Such a beautiful condo! This is our 2nd time staying within 6 months. The condo is just as pictured! We spent so much time on the lanai enjoying the sound of the ocean, watching for turtles, spear fisherpersons, etc. It's my happy place!The kitchen is immaculate, with everything you would need to create wonderful meals. We loved watching the parakeets come in each evening and roost in the surrounding palm trees, it is a stunning experience created by nature! We will be back, not in 6 months, but soon! Thank you for creating such a wonderful place to recharge!

My husband and I stayed here for my 50th birthday and we had a spectacular time in this condo. The listing represents it 100% accurately. It was a beautifully decorated place, extremely clean, loved the bed, and the view couldn't be beat, absolutely gorgeous. You have to drive just a little bit to the towns for all the restaurants and shops but that was no big deal. This was our 2nd stop on our trip in Hawaii and our flight came in quite a few hours prior to the check-in time, but soon after we landed, Denise texted me and said the room is ready early, so that was a lovely surprise. I would absolutley recommend this place if you want an up close ocean view (and a sea turtle view), as it was difficult to find that in Poipu. When we saw this we jumped on it! Thanks again Denise!

Lovely condo. We loved watching turtles in the bay from the porch and sunset from the beach access. Highly recommend getting a dinner reservation next door as well. Easy walk to the shopping center about 0.5 mile away.

Stunning view from the lanai!! We loved watching sea turtles and schools of fish as the waves crested over the reef in the mornings. Wonderful location right next to the Beach House - beautiful sunsets!! It was in a convenient location between the blowhole and the sea turtle resting spot, and around the corner from shopping and dining. Condo had everything- beach towels, chairs, nice touches theoughout. Lots of seating and kitchen was great, kona coffee was yummy!Thanks for a beautiful stay, we hope to return year after year!

The condo was exactly as it was listed. The views from the Lanai were breathtaking. The kitchen had every amenity imaginable. It’s very rare at my wife and I find beds that are comfortable, and the king bed was one of the most comfortable that we have slept on. We certainly hope to return one day

Beautiful condo and just as advertised. Loved being so close to the water. Walk around the back side of the building for the best view of sunset on the island. Very quiet complex that was conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc.

The property is located with spectacular view of the Pacific. The calming sound of the waves was extremely therapeutic and relaxing, which is what you want on vacation. Great dining around the corner at eating house 1849 ,La Spezia Italian ,And the tasting room. The unit is very beautiful and clean. The bathroom was small and the mattress could be updated. Other than that I would highly recommend the unit.

We loved our stay here…the kitchen and condo had everything we could ever need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were so many nice extras to make it feel like a home away from home…even gorgeous orchids on the tables. The view was beyond our expectations! Absolutely stunning! This little slice of heaven is the perfect place to stay when on the south side of Kauai!!! The photos are accurate but don’t do this awesome condo justice! Everything from the amazing ocean/turtle views from the lanai, the location, the house layout (that is very private feeling and you never hear your neighbors), the water and ice maker in the fridge, to the air conditioning, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, super comfy pillows & beds, and most especially the wonderful communication and accommodating nature of Heather, makes this place beyond worth it!!! We snorkeled right there next to the beach house (where had dinner and also rented snorkeling fins from the attached little shop), and Poipu Beach is like five minutes away, which had some of the best snorkeling - we swam with turtles and a seal!! The neighborhood is quiet and the area has some great places to eat and shop near by. We just got back and I have already referred a few friends to this amazing condo! VIEWS…LOCATION…VIEWS!!! This condo is perfectly situated along the south shores in Kōloa. We had the option of getting a condo on the top floor with a balcony and I’m so glad we chose Greg’s condo on the bottom floor instead. There was nothing like opening the door and walking out to the view, the turtles, the surfers, sunrises and sunsets. Stunningly beautiful! It was a little noisy when there were people in the unit above us, the toilet flushing by them sounded like it was above your head coming through the ceiling. The sofa is not the one in the photo, it wasn’t comfortable and had a thick foam piece that isn’t covered. The minor inconveniences are far overshadowed by the beautiful location and views. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the island next!

