Our family took a spring break trip. This was a perfect location for us. We love the beach and all water activities. Perfect for boogie boarding, surfing and snorkeling. Food options in the area are great! The house was perfect for my husband, me and our two children (12 and 16). The bedrooms in the basement gave us enough space. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Very thankful for the AC, as we are from the mid west and dread the humidity! The grounds were beautiful and the ocean view was so nice. Never had any trouble finding a parking space. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was the perfect property for our stay. The views are incredible! The home had everything we needed, including the air conditioning. It's in walking distance to Poipu Beach which we really enjoy. Excellent communications with the hostess. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much. We really appreciated all of the conveniences and comfort!

The good: The condo was clean & nicely decorated. This particular condo had a surprising amount of privacy with views of the lovely landscaping. All the appliances worked and the kitchen cookware was well stocked. The location was great and the kids really enjoyed the pool.
The not so good: The condo is older & the downstairs orange carpet really needs replacement. The patio had zero sound-proofing from the adjacent patios and our neighbors were on their patio all the time. It was like having guests we couldn't see. Although the fans helped, not having A/C made it a bit too warm at night if we closed the windows to reduce sound. The condos in the complex are packed in tight, which felt crowded (it was Spring Break).

No regrets at all about our choice of lodging. Homeowner was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Home was incredibly clean when we arrived and well stocked with needed items. Location was great - well landscaped condo complex within short walk to beach/restaurants, easy parking right outside the stairs leading to the condo. Lanai views were incredible - expansive ocean/mountain views. Would definitely consider returning on a future trip to Kauai.

You cannot beat this location. We loved enjoying the ocean view from the entire top floor of the condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The property was beautful and just steps from Brennebeck beach. Would definitely return!

We loved our time here! The unit was very comfortable, with on-demand AC in the living room and both bedrooms, a small but well stocked kitchen, and balcony with beautiful view of gardens and ocean. The nearby pool was beautiful and both Brennecke and Poipu beaches just a short walk way. The boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers are really nice touches, reducing the need to buy or rent these. We would happily stay here again!

The location of the property is ideal with amazing nightly sunsets. The beach is probably 1/4 mile and easily walkable but we drove due to all the gear we brought each day. Wonderful morning walks in any direction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from reality.

Our family had the time of our lives staying here. The condo was absolutely perfect: location, size, vibe, you name it! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The layout was great for our family with two 8 yr old kids - they could easily sleep downstairs while we had drinks upstairs on the lanai and gazed at the stars. The pool was fantastic, warm but refreshing, not sure if it was off peak but it was never very busy and we often had it all to ourselves. The ocean view from the pool was awesome. Sunsets were spectacular too! You could definitely walk to Poipu Beach in a matter of minutes. Jeffrey was a wonderful host, he offered some great restaurant recommendations and would answer any questions we had right away. We usually stay in Princeville, but after this trip we are definitely loving the south shore, much better weather. We would gladly stay again and I truly hope we do!

Surrounds shopping centers close. Food shopping was challenging compared to mainland but understandable given location.
The condo was a spacious 2 story layout kitchen well equipped. Nice to have in condo laundry so not necessary to bring a lot of clothing. Large deck to View whales from…amazing. the telephone wires and poles hampered a bit.
The doors to bedrooms were slatted so privacy limited. We were 2 couples away on vacay.
Beach chairs and umbrella provided which was nice since you are able to walk to beach. A few chairs need to be replaced. Over all we would definitely return

Our stay was beautiful, the Condo was clean and the view and surroundings including the pool quite lovely, fabulous really. The fans and windows kept the air comfortable. It was quiet and very well kept. Had a bit of trouble with the shower knob as it was hard to push in and out. This did not interfere with our impression of our stay. Especially the convenience of the parking. We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: perfect location for access to beach and to watch the sunset, property was clean and everything you needed in kitchen and beach towels were a great. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus.
Cons: twin beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, only one bathroom has been updated to walk in shower.
Could use some blinds in living room.
Overall would stay here again.

Had such a good vacation. Condo includes everything you could need. Very short walk to the beach and a restaurant. Very short drive to more restaurants and any shops you would need. The place was very comfortable for 4 adults and 1yr old child. Corey was very responsive to any questions and sent very detailed check in info and condo instructions for reference that was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in Poipu! Nice clean condo close to all things one needs to enjoy surf n sand. Great swimming spot a walk away. Turtles and monk seals come up everyday on the beach. Nice daily sunsets. Owner was quick to communicate with. A+++

You can’t beat the views! We watched whales breach in the morning and had the most amazing sunsets. The condo is a nice 5-10 min walk to a boogie board beach, playground, family friendly beach, snorkeling, turtle watching, and Brenneckes restaurant. The pool was great as well. Costco and Target are on the way from the airport so it’s easy to get necessities at the same price as the mainland.
Deb is a GEM. Quick communication, great recommendations. Our Alaska flight got changed last minute and she was able to accommodate a late check out.

The location is great, a short walk to the beach. However, the unit is always damp and has a musty smell when the AC isnt running. Ventilation is poor. There was surface mold on the couch when i arrived.

Picture on line does not do this condo justice. Two floors with living area upstairs and beds/baths down. Beautifully appointed. Kitchen well stocked, though we only needed the toaster! Fans and cross breeze great for cooling. Used all 4 lanai. Comfy lanai and all other furniture. Loved it! Owner extremely attentive and reachable. Can walk to beach or very quick drive. Lots of chairs and other beach gear available. Perfect stay! Mahalo!!!!!

This was a beautiful stay - the condo was clean; the kitchen was generously appointed with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals with your guests. The pool area is gorgeous - we enjoyed closing each day with watching the sunset and swimming until we could see the stars. I hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our time at Jeffrey's condo/townhouse. The location was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped for any and everything we could have needed and the unit is well furnished and met all of our needs. The lanai was our favourite spot to sit outside each morning and enjoy our coffee and breakfast. The kids commented on how comfortable the beds are and they both slept well -- which was a blessing!
A car is required for adventures you want to go on, however, a quick walk to the beach to see the turtles/seals was always a highlight. Be sure to stop at Puka Dog's for a lunch/shaved ice.
Jeffrey was super helpful when our flights got changed, super responsive when we had a question about the dishwasher and everything was exactly as he stated in our pre-instructions.
It was a pleasure to rent this space and we would rent it again. It was hard to leave such a beautiful location.
