This was the best place we stayed on our trip. Everything was very comfortable. Having AC in the summer was so nice, beds were very comfortable. The property itself is beautiful with lush trees and plants, making the short walk to the beach very pleasant. Brennecke’s beach was a favorite with my group (kids ages 11-22).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a great location and accommodated our family of 11 comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a minor glitch regarding the code to open the door, but the host immediately fix the issue. The only problem was that the sliding glass door to the front room balcony was extremely hard to open and close probably due to a broken roller but that should be an easy fix. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

The condo was in a perfect location for our stay. It was within walking distance of the beach and local shops, with plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away. The onsite pool was conveniently located just around the corner from the unit, making it easy to enjoy whenever we wanted. The host was wonderful - friendly, responsive, and quick to answer all of our questions. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great unit for our 8 night stay. Would stay here again. Had everything we needed in kitchen, beach and bath towels, closet dresser space. Comfortable beds and ac worked well. Washer and dryer were a huge plus to have in the unit. Beach gear was in mixed condition but still had 4 chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon that worked well for our daily use. Three pools accessible with unit - one we used most that is very close to unit and another little further for regency units. Bigger pool with large hot tub next to Kalapaki Joes that is accessible via a short walk through the pathways. Only note for improvement would be the cleanliness- overall was good, but could tell less visible areas had been left alone. Under beds and in couches for sofa beds. Brennecke beach is easily walkable but we ended up driving most days to other beaches.

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay immensely! There was more than adequate space for all of us and, despite the road construction adjacent to the condo, we slept well. As we spent every day in the ocean, showers were high pressure and the temperatures were easily adjustable. Towels, dishware, drinking glasses and cups, along with pots and pans were plentiful. We enjoyed fixing and serving meals for all of us and shared our plans for and reports from our days on The Garden Isle. High recommend from all of us, including my 11 year old grandson.

The property really was lovely. The location was within a 10 minute walk to 3 gorgeous beaches and we saw sea turtles every day! The condo was so clean and so comfortable for our family. It has been kept in perfect condition and the location is ideal.

The condo was great. Worked well for the 7 of us. We didn’t realize it was right on the main road, which wouldn’t have been an issue except there was road construction and lots of backed up traffic. We would stay there again minus the construction.

We love coming to Kauai and enjoyed our stay in Poipu. We were close enough to walk to the beach. The house was clean and had all of the essentials. The tub upstairs could have been just a little bit cleaner. It wasn't that it was dirty but the tub had stains that could have been scrubed off and the shower curtain had a few black spots on it. I would still stay at this place again, if we were ever to come back!

Check in/out was smooth. The staff were friendly and handled all of our requests. We had issues with wasps on the lanai that took a couple days to remove the nests. This was frustrating. The condo is on the corner of 2 busy streets, and it was under construction, so the noise was frustrating as well. The condo was fine, no big bells and whistles. I was expecting more for the price but all in all we had a great time.

Our group loved this place! Close to beaches, a pool on site, and plenty of room for our whole group of 12 people. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels with coolers and a wagon. It was super easy to load up and go down to either Brennecke’s beach or Poipu beach. No complaints for our stay other than having to find parking for our second vehicle in the small parking lot and one night having to find a different parking lot. Mahalo for a great stay in the Poipu, Kauai!

I really enjoyed this stay! I was in Kauai for a conference with my two adult boys and a friend. The rental had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioner worked so well! The master bed was very comfortable and the showers had great water pressure! It provided us a home base to drive all over the island and come home and enjoy a game of monopoly on the porch. The walk to the beach was beautiful and only took about 10-15 minutes. The pool area was nice with grills and a hot tub. I would def stay here again.

It's a spacious house with a well-equipped kitchen that was a great place for our extended family to stay during our vacation. Since we were traveling with small kids, having the washer and dryer for the laundry was a huge benefit. The host was very quick to respond when we had a problem with one of the doors —the knob broke on a Sunday night— and had a repair person out to fix it fairly quickly.

Very clean unit from the photos I was under the impression that it was a lower unit with lawn space for our kids to play jn but it was a second floor unit and it faces two parking lots and the street. I prefer to face the green belt and pictures give you that impression I should have checked and not assumed I was not a fan of having one parking lot facing the unit and the next door property’s parking lot facing the main bedroom then you have the street to the side. Pool was also a pretty good walk I prefer to stay at the Villas at Poipu Kai.

Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The condo was comfortable and fit the needs for our group well (4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids). There are two pools close to the condo and neither was too busy during the time we were there. We enjoyed both the pools and hot tubs at both locations. The location of the condo is great! It was easy to walk to Brennecke, Poipu, and Shipwrecks beaches (10-15 min). We loved having access to beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards (there was also a wagon and umbrella, as well as sand toys etc that we didn’t end up using). Boogie boarding was the best at Brennecke’s and we liked floating/playing in the waves the best at Kiahuna Beach which was just a short drive away. Lots of great shopping close by. We throughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again.

The unit was clean and well stocked with appliances and dishes to make cooking meals at the unit easy. The washer and dryer were a bonus and the decor was nice. However the furnishings were uncomfortable and the mattress in the main bedroom should be replaced. Manager of the unit said that the owners will be replacing the mattress, this should make the next visitors stay in this unit a better experience. The location of the unit is perfect for beach activities, few hiking trails, and great restaurants nearby.

The place was perfect. The location was near everything, with an eight minute, walk to the beach, or down to the grand Hyatt, or drive into town. It was perfectly situated as far as location is concerned.The beds were extremely comfortable! We enjoyed the lanai hanging out playing cards. The TVs worked fantastic very easy and great size. The kitchen had everything we needed. Whenever we had a question, we received immediate responses. There was a slight glitch with the first bathroom, shower handle. They came right out and fixed it immediately.I would stay there again in a heartbeat! We had the best vacation and part of it was because of our Vrbo.

The property is great -- spacious, well furnished and equipped, and well located. The unit is upstairs, so it's quiet, and the ceiling fans provide good air circulation. The upstairs bedroom is a loft with no door, but the louvers above the pony wall provide privacy. From the property it's an easy walk to multiple beaches and shops. We enjoyed it very much and recommend it highly.

This unit had a lot of bedroom space to accommodate our three couples and two young kids. The kitchen was well equipped with pans and baking sheets, dishes and tableware, which we appreciated as we did a lot of cooking onsite. The place was clean when we arrived and any questions or issues we had were quickly addressed. The Poipu Kai complex, with its numerous pools, pickleball courts and proximity to the beach, has been a favorite location for us for many years.
