This was a very comfortable and lovely place to stay! The host was extremely responsive. The location is wonderful, and we walked to the beach and nearby restaurants. The three of us felt very comfortable in all the shared spaces and thoroughly enjoyed spending time together. We couldn't quite figure out the television, but that was okay. We used the pool as well, and the unit is so close to the pool, and the parking was extremely easy! We appreciated the beach towels and laundry as well. You will be so happy you stayed here!! .

This unit was so nice! It had everything we needed for our two week stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and the lanai is perfect for coffee in the morning and sunsets at night. The living area is HUGE and very comfortable. We hope we can stay here again.

Villa is very nice and well equipped. Beautiful views/sunsets! Only issues were the latch on the dryer was missing (had to tape it shut-tape was provided), bldg. was not marked with a number so that it was visible from the street (had trouble locating the bldg.). Host was great and very responsive. We would recommend this villa/host!!

overall the property was fine. Some issues were: The unit is very outdated. They do not clean the unit well at all. The cabinet knobs were all nasty sticky. Underneath the couch was very dirty with large pieces of waste. They should move the furniture when cleaning, it was obvious they didnt. Front door was not secure. When the front door is locked, one can still easily turn the doorknob and come in.

Our family of four just spent 7 nights at this condo. It was spacious, clean and in a great location. Very walkable to the beach and a couple restaurants. We appreciated the use of the chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. The view from the deck was beautiful and we really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while sitting out on the patio. The first few days of our trip were really hot and the primary bedroom got really really warm. We used the fans to air it out and try to cool it, but even at bedtime the room was still pretty warm to sleep. Thankfully it was a little cooler for the end of our trip. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we really enjoyed the condo!

All of the staff we talked to were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the air conditioning. The beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable. The location was perfect. The main suggestion I would have is to replace the thin older drapes with something that provides more privacy. We felt that people could see into the bedrooms and living room since we could see out. This would not stop us from staying here again though or from highly recommending this place! Also, the listing states there are 3 bathrooms but there are only 2, both downstairs, so that should be adjusted.

Check-in was simple. We got there after dark but followed the map Jeffrey sent us and no problems. Kitchen was great! The little extras like the boogie boards, beach umbrella(saved my fair skin!), and beach towels provided us with a really great start to our vacation. I would definitely recommend!

We were looking for a place near Brenecke Beach in Poipu and this place was the perfect distance away. A short walk (about 3 mins) and we were there. Great for running trails as well. The host was very communicative, even during a tsunami warning. The a/c helped as well during warmer days. We are sad to leave. Aloha and Mahalo!

This was our 3rd visit to Kauai and our first time in NK203. Definitely the best location and the best host we have had! We had 2 couples and the condo is plenty spacious for everyone with several seating areas to change things up. The view out to the ocean and the cove with turtles is spectacular. We definitely appreciated the A/C in all rooms. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and the the washing machine (mostly for beach towels) was very helpful. We were grateful for the beach umbrella, chairs and multiple coolers (we used the large one for day trips). The Brita meant we did not need to buy bottled water which was wonderful. The property manager was very responsive and helpful and left an AMAZING gift basket for us! This was definitely an 11 out of 10 experience! Can't wait to come back.

We loved the condo and the location! The contact and owner were very responsive when I let them know the air conditioner was making noise and had someone come to repair it the same day. Loved being able to walk through the beautiful complex down to the beach. The only negative was trying to find the unit the first night in the dark because the iPhone navigation says “arrived” when you are nowhere near building 8 and in the dark you can’t tell where you are or see any building numbers.

Property campus is well maintained. Building 8 is at the top of the hill and has gorgeous views of the area. There are several stairs that would be a problem for people with limited mobility. The condo was stocked with essential items better then any previous rental I've had (soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, etc). It's nice to not have to bring them or pay inflated island prices. Also well stocked with beach chairs and accessories. Beach is within walking distance, but driving makes more sense if you are taking cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Steve provided helpful info for check-in and was responsive to questions. A few things in the condo didnt work as intended and some cleaning disappointments, but nothing really problematic.

Jeff was a fantastic host - responsive and quick to provide anything we needed. The unit was clean, cool (thanks to mini split A/Cs and fans In each room), and well-stocked. The kitchen had every small appliance we needed (minus an air fryer), and the main appliances were newer and spotless. You may want to bring some basic condiments and spices, though. There were no sand toys, so we bought a set and left them behind for future families!The in-unit washer/dryer made post-beach cleanup easy. We even went home with clean laundry to just put away!The layout is spacious, with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. It’s listed for four, but you could fit one or two more IF the upstairs couch were a sofa bed. We occasionally heard neighbors on the stairs, but it wasn’t disruptive.A big plus: no bugs (roaches) inside, which is rare for Hawaii. I’ve stayed in luxury resorts and still seen one or two. This place was spotless.The location is perfect - just a 5–8 min walk to Brennecke’s and Poipu Beach. Puka Dog and Brennecke’s Restaurant are nearby and super convenient with kids.The grounds are quiet and well-maintained, with a beautiful ocean-view pool, BBQs, and tennis courts (rackets/balls included). We parked in the second lot, which is close to the unit.Don’t hesitate to book - the pictures don’t do this place justice.

This property is so thoughtfully furnished - it made our family (2 kids, 2 adults) stay super easy. We had all the equipment we could possibly need! Whether it is making meals in the kitchen, the ability to do laundry, or even any beach equipment (there are boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas, different sized coolers, and even lots of pool towels!). The location could not be better - it is an easy walk to the beach and to where all the turtles come up during the evenings! We had such a fabulous time staying at the Nihi Kai Villas in Poipu. Our stay was very comfortable and pretty accurate to what the listing had shown. There were a couple of times where we needed some assistance and the online text were very prompt and helpful.
