This is a perfect condo for just relaxing and enjoying the sweeping view of the Ala Moana Harbor as well as the gorgeous sunsets.

We loved everything about this place! It is conveniently located near the beach. There’s a restaurant downstairs. The condo was nice and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. I would agree with a previous comment about needing a long mirror so the girls can see how they look before going out. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back to stay here.

We had a wonderful time here and did love our stay. We viewed the other apartments in this building that family members had rented and we felt ours was the best with the look and feel. A couple of notes- The bed did squeak with any movement. What would have made it a perfect stay was if it had a full-length mirror(women need this to get dressed!) and a Keurig coffee maker.

The apartment location is great the apartment was by and large clean (barring marks on a couple of bowls).The stay was booked and paid for 3 adults. The main bed was OK. However, the sofa bed was not just not made when we arrived, it had a mattress that appears to have come from a charity shop. It was covered in torn plastic and seemed to have been clubbed together with 2 uneven pieces of foam). Having 1 of us, uncomfortable spoilt the stay for us.Another issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom which is unbearably loud.

A beautifully appointed suite with a stunning vista of the Ilikai Marina. Always a treat to open the door and taki in the 180 degree view of Waikiki. One of the window screens failed and, that day, it was repaired. The repair staff called and shared that it had been fixed!The only unfortunate factor—NO POOL available to the Marina Tower guests!! A pool is a must. We purchased two beach chairs for the unit and other guests to utilize and walk down to the lagoon at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend of 3 generations. The views are amazing as well as the decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed to feel at home with lots of storage, hangers, hair dryer. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware, coffee and tea pot and dishes. Perfect location on the marina and very walkable to Waikiki Beach. Lots of groceries and shopping nearby. Our only issue was the sofa bed was not comfortable and seemed to be broken where the head of the bed slopes down.

The unit was just as pictured. Gorgeous view with so much to watch! Easy check in. Very clear instructions were sent to us ahead of time. The kitchen had all the utensils/pans or pots we needed. Bright and clean! The location is great, close to so much that you don’t need a car unless you want to head across the island. For that we took another reviewers advice and downloaded the Hui app which lets you rent a car with your phone. This unit has a row of Hui cars in the attached garage so that made it even easier.
I did a lot of research to find a place for my husband’s and my stay on the island and it paid off, we were really happy . If I could suggest anything it would be adding a small patio table on the porch. But if my only “complaint” is that I had to hold my drink while watching the sunsets, then life is pretty darn good!

Upon check in the unit was so clean and welcoming. Appreciate having the unit cooled when we got there. The unit was tastefully decorated, and the view was amazing. We loved drinking coffee and watching the surfers in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic items. Only "issue" was we couldn't find the streaming TV remote but were OK without it. Management was very friendly. Also, the bed seems med-firm but we liked that support.

We returned because it combines the creature comforts of home (comfortable couch, well stocked kitchen) and a hotel (plenty of towels, soft sheets, extra pillows). I debated between 3 and 4 star and settled with 4 star because it has potential to become 5 star property.
With all good things going, address and google map direction to the propery was very confusing. A bit more clarification in pre check in instruction will be helpful.
When we walked in, we were pretty disappointed. It was dark and reeked of really strong unpleasant public bathroom chlorine smell. The smell lasted 3 days. Shower drain was clogged and we had to use plunger which was in the unit. It was gross (took photos) and confusing because I’m sure shower was cleaned but how would cleaner not notice? It wasn’t draining slowly. I was completely plugged up. It made me wonder if cleaning service just sprayed tons of Clorox and left without really cleaning. All of this happened within the first hour of arrival and I didn’t have good impression.
As we stayed longer, smells were airing out, and we opened the shades, it became a better property with 5 star potential. Only thing I didn’t like was how damp air and sheets felt in the unit.
It’s a good property with good location with upgraded appliances and I would stay again especially if cleaners do better job of cleaning, swap public bathroom cleaning supply with something more reasonable household supplies, leave shades up (this is one of selling point of the unit and will leave better first impression as guests arrive), and make sure all drains work as expected. All of these are pretty simple to address and it’s solid 4 star.

The condo was just as it was advertised. It was very clean and was stocked with the supplies that were listed. Out of the 6 night stay, we only saw one bug and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for sleeping. The laundry room was a tremendous help before our departure! The view is outstanding, worth a great deal. The sunsets were gorgeous. Certainly no complaints about the location. The kitchen is not particularly well appointed but, like most tourists, we did not plan to do a lot of cooking so it was entirely adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable, including good pillows. Aside from overhead lighting, there were 4 lamps in the unit, only two of which worked. A call to the management company produced a pleasant conversation and a promise of action but no action. We did not go out and but light bulbs to see if that was the problem but we were a bit annoyed with the problem being ignored completely. It is a comfortable place for two, could get a bit too cozy for four. I would recommend a stay for a party of two--bring your own bulbs.

This is our third unit we have stayed at in the Ilikai Marina. We loved this unit - it was clean (an absolute must) and quiet. The best part of staying at Ilikai Marina is the location and convenience to all areas of the city. It is also very convenient to the freeway access to all parts of the island - perfect central location. As a local girl returning to the islands to visit family and friends, I would highly recommend this unit. We also liked having breakfast at Harbor Pub and enjoyed the drinks, pupus, dinner and music at the Chart House downstairs. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency but would definitely book a stay there again when we return to Oahu. Alii Rentals made the reservation process very easy. We had to contact them for instructions on using the TV and they were very responsive. Highly recommend to all.

No cable spotty internet and I only stayed there for 1 night before getting a suite at the Ilikai Luxery Hotel which cost me almost another thousand dollars. In total I reserved 3 condos with you guys. The two at the Marinia were very disappointing and I will not reserve another condo at that location again.

Wonderful place to stay! Modern, clean, and incredible views of Honolulu harbor and the ocean from the 17th floor.
Location makes it easy to get to anywhere.
Checkin and out very smooth. Parking is located in the building at extra cost ($23 per day).
While there is a full kitchen, the unit was lacking basic condiments that would have been useful.
Overall, we recommend staying here!

This unit has an amazing view! It is in a great location where you can walk to a lot of restaurants and stores. The unit is in need of some updates- the bathroom needs some new fixtures and there is a lot of rust on the shower enclosure. The pullout sleeper mattress was absolutely horrible. Very thin and not comfortable. However on the positive side the king bed had a great mattress. It was very nice to have a unit with full air conditioning throughout. The plank flooring was a huge plus as well for ease of cleanup.

This is a great location if you won't have access to a rental car-near a huge mall, bus stop locations and a convenience store across the street-not to mention Waikiki beach and AlaMoana beach park areas just across from the building and restaurants underneath-very close walking distance.
The check in and check out process was incredibly easy, and the Ali'i rental company was very communicative and reached out a few times during our stay to check in. The room was exactly as pictured and described, and though there isn't an in-unit washer and dryer, they are available within the building and easy to use. Great place to stay if you would like to be able to cook your meals, and is also very quiet and perfectly spacious for 2 adults.
