Great property for a family stay with 3 large bedrooms, amazing balcony with garden view, air conditioning, and walking distance to the beach. They even supplied a cute wagon with all the beach items we needed. Green turtles coming in each evening (30+ one night) was a highlight, as well as excellent snorkeling- all nearby! Great location with short walk to multiple beaches. We stayed with 3 children (under 12) and was nice setup with plenty of space, excellent cooking and washing amenities, wagon and beach chairs / umbrella, towels. Glad we stayed here versus the Hyatt down the road as the beaches are better along with the other ammenities mentioned.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property for ten days. There were four adults and two children. (my wife and I, her parents, and our two children aged 9 & 12) I’ve never been good at leaving reviews, so I will just write a list of things that stood out that might help. I have so much more to say than what this review allows for space!
So here you go:
1. The property is approximately 25 minutes from the Lihue airport. The drive is pretty, especially the tree tunnel, but it bogged down often until we were further away from Lihue.
2. There are chickens everywhere. I mean everywhere.
3. The property grounds are very well kept and the workers are very friendly.
4. We never had any issues parking. The wagon provided at the unit was clutch our entire trip. I think we used it almost every day.
5. You walk past the pool on the way in to the unit. It is a great pool for younger kids, pretty shallow, like 3-4’, hot tub is small but nice. Our daughter swam every day but one I think.
6. The kitchen appliances are very nice. There are some grocery stores closer to Poipu, but the nicest/most reasonably priced one is going to be Safeway in Lihue. I’d recommend stopping there first if possible to pick up some necessities/food for your stay.
7. The lanai is a great place to sit and enjoy the evenings.
8. Beds are super comfy, place was clean, and had plenty of brooms/vacuums to help with that.
9. The beaches are kind of dangerous for kids (looking at you Brenneckes)

The unit was exactly as promised...maybe even better in person than in the pictures. Our family of four stayed here for a week and it was a dream. The house was easy to get into, newer construction, high-end and clean. We stay in Hawaii a lot and often find VRBO units tend to have ant issues. They are usually mentioned in the posts, so it's not a surprise. BUT -- what WAS a surprise was that we didn't have one single ant of bug the entire week in the unit. So great, because always being diligent and keeping all food in a refrigerator is annoying, so I appreciated the bug free unit!
Beds were comfortable, lots of extra spices and condiments in the fridge and cabinets. Everything you need for cooking is included. The washer/dryer are new. The bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house also included sand toys, towels and chairs and even a beach wagon to load up for excursions to the beach.
The pool is outside the building, very convenient since we were with little kids. But it's not right under the unit, so you don't have pool noises all day.
We had one question I texted the owners about and they called back within 2 minutes. I would absolutely rent again and would recommend. An enthusiastic two thumbs up!

This was the perfect accommodation for our family trip. The villa had everything we needed (and wanted) to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated that there were leftover condiments, non-perishables, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap, and other supplies to use, which saves on waste. The wagon, beach chairs, cooler, and other things also were great to have on hand when we wanted to use them.
The location was also wonderful. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Poipu Beach area restaurants. The villa is a short walk from the parking area, but we didn't find that bothersome. We used the wagon to carry things when we needed to, which helped.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the best we've stayed in. From the great location (mins from Poipu Beach) to the unit itself (awesome lanai, spacious rooms, AC) this rental has it all. Host Walt was great too. We will definitely be back!

The home was very nice and well stocked with everything you need from cooking supplies, to beach chairs etc. The pool was great, not very busy at all. Walt was great about communication. We would definitely stay here again. We loved having the door open and enjoying the breeze. My 6 year old did get mosquito bites at night though as the breeze brought them in from the patio and into his room. (only at night) No one else in our group had the issue, they seemed just to like him. If you are sensitive to that make sure to use some bug spray which they did have in the unit. It just took us a day or two, to figure out we needed to do that for him. Otherwise, no issues.

Six of us stayed for a week at this lovely home. Everything was wonderful. We loved the well equipped kitchen and the large bathrooms. The Lanai was by far our favorite room. We spent lots of wonderful time out there. Location to the beach is phenomenal. The pool was great and so close. Loved the elevator to the second floor. This is wonderful location on Kauai. Cannot recommend enough!

We loved this condo. It had absolutely everything we needed and more! There were lots of beach necessities like chairs, towels, snorkels and masks and a boogie board. It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Very spacious for 5 of us. A short walk to the beach and short drives to some wonderful restaurants. We would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return, Thank you for your hospitality!

Very nice villa right in Poipu Kai resort. Close to beaches…you can easily walk to them! Also walking distance to Brennecke’s bar and grill and Puka Dog. Sea turtles and endangered monk seas right on the beach. Lanai is perfect for lounging and with the wall of doors that open, it becomes part of the living area. We loved the hot tub, pool a bit cold. Everything was awesome!

