The condo was as described, clean, and convenient to all things in Poipu. Decently stocked and appointed. Biggest issue was noisy neighbors. Upstairs had loud kids that ran up and down the stairs and through the unit a lot. Next door seemed to have a family that lived there, or a very long term rental. They had young kids who were quite noisy, which is all well and good but the acoustics between units was poor.

The space was ideal for our family. An abundant supply of beach gear including beach chairs and beach towels made it easy to enjoy our adventure. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and we appreciated having coffee filters (although we could have used a couple more coffee cups). Beds were comfortable and the table was perfect for games and dinners.

We stayed in Joel's condo for 30 days, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The information he provided was so appreciated, and his unit was so well stocked. We had relatives come during our stay and there was room for everyone. The air conditioning worked well, the pool/hot tub/barbeque area were right outside our door, and the concrete paths in the area were great for getting to Poipu or Shipwreck beaches. We might just have to come back sometime.

The house was exceptionally clean, it was very well stocked with all of the amenities that we needed including extra clean sheets and towels, cleaning supplies, everything we needed to cook meals in the evening, beach, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, wagon for the beach. It was reasonable walking distance from two great beaches. We visited a few other beaches on the island while we were here, but found ourselves drawn to the beaches right by this property. They were accommodating with our request requests and replied very quickly. Check-in was easy and the list of things to do when we left was not difficult at all.

This place is amazing! Shipwreck Beach is 5 min away, Poipu Beach is 5 min away. The condo is beautiful and they had so much stuff for us to use! Find, snorkeling gear, body boards, golf clubs, big coolers and small, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I was blown away by how well equipped they were. The beds we comfortable and the bathrooms beautiful. I have nothing negative to say. This place was exactly what my family of 5 needed!

The condo was perfect for our party of four. The kitchen appliances worked perfectly as did the AC and washer and dryer. The unit was well appointed and maintained. Very comfortable and clean. The location was ideal. Adjacent to the pool which my granddaughter enjoyed and a comfortable walk to the beach. The condo is far away from congested areas but had easy access to area attractions and restaurants plus the main highway. Excellent support from the manager to deal with the couple of issues that arose. We would stay here again if availability coincided with our next visit.

We were overwhelmed with the size and spaciousness of this beautiful condo. Our stay was amazing and the walk to Popui Beach was only about 7 minutes and so tranquil. We went swimming every night and watched the turtles beach themselves every night. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was the most stocked I have ever been at. The washer and dryer and normal size so huge! The decor was Kauai and beach themed and perfect. I felt so at home it was hard to leave. We will be back to this unit!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was huge, the kitchen and living area were well equipped and the bedrooms large. It was also very clean. The complex was well maintained and we used the BBQ area by the pool. The staff looking after the gardens etc were really friendly too. The proximity to the beach via the pathway was great as well. We 100% recommend this condo and Coldwell Banker's communication, everything was easy and communication fantastic. Thanks!

Loved the condo in general - very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable, master bath was very spacious and shower was great! Did not love seeing parking lots out of almost every window - had to keep the blinds closed most of the time. The front lanai was almost in the parking lot and the one off the bedroom was right by the road. Only other complaint was the noise from the condo above us. You could hear everything - talking, baby crying, toilets flushing, even people just walking around and chairs being moved. There’s nothing that can be done about it. The people above us weren’t extra loud, just really no soundproofing.

Wonderful remodeled and updated condo. On the first floor next to the parking lot for easy load and unloading. Two walk-in showers with hand held shower wands, everything is on one level. Great for disabled people. Loved the beach decor! Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning was heavenly. Large dining table to seat six people. Ten minute walk to the beach through the resort that is beautifully manicured. You do have a unit above you. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Would have liked snorkel gear or a boogie board. The owners are very easy to contact and converse with. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again!

The vacation rental in Poipu on the south side of Kauai is in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Even if it rains in the morning and evening, it's sunny during the day with a refreshing breeze blowing through. It's a great location for enjoying drive to Hanalei in the north or Kekaha in the south. We stayed as a group of four women.The room was clean and spacious, the kitchen was very easy to use, and everything we needed was provided.
