Beautiful view & place but not a good stay.Lanai was not able to be used because of work on the building. Could not open slider.Bummer. No fresh breeze coming in.Noisy and annoying the whole time. Grinding sanding - guys showing up on scaffold unannounced and making noise and invading our privacy.Carpets were dirty in the condo and hallways.Electrical issues with lamps - cords and switches not all working well.Do not rent this condo until all work is completed and issues resolved. Plus— The outlets in bathroom were blackened by shorts or sparking - scary and a possible fire hazard. Just honest feed back.Buyer Beware

When we got here, things were fine except they were very few glasses cups and utensils and kitchen towels. They did get those items to us, but the worst part was they explained that they would be minor maintenance and they didn’t explain that they were going to close off the lanai for our last whole week. Be careful and verify if the lanai will be closed off, we did not enjoy that part of our stay the seating arrangement chairs need to be updated. One or two of them are broken. The main chair in the living area has no cushion support. You can’t even use it. Overall, we loved the view and the fireworks. It was just sad that we weren’t able to use the on the lanai.

Great location. Everything that could be managed was excellent. Outstanding response to the few issues that came up. The condo is not new architecture but is very functional and worth the cost. This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel but they didn't charge like it was either. Great value for the money.

This place booked for my sister. So she was enjoyed time in this place! All furniture great condition, bathroom is amazing and big space so it make feel comfortable. Kitchen bar is lovely and clean! I was If you love wine, there are have Wine refrigerator( not sure how call that.. my english bad..). And safe area, front of beach! Its perfect place!

The host was excellent. Great communications, and everything was as described. I gave it four stars because of the hallways leading to the condo. There is a noticeable musty smell. This has nothing to do with the condo, but it is a poor first impression of the building. The location is good, easy walking to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The condo is old, but nicely refurbished. Not fancy, but comfortable. The view of the harbor and ocean is great. Really nice to wake up to. Another plus was having a car rental company right in the building. Island Rental had a Mustang convertible for 99/day. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great communication from hosts. They thought of everything for guests! They have all kinds of beach items, extra pillows, seasonings in the cupboards, 2 hair dryers, and much more. The building is walking distance to the beach and they even provide a wagon for that too. We enjoyed our stay.

It is wonderful place to stay which is upgrade kitchen, very comfortable bed with pillow and bedsheet etc. It is really beautiful place for 6 people to stay.Except dishes are not clear and floor is not clear, but it is hard to see the dirty since the color of floor There is hair in bedsheet. Hopefully, cleaning lady will do more work in future. :-)Thanks so much anyway!

Easy communication and check in. I added a second person that arrived before me and it was flawless. Fyi- laundry is not coin - need app. Thecplace was clean and comfortable. There was not a book to explain remotes etc but the phone for contact worked and things were explained. Recycles are on floor not floor 8 as on sheet on door. Ca few things could of made visit a little easier but place was perfect

The overall condition of the condo was not great.
The walls and floors have not been scrubbed in quite some time. some of the paint was peeling from the walls and doors. All of the appliances are dated. The unit was equipped with everything I needed. If I had been there for any other reason than a place to sleep while I was working in Honolulu, I would not have stayed there.

The condo was in a great location, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Had everything you need for your stay (kitchen items, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler). Host was amazing at communication! The only downside was that the photos were a little deceiving. There have been several updates to the condo, however it could use new paint (the bedroom, bathroom, vanity had peeling paint which was unexpected and dirty looking). Not related to the room, but the harbor is not as pristine as the photos, it is full of garbage which was surprising after looking at the pictures on the listing.

Dirty furniture, no end tables, dark (needs lamps), cable equipment just piled in a basket, 2 of 4 remotes had dead batteries, very outdated decor, medicine cabinet molding loose, window AC unit runs non stop. Fortunately it had a beach view. For being part of Ilikai "luxury" rooms and suites we were disappointed. .

We had a very pleasant stay. The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property was well maintained and stocked with the necessary supplies for our stay. The host provided good communication and allowed us a late check out. Onsite parking was also convenient.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had!! The unit had a serious cockroach infestation — dozens of cockroaches. At first we noticed them near the kitchen sink, but later found them inside our suitcase and on the walls.
This was disgusting and unacceptable. We had to throw away clothes and were worried they had gotten into the coffee maker or food. We never left food out. This was clearly a health and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience.
The host refused to provide a full refund and requested a pest inspection, which somehow claimed there were “no signs of cockroaches,” despite visible cockroach bodies left on the walls and around the sink. Completely unbelievable.
Our entire trip was ruined, and we had to contact Vrbo multiple times just to get this handled. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Our host James sent an e-mail directing us on how to "check-in" and we were to contact him via text. We had one question for him and never heard back, until we asked for some extended time for check- out - which he said was not possible. The door to the lanai did not open, asked if it could, never heard response. We did learn from neighbors their door worked. Great location! Thank you for making our trip to Hawaii possible!

Host was very responsive, location was fantastic (we were able to watch the Friday fireworks from the comfort of our lanai), lots of room, comfy furniture, nice shower amenities. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property from beach chairs/towels to a fully stocked kitchen, even some cheater eyeglasses in case you forgot yours! A really special property!

This place is made my trip to perfect! When i open door, can see beautiful ocean and beach! It wasn't noisy, and safe! Also, Window shades is really work for sleep! I love that! When we arrived, we could not get into the door as the code had not been updated for us. The cleaning personnel eventually greeted us at the door and change the code for us, but when we entered with her, the room was dirty. It had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We had to leave and check in a few hours later. It was very inconvenient.Then, during our stay, we found out that we were unable to access the lanai due to work being done on the outside of the building. We paid extra for an ocean front suite, but we’re unable to make use of the lanai. We couldn’t even open the blinds due to the men doing work on the outside of the building who could look directly into our window. How do I know this was going to happen I would have stayed somewhere else so that I could enjoy the view.Our contact person was not very apologetic or quick at responding to our requests and concerns.
