Everything was as advertised! There were 8 of us and had plenty of room to gather together as well as privacy. This unit sits between beaches only a short walk, each beach had its own interesting features, turtles, restaurants and cliff trails. We really enjoyed our time! Mahalo

This was a great place to stay while we spent 10 days in Kauai with our teenagers. The space is roomy and updated. Location is ideal! Super easy walk down to the beaches in either direction on the greenway path. We especially like the ground floor option for easy of just getting out to the beach. The large patio was filled with all the beach going gear. The pool and hot tub was used a lot at night when we were done with our adventures for the day. The kitchen was well appointed and have just about everything we needed to cook, plus the pool grill were great too.

It is a beautiful unit well apppointed and equipped. The rooms were spaciois and the beds were all comfortable. For the older folks it is Good news bad news - the unit is away from the noise of the pool but it is the back unit so the unloading of your luggage will require a bit of a walk

We had a wonderful stay at The Villas at Poipu Kai, unit F210. With four adults and a child, the layout was just right: plenty of space, spacious bathrooms and an elevator that made it easy for everyone to get around. The pool was beautiful and right outside our door, and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The unit had everything we could ask for and the host was very communicative and accommodating, making the trip even smoother. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already thinking about coming back!

Just steps to a fantastic pool and waterfall spa. A 5 minute easy walk on the paved walk through the vast green belt to Brennecke's Beach. The Villa has all the essentials needed for a first class comfortable stay including a great ice maker in the large double sided refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen. Tommy Bahamma beach chairs, beach mats, towels, fantastic workout facilities, gorgeous clubhouse, exceptional landscaped grounds with running water features. Each room is decorated island and have a separate bathrooms with walk in showers. Would definitely stay here again! Communications with Wendy and the manager was professional and lightning fast.

Fantastic place & location. Excellent host communication from start to finish and they also provided some nice added touches including snacks upon arrival. Plenty of soft comfy towels & tons of beach items along with a wagon. We had a baby under 1 with us and the pack and play & highchair were in the unit at arrival. The pool was just steps away and the beach a quick walk. We saw sea turtles every day at the beach. Nearby many stores, shops and restaurants. A short walk to the local farmstand which also made fresh smoothies. Tiki lamps around the pool set the scene each evening! We didn't want to leave.

This is a wonderful property right in the middle of Poipu Beach and Shipwreck beach,about 10 mins to each. It is on the nature walk path and is very calm and relaxing. The pool is amazing and the kids had so much fun at the pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here on our next visit!

If you're looking for a quiet location that's close to Poipu Beach, this is great. Quiet, large condo with a lovely pool. It was wonderful that these condols supply chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys too. Easy to park and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our time here.

Stunning property in a beautiful location in Poipu Kai resort. Very close to a lovely pool with BBQ area. The villa is well equipped for both adults and kids. The host is very responsive and helpful. Within 5 minutes walk from Poipu beach where the sea turtles come out to sleep on the beach at sunset. Also only a 5 minute walk to the Hyatt with its amazing grounds and the koi - fish food is provided to feed the fish!We will definitely be back!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike’s villa. Everything was exactly as expected and truly exceeded our hopes. The location is fantastic—an easy walk in either direction to Shipwreck for sunsets or to Poipu to watch the turtles at sunrise.The villa itself is beautifully furnished, with stunning rooms and what I believe is the best view of the pool area in the entire complex. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, not just with utensils and cookware but also with thoughtful extras like spices and sauces, which made meal prep a breeze.The beach equipment provided was more than we could have asked for—everything we needed was there. We had a small issue with one of the toilets late one evening, and it was impressively resolved in under an hour. That level of responsiveness really stood out.Overall, Mike’s villa made for a perfect stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Poipu.

We stayed in this condo for 12 nights and it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view of the pool from the lanai made mornings extra special—we had coffee and breakfast out there every day and it was so peaceful. The complex is beautifully maintained and feels very private, yet it’s only a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants which was super convenient.
Everything about the condo and the property exceeded our expectations. it all came together to make this one of the best family trips we’ve ever had. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Great location and wonderful villa. Gym was closed for the duration of stay. Easy walk to the beach, really appreciated the wagon and beach gear (inc. toys, chairs, pool noodles, cooler, boogie board and more!) Well appointed kitchen although the non-stick pans are getting worn. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend!