The property was great! Very clean. The Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of supplies in the bathrooms, and there was even ample beach gear. Best of all, the view was spectacular. We all enjoyed spending time on the lanai watching the surfers while having our morning coffee, and star gazing at night. Our hosts at Poipu 365 were atrentive without being intrusive.

The view and proximity to the water are what make this the perfect place to stay! The condo is comfy and clean and all you need. Parking was never a problem and because this is a floor level unit it’s easy access to & from parking. Watch the sunset, fall asleep to the ocean waves, wake up and watch the sunrise. True paradise!

This is a delightful place to stay, with easy access to all parts of the island if you have rented a car. It is a comfy, well stocked condo with great Hawaiian décor. The sound and view of the waves hitting the rocks just outside the lanai door was so relaxing. Sunrises, sunsets, & rainbows are right there for your viewing. We did not attempt snorkeling in front of the condo at Ko’ai Bay, but snorkeling at Lawaii Beach in front of the Beach House Restaurant was great, as was snorkeling at Poipu Beach. Our host was tremendously open to communication with us before, during, and after our stay. He provided us with extensive information both before and during our stay, as well as immediate response to any questions we had for him. He also provided numerous tips and advice for places to see, things to do, and the best days for a Napali boat tour given the wave and weather conditions. Make sure and listen to his tip to avoid parking under the trees where the wild parrots roost at night. We would enjoy returning to this rental if and when we make another trip to Kauai.

The views were amazing and the hosts were very responsive to our needs. Many nights we shut down the air and enjoyed the trade winds. Daily we enjoyed turtles in the bay, surfers, sunsets, and listening to the waves. We’re missing it already! Recommendations for restaurants are Cabana Bar and Grill, Tide Pools, Mama Bears Kitchen food truck, and our favorite was the island Market place at Coconut Marketplace in Kapaa for Teriyaki chicken and Moco Loco. Highly recommend catching the sunset on the other side of the Beach House and snorkeling at Poipu Beach to see the turtles, remember fins or water shoes for the rocky entry. Kōloa Rum safari, Wailua River tour to Secret Falls was a great workout, Backcountry Tubing and of course Waimea Canyon. Wonderful trip to celebrate my retirement. Mahalo for opening on your home to us. Highly recommend this condo!

I agree with almost all of the previous comments, good and not-so-good, about the property, but am rounding up my 4.5 review to a 5. A few ways the experience could be improved, in my opinion: Host should (1) pay a little more attention to her bookings to minimize confusion re: conflicting inspection appointments and the like, (2) install a lock inside the unit (that cannot be opened with a combination from the outside) so occupants feel more secure, (3) update the photo of the lanai to show ALL 8 pieces of furniture on it, (4) indicate in the listing that washer/dryer are communal and coin operated, and (5) have more info in guest notebook about the complex and area.

We had a wonderful 11 day stay! The condo was spotless when we arrived. Well maintained, with gorgeous furnishings and art. Photos are accurate. Turtles come and hang out in the water only a few yards away from the condo. We could watch them from our lanai almost every day! When the full moon came out, it was spectacular shining on the water. The bed is one of the most comfortable we've ever had at a vacation rental. Even the pillows were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to do "at-home" meals and cocktails. This is a smaller condo complex, which we liked a lot (not a mega-resort with a zillion amenities we'd never have used anyway). Wi-Fi was strong and the TV had all of our streaming services available. The location is great, with the upscale Beach House restaurant next door and Koloa and Poipu a 5-minute drive away. Highly recommend!

The condo was modern, with great kitchen cookware and appliances. We were stoked about the beach chairs, beach towels, and there was even a snorkel and flippers provided for our use. I think our favourite thing was watching the turtles from the balcony every day! Denise was attentive and communicative, which made our stay stress-free! The condo is in a great location, close to loads of restaurants and beaches. It is also right next door to the popular restaurant "The Beachhouse", so I would definitely plan to have a sundowner there! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again if we are lucky enough to visit the gorgeous island of Kauai again!
