This condo was across from the ocean with a decent snorkeling area and a good (albeit expensive) restaurant. The condo was well-furnished and comfy enough for our needs. The remote control did not work and the staff never replied to my email, so we didn't get to utilize it. It worked one day, but navigating the cable vs tv parts was incomprehensible. I suggest they move to the Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu options instead, plus respond to emails from their customers.

Very nice unit. Spacious, & clean. Set up well, with everything a person needs. Extra towels & beach gear a big plus. Property was kept very clean, with amenties (pool, bbq area, grounds) very well kept. Nice location, close the beach, with 10 minute walk for shopping & restaurants.

Surprise there was no AC, but managed ok with out any thanks to the trades. Shower would not drain properly. The kitchen had plenty of tiny ants and the front door jalosie blinds had a missing screw and was ready to fall out. I found an oversized screw and put it in to keep it from falling out. Other than that it was fine.

Nice Property, pool was also nice. Only complaints are that there’s no bathroom door or bathroom fan, and lots of traffic noise, also you will be woke up every morning by a pack of rooster at around 5:00 am. Other than that it was a good stay.

I felt my stay could of been better if the pictures above the bed were cleaned they were very dusty and had me have trouble breathing the back balcony door was broken and needed a stick to lock it. Apartment had cockroaches and ant’s which crawled into my donut box. Room could have been more clean. Not to happy with my stay.

Very well maintained, impeccably clean and comfortable studio. It felt much bigger because of it’s layout. The “living room” with the view of the beach and park was my favorite spot to listen to the ocean and enjoy a morning coffee.

Renting with KVR is part of a great vacation. The accommodations are clean, well appointed and cared for. KVR staff easy to talk to and attentive to my requests. When on Kauai they are my only rental consideration.

Just a skip across the street to view the sunset, and a wander down the road for great dining and provisions. The interior was nicely decorated and comfortable. We would definitely come here again.

The apartment was nice, maybe a bit tired in places. A good bed and well equipped kitchen. In a great location on the third floor in the front of the building close to the ocean. But with no air conditioning we left the windows open. Which is fine and even preferable to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sounds of waves on rocks. But during our stay there was a surprising number of cars and pickup trucks and other utility and construction trucks passing on the road separating the hotel and the ocean. Going into the late night and picking up early in the morning before sunrise. So not the best sleep that we ever had. But we made up for it with naps on the beach so ‘all’s good’. Other than this, it is a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

This little studio was perfect for the two of us, it was nice to have the full kitchen, although admittedly we didn’t use it often. The sun rise and beach view from the back balocony were amazing. Place was comfortable and clean and stayed cool enough with the slats open and overhead fan going. Overal 10/10 would stay here again!

This place was very nice. Wonderful roomy feeling, all the extras in the room. It was a bit noisy because of the ocean but to be expected. The rooster's alarm clock took some getting used to. The outdoor roosters! Was very happy to see beach equipment in room, that was a surprise. The pool was very refreshing.

We were visiting for our anniversary, and the first time on a solo vacation without the kids in 7 years. This was the perfect spot for it! We loved how close the beach was and the view was gorgeous from this spot. The unit was clean and updated with a comfortable king size bed. The only thing I would change about this location would to make the balcony bigger...but I don't think that's possible :)

This place is fantastic! No need to turn on the TV, just open the slider, enjoy the view of the water, the chickens running around and tourist trying to parallel park. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped well and the bathroom is large enough for two to get ready. Only disappointment was leaving.

I am actually the mom of the person who had the pleasure of staying here because it was a surprise grad gift for a job well done :-)!!! I have to commend all of the staff I interacted with regarding this property. Not only were they warm and friendly, but were extremely helpful with all parts of the reservation and checkin process. My daughter gushed about how perfectly appointed the condo is with everything you may need to enjoy a week in Kauai. Excellent location, great pricing, wonderful staff and communication. Being over a thousand miles away, this was the least worrisome part of booking the trip. In short, if you want a cozy, reasonably priced spot to relax after exploring the island- this is a perfect place! Mucho Mahalos for making this an amazing stay for my daughter:-)

My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! It’s the perfect southern location, felt like we were about 5 minutes from some of the best southern beaches and food. Walking distance to a small rocky beach with decent snorkeling and a shaved ice stand across the way. We loved “living foods” which is also walking distance.
The condo itself was just as advertised. A clean and simple stay. Nice views. Great to have a kitchen. Only thing I will mention is the openness of the bathroom. There is a curtain instead of a door and a window from the shower to the sunroom. So if you’re not staying here with your significant other, things are slightly weird but manageable.

My husband and I loved this condo. This condo has an ocean view on the balcony. Walking distance to a shopping center with restraunts. Favorite part about the condo was the sun room and the fact they give you stuff to use at the beach. No A/C but honestly if you keep the patio door open with the screen door and curtain closed it will stay cool during the day. The property has a laundry room, pool and grill.

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view with a wonderful sea breeze. Keep the sliding door open to help cool out the unit. Loved the location, across from a restaurant and the beach. A friendly area to go for a walk in the mornings. Very smooth check in/out process. Definitely recommend!

Overall unit 302 was adequate. The condo is next to a busy street so it is noisy with car traffic all day. The Lanai was disappointing as it is only as wide as a chair. There is a small beach with in walking distance with good snorkeling. The condo grounds are well kept. The condo was equipped with all the amenities to go to the beach but no beach towels were supplied. The unit has no air conditioner only a ceiling fan over the bed. I give the condo a 3 star rating.
