The AC window unit is very old and extremely loud. It is positioned right at the top on the bed where our heads lie. We would not stay here again unfortunately. The location was nice and the room was clean.

Everything was amazing and even better than what we expected! The location is perfect, with restaurants, shops, grocery, and beaches very close by. The unit was clean and very spacious. The walk from the parking lot to the unit is breathtaking with the vegetation and mini waterfalls! We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay!! The place was so nice and new and well taken care of. Everything was so clean, which is very important to me, and I can be hard to please with this. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was so nice! We didn’t use the pool but it’s cool to have if we wanted. It’s across the street from great snorkeling. We love staying at Prince Kuhio- we stayed at another of the condos here last year that we also liked but were happier with this one! Not as essential, but I did love all the decor and furniture— it just looked so well thought out. The literal only down side of staying at prince kuhio in general is that parking can be annoying. They are small spots and we have pretty consistently seen some ridiculous parking outside the lines, or even in the middle of two spots, so we have been in a bind before when we came back later in the evening and all the spots that were still usable were taken (due to inconsiderate people parking). We learned our lesson and always tried to be back at the place before it got late for this reason. We used Doug from the poipu shuttle a couple times to/from dinner instead.

It was on the third floor and a pleasant breeze blew through the rooms. No need for A/C. It was close to beaches, shopping, and eating options. It has all necessary living amenities (no dishwasher, but for only two people, none was needed).

This apartment is very convenient and comfortable. My only criticism is the lack of information about the front door. We didn't know that it locked automatically once were inside.The kitchen was fine.We were never able to get the tv to work - but used our personal computers.

This place was great! Very comfortable for my adventure. I would definitely stay here again. The guy working there was super chill and helpful when checking in, and the process was pretty easy. No issue with parking in the garage too. The view was perfect for a cup of coffee to start the day, and some meals on the balcony. One word of caution...the roosters will become your friend. Especially as a wake up call every morning around 5am. I didn't mind though, and actually looked forward to it each day. All part of the spirit of Aloha on the best island. Enjoy!

Great first time on Kauai! Julie shared great details and tips on the stay. This studio was a fabulous centralized home base for exploring the south shore. We loved the provided beach gear, balcony with view of the ocean, and comfy bed. We walked across the street one evening to enjoy dinner at the Beach House and watch the sunset. No one at check in, had to figure it out. We knew it was on the third floor, but didn’t know we had to climb 4 flights of stairs! We thought there would be an elevator. I’m in my 70’s and handicapped, so it was very difficult for me! Lesson learned! The condo was cute and nicely decorated. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals! Not that we cooked! The roosters and chickens were actually very entertaining. The noise didn’t bother us. We loved Kauai and when we come back we would need a different place to stay.

We had an amazing first trip to Kauai!This condo is wonderful! Great kitchen, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, air conditioning, beautiful ocean view, three lanais. The condo is spacious, clean and well cared for.The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The barbecue area was also great. There is a great snorkel beach is across the street. Old Koloa Town and Poipu Beach are short drives away. We rented a car and were able to explore much of the island. Such a great location with view to the ocean from balcony or bed. Over the road is a snorkelling beach. Had a washing machine and dryer in condo which I would normally not note but stayed at a few other condos that said had washing machine / dryer but they were in a seperate laundry room on property. Poipu is very central to see many of the islands key sights but if all you are after is nice beach more beautiful in north of island.

Unfortunately our stay was pretty horrible. We arrived late and didn't have the access code to get in. It took several frantic calls and messages to find help to get the code. After finally getting in and somewhat settled, it was time to go to bed. I was there with my daughter, the bed was very outdated, it actually had springs. The bed was soo horrible I barely slept, because my child moved in her sleep and I was being shot out of bed. HORRIBLE
