Great value, communicative hosts, close to places to eat and shop Excellent value. This was the most affordable option we researched, but the value was high with clean accommodations and good amount of room. The tradeoff is being a little further from the beach (about a 15 minute walk). Host was communicative. The foldout bed was missing sheets and host responded immediately and was there at door with a set of sheets within 30 minutes. Kitchen is well-appointed. Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker (though didn't use this), fridge all in great condition. Good size sink. And the double breakfast bars were incredibly useful to keep food and snacks and eat meals in! Balcony was clean and comfortable. Beautiful mosaic table out there. Bathroom was clean. Tub worked fine. Hot water, good water pressure, family of five and no one had to endure cold showers even when we showered in a row. Extra sink outside bathroom was super useful.- Foldout bed was a little uncomfortable. Supported our youngest but our other kid needed to use the couch.* Shops at Kukui'ula are a bit fancy so ymmv. (DOES have a Jojo's Shave Ice!) BUT the shops north of there are super casual. Eden Coffee is AMAZING, Kukui'ula Market is an absolute gem with lots of local treats and a good place to get basics.* Grounds were just ok. I feel like photos made it look better than it was. BUT again, rated 5 stars because it was a great value. Excellent beach supplies provided!

Everything was great, smooth check in and had everything we needed. The floors could use some deep cleaning though as it was a bit sticky with people wearing shoes inside the property and it seems like it was only vacuumed. The remote batteries died for the TV and after we emailed the management company they delivered some new batteries for us very quickly.

Lovely property surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. A short walk to several restaurants, shops and a Longs Drugs. A short drive to everything else. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the “goodies” closet full of beach towels and toys. The outdoor table and chairs behind the unit were a great spot to enjoy breakfast and listen to the birds. We did find a couple of areas that could use improvement. The furniture is generally not very comfortable. And the overhead component of the shower head assembly was impossible to use.

The description is accurate. It’s a very spacious, clean space that overlooks a cute little frog pond. I appreciated the earplugs the host left for those were bothered by the frogs at night, but they actually were quite lovely to hear. This is not a beachfront property, but if you’re just looking for a nice clean homebase, nice kitchen and comfortable living and dining areas, this is perfect.

But the toilet seat falls off every time you sit on it and is pretty dangerous also the bathroom fan makes the scariest noise I’ve ever heard like an angry elephant. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located to shops and nice little beach great for watching the sunsets. While lacking air con, the flow of air through the unit kept the temperature comfortable. We did not try out the athletic club. The listing says there are two lanais, when really there is only one that is covered and that the unit is bright and airy. It is not bright and the photos are brightened. Management was great and we had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

The place was nice and clean. I thought the kitchen area was very cramped, no counter space at all. We actually had to make space in the pantry for the food we bought. Kitchen drawers and cabinets all cramped and full. It would be nice to have a larger coffee table to set things on. There is just one very small chest of drawers in the bedroom. Not a lot of places to put things, like phones for charging, laptop or tablet, purse, car keys, glasses etc. but we made it work.

This condo was great for our family of three. It actually had more room than we thought it would and would easily accommodate a larger family. The kitchen was well stocked for us to make meals at home, there was a washer and dryer, and a good assortment of beach stuff including: chairs, snorkels, sand toys, and boogie boards. The location was very nice, as it was very close to accessible beaches for our small kiddo.

Overall, this unit met our needs. Kitchen was well-stocked with linens and supplies. We enjoyed using the boogies boards, wagons, sand toys, etc. conveniently located to south shore beaches and Old Koloa Town. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed using the pool and fitness area at the club. The only challenges we encountered were that it took the AC quite a while to cool off the unit (at least 24 hours) and we had continued problems with ants in the kitchen even with all food put away.

We want to stay and never leave!!! This property had everything we needed and more! On our first day of check in, Stephanie had reached out about some repair work needing done. It didn't conflict with our schedule and was taken care of quickly. Stephanie communicated with us quickly and was very responsive to our questions. She was wonderful to work with and took great care of us. The place is so close to everything - Poipu Beach, shopping, restaurants but is tucked in from the road and is quiet. The property is gorgeous, well maintained and looks like a botanical garden. There is an actual stream that runs through the property and is so relaxing to listen to at night and is great for "white noise" to sleep. We enjoyed having beach chairs, a cooler and snorkel gear complimentary to us. The in-unit washer and dryer was very handy and we took advantage of cleaning clothes during our stay. Just a very comfortable, quiet, safe, convenient location and beautiful spot to enjoy our amazing vacation!

The room was perfect for our stay. The grounds are beautiful. The place was clean. We were worried that the Murphy bed might be uncomfortable, but it was very comfortable. My only complaint was that there wasn’t a pantry or even an empty cupboard to hold food in the kitchen. There is a cabinet in the room where the Murphy bed is that held dishes on top and had an empty space on the bottom, assuming it was for food. However, I needed that space for clothes since there was no other place in that “bedroom” to put clothes. We had one issue with a ceiling fan getting stuck on high, but Jeremy was great in helping us get that resolved.

Lovely property with a great location! Very comfortable bed, functional kitchen, and a nice patio to eat breakfast on. It’s a little minimal in terms of decor but had everything we needed, including a laundry machine. We slept very well with the A/C and/or the windows open on cooler nights, and enjoyed walking around Waikomo Streams and observing all of the lush nature.

It was a beautiful place, a few things I would say need some work on . The book of everything is trashed, a few drawers in the bathroom are broken the washer smells of mildew needs a good cleaning. It needed a really good cleaning. It was a perfect location the pool was so nice the grounds were beautiful. I also think it needs more fans. I would stay again for sure.

Very easy check-in process. They even left us a welcome gift!Great location with easy access to many amazing destinations. The location of this property is convenient to explore the island of Kauai. It is also near Poipu Beach, which has a great beachfront vibe, snorkeling, including many sea turtles, swimming, and surfing. This is not a beachfront property, however, it is very close to the beach and it was easy to get parking at the beach. There are golf courses, nearby, and shopping areas as well.The condo itself, is clean, comfortable, and a great value, considering other properties in the area. It is a little dated, but well maintained. It had the amenities we wanted. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

This villa is in a great location. Very spacious and the hosts have provided everything needed for a great stay. Plenty of bath towels and blankets if needed. Nice, large beach towels and great beach chairs and cooler. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One thing that needs attention is the toaster does not work well. Takes about 10 minutes to toast one piece of bread, so that should be replaced. Other than that, the place was excellent. The frogs in the pond out back do make noise at night. The host does provide ear plugs for sleeping, but it did not bother us. It became like background noise, but if you are a light sleeper it may really bother you.

The location was great! You can walk to the shops nearby and the ocean to watch the sunset. It’s a short drive to the Poipu Athletic Club, Poipu Beach, and old town Kōloa. The listing was just as described. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the lanais as we were there during the “Kona Low 2.0” storm. As the weather cleared up we were able to use some of the beach equipment and have a great time. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a great stay here. Definitely a 10/10. The condo was super clean, really spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable right away. The bed was really comfortable, really plush and soft, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus after long beach days.The location is awesome, close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, and really easy to get around from here. It made exploring super convenient.One of the best parts was the beach gear. Having chairs and an umbrella ready to go saved us from renting anything and made beach days way easier.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay with our two little kids at this accommodation. It was spotlessly cleaned and had everything you could possibly need including a life jacket and beach supplies for the kids. I especially loved the old Hawaiian vibe of the decor and the beautiful views from the deck. We loved the pool and even though it was spring break we mostly had it to ourselves which was a bonus. I highly recommend this accommodation and I hope we are back again for another stay in the future!
