Overall, the place was okay. I have stayed in worse. What made it just ok was that it wasn't fully cleaned, under the beds and furniture looked like the cleaning people swept the sand under it instead of picking it up. A couple of times, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and the bathroom. The other thing was the AC not working well at all. I emailed the owner, and they sent someone right away on a Sunday, BUT I am a contractor, and I can tell you that whoever they sent didn't do a damn thing. The people who were communicating with me said someone had gone and charged the AC. Yeah, no, that didn't do anything. All they did was turn the temp down to 67, which they had a sign on the control to keep at 72, but even at 67, it cooled the living room, not where the beds are located, so I was not happy about that at all, sweating each night to sleep. The building itself was very nice, the pool was nice, and the view was amazing. The price charged does reflect the quality of the room; the photos look amazing, but in person, not so amazing. If you stay there and don't want to pay 45/day for valet, the parking lot in the marina is 1 dollar per hour, so was paying 10-12 dollars a day versus 45/day plus tip. I had to walk but not far at all.

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The location was convenient, and the property provided everything we needed for our family during our visit. The management team was also responsive and accommodating when there was a water outage, which we appreciated.The main area for improvement would be cleanliness, as we felt the property could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. Additionally, based on the listing description and photos, we expected the space to feel a bit larger than it was.Despite these minor concerns, the property met our needs, and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The unit was well appointed with beach chairs and umbrellas at the time of our stay. We found everything we needed. We would suggest a few more options for hanging towels and wet clothing in the bathroom.The Ilikia resort was very accommodating with friendly staff and amazing views.We we first arrived, the unit was rather warm even though the air conditioner was on. The air conditioner was trying hard to cool things down. But struggled that first day. The second day we discovered that the exterior unit cooling coils were absolutely coated with a fine layer of thick dust preventing the air to flow through efficiently. Using a soft bristle brush we were able to clean most of the dust off the outside surface of the coils. Once free of the dust, the air conditioner worked great through the rest of our stay. The management company should consider this issue for regular maintenance.

Everything was Great.The room was clean.The room looks just like the pictures. The snorkeling set I didn't need to rent or buy . That host was very pleasant when I called for a question. Kitchen was clean everything to cook. Leverage, ten minute walk to the beach very close. You may want to fix the shower, keeps dripping.

Beautiful property, gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset. We literally had everything we needed. Both my husband and I said we could live here. Very comfortable. What I really enjoyed is there is a memory book on shelf by kitchen counter, where others had written about their time in this beautiful location. We were also able to write our thoughts. Our goal was to create beautiful memories here, and that is exactly what we did. Love the place, loved our time. If we return to Oahu someday, we will stay here again.

Our family found this property to be perfect for us. Short walk to the beach, pools, shopping, and restaurants. Trolley system is very reasonable and pickup is right next to the building entrance. The condo had everything we needed and a great view! The services in the building were easy and convenient. I would absolutely stay here again. The restaurant downstairs had a good selection and delicious. There is a restaurant/bar at the top of the building we tried. Happy hour was reasonably priced. Main menu was expensive but worth the splurge once. Great atmosphere for adult date night.

The apartment was nice and bright with a beautiful view. It is a perfect size for two people. Parking is expensive so we only kept our rented car for 4 of the 10 days. Everything is easy to walk to, and Uber is a great mode of transportation for longer day trips.

The property is beautiful - a 2 bedroom condo with a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, and additional sleeping options in the living room. We had 7 of us staying in the condo, in town for our daughter's wedding. Jeannie responded quickly to any inquiries with kindness, consideration, and respect. The unit offered boogie boards, a large cooler on wheels, and sand chairs - perfect for our beach outings. Located next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, the location was ideal for walking around Waikiki. An onsite gym at a small cost made our stay even better. And the onsite salon relieved the stress of fixing my own mother-of-the-bride hair style. We opted for the valet parking: quick and convenient. We probably could have located offsite parking but we appreciated the convenience factor. We definitely recommend this property.

This studio worked well for our family of 4 - the partition helped with bedtime for our two young children. Convenient location - short walk to the lagoon, beach and many food options. Parking spot is a huge plus. The pull-out sofa was not comfortable, but we set our expectations pretty low for that going in. Unit is pretty dated and could use an update and deep clean. Overall the pros outweighed the cons. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location as a homebase for their trip.

It was a lovely stay at Waikiki North. What a great location on the north end to have all the amenities at our fingertips and just a short walk away from everything. The 2 bedroom was great for us with plenty of room. Great communication with the owner and the process and check in was so easy. The fireworks the last night were exceptional. Best seats on that balcony! Thanks again for a great vacay.

Really enjoyed this place - it was amazing to open the huge sliding doors in the morning and have a great ocean view as we had our morning coffee in bed. It had everything we needed - kitchen was well stocked - we used it daily. Check in was seamless. Great stay overall! Bed was super comfy and huge.

Location is excellent in the historic building. Everything is 5 star, except they need to switch bed sheets, pillow covers to hotel grade cotton, these were polyester. Need to thoroughly clean the living room sliding door bottom rails, door is hard to open as rails are filled with rust.

Communication with the rental agency was excellent from start to finish, with clear and responsive service. The property is in a great location, right on the doorstep of Waikiki, and it was very convenient being able to store our luggage with the hotel when we arrived early.The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen is fairly basic with a limited amount of crockery and cookware, although this was not an issue for us as we ate out most of the time. One minor drawback was that the condo did not have a safe, and the security features, particularly the locks on both the main door and balcony door, appeared somewhat dated and could benefit from being upgraded for additional peace of mind.One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful view of the Hilton Friday night fireworks display, which we enjoyed from the condo without having to deal with the crowds on the beach.The condo and building are a little dated in places, and the public areas could benefit from some refurbishment, but everything was functional. The location more than makes up for this, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy walking distance. We also found it very easy to get around further afield using Uber, although there is also a reliable local bus network available.Overall we had a great time!

Great location, the unit was exactly as described. It was very clean but some items are starting to show some wear. The second bedroom is a bit challenging as there are no dressers or even space to put luggage. There is barely enough space to get around the beds making it a bit challenging. The AC units worked great, the kitchen well appointed. The view was phenomenal and having (2) lanai’s provided great views. Beautiful sunsets and a few morning rainbows. Great place as the complex has everything you could want including restaurants and a small market. Very close to all kinds of great shopping.
