We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is exactly as advertised. The unit is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and a closet filled with beach supplies. Great location and fabulous views. We loved our home away from home while we were visiting O'ahu!

The location is great for this condo; it's at the far end of the touristy part of Waikiki, which was perfect for us. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and two large malls. Nearby to pick-up locations for common tours. You can see the Friday night fireworks from the lanai. The unit is comfortable for two people; while technically could fit 3 adults, I think that might start to feel tight. The shower is HUGE but be aware that people over 6ft tall might not be able to use the shower effectively. The kitchen is well-stocked with basic utensils and small appliances, but the knives desperately need sharpening. A couple of slightly larger personal bowls and a spatula/flipper would have been helpful. The toilet seat is peeling and needs to be replaced. Everything was functional, though. The A/C is great. The bed is comfortable, but be aware it's more on the firm side and the pillows are a bit flat - as a side sleeper, I had to really fiddle to make it work for me. That's more of a personal preference though. Lots of linens and towels provided but you aren't allowed to wash them in the machines so you end up using a lot if you're there for a while. As of May 2026 the machines cost 3.25 each use and you need a credit card or an app to use them. Overall this place was a good value and we would definitely stay here again!

— Beautiful Location, Disappointing Everything ElsePros: great location, spacious layout.Cons: mold in the bathroom sink and ceiling; place needs a thorough deep clean. Both beds were broken on arrival — it took 5 days to get replacements, and the new mattress was still uncomfortable. I slept on the sofa most nights, which wasn't much better. Broken beach chair, no drying rack, no salt and pepper. Parking is an extra 35/night.The host was responsive when issues were raised, but the sheer number of problems — especially cleanliness and the bed situation — made for a frustrating stay. Needs significant attention before it's worth the price.

We absolutely disliked this place. We disliked it so much so we paid thousands of dollars to change our plans and leave early. We had several issues with the unit and messaged the owner. While she responded back quickly, she gave no help basically said, "hope your honeymoon gets better." The owner wasn't upfront about the many issues with the unit. While the owner doesnt control parking or construction sounds, being up front about these issues could have made things easier. For parking, grabbing a ticket through the parking gate isn't enough. You must take a ticket, park on 4th floor, walk back down to first floor to purchase another pass through a kiosk, and scan both as you go in and out or you get charged EVERY SINGLE TIME you go through the gate at the full daily rate. Why doesn't the owner provide any guidance on this? Dont get me started on issues with laundry. This review cuts off at 1500 characters. There was construction going on most days we were there and country music playing so loud that you could hear the music all day and night even inside the condo with doors closed/locked. There were issues with the blender, TV, and shower. This place ruined the first part of our honeymoon. The balcony is only 2 feet wide and gives views and smell of a polluted harbor with trash. We would never recommend this place to anyone and will never be going back. I guess we just have significantly higher standards than the owner does.

Amazing view on a corner unit. Its on the 11th floor so very little street noise. Great views of sunsets. Bedroom was sectioned off with a folding door to the living room. It also had a connected door to the bathroom. There as also an access door to the same bathroom from the living area. Bed was extremely comfortable and expensive... it was an iComfort from Serta. Really liked the electric bidet with a dryer feature. Frig had drinkable water and ice in the door dispenser. Patio is too small to be usable, and kinda scary. Only real con was there was no inside washer/dryer. The washer/dryer was on another floor and cost to use.

Perfect location for our everything we wanted to do and the view was beautiful. The condo was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. There was music playing, and noise from the street every night, but with the fans, noise machine, and earplugs that were provided by the host, it was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Oahu.

