Place is very well situated and the sunsets are beautiful.
Nice park and beach too snorkeling.
The owner responded in reasonable time and very pleased with him.
The unit is nice and as listed.

1. Needs replace the toliet set
2. The washer and dryer was not working at all if you know its not working why you did not mention to us? while we were on the check out day that you had to call me 5 times to tell the that they are deliver the washer and dryer to the property.
3. The floor cord covers was broken so I trapped fall down on the floor by the bed.
4. The sofa sleeper cover very musty smell
5. the shower smells moody
6. Due to the flight was delated we were one day late got there so only my son stay at first night so I would appreciate to get 2 person credit back that we did not stay the first night.

Great stay with beautiful views of the both the beach and marina. The condo was clean and, although small, very well laid-out. The sofa-bed was great as second bed. Several nice restaurants a short walk from the building. Short walk to the beach. We sat out on the balcony every evening. Great sunsets. Only recommendation is to inquire if parking is included, due to recent changes.

We are more than pleased with our stay at this beautiful property. The window and balcony gives unobstructed views of a marina, beaches, open sea, and spectacular sunsets. Th Hilton lagoon, long stretches of sandy beaches, numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance from the property. The owner provides a parking pass, so we got free parking in the same building which is much appreciated at such a location. The property is tastefully appointed with comfortable bed and updated bathroom. The kitchen has full size fridge and stove, but no dishwasher, and not a lot of plates / bowls -- it's really more suitable for enjoying takeouts than doing a lot of cooking. There is a decent coffee machine that works with both pods and ground coffee. The owner / manager is easy to communicate with and very friendly. Overall an excellent experience, we'd come back if revisiting Waikiki.

The view was amazing and the sunsets were lovely. The condo was in great shape, bed was very comfortable, in-and-out parking privileges were very appreciated! Communication with the owner was easy and very good. But this is not a resort complex with restaurants or activities or pool. This is a condo complex with apartments. My bad for not realizing beforehand that this was not the Ilikai Resort Hotel. You need to walk a bit before you're in the heart of Waikiki.

The view right on the harbor cannot be beat. The condo was exactly what we were expecting and was very clean and unbelievably quiet. Everything we could have expected from a rental was available when we arrived. There was a beach umbrella, cooler, beach chairs and even some tanning lotions and cream. The unit has a washer/dryer which came in handy. The shower was nice. It was complete with a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and all dishes and utensils. We had a car the whole time, so having included garage parking was a huge plus. Great place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We were in Honolulu for three days to start our Hawaii adventure. The condo met all our needs Near to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The condo was fully stocked with all the basic needs and was extremely comfortable. An added benefit was the free parking. Parking in Honolulu is at a premium so having it readily available was great. The owner was great and very responsive to all of our questions. A very comfortable place to stay with a million dollar view.

We LOVED staying here. The location is ideal, with quick access to the Beach. Having parking was a real perk. The building is nice and the condo was well maintained and well stocked. You can't beat the view either! I hope this place is available for our next trip.

The view from this condo is amazing! It was so nice to watch the beautiful sunsets. I just wish the balcony was bigger so we could have sat on it. There were workers outside the week we were there so there were five ropes hanging down in front of the balcony, however we only saw the workers once while we were there. The restaurant, The Chart House, on first floor has very good food! There's a McDonald's and an ABC Convenience Store right across the street. This condo is 1/2 mile from the Ala Moana mall, which is the largest outdoor mall in the world. It has 350 stores and restaurants. Jade Dynasty was very good! The condo is not far from Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. Excellent area!

The first thing you’ll notice when walking in, is the amazing view! Check in was easy, property is right on the marina and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with what you need for prepping meals, including spices, coffee and some other items. It’s also easy access by foot to some restaurants and an ABC shop for anything you might need on the fly. Lots of towels, and in suite laundry.

The unit was pretty much as shown in the photos and clean. It is showing it’s age a bit and could use a fresh coat of paint and some closet organization, and the lanai is a bit cramp, but these were all minor. The view from this unit is amazing, with spectacular sunsets, the marina and the ocean. The location is also very good with its proximity to activities. We would stay there again.

