We had a wonderful time and the owner was amazing. She answered all my questions promptly and was so incredibly helpful. We checked out of a place on the other end of the island and had several hours until we could check in here but they allowed us access to the garage and all the beach amenities (which are generous and good quality) and had their housekeeping staff set out towels for us so we could enjoy a beach day. The home is beautiful, clean, updated and well-equipped. I love that all of the bedrooms do not share walls with other bedrooms so we all felt that vacation privacy that we all want ;) The kind upstairs neighbors gave our grandson a bag of chicken feed so we could feed the chickens each day and so we spent a lot of time on the deck being entertained by them (the chickens). The property was lovely. This unit was right next to the pool and hot tub. The condo itself was well appointed, modern, and well stocked. The only downside was the sofa bed. Be aware it was not very comfortable for two adults to sleep in. The location of the property was perfect. It was a good location as a base to explore the island. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and property. My friends and I had a great stay.

Upsides: Comfortable rooms and beds, located steps from the pool and about a mile from Poipu beach and stores, beach supplies (chairs, snorkels, boogie boards), nice outdoor patio. Nice welcome basket with cookies, nuts and a serving of Kauai coffee.Downsides: hot tub was out of order for the 5 days we stayed and gardening crew at work right outside our patio by 8am. A few extra kitchen condiments/supplies would be helpful (spices, cooking oil) but other than that we were all very comfortable and happy with our stay.

Beautiful property!! Loved the view from the back patio. Nice pool but hot tub out of order. Had everything you could possibly need in the condo. The only issue was cleaning staff could improve. Arrived to makeup on the master bath counter. Toothpaste on the faucet. Obviously did not sweep under the kitchen table or bar stools as there were a lot of crumbs. Would definitely stay again with the hopes that the cleaning staff does a better job next time.

This condo was perfect for our family of six. We each had our own bedroom and two of the masters had their own bathrooms. The condo was in a perfect location very close to the pool and a quick ride to Poipu Beach.The condo had a well stocked kitchen, and the bathrooms had toiletries. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Beach chairs , cooler and sand toys were also supplied. My only minor complaint was that the bathrooms did not seem thoroughly clean and we found an apple core under one of the beds. Overall it was a great place and I would stay here again. Kristen was our contact person and was very responsive to any questions that we had.

The unit is 5 stars, very nice furnishings, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, they even provide beach chairs and bogey boards for the guests. Special thanks to the owners for being excellent hosts!We were disappointed by the property management. We specifically chose a place with a hot tub, because we know that the weather can be unstable in December (it wasn't very warm and rained every day) and my kids won't go in the water if it's too cold. The hot tub was out of order for our whole stay (and had been already for more than a week), we consequently never used the pool which we usually do every day when in Hawaii, They also didn't give us a second parking pass (we reserved for 8 people, so obviously needed a second pass), when we called them about it, they told us that we needed to pick it up at their office. They sent us the wrong address and we spent an hour searching for the place, not exactly how we wanted to start our vacation. The communication was strange, most of the time we would just get automatic messages when we sent a request. Overall, we felt that we didn't get our money's worth because we could have stayed at a cheaper place with no pool and hot tub. They never responded to our request for a partial refund.

This was a well-appointed property with three bedrooms and three baths, making it easy for everyone to have their alone, as well as, family time. The kitchen was great with practically every type of cooking tool. We were able to do a number of our meals at the condo, making it easier to keep costs down. The lanai was awesome and a great way to take in the start of the day as you have your coffee and breakfast. We also used it for our evening game time. The large table makes it simple to host a gathering or a meal. Although we did not use the garage, we used the outdoor assigned parking space, there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and a roll-around cooler to make taking these items to the beach that much easier. Great location and amenities. Our family used the pool every day. The hot tub was out of commission while we were there, so if that is a game-changer, please check to see that it is fixed before booking.

Our only issue was that were notified several days before our arrival that the central AC was not working and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. They supplied portable ac units in each room. The units were very loud especially trying to sleep with them on in the bedrooms. On two nights the units in the living room set the smoke detectors off while we were all sleeping so they had to be turned down. You couldn’t turn the units off and open the windows because it was humid and the noise from the road was load. We were given a small refund but not enough to cover the problems we had or the ruined trip

This is a beautiful place to stay! We came for 11 days for my 50th and loved the kitchen and living room areas. The grounds are lovely and it was quiet. Because I travel often, I do feel compelled to point out a couple of things. When you are paying for a “luxury” place to stay there are certain things you expect. One being that you can take a shower and be able to rinse the shampoo out of your hair. The master shower is unusable as the shower head is barely a trickle. The downstairs shower is only slightly better. It wasn’t pleasant having to wash my hair every day under the tub faucet just to get it clean. Perhaps a handheld would make showers easier? Also, a lot of comments said the master bed was comfy. We didn’t find that to be true, and woke up with sore everything every morning. It is a thin, very firm mattress. I am someone that reads comments before renting a place, so maybe these comments will help others. I would consider renting this unit again if some changes were made, otherwise I would probably try a different unit. This is for 6G.

We had an amazing time in Kauai and this property made our lives a lot easier having a 17 month old. The rooms were clean and they provided a high chair and pack n play for our daughter so we didn’t have to travel with them. The washer/dryer was great to be able to wash all our clothes. It’s a very spacious condo and they provide all the towels and linens. The pool was great and even though the water was a little cold, you adjust quickly in the warm weather. The hot tub and kids pool were also nice. The beach gear in the garage was convenient, although some items seemed to be broken. My only complaint would be that the bath tubs could have been cleaner. Overall I would highly recommend this condo for 1-2 families staying in Kauai.

We really enjoyed the large open kitchen and the spacious setup of the entire home. Once we figured out the correct way to contact the host, it was quick communication. I did have trouble locating the unit, that part could be clearer. Overall it was a great experience.
