Lovely home for a family vacation. Lots of space for a multi generation trip. Loved the elevator directly to the home for those with mobility issues. The enclosed deck area was perfect for the toddler to enjoy a little extra play space. Home was also well stocked and they even provided a few extra goodies we all enjoyed

This is the second year we have stayed here and the experience was exceptional again. The kitchen has everything needed for family meals. Beds are very comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for us on the lanai. Looking forward to renting this same place next year.

The pool was beautiful. We enjoyed the short walk to beaches (it actually was short enough for this grandma). We really appreciated the children's toys, the beach chairs, the boogie boards, the wagon to haul it all to the beach. Excellent response from host.

LOVED this condo in Poipu. Very comfortable, very clean, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive. The location was great- overlooked the pool (which was very quiet) and was a 7min walk to the beach, and Brenneke’s restaurant. The nearby beach was lovely, and there was a grassy park area with playground equipment next to it. A bakery comes and sells goodies 6 mornings a week out of the Brenneke’s snack shop. The condo is located close to several shopping areas. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here! everything is as pictured. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you will need from bathroom supplies, kitchen ,washer and dryer and beach towels and chairs. attention to every detail and comfortable for our group of six. loved the patio right by pool with easy access The greenbelt path was a quick walk to multiple beaches. Paradise lost. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend or give a positive review . Small things: Had to ask for paper products (napkins/facial tissues). Kitchen was not well stocked with dishes and the chairs were dirty. Noise from upstairs as the guests above seemed to be up in the middle of the night walking around. Not the fault of the owners but I will not book a lower unit. Big thing: Workers appeared and began a cement construction project on our third day that took place at the back patio and side of the unit which involved the removal of existing walkway. There was constant sawing, hammering of concrete, drilling and engine noice from diesel engines of the excavator and tractor. This went from Tuesday morning until Friday afternoon. The noise was constant and we could not be in the unit during the day. I brought this to the attention of the host on Tuesday and was told that they were "not informed of the project". No offer was made to move us as VRBO states they can do. I asked for some type of financial compensation, but that was denied. Essentially, the owners are taking NO responsibility. Will not go back.

The penthouse was the perfect vacation rental for our family! It is in a great location near 2 beautiful beaches with the green belt walkway making it a short walk. It was clean, roomy for our group of 7 adults and 1 child and had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards as well as a beach wagon.We loved the elevator opening into the penthouse.Kristen was very helpful with answering any questions and even got us an early check in. The villa was wonderful! The 2 ensuites were great for the parents and grandparents, with the kids in the third bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Having the high chair and pack n play In the unit was great and made everything so much easier. the beach wagon was awesome for transporting the kids along with chairs, towels and the bag of sand toys provided
to the beach. Loved that it was such an easy walk to the beach, and that there was a play structure on the grass by the beach.The baby beach near the play structure was the best we have experienced. It’s a large sheltered cove where the water never gets above about 2 feet. The pool and hot tub were fun and the bbq there came in handy when we wanted to grill one night. The kitchen was well stocked with all you needed and the toddler plates and bowls nd utensils were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Our villa stay was perfect. The location was wonderful, our hosts were accommodating and communicative, and the home itself was lovely and clean. We spent almost every meal we had at “home” on the wide-open covered patio (lanai). Listening to the birds every morning was a highlight. The pool was right outside the door, and the short walk to the beach was divine. It’s a five-minute walk to Poipu beach and park, where we visited (quietly and at a respectful distance) the green sea turtles and monk seals every night. Hmm…how many more glowing adjectives can I use to describe what a marvelous time we had? My husband and I are parents to two grown children who have significant others. All four love to run hike, swim, climb and participate in all things outdoor. This was the perfect vacation for them to be active, and for us to be active with bouts of relaxing at the beach or lounging by the pool. We grilled at home twice and also indulged in the many yummy options available at nearby restaurants and food trucks. I also recommend you research options all over the island. There are SO many things to do, see and eat. I definitely want to go back. I am writing this back home as it snows outside. Take me back to my home away from home! Thanks to our hosts for the great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Po'ipu. My siblings and spouses had ample space for dinners together and also wuiet space for reading and viewing incredible sunsets!!! The only issues that we encountered were dead batteries in the entertainment devices and only having one lanyard for pool and elevator access. With a residence set up for possible 8 people, multiple lanyards would have been nice.

We loved our stay in this property and hope to use it again. All the amenities are as advertised. The pool, hot tub, and gym are nice. There are adequate kitchen tools, all the appliances are in good working order. All very clean. The patio faces away from the pool area, and toward the greenbelt, which is beneficial because it is protected from wind, and much more private. There is a nice hose and nozzle to wash sand. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and cart. It is in close proximity to Brennecke Beach, with only one street crossing for the kids.

Everything was as we expected—lovely. The managing agency was superb in their quick response and communications. The unit was perfect for our family. We generally cooked in the nicely equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the provided beach chairs/wagon. We used the tennis and pickleball courts, the pool, the nearby beach, the walking/running trail. Definitely a superb rental!

We had an outstanding stay during our visit. Our entire family including grown children and my in-laws joined us. The location was outstanding with views from the lanai of both the ocean and the mountains. The elevator and having all of the living space on one level was perfect given that my 92 yo father in law joined us. Finally, the support staff were readily available to help with question and getting equipment delivered prior to our arrival. This is my third time staying at this resort and complex and it never disappoints.
