I had allergies the moment I entered. The vents and window air conditioners had to been cleaned in forever. There was mold in all of the above. The doors to the outside were very difficult to open and close. Sometimes we would need two people to close the door to the deck. The door to the twin bedrooms came off the tracks every time you opened them. This unit needs a very deep clean and some TLC.

Beautiful view! It's great to have access to the hotel pools, which are great for kids! Very close to the lagoon, beach and restaurants. Everything was easy and fun. Would definitely come back.

The location is great, condo is overall clean and would be very clean with some wall cleaning. The twin beds are extremely low quality and best suited for small children. The management agency was great when this was brought to their attention and offered a $300 refund. I suggest investment in higher quality beds so if more than 2 adults are staying it is comfortable.

I was surprised how much of the traffic and city noise we could hear from that high up. I’m a light sleeper and it kept me up at night and woke me up in the morning. Great location if you want to be between Honolulu and Waikiki. It was a great size for the 4 of us.

We were looking for a lowkey place to have a low-frill holiday as a family of all adults. The sleeping arrangements worked great for us- with my brother and I sharing the 2-twin bedroom and bath. The views are great. The kitchen isn't fully stocked but theres enough to get you what you need. More glasses + dishes wouldve been helpful though. The building is quiet on the western side of Waikiki which we enjoyed, the pool and the sundeck were both delightful places to spend some time- occasionally noise (children playing at the Hilton Pool) would carry over, overall we had a lovely experience. It's ~1mi from the "heart of Waikiki" but theres plenty of places near by and everything is walkable. Saying it didn't feel touristy would be a lie, but it was really lowkey. Theres great amounts of natural light in the apt itself, but minimal artificial light. The furniture was all in good condition, the stools at the counter are a bit high for that location and a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was great. There's about 10,000 mirrors in this rental, but it was helpful with the natural light and the outfit planning. The sliding doors were all a bit sticky, but manageable and workable. A few things we didn't love, some of the floor "boards" were coming up which caught the chairs or our feet while walking around. The bathrooms were a bit outdated, the shower pressure is moderate at best, the hot water was hot hot hot! There also wasn't a dresser or anywhere to really put your clothes in the second bedroom, my brother chose to live out of his suitcase and I used the shelves in the bathroom- a little annoying but not trip-ruining. Also, the fans had no guides or instructions so it was mostly trial and error & hoping you didn't get too hot/too cold at night.Overall, it was a great place for us to stay. None of us felt cramped or crowded and we were all able to spend our time however we pleased, which was perfect. Great for lounging and also great for using as a laun

Property was in a good location, we had lots of room, and everything was very clean.
However we did feel it could use some upgrades in the furniture it would show so much better! Also some of the kitchen supplies could use a change up: chipped plates and a toaster that didn't work properly. Not deal brakers but a pretty cheap fix in the scheme of things.

Overall the stay was good. Room was clean and spacious. Bedroom tv was not working, could not find the remote. One fan in the living room we could not locate the remote so it was constantly on . There was no Kleenex in the room.

I was extremely pleased with this rental. From the lobby/valet you immediately feel like you are on vacation - everything is handled for you. Yes, you have to valet park for a fee (unless you want to find a garage and walk a few blocks), but the valet staff were fantastic and, although the lines to drop off can be long, they keep it moving quick. Then the lobby/first floor has all kinds of shops and restaurants (the coffee shop was my favorite for a morning grab and go breakfast). The courtyard area was also great for relaxing between activities. The rental itself was clean, well kept, and perfect for what we needed. Great view! The guest beds weren't very comfortable and the lights were a little difficult to understand how to use (they operated via remote). You have 6 beach chairs to use, but no cooler. But everything else was great!

This seemed to be the last unit available during a busy time in August. We didn't have much choice. The unit was adequate but just. BE CAREFUL if you want parking - it isn't included a wasn't available at the condo - had to go down the block. Plus very pricey. The second bedroom is behind sliding doors. There is no soundproofing between internal rooms. Everything is pretty old. Floors are cheap fake wood, everything is the bare minimum. Not worth the price to be honest. It was clean and we had an issue with the electrical power not working in one area that was fixed quickly.

