This property is in a lovely spot, very close to the Sheraton and Marriott beaches, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool on site was perfect and pretty. Also, the free access to the athletic club was very much appreciated by my older boys. The home was very comfortable. The only downside was that none of our electrical outlets worked in any of the bathrooms and it seemed like the management company scrimps a little on the “soft” amenities or details such as no salt and pepper, no scrub pads to clean pans and only four cleaning pods for laundry. Not a big deal, but when you have few stores to shop in and have to fly so far it just seemed a little minimalistic.I’d recommend it, but if you plan to cook, you’ll need to purchase ALL the basic supplies. The management team responded to our one request the next day during business hours, but were very accommodating.

We have stayed in several places over the years in Kauai and this place was great. Beautiful ocean views, clean, beds were very comfortable, water pressure in the showers was amazing, kitchen was well stocked and everything was there that you would need for the beach. Would happily stay here again.

This condo was very comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed being able to cook/grill after long days at the beach. The host had everything we needed (except a can opener). The beds were comfortable and so was the family room furniture. We also loved being steps from the pool - which was really nice and never too crowded. Always a chair available! The ocean being right across from the complex was fantastic. It was a short walk down to sandy beaches - close enough to enjoy but far enough to have some space from the hotel crowds. Would 10/10 recommend this condo for your Kauai stay!

This unit was excellent and we loved everything about it! We plan to bookmark it for our next trip. Everything was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the property very much. My only feedback would be about the check in process- check in is at 4:00, which is also when the office closes, making it hard to have any questions answered (not emergency, but important, like parking and keys) upon check in. Our questions were answered within a day or so, but by then we’d already figured out the resolution, so that felt a little off. We really enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

The accommodations were just as described and view was perfect. The location was amazing as you can walk to several shopping centers and restaurants plus the beach is right there. Everything was in the condo that you need to enjoy your time; beach chairs, beach towels and more. Having our morning coffee on the lanai was a perfect way to start our day.

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed at. The unit and the way it was furnished was beautiful and comfortable. The view of the ocean was nice and we enjoyed sitting out on the lanai and watching the waves. The Poipu Kapili complex was very nice, and we realy appreciated that it was a smaller property - not too many people and the pool was never crowded. We appreciated the beach chairs and coolers that were furnished in the unit!We have been coming to Hawaii for years, but this was our first trip to Kauai. The location was ideal with easy access to local beaches, trails, dining and shops. The beach in front of the Sheraton (only a five minute walk) was great for playing in the waves. Poipu Beach, where we saw turles on the bach every day and enjoyed snorkeling, is also very close. Shipwreck beach was a great starting point to the cliff trail along the ocean towards Gillan Beach - spectacular views! Spouting Horn is also only a short drive away. We enjoyed Old Koala Town, which is also only a short drive. The best scones on the island are at Petite Sweets, where you may also want to grab a bag of freshly baked mini cookies. Mucho Aloha brew house is a great spot for casual dining (indoor or outside). Brennecke's at Poipu beach offers ocean views (make a reservation!) and Keoki's Paradise at the Poipu Shops is excellent. Holo Holo is also only a short walk for nice outdoor dining.We loved this condo and will stay here again when we come back to the island!

This was an amazing stay. Clean, tons of amenities including beach chairs, towels, coolers and games. Very short walk to the pool and ocean. Gorgeous view and very well equipped for a family. Very close to key locations like Poipu, Spouting Horn, Old Koloa Town. We walked to Eden coffee every morning as well as a shopping area. Honestly, one of our best stays ever. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Stay! The condo is beautiful! Fabulous kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. With the central a/c and fans the upstairs bedrooms stayed very cool which was so appreciated for sleeping. In many condos the bedrooms are always warm- not here! Other than our own food and drinks, we wanted for nothing as there were plenty of supplies provided. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and is very clean. We were impressed. From the condo’s lanai, the sunsets were awe inspiring and the morning sunrises were set for picture taking. If you like to hear the waves against the shore, this is your place. We highly recommend for a Kauai stay as it’s a great location for driving to all parts of the island.

This is a high end property. Comfortable, all amenities as described. The communication with the owner and the manager was the best I've seen. An issue emerged with a major appliance, and it was replaced immediately with a brand new appliance. The property is next door to a resort hotel with a first rate sandy beachfront (public access is given). The view, as described, is the best. Proof? Note the resort hotel guests who walk over to enjoy the sunsets from the street just outside your lanai. Updated, perfectly appointed, and with outstanding management, it is the place for a fabulous holday.

Unit was well appointed. Unit above and on sides caused noise when others were moving or closing doors. Safe in room locked up, owner arranged a fix and was helpful, but it cost us a half-day of our time and inconvenience. Operating the TVs was not easy needing several remotes, quite frustrating.

Check-in and communication were excellent. The condo was beautiful, with stunning ocean views — we watched sunsets from just outside the lanai and walked just a few minutes the other way for sunrise. Both the host and the property manager were great -- very communicative, very responsive, and very welcoming. For example, our flight was delayed, and they tracked it the whole way so they knew when to expect us. Then there was a small problem with the oven on our first day, and they came right over and fixed it. You couldn't ask for better folks.The place was beautiful and quiet. The four of us were very comfortable -- nooks and crannies for us all. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in.The location in Poi'pu was convenient to many attractions. The ocean was right outside the door. There is a road between the property and the ocean, but we did not find it distracting.We would definitely stay here again!
