The property was just as advertised, wonderfully close to the beach and easy to navigate. Compared to other rental properties I have stayed in, it was extremely clean. The property managers are very quick to respond to any questions, even over email. The check in/out process is very easy as they provide a lot of explanation. I will note that the parking for this unit is in the corner of the lot, something to consider if you have a very large rental vehicle. We had a Jeep and did not have any issues. The condo is very well stocked with any cooking utensils/pots/pans you may need and includes ample beach accessories as well. The balcony area stays nice and cool during the day due to the shade despite the hot temperatures outside. Overall we had a wonderful stay and it was a great place for our older and younger relatives.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Needs a few updates. Some of the blinds didnt work and definetly needs a new coffee maker but overall great location close to everything in poipu. The people upstairs were very loud every night and all the way up to 2 am very inconsiderate. I have no idea what they were doing sounded like jumping and a lot of running.

We love the area where the beach was walking distance and a local town nearby made shopping easier. Just a couple of complaints, no ceiling light in master bedroom, no curtain in upstairs bedroom to block the morning sun, and wish they had a walk-in shower. It was hard for us older folks to get in and out. No big deal really. I would stay again’

The condo was clean and very conviently located to everything in poipu. Close to the beaches and many restuants and shopping places. The upstairs neighbors where loud and made a lot of noise all the way to 2 am in the morning. That was the only down fall.

After coming through the tunnel of trees, we found the condo quickly after our turn into the property. We loved the location as it was so convenient to Shipwreck Beach, the Poipu Bay Golf Course, Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. We saw turtles and monk seals. Traveled to Hanalei Bay and to Waimea Canyon. Visited Koloa and the local shopping and restaurants.

Just got back to Ohio and am already missing this amazing place! The 3 bedrooms are super spacious and the living areas and kitchen are well equipped. There are so many walking paths and to the 3 beaches and to an amazing hiking trail off ship wreck beach. Poipu beach turtles do NOT disappoint! Please eat at Keikos Paradise and get coffee from The Little Fish! Book this place asap!

This was a great location. Short and beautiful walk to beaches and restaurants. The pool was right by the unit.Chairs and beach towels were provided which was greatly appreciated. Check in was easy, and the office people were so nice. When we arrived, they were replacing the roofs of some of the buildings. They started work early. The place is a little outdated and with no air conditioning, it was a bit hot. However, they provided lots of fans. We had a great time, overall.

Great location! Grounds are beautiful and a nice walk to the beach. Was a little warm in the loft without A/C, but we asked for an extra fan and the property manager brought one right away. Evenings cooled down very nicely with the trade winds. Service from Parrish was super - very responsive and communicative. Would stay here again.

The property was located in an area close to shopping, food and beaches in Poipu. It was clean and appears like the pictures. We did have trouble figuring out the tv (remote didn’t work) but we didn’t miss it…we were out and about most of the time and in Kauai! It worked perfectly for our family of 8.

The condo is very spacious and full of everything we wanted or needed during our stay. The wagon made carting down all of the beach chairs, boogie boards, and our bags to the beach very easy. The condo is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the complex is very lovely and well manicured, so we enjoyed the walks. The owners provided all of the information we needed prior to our arrival, and were prompt in communicating when we couldn't find the pull-out couch sheets during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

This condo was beautiful, very well appointed with everything and more that we needed, and had very comfortable beds and good air conditioning. . We are a family of five traveling with three teenagers. There is a pool and hot tub right just steps from the door. The best part to us was that we could walk to Poipu Beach or Brenneke Beach in about 10-12 minutes on a beautiful sidewalk that was easy to roll the wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, soft cooler and body boards provided by the condo. After a day at the beach we would walk back down for the sunset at night and to see the sea turtles. The condo is even bigger than the pictures portray and communication was very fast with the property manager. There is a lanai to relax outside the condo- it only has a view of another condo building but there is a lot of foliage that still makes it pretty. The condo also comes with access to Poipu Beach Club, which is about a 4 minute drive up the road that had great gym equipment, a pretty pool with a slide and tennis and pickle ball courts. Would highly recommend this condo!

