We frequently do little "stay-cays" at the Condos because we can always find a good rate and it includes a kitchen. This was probably one out favorite ones. It was pretty modern. The only thing was the sofa bed was in terrible shape. You could feel the coils under you. It was very close to the pool . Unit 114 West

The unit was not what we were expecting. We had no hot water for several hours which needed to be fixed while we were there. We killed 4 cockroaches in the bedroom, the fridge door was covered in rust, the bathroom needed serious updating.,,,the toilet didn't flush properly and the shower valve was ready to break. We feel that all of these things should have been addressed before putting the unit into a rental situation.

This was an amazing place to stay. Like mentioned in other reviews, this condo is a little older and is maybe less updated. That being said, it was the perfect rental. It was very clean! (Especailly in all the places you REALLY want clean. ex. the bedding, inside of fridge, and bathroom)It had all the needed amenities including stove, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and AIR CONDITIONER in the bedroom. It had cable t.v. and internet. The closets were stocked with extra blankets,pillows and towels, as well as ironing boards, laundry detergent, toilet paper and basic cleaning items. The area was very quiet and beautiful. The pool was close by, and the resort was very welcoming. It was a quick walk to the beach and to the resort, where we were welcome to eat at the bar and watch the sunset. The resort has one of the most beautiful beaches, and we went to all of them. We will be staying here again with out a doubt and sending all our family and friends there. This is the way to vacation, away from the traffic and crowds of Waikiki or Honolulu. Although communication with property management was minimal and only through e-mail and key drop off, they were very helpful and ready to assist with anything.

This was our second time at Turtle Bay. We love it because we can walk to the beach, lots of hiking and biking paths, a close drive to many amazing beaches and to the historic surf town Haleiwa. There are two championship golf courses for those who like to golf and a very reasonable 5 dollars for a buck of balls and use of the driving range. Taco Tuesday at Surfers the bar in the hotel is a must.

Condo was very nice...Right along the gjolf course with great view...Was NOT happy with the $100.00 cleaning fee, especially when we were TOLD to make certain we ran the vacum, and clean the condo BEFORE WE wife would have done that anyway, but the only thing left for the cleaning staff was to put the towels in the dryer...Had a great stay...Would do it all over fact, we tried on seven occasions to call the management company to see if there were any condos for sale that we could look at, but all we kept geting was a recording...Other than, the two concerns, we had a absolute super time and would reommend Turtle Bay to everyone who does NOT want the crazy downtown Honolulu lifestyle all night...This was my 29th trip to Hawaii,and we always stayed at the Outrigger...Nice, but what an awesome, peaceful get-away at Turtle Bay...Hope to do it again next summer...Mike Sandifar, MBB Coach, Oakland City University

Was delightful staying 114 W. Kuilima! It was very clean and organized. Particularly like the sheets (Eygptian cotton) on the bed. The kitchen could use a couple of additional items...scissors and tongs. Otherwise, it was all good!

The condo is a bit rundown, dated and smelled of mildew. We ran out of hot water after my husband showered. And the first night we were there, a huge cochroach ran across the living room floor. The pool was very dirty. However the view of the golf course was beautiful.

I have been in Hawaii for 13 times, twice in this unit 114 West.I ́ve notice that it has been all still enough for us.We love staying in the condominium.The negative point about the unit is that there was only 2 bath towels and also I think it shoud have more tools in the kitchen(more knives,more tupperware;there was only one bed sheet).

This was our 5th time to stay at the estates and feel it is a great value and experience. We love the north shore and the slower more authentic aloha feel. This condo was very comfortable and updated except for the bathroom but I’m sure that will be updated soon. The condo is listed to sleep 4 but the mattress in sleeper sofa is not comfortable at all so if the third person just sleeps on the couch then it’s perfect.

This unit is a great find! We were very pleased with our 6 night stay. Great view, clean. Easy check in / check out. Nice pools. Super comfy bedroom bed, the pull out bed not so much. No major cons, only thing I would recommend is getting the stains on the lower outside fridge removed. It is only cosmetic but that is also first impression when someone walks in. We tried to clean it with no luck. Overall, would recommend to others and would stay here again.

Beautiful location but can't seem to pass the roach experience. I had counted around 10 roaches that I had get rid of. We called to have them spray. When returning to our room, we noticed a spray can (Raid) was left on kitchen table. Was not sure if they left it for us to do the spraying but we did it anyway. But what bothered me is that they did not even pick up one of the dead roaches that was already there before we left the room. Still have pictures on my phone if you'd like me to share it with you.

This was a perfect home base to explore and enjoy the north shore of Oahu. The condo was neat and clean. There was a nice view of the golf course and it was close to the tennis courts and pool. The unit had air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the master bedroom as well as the living room area. The master bedroom had a full size bed and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable that I've slept on but it was adequate. The couch in the living room had a pull out sleeper mattress which was also not overly comfortable. All in all, however, we would consider using this rental again. The price was great and the location was excellent with easy access to beaches and north shore activities.

Good location, parking not too far away, but the unit itself was very basic with just the "required" necessities. There was a regular drip coffeemaker but no coffee for even the first day. There was a mini bar of soap in the bathroom; sink was newer and nice. In the kitchen, a mini bottle of dish soap & a wet dish sponge laying inside the sink--I wasn't sure if the sponge was what the previous guests used to wash their dishes with, or if the cleaners used it to clean the sink so I used very hot water and soap to wash it out before using it for our dishes. Suggestions: a new, unopened dish sponge, a little coffee, and bedroom curtains that filter out the outdoor building lighting. We were not in the unit much since we were in a golf tournament with a group so it provided an adequate place to sleep and shower.
