We had a wonderful stay at this property. For 2 of us, the condo was huge and we enjoyed having all the space. Everything was as described - the living room lanai looks over the pool and directly onto the ocean. We had heavenly sunsets, watched dolphins play, and enjoyed listening to the rain.
The host was super fast to respond with any concerns - our only was the door lock battery too low, but thankfully you have the spare key, so it wasn't an issue at all.
There is a beautiful beach a few minutes past poipu beach with the best snorkeling. You can enjoy sitting on the lawn on the corner restaurant and snacks from a little stand directly behind you.
I would highly recommend this condo!

This was a last minute change of plans vacation and we were not disappointed! It was our first trip to Kauai and this location could not be beat- close to sandy beaches, food, happy hours, walking paths and more. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. Our family enjoyed the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. Most nights we took in the sunset from the condo deck listening to the ocean. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. We also liked the option to cool the bedrooms with a little AC before sleeping but mostly opened the patio doors and windows to simply enjoy the breeze. We can’t wait to come back again.

Magnificent ocean views, air conditioning, and very well equipped condo in a wonderful neighborhood. The pool is clean but there is no jacuzzi. The premises are beautiful, there’s plenty of parking and the staff is very helpful. The owners provided us with a wealth of information. Overall, excellent visit!

Great spot, beautiful sunsets. Our family stayed here for the 2nd leg of our Kauai trip. We visited Waimea Canyon, Wailua River, Napali Coast, and hiked the heritage trail. Itwas a great central location for all these spots. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed

Great condo. Location is ideal, short walk to great bodysurfing beach, swimming and surfing spots. Condo itself has everything you could need, nice ocean view, clean, quality kitchen amenities (pots, pans, knives, etc), beach chairs and coolers. We would definitely come back.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was well stocked with anything we might need for a beach vacation. The condo was very clean and well appointed with spices in the kitchen, ice chests, beach chairs and beach towels. The condo was right across the street from the beach which made it very convenient for us. The management company was very pleasant and responsive with a couple of things that happened at the condo during our stay. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice property. If I could have one negative it would be a light in the closets. The bedrooms are dark so I had to use my cell phone to see my clothes in the closet. But it was just a miner inconvenience. Otherwise it was great!

What an amazing face. It is perfectly located close to Brennecke’s beach, the amazing, see turtles that come up on the soundtrack, and Poipu Park. The views from the balcony are amazing. Great place to see the sunset. We had a few questions and a minor issue which were promptly and quickly resolved. My text messages were answered almost immediately. Would highly recommend this place.

The biggest problem we had with this place was the construction noise from right across this place. We didn't receive any construction notice until the day before our check in so there was absolutely nothing we could do about it. The notice said that construction will end the same day as our check in but it went on an additional day. I was sick from the travel and my infant was due for a nap and neither one could rest for two days because of the noise. It was disruptive.
Other than that, this place and the host is excellent. Great location, excellent ocean views, basic groceries at the place, beach and pool toys also available, pretty clean and very responsive host. They even allowed us to do an early checkin. Highly recommend this place but just make sure that there's no scheduled construction during your time of stay.

The stay was wonderful, the condo had all the necessities, well equipped. Their was a few issues beyond anyones control, power outages for whole area, water main pipe break so no water, Ac unit issues, which caused water spill on personal belongings, The property mgt team was responsive and a pleasure to work with to resolve any concerns etc which made our visit all together a pleasant visit. When you have a rental /property management company that is quick to respond during any unforeseen issues you know they care about your vacation and do what they can to make sure your visit is enjoyable. I would definitely return and stay at this location again. Outstanding location, condo & team. Thank you for all you did to make our stay outstanding.

Beautiful condo and property! Close to beach and was able to walk down every morning and see the sea turtles, which was the most special experience! Would highly recommend this location on the south side. We loved the pool and could relax while watching the spinner dolphins swim by just off the coast. Beautiful!

This was a great place to stay. The home was very clean and well taken care of. We loved that the two bedrooms had their own bathrooms and air conditioners. We sat on the patio several times a day. The view was amazing. The home was well stocked with all the necessities and our stay was better than we imagined. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has everything you need plus an amazing view. Our daughter loved being just steps from the pool and we loved being such a short walk to the beach. It was a wonderful escape and we hope to stay here again.

Fantastic getaway with the fam. Beaches, surf, snorkelling, playgrounds, food and exploring all right at your doorstep. Amenities were great and the unit was exactly as advertised, couldn’t of asked for more.

We would come back here in a moment! It was good sized. Clean. Two balconies up and two patios down. Everyone was friendly and the property was so convenient for a day at the beach. Nearby, the big green sea turtles sleep on Brennecke’s Beach. Out first night there, we saw 27 large turtles. Well worth a stay here!

We loved our ocean and pool views! Whale spouts could be seen from our balcony. This is a clean, spacious condo, with plenty of supplies. We will be back!
