The property is in a convenient location and close to Waikiki beach. Self-checkin is very convenient and easy. However, I had the impression that the unit has private washer and dryer unit but it is in a shared location on the same floor.

The location is worth the entire stay! We walked everywhere with the beach being less than 5min away. Only issue were the birds on the patio, but that cant be prevented. They just pooped everywhere and we couldnt enjoy the patio furniture. Otherwise I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Spotless condo, several towels, clean patio furniture and even a beach umbrella. Location was fantastic and easy to get to a lot of restaurants and even the mall . The beach was super close, don’t forget to capture those wonderful sunsets. The check in was easy breezy with the locking pad on the room door. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in . Kitchen had ample supplies ( except no wine glasses as described

The property was close to airport and right on the beach, lagoon,& marina. Shopping was walking distance. Our tour shuttles picked us up right out front.

Everything was good, except you didn’t really specify that Che in in is 3pm. I did get there eat and the room wasn’t cleaned, but they did come and clean and all was ok. If you did say when check in was, I missed seeing it.
I think you need to clean the sofa’s in the room and the one on the balcony. The garbage container top had to be lifted by hand to put garbage in, that was a problem, because who wants to touch that every time you want to put in trash. Everything thing else was fine Thank you

It was a great property in a lively neighborhood with everything nearby. The upgrades were done well and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we need (one more wine glasses would be nice) to make breakfast before leaving for the day. The laundry facilities on the floor were perfect as they were clean and convenient. The ice cream shop in the lobby was where most of our days ended. LoL We would highly recommend this unit.

This property is nice because it is located in Waikiki so you are close to everything. The shops located within the resort are good and not overpriced for the most part. The fireworks on Friday nights are a must if you're in the area.

We had a fabulous time in Honolulu at Wikiki beach. The Ilikai building is almost 60 and shows some of it’s age, but it is strategically located minutes walk from thr beach. Our Condo was renovated and very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only issue is the nice coming from Ala Moana Blvd starting at 6AM. Other than that, I highly recomment this property for your stay in Honolulu.

It looks really nice in the inside with a comfortable bed, but it was a pretty cheap reno the walls are peeling in a couple of spots, as well as it’s an old building, so there’s no fan in the bathroom, I enjoyed my stay there, but definitely not a 5 Star Place I would say it’s a bit pricing as they don’t have great amenities and they don’t even give you free coffee.

Our whole experience with this rental company/property went smoothly—from the time of booking right up until check out. Emails came in regularly with easy to understand information and instructions. The door code worked perfectly every time. They give you a number to call if you need anything and their response time is lightening fast. The studio is just like the pictures with beautiful city views. The sliding patio doors make up an entire wall, which was fantastic! They also had black out curtains and we were impressed with how quiet it was at night. The beds & pillows were next level comfortable—and we are very particular about these things. The studio is spacious and 3 people can easily fit—4 if small children. There is ample closet and storage space for all, even in the bathroom. The essentials are all there to get you started. The hotel itself is lovely and well kept. The main floor/lobby has a market where you can get most convenience things you may need. There is an amazing little coffee/breakfast shop, including smoothies & açai bowls —and our favorite barista looked like Zoe Kravitz. There is also another restaurant (Cinnamon’s) for more elaborate meals—a bit more expensive, but still reasonably priced. The pool area is nothing to call home about, but it looked ok. There is also another breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurant very close by. The marina is right there and the sunsets are spectacular. The Ilikai Hotel (where this studio is located) is right next door to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, so the area is great. Beach is close by and downtown, including great shopping/restaurants , is walking distance. If you want to visit something a little further out, such as Diamond Head, there are different transportation offerings available. We also found UBER to be less expensive than taxis—by a lot. Hawaii is an exceptional place to visit and we would not hesitate to stay here again to do so, and would happily rec

Overall happy with our stay. We booked a last minute trip and it was very easy. Everything is automated and done thru an app with instructions. The bed was very comfortable, nice linens and towels. We didnt use the kitchen but it was nice to have. location was great.. best acai bowl across the street and beautiful sunsets at ala moana park. only negatives... facing the street and so you can hear street noise. Also right outside the front door, there is an eye sore. looks like the walls are wet and they are trying to dry it out so there was a fan blowing (facing the wall directly next to our room). Once you are inside you cant hear the fan but it just was an eyesore which is why i didnt give it 5 stars.

Requests for additional amenities was quickly responded to ~ except for the limited supply of toilet paper . . . insufficient for a two week stay with three adults. Well stocked appliances and other necessary items for "cooking and eating in". I would certainly recommend this location and we are considering renting it again for next winter.

My family absolutely loved this condo. The advertised pictures really doesn’t give this condo any justice. It’s absolutely stunning in person. This condo was very clean. The internet was fast. There’s every streaming platform on the tv, plus cable. It’s super close to the beach which is why I close this location and the two pools was a plus. The Ali’i beach rental company sent me a just checking to see if everything is okay text. Which was pretty cool. This was my first time EVER going through a company for my lodging. I normally book directly through whichever hotel I’m staying at. I’ve stayed at the llikai hotel before and I booked directly through the hotel and when I checked In there were hidden fees that I wasnt aware and plus the rooms aren’t as beautiful as this condo. I’m so glad that I booked with this company. There were no hidden fees, this company was very hands on as far as booking is concerned. And I enjoyed knowing that my room was already paid for and all I had to do was go straight to my room. Next time I’m in Oahu I will Be booking through this company.

Ilikai Hotel Location is great. Ali’i Beach Rental provides good service for vacationers, easy check-in and out, a phone call away for any assistance needed during your stay and price was reasonable no extra service fees or resort fees. We enjoyed our stay in room #823 and will return again.
