Stay was good overall , bummer there are no amenities of the facility like a gym or pool. The parking was a little confusing when to get a parking pass, you have to just pay when you leave instead of getting a daily pass at the kiosk as they instruct. Overall the management company was very helpful and responsive!

We had researched many properties and decided to book with Captain Cook Resorts. The high floor corner unit did not disappoint, with the sweeping views and great location. The unit was conveniently located quite near the beach as well as the Ala Mona shopping center and restaurants. The condo had everything that we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ive stayed at the Ilikai 5 or 6 times so far - always in a cute little condo like this one. It was clean, had a smooth check in, and great communication witb Captain Cook agents. There was a day or two where the a/c went out in the building, so it was stuffy. But CC came by to check it out, and even brought over a couple extra fans for us to help keep us comfortable. They even dropped off brand new beach chairs for us to use during our stay!
You might need to plan on purchasing/renting your own beach umbrella/snorkel gear bc those items are not provided (and is clearly stated on the listing). But other than that, you will be in great hands! Mahalo!

This is a Devine 1 bedroom 1 bath condo . It’s small yet comfy. All the amenities you need from home (pots , pans , utensils, etc) you do need to bring any spices , toilet paper and some paper towels (when you arrive they have enough to get you started ). TV in bedroom and living room
-the lanai is small -fits two people comfortably. The lanai looks over the marina with a beautiful view of the ocean. A great view of the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton hotel.. A great watering hole called the harbor pub sits right below the building-great food and cold drinks. Parking is 28.00 a day -I recommend paying in advance
For parking -it’s easier to go in and out .
Close to ala Moana beach -which is great for kids !

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view from the 14th floor over the boats in the Marina. Access to the apartment was simple. Best of all Paul was responsive to our call even with a late arrival.

We really liked this condo. Everything was as pictured, unit was clean. Carpeting is showing its age but wasn't an issue for us.We like staying in this area of HNL, close enough to - but also far away enough from - Waikiki. Also walkable to Ala Moana Center and many bus lines. Friends stayed on the 8th floor and said that the music from the bar/restaurant was pretty loud at night. We could hear it, but it wasn't disruptive on the 14th floor.Parking was paid separately (which we knew in advance). Used the laundry facilities (payment by credit card or cell phone); discovered that there were even laundry pods in our unit - mahalo!At the end of the stay, we discovered that the 7th floor garage was handy for loading our luggage for departure. Management company was excellent to deal with - very responsive and accommodating, as we had to reschedule this stay numerous times due to covid. No issues during our stay.Only recommendation - probably for the building itself - is to update the windows to double-paned. The afternoon sun thru single-paned widows was intense. Thank goodness for A/C! (Would also help with sound-proofing.) We recommend this condo and would stay here again.

The location unit is exactly like the pictures. There were 4 adults staying and we had plenty of room and space in the unit. Lots of closet space. The area is perfect and the scenery is breath taking every morning and night. Can walk to other food locations easily from the unit.
The main king bed is not the most comfortable, but we added a 2” mattress topper for both king bed & sofa pull out and worked out perfectly!!
Had a small issue with a stinky sewer smell from the kitchen sink that would come and go, but wasn’t enough to change my review of 5 stars. Also the property manager on-site - Paul super responsive, helpful, and came immediately once I informed him about the smell.
Definitely going to favorite this property and would stay again!!

Great location as far as restaurants, groceries and short walk to Lagoon and beach area. Unit was well maintained with the exception of some spots on the carpet which was taken care of the next day. Property manager always available to answer any unit questions. Would stay again in the future!

1480 Ilikai Marina has everything you need. All appliances are working perfectly, It’s minutes away from every shopping place you can think of and just a stone throw away from the beach and that’s not enough for you, this unit has a 180 degree view of the ocean. The “Available” convenient 7 level parking facility which connected to the bldg. will make your stay worry free as you can come and go as you please. I fondly call this place as My Home in Hawaii.

The condo has many nice amenities included such as boogie boards, sand toys, an air mattress, ice maker!!!, dishwasher and laundry detergents. the parking is convenient and resonably priced for waikiki, which is a nice benefit. the fold out couch is plenty comfortable.
the condo has a nice view of surrounding area which was the main reason for staying here for us.
the AC works, but was not the most effective. it wasnt terrible, jus a little warmer than we would have liked during the day in the common area.
The rental had issues come up which were an inconvenience, but they were handled approriately by rental company and the maintenance staff. When we arrived we found that the condo was not cleaned and half way through the rental a water leak started from the unit above. both situations were remedied and our property manager was a super great person and very understanding and helpful. There could have been some better follow up on the leak fix schedule since the building maintenance didnt come until a day after the leak started, but in the end everything was resolved.

Amazing one bedroom suite in an amazing location. Close walk to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous view overlooking the marina. This suite has everything you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen and all the beach stuff you need! Property managers are there 24/7, great service!!