The condo and location were great. We were very unhappy with the AC in the unit. There is a definite problem. If you don’t mind sleeping without any covers and still sweating, then it’s fine. It would only cool temporarily and then we would wake to the thermostat at 85! Property owner came out the first day but didn’t really seem to think there was an issue. We just returned from Hawaii and spent four nights in this condo. The views are spectacular! The unit was great, close to shopping and restaurants. We rented a car and the free parking was a nice perk, as was the free wifi. The kitchen is nicely furnished and, although we did not cook, we did utilize the coffee maker, mugs, wine glasses and corkscrew. There are beach towels and a cooler in the unit for guests to use.
The bathroom is nicely done, and the washer and dryer is very nice to have. The dryer slightly malfunctioned while we were there but we looked on the internet to research the problem and were able to make it work long enough to get our clothes dry. I emailed the owner immediately after we discovered that it most likely was going to need repair, and she stayed in touch with us for the rest of our stay to discuss what was going on with it. The owners were very responsive, replying within an hour or two to any email we sent after we reserved the unit as well as during our stay.
The beach by the lagoon has nice sand and there weren’t very many people on the beach the day we went (Thursday afternoon). We really enjoyed watching the sailboats all leave the marina on Friday night to go out for the sunset and the fireworks and then returning to the marina after dark. The Friday night fireworks were really nice and super close to the unit – they set them off in the lagoon that you can see in the pictures. We had a nice bottle of wine and sat out on the lanai for a couple of hours watching all of the activity that evening.
We checked out of the unit on a Saturday and our security deposit was refunded the next day.
I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is visiting the Honolulu area. It is very convenient to all things (including about a 10 minute walk from Ala Moana Shopping Center) and is located in an area that is not in the midst of all the Waikiki confusion, but central enough that one can walk to almost everything one would be interested in seeing.

We loved spending our honeymoon in this beautiful home. Location is great! Fireworks on friday nights are a perfect treat! View is excellent! Washer and dryer in the apartment is a must for beach towels, etc.
I won't be staying in a hotel ever again! Having Privacy is was great! I loved having the kitchen for quick breakfasts and an ocassional dinner. The Covered parking space saved us so much money. Hotel's charge $25-30/day for parking, in a few days that adds up.
We will be back for sure!

This was a short vacation for me. I really should have staid longer and I will next year. I will also book a year in advance because apparently I am not the only one in love with this condo. I had a blast and the best sleep Ive ever had.

After getting married on Oahu, we spent our honeymoon in this beautiful apartment. It was our best decision ever! We are already planning a vacation on Oahu, and we can't wait to stay in this apartment again.
Place was super clean.
The washer and dryer is very convenient to have especially for beach towels.
Kitchen is a big money saver. I don't want to cook all day on vacation, but it is great to have a few ingredients on hand(eggs, or pasta-something simple).
Parking is a great bonus, since it can get pricey to park your rental car on waikiki.
The first time we visited Oahu we stayed in Waikiki Beach Hotel, which we loved, but for this view alone you would pay twice as much in a hotel on Waikiki Beach than for this confortable home.

This is a great location. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants. Having our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening on the lanai, taking in the wonderful morning and evening sunset ocean views was a real treat for us . The condo has has a very clean fresh feel to it. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice dishes, glasses and food prep items. The Tempurpedic king bed is very luxurious.

Everything the owner says about this property is true. Only puzzle is address, shown as Alamoana Boulevard when entrance is in Hobron Street. The building is right next to "Modern" which is the hotel used by President Obama and royalty when visiting the Rainbow State on official business. We have stayed in a number of the 5 star Waikiki hotels but this condo is a far better option. Location is just far enough away to miss the party people making noise in the streets until 2.00am followed by the sirens until 4.00am and then the dumpster removal trucks for the rest of the night. Downtown Waikiki is an easy 20 minute stroll but the Alamoana shopping mall is less then 10 minutes walk. All up a great facility and it will now be first place we will look to book when returning to Waikiki.

This was a "selfie" vacation--no kids, no husband--no friends and I think I died and went to heaven for sure! What a lovely Hawaiian holiday I spent in this wonderful condo. Even had a tempurpedic king bed--wasn't expecting that!

I cant tell you how nice it was to able to do laundry after a long day out at the beach. The last place I staid in made me pay $5 per load of laundry and it was nice to have this luxury included in my stay this time around. The view is fantastic and the fireworks on Friday night were icing on the cake!

Room is exactly like in the photos, good size bathroom, big and comfy bed, sofa bed good for 1 or 2 nights only, great views of harbour, walking distance to trolley bus stop and tour pick up points, ala moana shopping centre, no pool but lagoon in walking distance, overall a great stay
