The Villas at Poipu Kai, Kauai

The Villas at Poipu Kai are luxury condos centrally situated within the 70 acre Poipu Kai Resort. Completed in 2009, they’re the newest condos at Poipu Kai and represent the best of Poipu. The development consists of 3 and 4 bedroom units ranging in size from 1600 to 2000 sq. ft. This is one of the few condo complexes in Poipu to offer central air conditioning. The development also boasts its own fitness center.

The Villas are an easy choice for those seeking spacious luxury accommodations within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. It’s a 5 minute walk to Brennecke beach or a 10 minute walk to Shipwreck beach and the Grand Hyatt.

The Villas are related to the neighboring Regency Villas and Regency - earlier phases built by the same developer. In our aerial photo below we show the location of the different buildings. Regency Villas were completed in 2007 and are sometimes referred to as the Garden Villas, while the 2009 development is also referred to as the Poolside Villas.
