Our family of 4 (two adults and two kids, ages 5 and 7) had a great weeklong stay. Living room was comfortable and there was a great breeze through the unit, so we never needed AC. Easy to make meals and get rest. We'll be back again!

We love coming to Kauai and have stayed in Poipu Kai many times. This unit is well maintained, is a perfect location next to the green belt and pool while also being quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked and the furnishings throughout are comfortable. The extras for the beach were also great! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Felt very comfortable immediately. The condo is located where beautiful pathways lead to Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach. The condo was stocked with lots of things like laundry soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. We would love to come back!!

The beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfectly located for an easy walk to Pouipu beach and Shipwreck Beach. Keyless entry was effortless and we were treated with wine, Hawaiian cookies and chocolate on the counter. The host was speedy to reply to any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped and included spices galore. Plenty of beach toys including wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs and great information on sights to see on Kauai. Condo included Kleenex, night lights, first aid kits, plenty of beach towels, hand held vacuum, laundry detergent, pack and play, charging station - they thought of everything to make the stay extra comfy. Although the condo faced the street you couldn’t hear anything in the bedrooms which had very comfy king size beds. Excellent experience.

Good size and layout for our group of six (4 adults and two kids) although be aware that the upstairs bedroom is a loft w/no closed door. This was fine for us as we were all waking up and going to bed around the same time but might be hard for others. Nice to have three bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a brand new comfy couch. This is our second stay in this unit and we’d love to return next year.

Patty’s home was the perfect place to call “home” for our week in Kauai! The close location to the beaches was amazing and so convenient for the multiple times we played in the ocean. The pools and hot tubs were a welcomed perk at night after a day in the sun! Pattys home was so beautifully decorated and we loved and appreciated all of the wonderful “extras” that you just don’t find in other rentals or hotels. We didn’t need to pack or buy so many items because she provided so much! The boogie boards were used daily as well as the beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. And the wagon to carry it all was so nice! Our family of 5 all had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property, we will definitely come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious condo in Poipu! We really enjoyed how easy it was to walk to the beautiful nearby beaches. The condo is equipped with beach basics - towels, chairs, beach bag and cooler - so handy! It is thoughtfully decorated and the rooms were just right for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with a nice assortment of pots, pans & cooking utensils. The condo was clean and felt like our home away from home. Bryan was very responsive and a wonderful host!

This is our second multi-generational family trip and stay at the Regency at Poipu Kai. The condo was great, it had everything we needed for our trip. The only (very nominal) downside was the unit was along the main road, which we didn't realize, but that didn't detract from the location or the trip at all. We would stay again!

first the good parts: nice layout with big bedrooms and bathrooms. updated spacious kitchen, comfortable living room and nice tv. Good location. Now the not so nice: dishwasher was broken and was not fixed during our stay despite several phone calls to mgmt (who accused us of breaking it.) Patio door would not lock creating a safety issue. Mgmt company was not very helpful with issues. They did have service guy enter the condo without our knowledge to look at dishwasher (but again it didnt work our entire time of stay.) We didnt go on vacation and pay this much money to wash dishes by hand. The unit is starting to show its age.

Great communication prior to arrival and during our stay! The property was very clean and it definitely met our needs. Our group ranged in age from 14-73. We had plenty of space! What we really liked was the location near Poipu Beach, shopping and restaurants. We also appreciated how quiet the condo development was, and how walkable the neighborhood was!

This was our second stay and had just as great of an experience as the first time.
Condo has a great layout and is well stocked. We put the beach gear to good use as we did the 10 minute walk to the beach at least daily. The pool is also right around the corner. The location really cannot be beat.
Also love that the condo is stocked with a pack n’ play and stroller - made life so much easier!

The dishwasher, microwave therefore fan above stove did not work. The oven temperature guide was broken so you never knew how high the temp was . There was a handwritten note above oven explaining this. The television in the master bedroom didn't work at all.

Very comfortable condo in a beautiful complex. Less than 10 min walk from Shipwreck Beach, and less than 15 min from Poipu beach. We saw turtles and seals every day! Close to restaurants and shopping. Management was very responsive to small requests we had, and I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved how close it was to Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach. We would walk to one or the other multiple times a day for sunrise/sunset/sea turtles or beach time.
The beds are very comfortable and it was a good amount of space for two couples in their twenties.

We have stayed at this condo 3 times now. Twice when our kids were young and this year with adult children and their spouses. The location is great, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. The property is clean and well managed. Jennifer has been great to work with every time!

Stayed for a week in March with my husband and 2 kids (6 and 8). The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.
It was really windy the whole week we were there so beach time was limited. We definitely took advantage of all the pools that we had access to in the condo complex (it was at least 3). Short walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommended this property for families. Only wish was that it came with access to a gym.

