This stay was absolutely unreal! My husband and I came to Kauai for a week for our honeymoon and Denise was the kindest host and always responded so promptly to my messages! The condo was absolutely beautiful and the sound of the waves put us to sleep so fast every night, not to mention the turtles every day feeding on the reef! Overall this condo was 10/10 and we will absolutely be staying here when we come back!!

The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the scenery incredible! We had so much fun watching the sea turtles and surfers right from the back patio. We also loved the convenient location, so close to all you could need; a variety of restaurants, shopping and specialty stores, drug store, farmers market, etc., just a short drive or walk away. We would love to return to this property!!!

The view from the condo was gorgeous, the condo was the perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The air conditioner was very nice at night. We left the door and windows open of a day so we could hear the waves. Ron was very quick to respond to a question we had. Would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a vacation spot.

Really an amazing property. The view was awesome and the place was very clean. The only negative was the 78 degree rule for the AC. This is too hot to sleep. We opted to open doors and windows to get a nice sea breeze at night but was still a bit warm and noisy. However, the place was great and I would stay there again as I already miss watching the surfers every day.

The ocean is so close. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea turtles and the surfers. The sound of waves crashing lulls you to sleep. The condo and property are a little older, but well kept. The condo was FULLY stocked with anything you’d need inside or outside. The entire process was very easy. The view from this unit can’t be beat. We worked our dinner schedule around the two hours before sunset to watch the surfers and the turtles. The sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. The kitchen is fairly well equipped though an outlet didn’t work so we moved the coffee maker. It would be nice to have a bigger pan to cook on even for just the two of us. We like easy one pan meals! But otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the unit is well equipped with beach chairs and towels. Thank you! This is a very comfortable unit with an awesome view!

Fantastic views in a great location. Enjoyed being right on the water with a very short drive to restaurants and shopping. Walking access to snorkeling beach by restaurant next door. A monk seal hung out on that beach the first few days of our trip. Convenient elevator for moving luggage, plenty of parking, and water spicket to wash sand off feet when returning from beach. Grounds are nicely kept. Didn't end up needing to use the laundry facility, but appreciated it was there if needed. Highly recommend. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful spot being close to Hoai Bay with great turtle watching and the sound of the surf. The unit has been upgraded and worked well. The air conditioning was not working but we had been informed of that and offered an alternate unit but we chose to stay with this one as we loved the view and the fans worked well. Only issue that we had was challenges with the dishwasher as it didn't always start when we thought we had it set properly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Oh my gosh!!! The best decision we made when planning our trip was to stay at this oceanfront condo!! It was so amazing to have the beautiful blue water just steps outside our door! And to get the best sunset on the island that everyone else has to drive here for, or eat at the Beach House to see. . We loved the ground floor so we could lay on the grass, play games and have meals with the ocean literally 5 feet away. And to hear the waves crash through the screen doors or windows as you sleep is amazinc. No need for A/C at all (though the unit has it it if you need it). We were so sad to leave this morning! The photos on the post of the couch are a bit older, there is now a queen size pullout bed. I researched a ton of different places to stay, and none of the others would’ve held a candle to this because of the ocean being right there. Also, Lawai beach, with cal snorkeling and a small sandy beach is steps away around the corner from the condo, just beside the Beach House restaurant. Watching surfers outside all day was also a bonus! Don’t spend any more time researching where to stay… This is definitely where you want to be!

The view of the cove was the best! We sat on the lanai and watched for turtles, enjoyed the trade winds and the sound of the waves. We walked around to the back of the property and watched the surfers, and you can see the sunset from there. The laundry was not in the condo but easily accessible on the floor, change machine included. The shower was wonderful, good hot water, the rain shower head and handheld spray were a treat. The folding plantation shutters kept the room cool while we were out. A/C is a huge plus : ) Totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We enjoyed a very relaxing time at this property. We liked that the balcony faced East as we typically did activities in the morning, and then sat on the balcony and watched the ocean in the afternoons in the shade. It was nice that the road to the West isn't busy making for a nice place to run or walk to the Spouting horn. Lots of restaurants close by, and even though we are vegetarian found some great options including Leahi Health, veggie bowls at Da Crack mexican, and many others. The condo has everything you need, and was very comfortable. We slept great.

The very best VRBO we have had in a long time. The location was under-rated as it is right on the water and faces a surfing hot-spot that was busy all day. Very nice views. 3d floor. Fun to watch the turtles in the afternoons from the balcony. Very nice snorkeling location on the other side of the complex can easily walk to. The unit is modern, spacious and has a great layout. Two heat pump AC units that are nice and quiet to use. Very convenient location to all the South of the island offers. Elevators at the complex make getting to the unit very easy with your luggage. Only minor downside is that there is no laundry in the unit, but there is coin op laundry on the floor. Highly recommend.
