For the most part everything was wonderful! On a side note, I have dust allergies and the couch, pillows and throw blanket were activating my allergies. I would recommend throwing the pillows and throws into the dryer once in a while to remove the dust and a good vacuuming of the couch regularly. However, the unit was comfortable and very nice and the view unparalleled.

The overall setting of this listing is very beautiful and the beach is perfect for the ability to snorkel with turtles and beautiful fish. There was a delay in responses from the host to our initial concerns, and delayed resolution to no resolution to several issues we had with this rental, including wifi access, nonworking tv for two days, tiny roaches and other biting bugs in our room every day, noisy air conditioner, stained sheets, no toaster/microwave, overfrosted freezer in minifridge, having to find and configure extension cord to get lamps to work and getting our car blocked in by valeted cars multiple times. We were willing to overlook a few of these things until they all started adding up. We expected more personal and hospitable service, but were only offered that we could try to find other lodging arrangements if we were unhappy. We were also given a response about having housekeeping stop by to change sheets, fix the cord we already figured out, and defrost the bulky ice from the freezer (but we would have to figure out what to do with our food). These responses were late after we had left for our excursions. We were also bounced between being told it was an owner issue and being told it was resort issue. In addition, having already unpacked and on a dream vacation that was filled with a preplanned itinerary, we had to decide to stop going back and forth with what felt like being bounced around for resolution, to putting our concerns about this VRBO aside

Prime unobstructed views and an updated home that has everthing you could need!This home was updated and new! The view from this condo has pristine private unobstructed views. We cooked did laundry relaxed on the huge lanai and had all the conveniences of home. The property as usual is pristine ! The staff friendly and helpful. Be mindful that if you arrive early they will not store your luggage and the walk to the condo although beautiful it is far from the parking lot and there is a steep hill , you have golf carts that you can call guest services for that will bring you all around the property including the beach and you will definitely need for getting luggage to your room. But its location adds to its private feel when you are at the condo.

The condominium was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. I would ask the host to make sure the cleaning service provides enough toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner for two people for four days. Toilet paper ran out and I used my own shampoo and conditioner after day 2 . Something the owner cannot control is the noise above the condo. There was a family with 3 kids above us that stomped around for hours usually starting in late afternoon until 8 pm or so. It seemed like they were there the entire time we stayed in the condo.

We had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the location worked perfectly for our trip. The only thing we would have loved was the option for early check-in or late check-out. Overall, a very good stay and we would happily come back.

Your booking room in a condo that has a door separating you and your neighbors. This means that you will hear everything they are doing and they will hear you. The view was second to none.The resort staff were kind and it was very nice.You will be charged resort fees on top of what you pay to VRBO. I stayed 5 nights and they charged 350. Nothing terrible but that was not very obvious when booking what that would cost.Overall it was really just OK. I wouldn't stay in this room again but I would come back to the resort.

The most gorgeous view! We loved watching the waves roll in and the majestic mountains while listening to the birds chirping; so beautiful! Laurie was a wonderful host and commentator as well. The king size bed was very comfortable and it was great to have access to the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The resort is lovely as well with such pretty landscaping and a relaxing pool area with soothing water falls. Thanks for having us, Laurie!

Our stay was incredible! The view from the room was spectacular. And the bed was extremely comfortable. Was also great to have laundry in the room. We did have a few issues with not getting a pickup from the beach when we called, and Wiki pizza closing early due to not enough dough. Otherwise, the stay was amazing and would recommend!

The room had the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen of the mountains. I felt like the room was so clean and the bed was very comfy. My only complaints are that I wish there were more towels already stocked in the room and we could not get the wifi to work no matter how hard we tried so we could not use our phones since there was no cell service. Otherwise we had a great stay! The building is a bit of a walk and the nene birds were really aggressive when we would walk the paths to our room. But overall good experience!

Had a wonderful stay here. The view from this room was amazing - so nice to watch the sun rise from bed. The room was clean, as described and in a unit near the bottom of the property which provided more privacy. Resort fees were higher than advertised which was the only down side.

Loved the stay! Clean, awesome view, access to the resort was great and plenty of parking. The cart attendants helped with loading and unloading luggage and will even give you a ride from the beach. The lush tropical landscaping and tiki lamps make the walks around so pretty. Location is excellent with beach access and nice walking closeby. Also, 1 hotel is walking distance if you want to grab a drink of have dinner there. Thank you! Will come back

The view from this place are incredible! I couldn't believe it when we opened the window. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Especially loved the AC and double shower! The property had a ton of amenities and the beach was one of our highlights. The only thing that we noticed was that the room had a musty smell to it when we first arrived (likely due to the humidity/rain), but seemed to go away after we aired the place out.
