Without a doubt, this gorgeous home in Princeville was the setting for the perfect week in Kauai. We stayed here with our extended family, with other members in condos also on the property. This home was the hub of entertaining for our family of 10, with 6 of us comfortably staying in this property. Every room was well appointed and shared the view that represents Hawaii to me...if you did nothing else but sit on the patio and watch that view for a week you'd be happy! Lots of bird visitors right on the grass and truly magical rainbows almost every morning.
The common spaces were plush and comfortable for a large family. The kitchen is outstanding and honestly we adored the gourmet coffee maker so much I bought one when I got home! Laundry machines were a great help, as this was week two of our vacation.
Our hosts were responsive and helpful, though really didn't need to bother them because clear instructions left for everything. The amenities of the resort are a great addition. We had two folks with mobility challenges this trip, and having the golf cart available to get us to the car and to beach, etc. was handy.
We will be back in coming years. It would be an amazing place to celebrate the holidays with your family and I hope my own sometime in the future. I'd go back tomorrow if I could.
Don't hesitate to book this property...totally worth every penny!

Wonderful location for up to 3 units with majestic views. Felt like we had one of the top locations on the property.
Gorgeous views over Hanalei. Spacious for 7 of us (5 adults, a 16 year old and his 1.5 yo cousin.) Well equipped with all we needed.

This is a beautiful property and condo. The owner is super responsive and flexible and the condo is clean, well-stocked and spacious. The view is incredible. My only notes are that the beach is a hike, small and no amenities. And the swim up bar is not open.

The view is the highlight for this condo. Room arrangements worked out well for our group. Parking arrangement is a big negative. Also the add on charges for parking and even more taxes were not mentioned in our contract.

We felt so private and tucked away to the best room on the property! So clean and comfortable! You thought of everything here and went above and beyond to make your guests feel at home! The Muxlow condo had the most amazing view of Hanalei Bay and surrounding mountains. The condo itself was also lovely, and is clearly well cared for. It was perfect for our multigenerational family of 6.

What a beautiful property! The view is amazing and the details inside the home are perfect for Kauai. The beach is in walking distance. We stayed six nights and felt very comfortable here.

Location is perfect! The views are amazing. The resort is very well managed and cared for. The home was lovely - very roomy, super clean, modern appliances, well supplied. For a mom with a full family, we really felt at home. I would stay again and again if I get to return. Did I saw the location was perfect! Yep. And the views amazing - yep!

The views are Absolutely amazing. There was a lot of room for the six of us to be very comfortable. Owners were super helpful in allowing us to check in early and check out late. The only negative was that the restaurant and bar were closed due to Covid. Everything else was completely amazing.

Wow, what can I say. This is a wonderful spot with epic views. You can walk down the path to the beach, all the amenities you need such as beach cooler, beach chairs and even a wagon is provided! Next trip we will be sure and bring a few kitchen items that we would have liked such as wine glasses, tongs, and items for those who want to cook. If you eat out every night then no worries. Hosts were great communicators and so pleasant to work with. The decor was so fun, it was like living in a Tiki Hut! I highly recommend this home.

Our family of 5 (2 parents, 1 young adult, 2 teens) took our first trip to Kauai a few weeks ago and we couldn't have chosen a better location. You can just sit and watch the views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai all day as the light changes. That said, there's plenty more to do at the resort and in the area - you can walk to Pu'u Poa Beach (and catch a lift back up the hill from the golf carts if you want), enjoy the gorgeous pool and swim-up bar, have dinner with a view at Happy Talk (which opened up again post-Covid while we were there) and of course, drive to other amazing locations on the north shore (don't miss seeing the Napali coast by boat and/or helicopter). We spent 2 weeks on Kauai - the first week at this property and the 2nd in Poipu and while we enjoyed seeing both sides and had fun in Poipu, there's no contest that the north side is the most beautiful. Hope to go back some day.

If you're looking for a spot to catch epic sunsets, this is the place. Best location at Hanalei Bay Resort with views of the northern mountains and hanalei bay. The grass lawn is a great place for kids to play or just hang out and relax. The walk down to the beach winds through a vegetated creek with paved path and golf cart service. The resort pool was perfect with a swim up bar for the adults and a sanded pool for the little ones. Andy was extremely responsive and helped us when the resort staff couldn't. We will be coming back for years to come.
