Everything was as described in listing. It was so much closer to the ocean than I imagined. Very quiet and private. If you’re looking for a place away from all the crowds of people this is the place.

The condo looks out onto a small bay and across to some older houses (ie what Poipu looked like before the resorts) on a point. Sit on the lanai and watch the waves roll in. Close to Koloa and a pleasant drive to other south shore locations. Fall asleep to the sounds of the surf.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. The condo is perfectly located and well appointed. We watched the surfers and turtles right from the balcony! We had to contact staff one time and they responded at 5 am and had the issue resolved quickly. Can say enough good things! Maholo

We've stayed in this complex a few times. This is the first time in this unit. It's a great Poipu location. It's really easy to park and get in and out. The ground floor is great because you can open your door and walk either off the property or around to the other side of the building with a tiny sand beach, but also has good surfing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. There are a few places to eat within walking distance.

The unit was great. Located right next to The Beach House restaurant and across from Riptides Shave Ice. Well-stocked with body wash, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, beach chairs, body board, umbrella, snorkels, a cooler and even mosquito spray! The view from the balcony and from inside the living room is the star. We saw gorgeous sunsets, rainbows, sea turtles, surfers, and parakeets. One thing to note (in our experience in June) is that the 2nd bedroom does take about 24 hours to cool down enough to sleep comfortably. Might be worth asking if the company could close the window coverings and leave the ac on for a few hours before renters arrive.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo, right on the water. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening, watching the surfers and sea turtles. The condo was quiet, had ample parking, and everything you needed to take to the beach. Plenty of chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and towels. It was so peaceful to come home and relax, listening to the ocean every night. Pat was very responsive and helpful when we had issues with the internet. We loved our stay in Kauai!

This place was a perfect spot for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. Every morning eating breakfast on the Lanai, listening to the waves at night. This condo was in a quiet spot with access to shopping, restaurants, and multiple beaches. We often sat down with crowd in front of the condo building watching the surfers and seeing the sun set. We had 0 problems during our stay and can’t wait to come back and stay again.

This trip was bittersweet. It was supposed to be my mother, brother, and myself, but my mom passed away 9 days before our trip. We had promised we would go regardless. The place was beautiful, view spectacular, location amazing, and accommodations in point. Although the stay was emotional, it was a perfect way to reflect on our loved one in such a beautiful place.

Could not have asked for a better location. We will miss the view: catching sight of turtles while having dinner, seeing the surfers wipe out, and of course, the gorgeous sunsets. My only minor gripe would be to have an actual human being we could talk to when we have questions. iI sounded like the Vacasa management group was responding with AI, and they gave us incorrect information about the property amenities.

Front row seats on a popular surfing spot. we also enjoyed visiting the nearby Spouting Horn several times.the wall of windows facing the ocean opens, so it feels like all the living room and kitchen are part of the lanai. AC also works, tho we turned it off to open the windows instead. adequate kitchen, comfortable beds, nice closet of loaner beach stuff plus beach towels. Figuring out how to get the parking pass was the confusing part of checking in (that and figuring out to open the outer front door to find the electronic lock on the inner front door; we tried putting our code into another keybox nearby instead first)

I can not emphasize how perfect this stay was! The location is exceptional and we fell asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking on the shore and rose to glorious sunrises daily. The home was well appointed with anything and everything one could ask for. The complex was quiet, peaceful and allowed us to truly unwind and relax. The unit has been upgraded and is quite beautiful. We repeatedly said to ourselves that we will come back to this specific unit when we return to Kauai. There isn't one single thing that I could say was a problem or an issue. It was heavenly and I am sooooo grateful that we went with our gut when choosing this location to spend our 10 nights in. Thank you Brenda and John for creating a wonderful atmosphere for an unforgettable experience!

We stayed in this unit for two nights and found the unit to be neat and tidy, with many thoughtful touches added by the manager, Sara.Throughout the process and during the stay, the communications and instructions were excellent. There was an issue that came up during our stay and Sara jumped right on it and had the matter resolved quickly.I am certain you will not find a better Kauai Property Manager to insure you have a great stay. The view is really incredible and the location is great. Right next to the Beach House Restaurant that was delicious. There is a nice little beach right there where you can swim and snorkel. The view is really what you are paying for. Quite a few family members of mine were all staying at Kuhio Shores so I got to check out all of their accommodations. It’s safe to say our view was definitely the nicest but it also made it pretty obvious that our unit is very dated and in need of some updating. Overall, it was comfortable and we had most everything we needed but it was interesting to find out how much some of my family paid for units that were completely updated and knowing what I paid definitely made me feel like the units they were in were a better value. Again, the view was spectacular and that’s what you are paying for!

Can’t say enough about the condo and what a great stay it was. Denise is an exceptional host. She’s very warm and kind, and has thought of literally everything! The condo is beautifully decorated… and the view omg! You can see the sun come up right from the living room and hear the sound of the waves… it’s so relaxing. The condo is so chic, decorated really nicely and up to date. Not to mention, it’s outfitted with everything you need, and stuff you didn’t know you needed. I’ve stayed in some places that have been really sparse, not here… you have everything you need to be really comfortable. Denise is very gracious and accommodated our schedule to make check in/ out a breeze. I will def look up her property when I come back and highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel spoiled and be in great location!

This corner unit on the ground floor is fantastic. It has everything you need for your stay from a blender to shampoo. Sea turtles at 4 pm feed nearly every day off shore. An easy walk to The Beach House for dinner.

This condo was even better than expected. Trust me, you will love it. Chris has everything you will need and even things you didn’t know you needed. We throughly enjoyed our week! The only thing missing from this location is a better beach but Lawa’i beach does have good snorkeling and other beaches are just a short drive away. I loved the sunrises and sunsets and shopping and dining is a short walk up the road. Mahalo Chris!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Kauai condo! Lots of natural light and we loved sitting on the balcany watching turtles swim around in the cove. My husband did a bit of snorkeling around the property as well! Everything was comfy and the location was great! We loved eating at the adjacent Beach House and watching the sunset.