This location was exactly as advertised. The balcony and the full wall of windows provide amazing ocean and harbor views from everywhere in the space. The kitchen is nice, garbage and laundry are convenient just down the hall. Having the amenities of the hotel (pool) and the downstairs shopping and salon was great (wife and mother raved about the hairstylist quality). Also has surfboard and paddleboard rental shop. The convenience store is well stocked to avoid going to a grocery store except for full meal shopping (if you want to get fresh fish, try 88 market in Chinatown). We did not hear any noise from neighbors. The pools are nice, but dated. The lagoon is a short walk (in front of the Hilton) and is amazing. We would definitely recommend and return to this location. That said, there are a few things to be aware of that are less great. For cooking, the kitchen has a few older pots and pans, but nothing that can go in the oven except a couple baking sheets. The location in Waikiki is great, but it's in the heart of downtown and there is significant street noise in the master bedroom (sirens, revving engines) if you leave the sliding doors open. It was not noticeable in the other rooms. With the doors closed, there was no noise issue for us. The wifi and TV worked, but neither the instruction book nor the email check-in instructions had the new name/password when we arrived and we couldn't initially reach the management. Hopefully that was just a one-off issue. The sign on the hotel gym says it's available to residents, but no key was provided (that was in the description, not a surprise). Last thing; parking. There is no designated parking and the hotel valet that is recommended in the description is $40/night (plus tip). When we arrived, they said they weren't taking resident vehicles. However, the unit looks down on the harbor and the harbor has a very large parking lot. Drop off your stuff at the front, then go park at the harbor. It's via an app and costs $1/hour. You can come and go as you please using any open spot. Super easy and half the price. You can walk back from the lot past the pool back into the hotel. I wouldn't leave the car full of stuff, but it seemed safe enough for the rental car. Aloha!

Also thought the washer and dryer were in the unit, but using the community machines at end of hall was not an issue , just miss leading in the description . The property was very nice. The condo was not as expected. We had multiple problems with the electrical outlets. The lighting in both bedrooms were insufficient. The outlets were messed up - when you put the cord in the outlet it would just fall out of the outlet. It needs some LED light bulbs and better electrical outlets. Additional blankets would be helpful. The beds were not comfortable.

The management company was excellent, the communication and instructions were very detailed. The unit was as pictured, is a little dated as is the whole building but well maintained. The unit could use a few minor repairs but is well equipped and comfortable. The compact beach chairs were an appreciated amenity!
The sunset views are incredible! The location is great! Walking distance to all the places you want to be in Waikiki but just far enough so you have your own space. Felt like we had our own piece of paradise on the huge almost empty beach 🏖

This condo was beautiful and clean. The views out each window were amazing! The location worked out well for us, as we were just there doe a few days. I’m not much of a city person, especially for a beach vacation,, but it worked for us this trip.
My only suggestion would be a better stocked kitchen and a table and chairs on the lanai. With views like this, I did not want to go in, and Nice patio furniture would have been nice.
We didn’t need to speak to the property manager about anything, but they checked in with us to see if we needed anything.

This property has a great location. It is conveniently located with easy access to the beach, shopping and dining. The unit itself is very clean, spacious and has one of the best views of the ocean. It has all of the amenities you will ever need. Elevators were fast and we don't wait longer than 2 minutes even during busy times. This is perfect for families that don't want the very crowded and busy resorts. Would love to come back to Ilikai again and specifically to this unit.

I have previously submitted a survey. The property layout and view was great. The property manager was very helpful in replacing defective equipment - vacuum cleaner & microwave. The unit had not been well-cleaned, certainly nowhere near the cost charged. The main concern was the lack of not having anyone to call in an emergency. Around 2:39 AM, on out last night Saturday, the shower faucet in the master bathroom, began making a screeching noise, and the shower started running. Couldn't shut it off. There was no response to use of the telephone numbers provided for emergency and/or maintenance. The hotel front desk said they had no one on duty, and, besides, it was our problem - not theirs. No one responded, no voice mail, at the Alii Beach number Saturday morning. So we just left.

The stay here was really wonderful. The unit was spacious and ocean veiw was wonderful along with great scenery from lobby area. It is walking distance to lots of places. Only one small problem that some of the face towels wasn't so clean along with the rugs in the bathroom. Other than that almost perfect. Will be coming back to vacation there again.

Did not start well. Cleaners still in room on arrival. No pool passes left in villa and because a Friday public holiday and then the weekend were unable to obtain the passes until Monday - incredibly frustrating.Apartment VERY tired. Microwave went off occasionally and needed to re reset via fuse box. Coffee machine fickle and worked only when making 6 cups of coffee (not 2).

We had a great view over the beach and marina. It was nice being just out of the main hustle and bustle of Waikiki but a comfortable walk to the Waikiki shops and the Ala Moana Centre. The wireless internet access was good and the beds comfy. A very nice relaxed start to our holiday