Absolute joy of a vacation rental. The house has it all: it is well maintained, high end finishes, spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings, and short walks to magnificent beaches. Everything was seamless. The parking is a little bit of a walk through the complex, which was not an issue for us. This would be more relevant for anyone traveling with someone mobility limited. All in all, a pleasure of a visit and would love to stay here again.

Our stay was great. The property is a short walk (even for 5 year old legs) to a beach suitable for kiddo snorkeling with green sea turtles hauling up each night. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Beds were comfy and the beach gear was super helpful. We would definitely return!

My family had a wonderful time at Serenity Villa. The unit is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Had everything we needed for cooking in, grilling at the pool or going to the beach. Owners very responsive and friendly. We found the location to be fantastic. Short walk to three beaches and great starting point for our adventures all over the island from Waimea to Princeville. The sunset from the lanai made for some gorgeous photos. Highly recommend this vacation villa, would definitely return.

Even better than the pictures! Serenity Villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen-from spices to cling film. The walk to the beach was easy enough for even a 4 year old. We all enjoyed the pool and watching the sunsets from the lanai was our nightly photo opportunity. Gorgeous! Would love to visit again!

We had three couples staying at the condo and all had a great time. The location was wonderful and the condo was awesome - modern features, well stocked and a great host. Only negative was the parking. Most of the units were occupied and while we were able to find parking, spaces were limited. It is a location we would love to return.

The Villa was a perfect choice for our trip to Kauai. . We stayed with our 4 young adult children and there was plenty of room to stretch out and feel at home. The amenities were plentiful and exactly as described. The Villa was very clean and updated and the grounds and pool were a delight. Central location for the south shore too. We enjoyed everything about our stay and highly recommend.

My mom, her hubby and my two young kids spent 8 days at the accommodation. The place was beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach that the kids and I would do, but my mom, as she has trouble walking was not able to do the walk, and drove down each morning.
There was a second swimming pool, which we didn't figure out where it was until the 2nd to last day, but our swimming pool was much nicer anyway. It was just good to know about it.
We were advised that the accommodation had body boards which my son could use, but there was none to be found, which was a disappointment. We went down to the beach each late afternoon and it was always not worth to rent the boards so late.
It was a easy stroll for us to get to the two closest restaurants, but booking reservations at least a few days in advanced would have been good. They were both super busy.
We had some confusion on where to park when we first got in there. All parking is in the one parking lot, near Building A. You need to walk to Building B and C, down the path/a small down incline.
The kids are already talking about when they can come again. Thank you.

Oh, Kauai, how we love you! This was a wonderful, comfortable location for enjoying the island. The 6 of us (3 couples) loved our place in Poipu. Really the only slight inconvenience was that 2 of the bedrooms did not cool down as well as the largest bedroom--and one of the ceiling fans didn't work. Also, one room didn't have dressers/ storage for clothes. But those little issues pale in comparison to lovely breakfasts on the lanai, evening chats in the comfortable living room, and walks to the beach.

Communication from Walt and Joy was outstanding! The unit was perfect for 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Lots of dinner wear and appliances. We spent most of our time when at the condo on the lanai with the window wall open all the time. Beds were super comfy. Easy walk to Poipu beach and the Hyatt.

We stayed here to enjoy the Koke state park. It was an easy drive there each day. We ended each day with a short walk to the beach and a swim.
This unit is older and Is showing some wear, it was spotlessly clean and in a central location. We could not get the TVs to work but we’re okay without them.

The condo is very nice! Its in an amazing location in Poipu which is walking distance to great beaches, food, and drinks. There is a nice pool on the property with 2 outdoor grills. The properties grounds are kept up very well.
The inside of the condo is very clean and well taken care of. It is stocked with pretty much everything you would need during your time here. It is perfect for your next family vacation to the Hawaiian Islands!

The condo was spacious for our party of six people, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen had every appliance you could want and a well-stocked pantry with spices and supplies. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were roomy and clean. The lanai was a wonderful place to enjoy a meal and to relax. The walk to the beach along a green belt was short and pleasant. We loved our stay at the Poipu villas. This property was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't cook but I noticed the kitchen was very well stocked with anything that you would need. It's in a great location and balcony is beautiful and in a quiet location on the property. We walked to Poipu beach several times. The property owners could not have been nicer and they were very accessible with any quesitons.

We were so comfortable at this Villa. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. The Kitchen was well supplied! We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this was one of the best-stocked kitchens. The owners were responsive to our questions. The location is walking distance between the local beaches. Beautiful lanai - we enjoyed sitting in the lanai in the mornings and evenings . The Villa is in an ideal location for Poipu - near all shops /restaurants etc. If I return to Poipu, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We spent four nights here and would have loved more! It was an absolutely beautiful and spacious condominium! Many things I brought from home were already there in addition to beach towels, there was a beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, cooler bags, and more.
The walk to the beach was an easy five minutes on the green path. The path leads to the Hyatt Regency in the opposite direction and makes for a beautiful walk. The teens and I loved boogie boarding at Brennecke beach! Easy drive from Lihue and to all the sights on the south end of Kauai.
We would definitely recommend this unit!
