My family enjoyed our stay at 12A, lots of supplies and the beach equipment came in handy. Plenty of shops nearby with lots of choices of restaurants.

Excellent condo. Everything was clean and well stocked A couple of things: kitchen sink water had very little water pressure. In master bathroom the top towel rack was not secured properly and kept falling off. The location of the unit on the website was misleading. I thought we would be facing the golf course. Excellent location. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and about a twenty minute walk to Poipu beach. Was able to see turtles (up to 24 one morning) every day at sunrise and again at sunset. Saw one monk seal.Great kitchen with everything you could need.Highly recommend!

Very nice condo with a nice set up, close to shopping and the beach only negatives not enough hot water. Someone in our group was always taking a cold shower, and the main living area probably could be repainted but other than that was very nice convenient would definitely look to stay here again. Very large on-site pool directly across the street, Well stocked with chairs and umbrellas, sand toys. Great kitchen with large island for cooking breakfast or dinner for the family.

We booked this trip for my Bachelorette weekend with a few of my bridesmaids (6 of us total) and had the absolute BEST time! The home was beautiful and had such a great view, perfect for sunset. Everything was updated and clean with the perfect touch of "Modern Hawaii." The beds were comfy, the furniture was high quality and even the couches were comfy! It truly had everything we needed (except for a cocktail shaker but we made do with a shaker bottle lol). We truly did not want to leave. The area is so convenient as there are many stores, restaurants etc. nearby. It is also just minutes away from the main highway for easy access to all sides of the island. The neighborhood was so peaceful, the pool was the perfect temperature (especially at night) and the hot tub was HOT! We had no problems throughout our entire stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I could go on and on but overall, I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway. Ours was perfect.

This condo was AMAZING!! Absolutely exceeded our expectations which I feel like is typically hard to do. The location was awesome and so close to everything, the view from the balcony was beautiful with the golf course and a partial ocean view, it was super clean inside and there was everything you could ever need! We took advantage of the snorkels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards every day which was awesome!

We had an amazing week at Pilli Mai at Poipu staying at this property. The grounds are beautiful as well as the pool area. The condo itself is very well maintained. No complaints at all. Its also equipped with beach chairs, cooler etc. for the beach.We had lots of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Its a short walk to Little Fish Coffee and a small shopping mall with restaurant's and shops. You can also get to Poipu beach in 5 mins. Great beach for young kids! We will definitely be back.

This was our second time at Pili Mai, and its a great complex close to town and the beach. The pool is great and this condo is spacious with a great layout for families and stocked with everything you would need. I especially appreciate having a washer/dryer! Check-in was super easy. We had an amazing stay in Kauai! The home was beautifully furnished and elegantly decorated, with everything we could possibly need—cups, plates, utensils, kitchen appliances, and plenty of fresh towels and bed linens. We were even welcomed with a thoughtful care package of coffee and other goodies, which made us feel right at home.The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the TVs and kitchen appliances were top-notch. The on-site gym and pool were fantastic, and the location was perfect—just a pleasant 12-minute walk to the beach or under five minutes by car. The golf course on the property was also a real treat.Kudos to the owner for creating such a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped vacation home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained property. Loved staying here! The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is when we arrived the water was completely shut off - not working at all! It is a problem apparently all over Kauai with new rules they have for water conservation. Something "tripped" our system and shut off the water before we ever got there. It was a bit of a hassle talking to the customer service number and getting someone local to actually solve the problem. But once I FINALLY was able to talk to the local manager he was very helpful and apologetic and he reset the system to get the water turned on. Everything else - location, cleanliness, furnishings, perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Carolyn’s condo in Poipu. The place was just as described — but honestly, even better! It was spotless, spacious enough for all six of us to be comfortable, and had a roomy lanai with beautiful views of both the golf course and the ocean.The kitchen was a real highlight — stocked with high-quality cookware (a rare find in most rentals!) and thoughtful extras like spices, oils, plastic wrap, and foil, which made cooking a breeze. Carolyn, our hostess, was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating to all our requests, making the experience truly stress-free.The condo complex itself was fantastic, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and pillows — the pool and jacuzzi hot tub were just a stone’s throw away, and the beaches, shops, and restaurants were all a short walk or drive from the property.This was, by far, the best vacation rental experience I’ve had on VRBO or anywhere else. We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Kauai.
