Wonderful remodeled and updated condo. On the first floor next to the parking lot for easy load and unloading. Two walk-in showers with hand held shower wands, everything is on one level. Great for disabled people. Loved the beach decor! Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning was heavenly. Large dining table to seat six people. Ten minute walk to the beach through the resort that is beautifully manicured. You do have a unit above you. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Would have liked snorkel gear or a boogie board. The owners are very easy to contact and converse with. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again!

The vacation rental in Poipu on the south side of Kauai is in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Even if it rains in the morning and evening, it's sunny during the day with a refreshing breeze blowing through. It's a great location for enjoying drive to Hanalei in the north or Kekaha in the south. We stayed as a group of four women.The room was clean and spacious, the kitchen was very easy to use, and everything we needed was provided.

The house was in a great location to the beach where my husband was able to swim with sea turtles. Less than a 10 min drive to multiple different food and shopping centers. And the bonus that we didn't expect was the beach closet full of items we were able to borrow during our trip. Made our stay all the more fun. Would definitely book here again!

We loved our stay! The property is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We loved the 2 queen beds in 1 room and the king in the other allowing everyone in our group to sleep well. BEST VRBO EVER!!!! We've stayed at many VRBOs over the years but this was the best by far. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of pots/pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, tupperware for leftovers and anything you could possibly need to prepare meals. ALL the beds were super comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels, face cloths, laundry detergent and soap, shampoos, extra toilet paper, paper towels and anything else you expect to buy during your stay. The house was very clean well stocked for the beach. Beach towels, chairs and coolers were provided. And the pools were fantastic!! But I especially liked the balconies. It was great to have some quiet time reading away from the partying masses! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Definitely stop at Costco or Safeway for your food and drinks. Kitchen is well equipped for easy preparation of food. Local offering are sparse. Would stay here again.

Great property. Loved how pool was next to building and restaurants in walking distance.Could have used a bit more cleaning. The main bathroom tub did not get cleaned or the rugs in that bathroom. Never used stove or oven but looks like they were missed as well.

This was our second stay at this condo. It is extremely well located and close to beaches/restaurants/coffee. It is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. There is good water pressure in the showers and the AC units keep the place cool and comfortable. The living room is also comfortable to hang out in with a lovely large tv screen. The outdoor patio is very nice to sit at and read or have a cup of coffee. The unit is very close to the pool/jacuzzi which is very convenient. They provided beach equipment as well. I would highly recommend this unit. We will definitely rent it for a third time on our next trip to Kauai.

The parking was tricky if you have several cars and finding the condo itself was difficult the first time, it's located in the back of the building. No elevator but we had a great stay! I would recommend the stay for family and friends!

We travelled with extended family, who stayed in a similar unit. Their unit was a bit outdated, while ours was updated and had a much cleaner feel to it. We were very happy to be staying in this unit as opposed to the other one and would definitely consider staying here again should we return to Kauai.

The set up of the house was perfect for all of us! And it wasn’t too far of a walk to the beaches. Because it would freeze up, the AC couldn’t go below 73 degrees so the loft was always a bit too warm, especially the loft bedroom. The AC in the master bedroom was extremely loud. Some negatives were that the shower curtains and other areas had mold and the loft bathroom fan should be replaced as it didn’t work very well. we found a sewing needle in a chair cushion, there wasn’t a vacuum and the pots and pans should be replaced soon as they were difficult to get as clean as we’d like. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

We loved our stay at the apartment. It is a short walk to multiple beaches and a great jumping-off point for seeing the rest of the island. The apartment itself was spacious and clean with a great kitchen - the Murphy bed made it basically like a three bedroom apartment. It was also very well stocked with household goods and beach supplies. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Best rental experience we’ve had yet! The owner, Jennifer, communicated very well throughout the process and was very responsive even after check-in. There were some burned out lightbulbs in the unit and she had them replaced immediately. The unit itself is well kept and has all the necessary kitchen amenities that allowed us to cook all of our meals, including basic spices, without issue. I would book with Jennifer again without hesitation!
