Great location near the beach. We were able to walk to the nearby beach which had options for both the young kids in our family and the older kids who wanted to boogie board. The beach/pool amenities were perfect. We also loved that the unit had supplies for our 1.5 yr old which made traveling so much easier. The in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer. The unit was clean and spacious, perfect for a family/large group! Host was also very responsive, checked in a few times and was prompt to address any questions we had! This place had everything we needed! Everyone had their own spacious room and bathroom. The kitchen was full equipped so we cooked a few meals at home. The condo came with all the beach gear you could ever need (chairs, wagon, boogie boards). And this was our first time traveling with our under one year old, so having a pack and play and high chair at the condo was a huge help! The pool on site was warm and never too crowded. Poipu beach and Shipwrecks beach were a quick walk away. We had a great family trip and will be back!!!

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo. Perfect for a family of six adults plus a toddler. Pool, hot tub and grill right outside the front door (gated for safety). The beach a short walk away with a wagon to pull the baby, towels, chairs and beach toys. Poipu beach is great for kids and snorkeling and turtles. You will need a car. Best place for groceries is Costco near the airport.

Poipu Kai E300 made for a wonderful stay in Poipu. Property was as described and all 7 of us had plenty of room. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The location gave us easy access to the local beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We could not have been happier. The elevator to the entrance is a great plus ! No hauling luggage and groceries up a long stairway. After returning from the beach we also enjoyed the pool.

This condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The condo was large enough for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old. The grounds were beautiful. There was a paved sidewalk in a greenbelt that ran beside the condo that went from Brennecke's Beach all the way to the Grand Hyatt. The kitchen had just about any cooking utensil imaginable. There were 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel equipment, and two wagons that made for an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great communication with property manager. I would say here again and would adjust my trip dates to ensure renting this condo again.

Walking distance to a couple of restaurant, walking distance to Brennekes and Poitou beaches, large unit with washer dryer for wet swimsuits! The beach equipment (umbrellas, boogie boards, wagon, and beach chairs) were perfect for the day at the beach! The added cooler gave us something to pack lunches and cold drinks in! Was such a luxury to have 3 full suites (bed/bath) for us and our 2 adult kids. Entire living room accordion doors open to huge lanai with big comfortable chairs (no ocean view from lanai but beautiful trees and red-headed birds). Everything was clean and bright and new. Didn't have time to use pool, but it's right there, and would be so perfect for younger kids. Short walk to beach where sea turtles congregated every afternoon. Easy parking.

This Poipu Kai condo offers an unbeatable location and fantastic amenities. Situated on the ground floor, it's perfect for easy pool access and a quick seven minute stroll to the beach. We were able to wheel our beach gear, most of which was provided (the wagon itself, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella) to the beach. The complex is very well maintained and the neighbors were respectful with regard to noise. The pool is right outside the patio area but the plants provided plenty of privacy. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies. Note that the grill is located inside the pool area and is communal, although it was maintained by staff as well. Everything within Poipu was less than a ten minute drive and there are even a few restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The condo was spotless at check in. It was without a doubt the most well equipped place we’ve stay at. We have stayed in several of the properties within Poipu Kai over the years and this was our first at this particularly condo units and we will be back. By far our favorite! The spacious single level (no stairs especially with toddlers was so nice!!) and then with vaulted ceilings and central air, these condos are hard to beat! Also this particular unit in the ground floor close to the pool was the perfect location. Really can’t say enough great things about this condo! You won’t be disappointed.

The large balcony was a great place to unwind during the day, and for family dinners in the evening. We appreciated having access to a hot tub. So many positives. Too many to list. Our group was a family of 7 with three small kids, parents, and 2 grandparents. The kids enjoyed the bedroom including the sleep pad. The villa is very kid friendly (high chair, pack n play, toys, etc). The villa is very well finished with a nice lanai. The pool and hot tub is steps from the front door. The villa came with so many beach chairs, umbrella, toys for the kids that we could not use them all. To get to the beach you just turn left off the lanai and keep walking. About 15 mins with small kids. That beach is so fantastic for small kids. There is a little protected area on the beach that is like a 1 ft deep pool in the ocean with a sandy bottom. So great for little kids. You can also snorkel right there in the 4 ft deep area. There are also Hawaiian sea turtles that rest on the beach at this spot. We even saw a whale in the distance. If you walk off the lanai in the other direction The green belt walking path takes you to the Grand Hyatt about 10-15 min walk. The Luau there is fabulous. I had a small issue during our stay (no shampoo in the shower pump) and the owner had this resolved the same day. I highly recommend this villa if you want to stay in the Poipu area.

We stayed here for 2 weeks during Christmas and NYE with family and friends. It was nice to have 2 master suites. The condo is right by the pool/hot tub but the lanai still offers plenty of privacy because of the nice landscaping and waterfall. We appreciated the fact that the condo was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, Malie (local brand that I love and it smells incredible) soap, shampoo and conditioner, wagon, 6 beach chairs, a small cooler, umbrellas. We did end up buying two boogie boards from Wal-Mart to use at the Brenneckes. It was nice to have a hot tub by the pool. You don’t see many hot tubs in Kauai. The location is great with easy access to the walking path at Poipu Kai and the beach is only a 5-minute. The only thing we didn’t love was the fitness center on site. It doesn’t have much in terms of equipment. It would be way better if there was a mirror and more free weights. We have stayed at other condos in Poipu, which have included access to the Poipu Athletic Club that is has ample equipment and pickleball and tennis courts. That’s a very nice perk offered by other management companies. Parking was easy and convenient. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including rice cooker, coffee grinder, etc. We had an issue with the WiFi on the main TV, and upon request the manager provided a Roku that solved the issue. So nice! We would stay here again for sure but would prefer a penthouse that offers an ocean view.

Beautiful resort property, very close to stunning beaches. Our group was 6 adults and 1 toddler. This is a ground level unit, which is fantastic. No stairs, no elevator, easy to step off the lanai and walk to the beach. Keypad entry made it easy for our large group to come and go. Under 10-minute walk to Poipu Beach – even when pulling the beach wagon provided. The beach is lifeguarded and “protected” by jetties, so it is generally friendly for kids and snorkelers – and sea turtles, who sun there in the late afternoon. There’s a playground and shaded picnic pavilions adjacent to the beach.Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are tennis and pickleball courts, too. We also enjoyed the hot tub by the pool. The unit is a large, comfortable condo with high ceilings, and is well furnished. Beach supplies were plentiful and very useful, especially the wagon: lots of bath and beach towels, toys, shovels and buckets, umbrella, and chairs. The large and well-stocked kitchen, poolside grills, and large dining tables both inside and on the lanai allowed us to have nice family meals together. We used the poolside grills a couple nights, and each day staff cleaned them thoroughly.The new, large in-unit washer dryer worked very well, and detergent was provided.

The house was airy, beautiful, and a great place to gather while exploring the island. The bathroom is Spa-Like and immaculate. We loved the living room windows that open completely so that the interior space merges with the outdoor patio if desired. Great central location for exploring South Kauai.
