Great condo in a great location! Everything you need is within walking distance, and the hosts have stocked the condo with all the things you need, but that you forgot you needed. The condo is super clean and cozy, and the hosts are super friendly.

When we arrived, we could not get into the door as the code had not been updated for us. The cleaning personnel eventually greeted us at the door and change the code for us, but when we entered with her, the room was dirty. It had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We had to leave and check in a few hours later. It was very inconvenient.Then, during our stay, we found out that we were unable to access the lanai due to work being done on the outside of the building. We paid extra for an ocean front suite, but we’re unable to make use of the lanai. We couldn’t even open the blinds due to the men doing work on the outside of the building who could look directly into our window. How do I know this was going to happen I would have stayed somewhere else so that I could enjoy the view.Our contact person was not very apologetic or quick at responding to our requests and concerns.

Best part is the location, close to all interesting activities. 10min walk to the Hilton Waikiki village and Kahanamoku beach, 15min walk to Ala Moana mall (the whole family loved the food court there). Whale watching tour start right on the block. Harbor Pub downstairs is great for breakfast and Chart House is a nice place for dinner. The room and furniture is a little dated, but it is clean, just like what you'd expect if staying in a friend's or relative's home. The checkin is smooth and the host is very accommodating when we asked to get in earlier since our flight arrived early. There are plenty of towels for our family to use and 2 beach chairs are great to have. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

It had a beautiful view of the marina. Perfectly loved just outside of all the touristy hub-bub. We loved how quiet our part of the area was in comparison. Great location between Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana areas! Even though it was raining the majority of our visit - we were still able to enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor every day. We enjoyed our extended stay and really felt comfortable, safe and we look forward to going back again soon!

I loved waking up and hanging out with such beautiful views. Bed and couch bed were comfortable. Perfect for our family to use over the holidays. Kitchen had what we needed and easy to use. Apartment is in very poor condition, not as advertised! It's old and not well maintained! Bathtub is disgusting and a shower head is liking. The vent is so loud, I couldn't hear myself! I want to take a shower without constant noice! Kitchen counter was sticky as well as refrigerator's handles. After 8pm almost no hot water. We would never rent this apartment!

The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was clean, but the sofa was quite uncomfortable for prolonged sitting (it would be fine for short periods). During my stay, I couldn't open the windows at all due to construction work. Eventually, I asked Marina Hawaii Vacations directly about the construction schedule. On days when the wind was strong, the noise was particularly loud coming through the gaps in the windows (especially at the center top), which made it difficult to sleep (though I'm not sure if it was due to the construction equipment).
There was not even a single packet of dishwasher detergent despite having a dishwasher. When I communicated with management, they stated that there was no intention to provide dishwasher detergent. If you stay in this unit, please bring a few small tablets of dishwasher detergent with you.
To everyone overseas: dish soap and dishwasher detergent are different, so make sure not to put dish soap into the dishwasher. For those with rheumatoid arthritis in their hands, it can be inconvenient during a week-long stay. During my stay when, after 7 PM, the shower only provided lukewarm water(3 nights), but hot water came in the next morning. I have never experienced this before (we stay Ilikai Marina regulary), it seems to be an issue with the building itself, possibly affected by the number of guests and the time of day. Location is good. We hope the management company can provide accurate and prompt answers to customer inquiries.

Jack's place was a perfect location for accessing Ala Moana Beach Park and Waikiki. It has a lovely view for watching the sunset over the ocean and the Ilikai Marina. The kitchen in the condo was clean and neat. The carpeting was thick and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Hopefully you won't need to use the hide-a-bed. Jack has provided a number of amenities for families with young children -- car seat, playpen. Jack's instructions for getting to the condo were very clear and helpful. Staying at Jack's condo was a great experience!

It is as described in pictures however, building is quite worn down and there is some scuffing etc through the place.Location is good for adults and teens however, little one became tired walking to and from main area of Waikīkī. Toilet smelled foul when bidet water would run and sofa is extremely dirty. Sofa bed also creaks very loudly if you move on it. Overall, I would recommend for the price point

We had everything we needed and more for our stay. Instructions everywhere to make our stay transition with ease. They were no surprises. The room was clean, we had lots of towels and amenities. Beach towels and chairs were available. WiFi and network was readily available. Getting in and out the room was easy.

The condo is beautiful with a spectacular view of the harbor. It was well stocked with most kitchen necessities and also had coffee filters for the drip coffee pot. There were some minor glitches like the power going out for several hours and the parking was confusing at first. Btw the parking rate is currently 35 per day but you can prepay for the week if staying that long. There was a bit of construction work being done in the garage area. I was told the balconies would be affected but was not. But the balcony is small so you can see everything without having to be out there. Management was very accommodating to all of my requests and issues and usually responded in a timely manner. The location is great within walking distance of most things like the beach and shopping.

Every day was great except all day yesterday when loud construction noises on the floor above us made it impossible for us to stay here during the day. I called the rental contact who said we should have been forwarned about the construction, but we were not!

Very dark and dingy, the bed was terrible and the couch was so worn out you couldn’t even sit on it. In the bathroom I couldn’t even see to shave. The smellIn the hallways was unbearable . The linei was so small could only fit a chair. Then not to help matters we had an electrical plug start smoking in the bathroom. Also construction above us every morning so loud that you couldn’t even talk in the room and also two days with no power and one without water was not impressed for the money it was so bad and I hadn’t slept much so our last two nights we stayed with friends at the other Ilikai I feel I should be refunded some.

Compared to a regular hotel or other rentals, this is the place to stay. Not the perfect views you want from a high rise building, but the views from this 24th floor are great. The place is small, but everything inside the place is perfectly placed and accessible. The parking space provided with the stay was a huge plus. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will be looking stay here again the future.

Beautiful condo with a view. Very nice appliances, furniture bed and location. It had it all. Free parking was a bonus! It was nice to have beach chairs, cooler and snorkel/fins we could use. Very quiet building. And we always like a king bed! The only negative (and out of the owners control) was the lanai was closed because they were working on the outside of the building. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside or at least open a women.
