If you're looking for a condo with great views of the ocean and the mountains, choose the Nihi Kai Villas. This is a super location that puts you a minute's drive from Poipu beach - or if you prefer to walk, just a few minutes and you're on the beach! The south shore of Kauai is a great spot - not only is there lots to do here, but it gives you equidistant drives - west to the Waimea Canyon or north to Princeville.

This is my third time renting with Scott/Chad and their properties are always so clean and comfortable. The villa at Nihi Kai Villas was exactly as described/photographed. The location was excellent and so close to everything in Poipu / Koloa. Especially loved the pool as you could see and hear the ocean! And it was so convenient having parking outside the door as well. I would absolutely stay at this Nihi Kai Villa again!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children. The place was well suited for our family. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The view is great and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The pool was a great place to hang out and swim, as it was not usually busy. The location was just a quick walk to the ocean. Great swimming places that are really close! We will definitely stay here on our next visit! Mahalo!!

very impressed with the sleek, modern facility. Kitchen was equipped with modern ammendaties. Loved the lanai especially the patio screens that block the bright late afternoon sun. Had excellent view of sunsets each night. Location to Poipu beach, Brenecki beach and restaurant/deli was an added bonus.

This condo had everything we could have needed, and more! Pictures were very accurate, and the place was incredibly comfortable. I really appreciated the beach supplies. There was four beach chairs two beach umbrellas, and even snorkel gear, thank you so much! Money saver! Poipu beach was a five minute walk where we got to watch the turtles rest on the shore in the evenings. Right across the street from that was a Puka Dog’s, and Brennecke’s. There were so many shopping and restaurant opportunities within walking distance and a short drive. I also appreciated the full kitchen. In addition to seasonings, cooking oil, condiments, cutting boards… The only thing I really need to bring myself was Ziploc bags! This place is very well taken care of, and we were very comfortable here, thank you! Scott was always very responsive, even leading up to our trip with some questions that I had, thank you, Scott! If we are blessed to visit this island again, we would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!!

This property was perfect for our Kauai family vacation! Upon walking in the main living area is open concept with a wall of windows to a private lanai with spectacular views. The downstairs has 2 full bathrooms and comfortable beds and A/C throughout. It is nicely updated, well maintained and clean. The owner responded to questions quickly and was accommodating. it was a short walk to the beach and we were excited to find beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella to use. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Nihi Kai property!

We were 4 adults staying in the unit. It is well equipped with everything you need, the beds in the room with the ensuite were not comfortable but a foam topper made it better. Would recommend two single foam toppers when the beds are twinned.
The lanai is great for the ocean view and comfortably furnished.
The two bathrooms are very nice and water pressure and temps were great.
Parking is easy. Barbecue right outside of the unit.
The resort itself is lovely, beautifully landscaped and maintained. Pool is great. Nice size, very clean and with an ocean view. You can hear the waves from the pool.
Beach is a 10 minute walk and a lovely grassed park with a playground.
This is our second time at Nihi Kai Villas and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had the best time at this property! For a fraction of the price of a hotel, we got to spread out, make some meals at home, and walk to the beach every morning. We could see the ocean from our back porch and loved listening to the birds chirp over morning coffee! The rental had all the beach items we needed, and the house was fully stocked. Would definitely rent again.

The condo is located on property with flowering trees and plants that are beautifully maintained. It is within walking distance to the pool, tennis courts and barbecue area. Inside the condo is gorgeous but you will be impressed with the view of the sunsets from the balcony. We were very comfortable here and found everything we needed to stay for our week.

The condo is on two levels so as long as you are able to easily do stairs, it works well. Living area is upstairs, both bathrooms are downstairs. The unit was clean. The kitchen was fine if you don't want to cook much.

We appreciated everything about our experience at Scott’s condo. Small concerns were addressed immediately and communication was excellent. The location was perfect for accessing the beach and walking paths. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Everything about this rental was great: location, cleanliness, space, ease of check-in and check-out, free parking. The view from the second floor balcony was spectacular and the bedrooms and bathrooms were cozy, well-designed, and clean. We had everything we needed including towels, shampoo/conditioner/soup, beach chairs, boogie board, the kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery, tupperware, etc. We had to figure out where the beach stuff was stored (the closet outside) and the tv streaming apps didn’t work, but overall the place and experience was wonderful.

This condo is exactly as shown. Scott was very responsive to any issues. The view from the balcony is great, the walk to the beach is short. Very quiet (except for the roosters) location. Very clean, and the air conditioning kept the place cool. Lowering the balcony shades every day at mid-morning kept the place cooler as well.

Overall the condo was cute but we had gardeners every morning between 8:30 and 9:00 weed-eating cutting down trees disturbing us. The bathrooms were not clean. The mirrors in the bathroom you could tell the previous people wiped down with a towel after being steamed up from the shower. So the housekeeping was terrible. The pool was unusable because it smelled so bad from the septic tank that was leaking and another person told us that the repairs were scheduled for August. This was in June. Being that other people knew about the septic tank repairs, the property Manager should have notified us of the stench and we could have chosen another property to stay. The toilets were sooooo loud when flushing it sounded like things were exploding and breaking. Cannot flush a toilet in the middle of the night if you didn't want to wake up the others in the house. Part of the allure of the property is that it was beachfront which it was not beachfront and that there was a pool but the pool is so stinky we couldn't even use it. The property is across the street from the shore but it is not beach front. So it is deceptive advertising.

The Condo was in a great location and clean and modern. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed our walks down to the pool. It was also nice to have a BBQ fairly close outside on the property.
The one thing that would have made things more convenient, would have been a bathroom upstairs as both bathroom were located downstairs.

Very conveniently located, near the beach. Only 30 minutes from the Lihue airport. Lovely unit with gorgeous amenities, including washer and dryer. Loved the fact that beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards were available on site. Very close to state park beach and local stores and restaurants.

Nice condo with upgraded kitchen and baths. Location was close to Poipu Beach and had a great neighborhood vibe. At sunset we walked down to the beach to watch the turtles come ashore. Property Manager Scott was the best!

The condo was nicely updated with just about everything we needed for our stay. Nicely located in Poipu and within walking distance to pool, beaches and a restaurant. Would highly recommend this condo to all that are planning to stay in the Poipu area.

The property was wonderful. The check in process couldn't have been any easier and the unit was just as described. The closet with beach chairs, toys etc.. was an extra bonus. There is no hot tub on the property but the ocean side pool is nice. Easy walk or drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and we really appreciated the air conditioning. My only complaint is that the pool was closed for 2 days without any notice from the property. And when we asked when it was going to be open, they said, “tomorrow”. But then it was closed again for another whole day. We had built our “plan” with a specific pool day/break from the beach and it would’ve been nice to have some notice since it kinda ruined 2 days for us. Not the condo owner’s fault or responsibility, but the property office should put up notices that they would be draining the pool on 2 specific days.

The unit is exactly as presented, especially the interior - truly lovely. The picture of the ocean from the lanai was telephoto-ed a bit, but as we knew the area, we were not taken aback at all. The property - parking, pool, sitting areas scattered throughout - was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.
