Escape to the endlessly alluring Hanalei Bay Resort, nestled along the shores of the renowned Hanalei Bay on the lush, picturesque north side of the Garden Isle. Unit 7307, perfect for both couples and families alike, boasts one spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a bonus loft space, to easily accommodate up to six guests. Time tends to slow down on Kaua’i, so opportunities abound to soak in the mountain and ocean views from the unit’s lanai, delight in the resort’s countless amenities, and enjoy the fresh air and distinctive beauty that only Kaua’i can provide.

Immediately upon entry, the ocean views visible beyond the sliding glass doors at the end of the great room capture your attention and draw you in. You don’t have to take your eyes off the view as you prepare meals in the full-size kitchen, where a charming breakfast bar and adjacent indoor dining table for six serve as an ideal place to gather and eat. Despite the sunlight shining through the glass sliders, the living room is kept cool thanks to the split air conditioning unit, and the oversized couch offers ample space for the whole group to assemble and watch movies on the large flatscreen TV. Without question, the main attraction of the unit is the spacious lanai, where you have both an outdoor dining area and a separate lounging space just outside the primary bedroom to take in the mountain and ocean views. The ensuite is well-appointed and includes a tiled walk-in shower. Climb the gorgeous spiral staircase in the living room to the open loft, where two queen-size beds can sleep up to four additional guests. This unit also contains an apartment-size stacked washer and ventless dryer unit so you can pack minimally.

Incredible view of Hanalei Bay from large balcony. Nothing beat waking up with some coffee to that view. Unit was spacious, well stocked and representative of online listing. Pool was nicely kept and in a fun setting. Bar/restaurant on site was convenient as well. Building is located decently far from parking lot. Resort offers golf cart rides to help with bags, but they were a little unreliable with responding for ride requests. Beach is shared with The One Hotel. Also beautiful, but a hike from the unit/building. In general, would hands down go back for the view and setting. It's breath taking!

The view from the unit was absolutely gorgeous and the unit itself was clean. The property manager communication was detailed and made the visit very easy. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, spacious place. A few suggestions. The pools are very cold. Hard to even swim in them. We only used them once...something needs to be done as we stayed at this resort last year and it was the same situation. Also, while it's nice to provide beach chairs and a cooler they're extremely outdated. Rust, Tearing in the chairs, etc. Other units provide new chairs from Costco...definitely recommend doing so. Also, very low amount of towels provided in the unit. We were washing our towels regularly to keep up...no reason you can't put more than six towels in the unit. Finally (and not related to the unit) but Happy Talk Lounge (resort restaurant) has bad hours as they're not open for lunch, not friendly, no pool bar service, etc. Definitely think the association should work a better relationship with the restaurants. All of these wouldn't deter us booking this unit again (we gave a 5 rating) but they seem like easy fixes that should be communicated. Thanks again for a great stay.

Overall the place was nice. A little pricey, but to be expected since it's Hawaii. I think the owners could of been a little better at leaving extra paper towels and toilet paper. It seemed to me they were a little cheap on that part, especially for the price we paid to stay there it should of have been stocked up better on things. 2 rolls of TP and 1 roll of paper towels doesn't cut it when you're there for 7 days and have 6 people. Other then that it was great.

We rented more than one condo to accommodate our family. Everyone enjoyed their respective condos at HBR and all the amenities. Everything was neat and clean and all the beach equipment was appreciated.

This was a great unit. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very well Stocked which I appreciated. The appliances were new and everything worked well. Need new bedding though, sheets seemed too big and loose. Great views, love the Hanalei Bay Area!

First of all, HBR is absolutely beautiful and Princeville is a dream. The condo is fully stocked, modern and clean and ready to enjoy. The views are to die for. Be aware it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It’s also a bit far down from where you park but it’s no problem with the golf cart shuttle. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back.

This is exactly as advertised. There is a bit of a hill and a walk down to the property but I would have hiked miles to get that balcony view. The kitchen has everything you could need and think of. I didn’t want to ever leave but my wife is adamant about following the lease contract and obeying the law, so we did leave.

We have stayed at Princeville Resort over the years. HBR was a pleasant surprise except the bar and restaurant are closed.

We enjoyed cooking and enjoying beautiful sunsets from the deck. The air condition worked fabulously. The pools were very fun and the walk to the beach was pleasant. There was even good surf out front with a few places to rent boards! A wonderful, relaxing stay.

Our family has stayed at a lot of rentals over the years, and this was our favorite! The view was just AMAZING, the kitchen was extremely well supplied and clean, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the resort was lovely. We very much appreciated the beach supplies (boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys, etc) and our kids absolutely loved the resort pools and hot tub. Having the washer and dryer was a huge plus also. We hope to be back again very soon!!

We absolutely LOVED Condo 7307 at Hanalei Bay Resort! When we first arrived, we checke din with the front desk and they called a man to help us bring our suitcases to our room via a golf cart. Tipping is expected. That was the one and only time we used the golf cart service though. The walk to 7307 is not that far from the parking lot, though it is down a hill. The views from 7307 are OUT OF THIS WORLD and I am so very thankful we chose to stay on the north shore, especially at HBR. This particular condo looks out over the bali hai mountains and has a gorgeous sunset view. The balcony also overlooks the small pool at the resort which is also where the grills/cooking area is. We grilled out there one night and our kids swam in the smaller pool. There is even a kitchen sink under the community grilling area. If you want to go to the larger pool, it's just a short walk away too. Multiple tennis courts here at this resort, though we never used them. At sunset, many of the people staying here will bring their chairs out to the grassy area near the larger pool and watch the sunset together. So lovely! The inside of this condo is gorgeous. Everything has been updated and is beautiful. It was so nice to have our own washer and dryer and dishwasher and of course air conditioning! Our kids slept in the loft area and the a/c worked perfectly up there. They loved each having a "big" bed to sleep in. The only minor change I would suggest to the owners is to consider a new type of faucet in the bathroom. The water pressure is very low so it comes out like a trickle and it doesn't extend far enough into the sink and as a result, water gets all over the counter. The beach nearest to HBR is called Puu Poa and it's very calm and sandy. It's shared with the St. Regis hotel. The walk to get to this beach is very steep so you should wear comfortable shoes to get there and back (or I think there may also be a golf cart service the resort provides to get to/from the beach, though we never used that). We also walked from this condo to Hideaway Beach (our absolute favorite beach we visited on the island). It took about 20-30 minutes to walk there but the parking is so limited at Hideaway and we really wanted to go, so we kept our beach items we had to carry to a minimum and I'm so glad we went. So picturesque here but it's an intensely steep hike down to the beach and I wouldn't recommend unless you have on proper footwear and have no medical issues/small children. Totally worth a visit though!! Princeville is a really lovely area- very "yuppie." There is a golf course here and running trails. Just beautiful driving around the grounds near HBR. We loved driving into Hanalei Town for dinner (Hanalei Bay Pizza and Federico's were our favs). We also liked wandering around the Princeville Shopping Center and got ice cream here and shopped at the grocery store. This is just a few minutes drive from the condo. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Hanalei Bay Resort and especially this particular condo. What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Thank you so much to the owners for sharing their place with us!
