Having A/C in the bedroom was a must for this time of year. We loved sitting on the lanai for all our meals. We used the lawn chairs and cooler everyday for our adventure and beach trips. Jayne was wonderful to deal with. The seawall is just a few steps from the garden exit. I walked so much.

We had no communication from the manager just the owners and they were fantastic. These owners get it! Beautifully furnished with a lovely interior decorator sense that tied the place together and created a very soothing atmosphere. Perfectly set up with everything a visitor needs to feel at home. Great bed linens and pillows and the bath towels were thick and absorbent. furniture was so comfortable, we are looking for the same to furnish our new screen porch. every accompaniment we needed was there from salt and pepper to beach chairs they had us covered. We have used vacations rentals for more than 20 years and this unit was the very best we have ever had. the owners love the place and take such good care of it. We consider Ed and Sharon the best owners we have ever delt with. kudos to them and to the management company. We love Kauai and we have been there many times and we hope this unit is still available when we get a chance to ge tback to Kauai THANKS CRAIG & RICHARD

Beautiful lanai with NO mosquitos, which I couldn't believe!! Quiet grounds, beautiful refurbished pool with plenty of places to lounge with clean, easy to use BBQ's. This unit has everything you need, the location was good, the view of the koi pond was delightful, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice ( and colorful too). Area was quiet. Management was helpful. The air conditioning had mini splits in the bedroom and the living room which made the condo very comfortable. We really appreciated this. Although it is located close to shops and beaches I would still recommend driving.

Great condo with lots of space and centrally located in Poipu. A friend and I stayed for a week and it was nice to have a home away from home. It should be noted the upstairs bedroom is a loft, so if you are staying with multiple people, only the main bedroom will provide privacy, but for the two of us, it worked out perfectly. There is plenty of shopping right across the street and Poipu Beach is a short drive/walk/bike. It was great to have coolers, beach chairs, and even a surfboard for all of your beach activities, which made day trips easy and enjoyable.

The only issue’s we had were access to the ocean was not that accessible. And did not realize it did not have Air Conditioning. With a medical Asthma condition we had to spend a night in a local hotel. That’s on us for not reading it thoroughly or reading the reviews in detail. And the hot humid days from a hurricane that missed Kauai. It was convenient to everything! Communication abut our stay was perfect!The condo was clean well kept however the overall complex is dated.

We had a fantastic stay here. Easily walkable to good restaurants, coffee, stores, and beaches. The property is beautifully landscaped. Well appointed kitchen. All that said, our favorite part was enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the lanai by the little stream (Bonus! We were afraid there might be mosquitos due to the proximity to the stream but didn’t experience a single one). We highly recommend this property.

This was a nice enough place to stay that has many positives and just a few negatives. Great location central to Poipu. Nice and clean complex that has a nice little pool that is great for cooling off after a long day at the beach or hiking. Good kitchen and overall a clean place. Just some things to be aware. This is a third floor unit so that is what it is. Beds we’re little uncomfortable especially upstairs. Bedding was a little lacking. Coolers and umbrella provided were broken. Just a few small things. Overall the stay was nice

We had the most amazing stay at this property, 10/10! The place was, beautiful, comfortable for 4 of us(two teens) and it was cool(amazing AC). It felt like vacationing in a tree house. The management team was efficient and communicative. We had access to a beautiful salt water pool on site and an athletic club 2 min down the road. Shops were in walking distance and more shops were about a 5 minute drive in each direction. This place felt like a home away from home and we will absolutely be staying here again!

Nice one bedroom unit with extra bed, plus sofa bed, and futon. Price reasonable for unit, although only one bathroom. Enjoyed having kitchen and laundry.Knew that unit did not have a/c, but quite warm during summer nights. Ceiling fan in living room only had one speed (not fast - hopefully you can repair fan to increase air flow).Lockbox is a bit cumbersome to relock with key inside. Lock would not catch because key with ring does not lie flat and when lock does not engage, have to reenter code.

We loved Ed and Sharon’s place. Comfortable bed, great WiFi, clear instructions, amazing pool, washer dryer was perfect, shower also perfect, kitchen was well supplied. Location was pretty ideal for us as well. The complex is quiet and well cared for. Shops and stores, a short walk or even shorter drive away that had my wife’s favorite ice cream! Total win. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Ed and Sharon were caring and thoughtful for us and were very responsive to our needs. We spent our 35th wedding anniversary there and they made our trip even more special. Thank you Ed and Sharon!

Beautiful home-nice decor, very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and large shower. It is located within walking distance to the beach and a small shopping center with a Longs Drugstore, grocery store, restaurants ( and ), clothing and gift shops, and there are 2 golf courses nearby. Limited drawbacks were no A/C (several overhead fans and 2 portables are helpful) and it is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) if you have heavy luggage. We loved our stay and recommend it without hesitation.

The stay was just alright, but there were some disappointments. I got a text right before we arrived saying "I will be assisting you throughout your stay. Please feel free to text your questions regarding your stay here!"I reached out asking about extra sheets and was told I would hear back soon. I followed up and still never heard back. If you are going to text me offering to help out, the least you can do is actually respond to your guest's questions.Along with that, we found about 6 cockroaches and lots of other little bugs throughout our stay. I understand bugs are just a reality when you're in Hawaii, but this place had more than we've ever experienced in four years of visiting Kauai. The extra fans they had in the closet were super rusty, but it was so hot we ended up using them. No A/C in this unit - which we knew beforehand. Still, be warned if you're looking in July, the fans don't do much to cool this unit down in our experience. Lastly, this place just didn't feel very clean. The floors were a little sticky, sheets felt dirty when we showed up, and the bathroom seemed like it has been cleaned quickly, but had not been deep cleaned for quite a while. I would not come back to stay here personally or recommend it to a friend.

The condo was clean and spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. They had all the amenities plus some extra and beach equipment was the added value. The only issue was a downstairs condo gets the added noise from above and that upstairs owner failed to notify about the demolition for 3 of our days which made the condo not usable until 5:00. Not blaming the owner but left a bad taste at the end of our 10 day stay.

The Waikomo Stream Villas are conveniently located and in walking distance to the shopping mall where there are many restaurants and shops. Close to Poipu beach. The unit is located close to the pool, and you can hear the calm trickling of the stream from the bedroom and family room area. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to the unit.It was fully equipped. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

Having lived on Kauai for many years, we knew the area very well and it was a perfect Poipu location for us and very quiet!The rating of 4 for the property is not regarding the unit specifically but more the cleanliness of the trash/recycling area and the landscaping. We would rate the unit cleanliness as a 5. as far as the rating of 3 on the property manager, there should be a n/a choice as we never had a need to contact a property manager or saw one on property.