Condo is well situated, has parking for two cars, pool is nearby and lovely walk to the beach through a grassy green belt. Hosts provide all the gear one could need for beach, snorkeling, tennis, bathroom supplies and laundry supplies. Full kitchen is well appointed. Lanais were lovely to sit for coffee and private time. Unfortunately the stand alone air conditioners in each bedroom are loud, and while they cool the bedrooms, they do not sufficiently cool or dry the entire unit as was advertised.

Looks smaller in the pictures compared to its actual size.The two king beds are very comfortable and so is the sectional couch in the living room!The hanging chair on the lanai was lovely to sit in while drinking my morning coffee and looking at the beautiful plants and geckos!The condo is equipped with plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion is both bathrooms. The kitchen has ample plates, bowls, cups, etc.I highly recommend this condo for families!

A wonderful spot to stay. Felt so close to everything we needed in the south and in Poipu. Loved that we could walk a lot of places. Very spacious apartment. Loved having access to AC and beach toys. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again! Only feedback would be that it would be really nice for an apartment so close to the beach to have wood/laminate floors vs carpet especially with the beach toy cupboard all the way at the back of the unit on the lanai.

Great property for families. We had two four person families stay comfortably at the unit. The place was well equipped with pots, pans, serving dishes, glasses, etc. There was even some storage containers!Only thing to note is that the loft with the two full size bunk beds is exposed to light. In addition. the shaves were not blackout. Also, the property does not have access to the pool 50 feet away. Instead, you need to walk five minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival I was notified a roof was going to be replaced in the building next to us. I was surprised we had not been notified before arrival. The management said there was an issue with the VRBO advertisement and not all the information regarding this roof job was displayed on their website. We ended staying at the condo For 7 nights. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to park in our assigned parking space because the construction equipment prevented us from accessing it. We ended up using the visitor parking which wasn’t an issue, except further away from the condo. We liked the size of the condo and the two bedrooms and baths provided us plenty of space. We also liked the short walk to the beach. My main issues were the air conditioning which didn’t seem cold enough, in spite of all the ceiling fans. I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again. It served its purpose, but nothing to write home about.

We just spent the most amazing week in Kauai in this beautiful property - honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Literally three steps to the pool and hot tub, and about a 15 minute walk on a beautiful footpath to Shipwreck Beach, the location was perfect; and the unit itself was immaculate, with more than enough space for our family of four. Communication with both the owner, Karen, and property managers was warm, friendly, and responsive. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Michael’s home is just perfect for a family stay in Hawaii. Please look nowhere else! Communication with Michael was immediate at all times. The property is so spacious, clean and inviting - the pictures do not do it full justice! In addition it is positioned in a beautiful part of the island. My husband and I have been planning to bring our 5 children and our parents to Kauai ever since we had our honeymoon there 18 years ago. But finding a property that hit all the things on our list wasn’t easy to find- until I saw this listing! This condo is in a perfect location. There are so many shopping areas, restaurants, and beaches nearby- many within walking distance. The three full bathrooms as well as three king beds and three twins fit our group perfectly, with our youngest sleeping in the plan n play that’s provided (along with pack n play sheets). The washer and dryer and air conditioner were very much appreciated and we loved the gas grill right off the property as well. The pool is a 5 minute walk and was a crowd pleaser for the entire group. The amount of beach and pool toys provided is above and beyond what we’ve seen in former beach vacation rentals. The hose outside to rinse off dirty /sandy feet is very much appreciated to help keep the place clean The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with soap and other necessities, and we had even more bath towels and beach towels than needed. Impressive! There isn’t a beach view from the condo- but it was just a short 5-10 minute walk to a few different beaches. Waking up and having coffee on the lanai while watching the sun light up the sky and hearing the birds waking up was so special.Our family made very special memories in this condo and we’d love to return again some time of if possible.
