The property was clean (some mold on bathroom ceiling) and as pictured indoors, but our stay was impacted by several issues. We were told the lanai construction had been completed on July 10 (I have a email). We arrived on Aug 12 but it was still underway, not usable, and on 2 separate days VERY noisy from the construction during the day. As in you could not be in the unit. Not having the lanai was very disappointing. I would have been out there whenever we were at the unit. You can’t tell in the photos either but it is TINY. Can fit one or maybe two chairs. We also discovered two separate areas in the kitchen with termite droppings. Despite reaching out, there was minimal communication for 5 days and there was no follow-up regarding extermination. So we just kept cleaning up the termite droppings. I have all of the communication on What’s app. We did receive a 30% refund, which we appreciated, but overall these problems affected our ability to enjoy the property. Overall it was clean and in a great location, but would not return.

This is a great little condo for staying near the Waikiki area it's just outside of the busiest area of Waikiki so it's not too hard to access and it's fairly relaxed nice little unit perfect for two people especially if you're out and about a lot and just need a place to crash it's absolutely perfect has a little kitchen a big refrigerator stove microwave hopefully stock a really good value and the convenient state for those who like to stay near but not in Waikiki this is the second time we stayed in the ilikai condos and we're probably going to do it again the next time we come

The check-in and check-out processes were simple and easy. The home was as described and had everything my family of 5 needed. Very clean and great views. Room had everything we needed. 3 day pass of parking was about 100 which is on the cheaper side of Waikiki parking and worth it. There was construction going on through the building but it didn’t really bother us much. Highly suggest booking!

We enjoyed the location and space was everything we needed. I will say that we were very disappointed that there is ongoing balcony construction that was planned since at least early this year. There were flyers posted around the building that “there will be loud noises & dust” as well as the balcony being closed/locked from the outside and the balcony furniture stored inside the closet in the hall. Luckily we were awake before they started work each day as we had things planned. I feel we should have been notified as part of the reason we booked was because of the now unusable balcony and the listing is currently still showing the balcony. I messaged the Host through VRBO to give them a chance to address my concerns, but still a week and a half later have not received a response.

Condo was clean. The room is somewhat dated. The bed was comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. The AC worked fine. We suggest adding an oscillating fan to help cold air get in the bedroom area. Check in and out was very easy. We did have to call for beach towels. Overall the stay was great. The restaurant was very good.

The living room furniture shown in the photo was not the furniture in the condo. Instead of a sofa there was a very low futon (hard to get up from). We only found out 2 weeks before we arrived that the building was undergoing outside maintenance and we would not be able to use the balcony. We assumed we would still be able to open the windows to get fresh air. But no, the balcony door and window were screwed shut.

Firt the owners had great communication. We were frustrated that the balcony was closed due to renovations and the window was quite dirty obstructing the view. There was also very loud construction going on in the unit above. Nothing our owners could control but something we would have liked to know about before hand. We would not have stayed knowing this, but the owners did what they could to make it up to us and even offered to let us leave with a partial refund. Otherwise the location is great and just minutes from being in the water or lagoon. The kitchen and bathrooms had all we needed and enough space for our family of 4. We recommend you bring your own snorkel mask and shoes to walk on the rocks in the water at waikiki at low tide. Overall had we had access to the balcony to see the fireworks a little better and a chance to enjoy the scenery a little clearer we would have given 5 stars.

5-star view makes up for anything that wasn’t perfect! We really enjoyed our stay there. The host was wonderful to communicate with and the price was great. A couple of things that could’ve been better are the corners of the bed frame introduced themselves to our shins a few times, the shower is a little small, but it did the job it needed to do, one of the lawn chairs in the closet was broken, but it wasn’t the end of the world. The cable TV service wasn’t that great but we just hooked up our laptop to the TV and did YouTube TV. It worked! You’re not really there to watch TV anyway, but thought we’d mention it. It had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. Some previous reviews mentioned Long waits for the elevator, but we did not experience that. It was wonderful being by the marina and there were a few beaches right across the street that we were able to enjoy.The hot tub in the pool were great and it was very quiet. We hope to stay there again in the near future!

Beautiful views, clean property, and great location. Property mgmt emailed & texted clear, accurate directions. And it has the PERFECT UNOBSTRUCTED view of the Friday night fireworks! Only real complaint was the shower water pressure was low. The construction was pretty loud too, but we were already aware of that, and since we were out everyday, we weren't really get affected. (But if you plan to sleep in and relax @ the condo during the day, you should probably stay at a different property). Overall though, we would totally stay at this condo again!

Unit was not very clean when we arrived. Specifically the bathroom and used sheets still on the pull out sofa. Owner was responsive and sent the cleaner out with fresh sheets. Photos on the listing do not depict the units current condition. Unit appears to have been staged for the photos as most of the decor is not in the unit any longer. Thankfully we were only in Oahu for one night.

Great location if you want to be close to wikiki but not burried in the crowds. We were close enough to walk to everything we needed but far enough the we didnt have to trample over people right out the door. Parking was 33 a night which is steap but compared to some other places we saw cheap for wikiki. View out the back was great watching the boats come and go.

Very nice unit. Unfortunately the spalling work got noisy at times during the day - thank goodness I had my AirPods. One would think I would not be in the apartment during the days, but the first 5 days I was working for Transpac pulling all nighters. So sleep during during the day was essential. I wish I had chosen a unit that was higher up (like floor 10 - 18) and next time I come out I may do that - but I liked the design surfaces /furnishings of this unit based on pictures. That part did not disappoint. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of drawer space to use and a nice closet for hanging clothes. I stayed in the unit by myself. Perfect for a single or couple that likes higher end stays.

Was mot informed if construction noise every day 8-4 too loud to enjoy being in the room until evening. The lanai was closed with a sign outside on the sliding glass door blocking the view I paid for. I stayed in this se room one year ago. Unsatisfactory could not have my son over for lunch every day which was my plan. So sad. No improvements needs paint vacuum was clogged so I cleaned.

We had a pretty good stay. The apartment was cozy, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Overall, everything was fine. The only thing we’d suggest is paying a bit more attention to cleaning — the floors were a bit dusty and there were some crumbs in a couple of kitchen drawers. It didn’t spoil our time there, but we just wanted to mention it.

The condo had everything we needed, especially a full kitchen for cooking. The view is great, however there are a lot of construction, music, and people noise from the outside. The walls are quite thin and you can hear people upstairs if they are loud. The property could benefit from an upgrade. The walls are dirty, the bed and sofa bed is very uncomfortable and lacks support. Aside from that, there are a lot of storage and closets for clothes and they provide enough amenities for the kitchen and bathroom.The room is large enough for four. Decor could use an upgrade as well. But it is secure and there is laundry facilities in the building.

Overall a very good experience. The public parking multi-day ticket purchase and instructions is not clear causing unnecessary additional cost of 63 in the first two days. The unit could use an extra mirror outside of the bathroom so that the wife can apply makeup while bath/shower is in use. Kleenex in the unit would be appreciated. All other amenties provide is thumbs up!

The location was superb with stunning views, and convenient to everything. The small kitchen cleanliness is poor, with tiny cockroaches emerging every day, and cups and bowls are stained, and the kettle is rusted inside. You need to eat out and do takeout. Dead battery in TV remote caused us inconvenience and we had to replace them. Beach chairs and mat are provided, and bed is comfy and clean.