Balcony was open than god that was a selling point for renting. After getting to condo everything was as listed except the hairdryer was missing. I contacted the host who advised me to look in the bathroom which I had looked every where for it. I called at 4pm Hawaii time after a long 15 hour travel day and needing a shower but could not take one due to NO hairdryer and we had real nice dinner reservations. Host did get back to me and had one delivered the next day as we were gone exploring. When we got home it was in the door. I did send a TY text and then took a shower. Condo was clean except floor a lil dirty as my white socks were dirty on the bottom of me feet after un-packing. Everything else was great in the condo til...Tuesday we got text that maintenance would be working on the bldg water. No problem w were out exploring till we got back to the condo and had no AC it was hotter than hell. Wednesday my hubby was sick and was in the condo all day that day. When I got home at 3pm the condo still NO AC. I texted and texted to no avail. Called the number and got a hold of someone who walked me thru the process of re-setting the AC unit and by 9pm that night it finally started working. They were not sorry for us being in the unit with no AC except to re-send the text about the water being worked on. What dose water have to do with the AC in the unit? We were never offered a refund or discount at all. They did not even call or text to see if it came on.

Overall a great stay. Great price and central to Waikiki. Bus stop right outside and lots of street parking available for 1/per hour. Room was clean. Bathroom ceiling had a bit of mold. Kitchen had tons of appliances but no seasoning or cooking oil at all. Very attentive host. However, building had ongoing maintenance issues that weren’t fixed until 3 nights into our stay. We did not have working AC and they shut off the water. We weren’t notified until arrival

Amenities were as expected. Check in process was smooth. Elevator required stairs if you don’t catch from bottom floor. A little challenging with lots of luggage. Quick access to Ala Moana Mall and lagoon in Waikiki. Location is central to good eating places. AC worked really well. We enjoyed spending our nights in the condo

This was an unexpected gem. I lived in Hawaii for a few years and this place is a score. The place is located in a great spot. There is the Chart House on the bottoms floor. The view was great. The housekeeping service does a great job. I am going to stay here going forward and wish I knew about it before.

The room had a a beautiful view with large windows that opened up to the ocean. The room is definitely dated and in need of a little refresh. I had a few issues like a lingering mildew smell, and a few roaches in the bathroom that came out at night, although common for tropical areas it still caught us off guard. NOTE: If you are afraid of heights I would stay away due to the fact that the elevator is on the exterior of the building and the room is on the 37th floor! Gave me a bit of anxiety the first 2 nights but i git used to it after the 3rd.

The location was perfect for us! We had family staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, and it was easy to walk over to see them every day. We were able to enjoy the lagoon and beach daily, all within a quick 5–10 minute walk.The setup of the unit was ideal for us and our 10-month-old. We could put her to bed, close the door, and still enjoy our evening in the living room. So many units of this size don’t have doors to the bedroom, but parents of little ones... this one does!There are plenty of conveniences nearby, including an ABC Store, coffee shops, local fast casual restaurants, and even a great restaurant with a bar on the ground floor. The view was also lovely.That said, the management company could make some impactful improvements. Unfortunately, we had to mop and vacuum all the floors, as well as clean the upholstered chairs, when we arrived. The AC struggled to maintain a consistent temperature throughout our week long stay. Initially, the management company took a day to respond, but after that, they were very communicative and sent someone twice to address the AC, as well as deliver missing cleaning supplies.In summary, I would rent this unit again because the setup and location were exactly what we needed, after a few adjustments from the management company.

Overall this property was very nice and met our needs. My rating was effected by the actual experience of the construction that is going on in the building. THE FACT THAT THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION WAS CLEARLY LISTED IN THE PROPERTY POSTING! But, what could not be described was the level of noise created by the workers doing the construction in the garage. I was also unhappy with the building managers decision to treat the unit for insects which REQUIRED that we be ready between 8:30am and 11am. They would not accommodate any change for a more specific time. We enjoyed the beautiful view and the layout of the unit. AFTER the construction is completed in October I would highly recommend this property.

This was a beautiful and really clean condo! The view was gorgeous. Front row to amazing sunsets and the Friday night fireworks. The bed was so, so comfortable, and I slept so soundly. The host was really nice and communicated well with us. Highly recommend this place!