The place was very comfortable for a family with 5 adults and 1 infant. It was conveniently located with a nice view of the pool and 10 minute walk to beaches and hotel restaurants. This is a spacious 3 bedroom unit that my family enjoyed for 9 nights. Two of the three bedrooms have attached bathrooms which was great so we all had our privacy. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and we loved our stay. The complex is also amazing. It has a fantastic pool that was never busy and a hot tub with a waterfall inside that the kids loved! My wife appreciated the gym too. Ive already recommended this unit to my family and are planning a return trip next year. Overall it was a great experience.

Sadly we just got home after staying here for 5 nights and I already want to go back. This place was awesome. The pool was right in front of our balcony and we could keep an eye on the kids playing while relaxing from above. The kids never wanted to leave the pool and they had some much fun. We also loved the garage that had literally everything we could possible need for the beach. We loaded up the wagon with boogie boards, coolers, snacks, umbrellas and enjoyed the amazing walk to the beach along that sidewalk. At nights we had dinner on the balcony every night and the lights from the pool at night are so beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and this was the nicest rental i've ever stayed at.

The penthouse was well equipped and comfortable for our family. We walked to both beaches and enjoyed the pool. The garage had great amenities for the beach including a beach wagon which was very helpful. Our only minor issue was with the tv in the master. It never allowed us to watch any local channels and the remote for cable didn’t appear to work. Also, given the size of the Master a small dresser would be a nice edition.Overall, great location and wonderful accommodations!

This villa felt like home right away. The bedrooms were roomy, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautifully done with walk-in showers. The lanai was really big and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We loved the short walk to the beach to watch turtles and sunsets. We stayed in F210 with our family of six and it worked out perfectly. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms meant everyone had their own space, and the open kitchen/living area was great for gathering together. The lanai overlooking the pool was our favorite spot for morning coffee. The walk to Poipu Beach was quick and easy, and the beach gear provided made days in the sun stress-free. The pool is AMAZING!!! There were days it was only our family enjoying it and I never saw more than 5-6 other people at any given time. Highly recommend staying here and this is our new go to spot.

Just completed our weeklong stay, this villa was amazing! Great location with a 5 min walk to the beach. Family thought the pool was one of the best we had ever stayed at, super warm water, great access to the grills, etc. Villa was really spacious, clean, with great access to the pool area. I loved this place! It was beautiful, clean and convenient!! There was a problem with the oven - we were alerted before our arrival. A repairman came but it wasn’t until our last full day so we weren’t able to use the oven. They did provide a toaster oven which was helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family vacation! Having both my family and my cousin’s family together, we were thrilled to discover this gem was just a short stroll from multiple beaches. The community itself is wonderful, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the penthouse unit - complete with our own private elevator access!The kitchen was a dream for family meal prep, with a spacious counter that easily accommodated all our groceries and cooking needs. The dining table was perfectly sized for our large group. The thoughtful amenities blew us away - from plenty of towels and a convenient toaster oven to every utensil we needed. The waffle maker was such a delightful surprise that had the kids excited for breakfast. You can tell the owner has truly thought of everything a family might need for a fantastic vacation.One of our favorite features was having private lanais on each room! The large lanai overlooking the pool became my happy place where I enjoyed while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. But the crown jewel was definitely the ocean-view lanai with its comfortable seating area - we spent countless evenings there soaking in the most breathtaking sunsets Kauai had to offer.The beach amenities were incredibly generous and convenient - chairs, table, umbrella, toys, and a cooler with a wheeled cart made our beach days effortless. With three kids in tow, having everything we needed right at our fingertips was invaluable.

The bunk bed room does not fit grown adults so we had to shift our setup a bit. But ample space for everyone still.

This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath unit was perfect for our family trip. We had three married couples (2 retired parents and two married kids) plus an 18 month old. The unit was clean and efficient. Lots of toys for the toddler. Short walk to the beach. Easy access to everything else Kauai has to offer. Just a great stay. We hope to stay at Sugar Sands again sometime!

Everything was excellent from booking to checking out. Property owner really went all out on the amenities of this condo. We especially liked the well appointed kitchen with every thing we needed. Just returned from our trip to this place and can't get over how great it was. The amenities were spot on. We had everything we needed and more. The place is immaculate, and the grounds of the facility are well-kept. We took advantage of the proximity to the beach and spent most of our time either at the condo or at the beach. The kitchen was perfect, and the outside grill was too. Will definitely stay again.