Condo is exactly as pictured online. There is plenty of space and we enjoyed the large kitchen. Also, we really appreciated the three separate beds for our teens. Made a great layout for us. The condo was mostly clean but we did run into some bugs a few days in which we were told was because of the rain. There are three pools but we only found 2 of them. The pools were nice but the hot tub is outdated and the jets were sometimes working and sometimes not, as well as it just needed to be cleaned.
Location was great to walk to Shipwreck and Poipu beach and the chairs and wagon were greatly appreciated! The kitchen is pretty well stocked and had what we needed to prepare meals. Overall a good condo at what I thought was a fair price for the location and amenities.

Great location. We could easily walk to two beaches where monk seals and sea turtles rested. Very clean, well maintained condo with comfortable beds. Also, the owners thought of everything. It had all of the necessities to eat in, washer/dryer, cable tv, beach towels, even towels to clean off wet shoes at the front door, local guide books, regular coffee pot and keurig. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. If we returned we'd definitely stay in Poipu again and this property.

Everything was great during our stay! We appreciated the condo being well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen with cookware and utensils. The condo was quiet and clean.
We walked to the beach everyday at least twice a day to say good morning to the turtles at Poipu Beach or enjoy boogie boarding at Brennecke Beach in the afternoon.
My teenagers loved the Poipu Beach Athletic Club access.
Communication with the property managers was very responsive, positive and helpful.

The complex is well maintained, with beautiful gardens about. The condo itself was pristine, not to mention absolutely gorgeous inside!! Spacious, spotless, and seated perfectly within walking distance of everything you could need. The hosts have left many amenities, including a light meal for a first breakfast in case you get in late. The beach supplies were very useful, and in great condition; they came in very handy! (especially the wagon, chairs, and the reusable coolers) This rental really did come with almost everything you could need to enjoy the 3 wonderful beaches that are only a short walk away down a well illuminated path.

This condo is in a great location. The grounds are gorgeous and the facilities outside were well maintained. The beds were very comfortable.
However, there were many things that needed to be replaced and or repaired. The dishwasher and the oven did not work at all. The ceiling fans in the master bedroom and the living room did not work properly (squeeking) and missing a pull cord. The lamp in the master bedroom was dusty and broken…no on off switch & nothing to hold the shade in place. There were 2 broken patio chairs which they did replace. The office chair is cracked but functional.
We appreciated Angela’s quick responses and communications. We also liked having the beach chairs available to us. I’d stay here again if everything worked.

We loved this unit, especially how comfortable it was with the furnishings and silent minisplit ACs. The location is excellent - walking distance to Brennecke beach and restaurant and poipu beach. We’d love to stay again. The pool was very cold but the overall Poipu Kai “kidney” pool was more manageable. We loved being able to go to Poipu Beach Athletic club (included with the unit). Note that the pool there was a bit chilly as well. Washer and dryer in the unit were excellent. The Tommy Bahama chairs were great but their cooler pocket zippers were broken and the wagon was a bit worn and we didn’t think we could take that to the beach and back in one piece. The one improvement I’d love to see (before we hopefully book the same unit again!) would be a better set of outdoor chairs so our family could have eaten together on the lanai.

This condo's location was perfect. Easy access to walking paths/many beaches. Restaurants/groceries were a short drive away. The pool and hot tub was just down a short path. The designated parking stall was very close to the condo's entrance. The condo itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The layout worked very well for 2 couples. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Regency 721. The resort area was very peaceful and our condo was very clean and well-maintained. It came with a lot of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and beach necessities. The rental property manager and owner were very responsive and communicative. My teenage sons loved the Poipu Beach Athletic Club too. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the morning to check out the turtles resting, watch dolphins and whales and then return to the beach in the afternoon to enjoy sun and best boogie boarding. The restaurants were also very close and we enjoyed Puka Dogs, Brennecke's Beach restaurant and Cabana Bar. I would recommend others rent this property and experience!

The place is perfect. Centrally located for beaches days and adventures throughout the island. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is amazingly well stocked, pools are close by, and all the beach gear, coolers, and other accessories available during the stay made our trip a dream come true.

Our condo was lovely and met our needs well and was well-priced. We had very good communications with the VRBO manager. The condo's interior was in great condition and was perfect for the four of us. The full-service kitchen was a real plus. We rather liked the shoes-off-at-the-door policy. A great feature was the reserved parking space for our rental car. The resort's pools and hot tubs and bbq grills were very nice. Excellent on-foot access to Poipu Beach and Brennecke's Beach.
We much recommend the condo we had. Given its proximity to the beaches, the condo is suitable for families of all ages.

Location is fantastic. I short walk to the beach where you can choose between two areas. One for swimming, boogie boarding waves and one for snorkeling and observing the turtles that sleep on the beach!
