We really enjoyed our time in Poipu. It was in great walking and driving distance to where we wanted to go. Our daughters loved the pool! They spent hours in it and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub too.

Very comfortable condo for our 5 adults. Easy walk down to Poipu Beach to see 40-plus sea turtles spending the night on the beach! This was a great location for our adventures - sunset sail out of Port Allen, mountain tubing near Wailea, and Waimea Canyon.

This property was perfect . The unit was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. Perfectly located to restaurants and beaches that you can walk or drive to. The grounds were gorgeous , pool and jacuzzi right out slide our beautiful patio.
Wendy our host was so helpful to let us take a quick shower after our amazing ATV ride ( ATV Kauia, highly recommend) even a little after checkout so we didn’t have to leave all muddy ..I love this island , first time on Poipu usually go to Princeville . We love both sides and will definitely be come back to stay here next time .

First trip to Kauai. This condo had everything we needed. Location was perfect. A very short walk to one of the best beaches on the island. And an even shorter walk to the pool (right off the lanai). Basically 2 master suites which was perfect for me and my wife and our friend and their spouse. With an extra bedroom to spare just in case somebody snored too much. ;) It felt like we had easy access to the whole island. Every time we went somewhere, it felt like the majority of the traffic was in the opposite direction. The owner of the property was quick to respond to questions and the whole booking and accessing the property was a breeze. Im glad we stayed here!

This property lives up to all its pics!! Located just a quick easy walk from several great beaches - boogie board - snorkeling - turtle watching - our 7 year old grandson made the trek easily!! This condo is exceptionally well stocked!! Super comfy!! Very nice furnishings!! Love the two master suites!! Patio was one of our favorite places to hang!! Right by the pool - close to great restaurants. This place is a home run!!!

This ground-level condo is very spacious and well kept, and it is surrounded by lush gardens with an easy path that leads directly to Poipu Beach. We were able to view the Poipu Beach fire works on New Year Eve directly from the lawn, adjacent to the condo. The owner and the on-island property manager have been most gracious replying to our inquiries. I would certainly recommend this property to adults as well as families with young kids.

We stayed here for a family trip with our adult children and their spouses. The property was just as listed. It worked very well for all of us. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. There were more than 50 sea turtles that come up on the beach near the condo. Fun to watch them come in at night.

This property worked out perfectly for our family of six (all adults). We were able to walk (8 - 10 minutes) to the beach each morning to enjoy the sunrise. It is also close to other beaches in the area where you can swim, surf, or just lounge on the beach. It is also close to great dining options throughout the day. But, if you want, this property offers a great kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The facility also has a great pool for relaxation each day as well, including a hot tub. There is access to an additional pool in the community, but we never did make it over there (didn't need to as the local pool is right outside this villa).
Overall, the villa was very clean and included boogie boards and beach chairs for our use. We would definitely stay here again. Just one very small recommendation...we could not find a broom to do some occasional sweeping (sand from the beach). Otherwise, just perfect for our family and would highly recommend!

The walk to the beach was an easy one and the wagon provided was perfect. Absolutely amazing property my only regret is that we can’t stay longer. We will be back! Thank you!!!!!

We stayed here with two other couples and enjoyed the proximity to the beaches in Poipu. It’s a lovely stroll down to the water where we enjoyed watching sea turtles and monk seals sun themselves on the sand. We had a great time snorkeling - such a variety of colorful fish!
The accommodations were very comfortable for three couples and we enjoyed cooking with local produce from the veggie and fruit stand in the well equipped kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay here! Our group consisted of two couples in our 50's and my Mom. The condo had everything we wanted. We especially loved that the two of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and was a one story ground floor unit. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable. Everything was as pictures. We also loved the large comfortable patio and the close proximity to the pool, hot tub and BBQ area. The entire complex small and quiet which was perfect for us. It was just a short walk to the beach in either direction and we enjoyed walking down for Sunrise, Sunset, snorkeling and to view the turtles and the monk seals. The beach chairs, cooler and wagon were much appreciated. The central air conditioning was essential for us. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We chose this property based on the location and past stays at another VRBO in the complex. Unfortunately, our experience this trip was lackluster and I would encourage others to explore different options before booking this unit. It is clear that the owner doesn't invest in maintenance and many of the appliances are broken or poorly functioning. Walls are scuffed and dented, and it seems like the minimum is invested.
Upon arrival there was a broken toilet, non-functioning shower head, burned out lightbulbs, and a moldy laundry machine. We contacted the owner and property manager, and I was belittled and yelled at for wanting a functional toilet. I tried to explain that we selected a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom because we wanted each couple to have their own space (and I have 2 toddlers). The owner was unprofessional and rude at every interaction, and clearly doesn't want to deal with anything. Her frustration was evident, and she raised her voice at me which was not what I wanted on a vacation.
When you are in Hawaii, most of your time is indeed spent outside, but it was hard to do that since the pool and grill were closed for half of our visit. This wasn't communicated to us, and we were told there would be work on the pool for a few hours but it would still be open. This was another huge disappointment as access to the pool was one of the factors we used when selecting this space because of our children.
My family and my husband's family have owned rental properties for 20+ years, and we would never treat a renter like this. I have fair expectations for rentals, having stayed in dozens of units in Hawaii and around the US. This is my first negative experience ever, and I am writing this in the hopes that it helps others make the best decision.

From the time we reserved until closing the door behind us when we left, this was a terrific place to stay. Our nights were quiet (other family members stayed in places with roosters crowing all night long!)!!! The condo is well stocked with every cooking utensil needed. Everything in the condo was A++! It’s a beautiful complex with great beach, pool and tennis access. Restaurants within walking distance and activities in the area galore. This was a perfect location. The doors to the patio opened to double the living space. We hosted family dinners for 13 with ample space for everyone. Access to washer and dryer was important with small children. If you are looking for a luxurious place to stay within a reasonable budget, don’t hesitate reserving this unit. We found units cheaper but this unit gave us a first class vacation. Their pictures reflect the luxury. We will certainly come back and stay in this unit on our next trip! The owners were responsive to questions beforehand and very easy to work with!!!

The manager Lauren was super receptive to our needs, the only downfall were the people above us and noise. Location was perfect, the pool was wonderful and the condominium exceeded our expectations! This is our fourth visit to Kauai and was by far the best experience we have had! Will definitely stay here again😎🌴☀️
