a couple of days to save money. The only complaint we had is that there was a leak from a higher floor prior to our stay, and when we checked into the room, there was in industrial fan and humidifier on full blast in the bathroom. Propert management didn't know about this till we brought it to their attention. Security and maintenance had to stop by our room twice to ask if they could come in to look in the bathroom. We had to decline them once as my child was using the bathroom at the time, and the second time, he came in to check the moisture in the walls and found out that it was 99%! He said that he needed to put the fan and humidifier back indefinitely! We told him we were only there for one more day, so he kindly agreed to leave it alone for the rest of our stay. Things happen, but it would have been nice if we were offered to stay in another location if the unit was not in the right condition to allow guests.

The condo was impeccably clean and the listing of amenities and view were exactly like the Vrbo listing. The king-size bed was very comfortable and a view of the lagoon and the Pacific Ocean was a joy to wake to each morning. The location was perfect and close to great restaurants. The Ala Moana shopping center was a short 10-minute walk from the Ilikai. I only stayed 3 nights in the condo but I wished I had booked it for longer. I highly recommended this property to a single traveller, a couple, or a small family. I will definitely stay at this condo on my next trip to Waikiki.

Once I opened the door I was very pleased on how the room was very spacious. But once I opened the blinds and sliding door the view was the best I’ve ever seen. I stayed with my children Monday - Saturday. I love how the room was very spacious for 3 of us. Easy access in and out using passcode not having to worry if I need a key card to open the door. 4 beach chairs available in the closet that was very convenient so I wouldn’t have to buy any. Brooms and other utilities available to clean up the room. Extra towels was a necessity. The location was very convenient especially how close the lagoon and shopping was for the kids. On Friday we were shocked when we heard fireworks omg the show was amazing so close and clear! I really love this location! I would recommend this to everybody to stay here!

We had a comfortable stay. The unit was clean with a great view of the ocean.
The only problem we had was the book that gave instruction on how to operate the TV was outdated so we had to call for help. Response was fast and the issue was resolved quickly.

We've stayed at the Ilikai Condos on three separate occasions, in three different units, totaling about 70 days over the past 15 months. This unit was similar to all of them. Perfect for two. The 11th floor was very convenient to get to lower levels and pools. Close to beach that isn't as crowded as Waikiki Beach and lots wider. Plus, the Hilton Lagoon is a great place to learn to paddle board. Nice kitchen wares/appliances. Big refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows. Good storage space. Huge TV and nice leather couch. Bath was okay with glass doors on shower so better than a curtain. Lanai has exceptional view with comfortable chairs and good morning sun and afternoon shade. Even had some beach chairs to use, but you might not count on them always being available. Easy walk to wherever you want to walk, if you're a walker. Staff we dealt with handled our requests quickly and efficiently. Yes, we would definitely stay in this unit again.

The property was just as expected and very clean. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no desk, as shown in one of the photos, which I would’ve liked as I had to work from there, so I recommend deleting that photo but other than that everything was great!

I made my plans last minute and Alii Beach rentals and Gabby and Rita were so gracious and helpful in finding me the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fun of being in Waikiki.

The location was perfect! We easily could walk to the convention center ( for work) and easily walk downtown for dinner/shopping... The room was clean and had everything we needed. However, it could use a bit of a refresh. The bed was comfortable and the patio has an amazing view. We had a few needs/issues that were resolved quickly with a phone call. The one thing I did not like was only haveing two bath towels and one beach towel (per person) for a nine day stay. But overrall this is a little thing! We loved our stay and were happy to have this location.

Stayed here for a week. The condo was very clean. The views of the lagoon and ocean were beautiful. You do get noise from the pool area from the Ilikae and the hotel next door. The A/C was terrible. Rattled and made a lot of noise- ruined the experience. To make it worse, the A/C unit is right next to the bed and your head is right next to it. Called the management company and they were very nice and responsive. They sent someone out that same day to work on it, but it didn't help much. I don't think there was much they could do- the A/C unit was old. Nice condo but bad A/C. It's a dealbreaker. So sad because other than that the condo is very nice.

The location is very convenient for walking or biking. The view was very nice here in the morning and evenings. Room layout is ok. Unfortunately the a/c aims directly too one side of the bed if you are a light sleeper it will keep you awake. All appliance look new and are in great shape. Place could use a splash of paint. Beach chairs and umbrella was a nice bonus. The restaurants and stores in the Illikia have everything you require for short stays. There is no neutral option for recommending this property. To many variables on who I would recommend for this unit.

My parents and I enjoyed our 10 night stay here! It was a great location and good amenities, clean and great views. Our only complaints were: the pullout couch was awful, but when I messaged the Ali'i Management about how uncomfortable it was, they provided an air mattress which was much more comfortable! So they remedied it quickly. The other thing that bothered my parents was the noise from the air conditioner. It was quite loud next to their bed, but I was able to sleep through it.Overall, fantastic stay!!

The location was great, the property was clean, the view was amazing. The room could use some updating, but other than than, it was very clean and perfect for us. We could not locate the pool passes and we contacted the property management company and they were EXTREMELY prompt in replying and had the pool passes delivered to our room within just a short time. They were were responsive. The only downside was the check-in time and check-out time, but we managed to make it work.

They provided us with bottled water, beach towels, folded chairs & umbrella for the beach 🏖 it has full kitchen and great view on the lanai! It’s also a plus that there’s a washer & dryer on the same floor of where we stayed at.

It wasn’t a bad location but it’s a bit of a walk to the heart of things. However, it’s very close to Ala Moana mall and the marina so could be perfect for you. The bed was comfortable but the mattress for the sofa bed was terrible, maybe consider updating that mattress to improve the accommodations. The view is exactly as listed and very beautiful. It isn’t an updated unit but it is clean and fully functional. I would recommend and I would stay here again. I gave 1 star for commo b/c N/A wasn’t an option. I had no need to contact management so I can’t rate that. The walking distance to the hustle & bustle of Waikiki and the mattress are the only reason I didn’t give the room 5 ⭐️

Rental experience was good. Location was ideal. Everything was within walking distance. Pick-up point for all our excursions were at the flagpoles in front of the hotel/condo. Family-friendly, quiet, great view of lagoon and ocean. Fireworks on Friday were great. We ate out most meals, but had all basic supplies if you wanted to prepare meals at condo. Parking was valet only at $28/day, which had to be paid upfront. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for both long and short stays. Easy access with code lock so we didn’t have to carry around keys. Walking distance to everything. Bring food and save money on meals or dine out at endless restaurant choices. Tommy Bahama beach chairs came in very handy. We could not have been happier.

The location on Waikiki is right next to the lagoon and the ocean. We loved our view, and the big long sliding doors to the balcony opens up the room to the outside. The Ilikai is very clean, and not too busy in the lobby. We recommend the restaurant Cinnamon's and Dave's ice cream shops downstairs. The room was also very clean, wonderful layout, and we appreciated the beach supplies in our room. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to dine in. I recommend this place!!
