If you don’t need to be on the beach but want a quiet out of the way condo, this is the place. Yes, you need a car. The beach, stores, restaurants, sightseeing, all very accessible after a short drive. Loved the 1ft. kiddie pool for our grandson. We will stay at this facility again!

We had the best time staying here! It was fully equipped with everything we need! This place went above and beyond with the details. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms, detergent and shout spray for the laundry which we really needed after our morning hikes. They also had everything you need for the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler! The condo was very clean and decorated perfectly for the location. We found a gem in this place and will return!

We loved the cleanliness and convenience of this condo. We were traveling with 7 people and found this slept everyone comfortably and had everything we could have needed. Everything was clean and laid out well, they were up front about all the rules etc. so that made it easy. The beds were comfortable, having A/C was wonderful, the location was good and we even had a small view of the ocean. For the price i think it was worth it! The hosts were responsive even though we only contacted once. They had beach toys and towels which made all our beach days great! Check in and out were a breeze and overall we would stay here again and again!

The condo itself was perfect. Beautiful views, well stocked (besides condiments which was a bummer to have to buy and leave behind), clean, spacious, very comfortable beds, awesome pool, close to the beautiful po'ipu beach and shops. However, if you have kids (especially young kids), this condo may not be the place for you. The full-time resident right below this condo was very rude to us. She placed a noise complaint with Vacasa after a few days of normal walking around, our kids playing, cooking in the kitchen, etc... There was no extra noise from us outside the normal living noises. We were even in bed every single night by 8PM. When we first arrived at the condo after a very long travel day, she was waiting outside and stopped us to ask us to be quiet because everyone who stays at 13C disturbs her since there was no acoustics put in when they were built. This tells me that any noise, even normal everyday living noise disturbs her so just be aware that you will probably receive a noise complaint if you have children. She also stopped us again upon leaving the condo for dinner one night and was hounding us about where we live and why. It was very uncomfortable. I felt as if my kids could not play and be kids here because I was afraid it would disturb her. So we tried to spend as much time away from the condo as possible. I know Vacasa can't really do much about this but I wanted to warn others with kids. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay but when we come back to Kauai, we will be finding somewhere more kid friendly to stay.

This was perfect for our family of 5! Everyone was very comfortable! Parking was easy, easy walk to the pool, bbq’s were clean, fully stocked kitchen. This condo was very thoughtfully prepared. We appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, charging bricks on each night stand, extra pillows and beach towels towels! We also appreciated the coffee, bbq sauce and the Kōloa Rum and especially the location to Kōloa and Lihue!!

Very nice place. Pool is really nice. Four beach chairs were clutch. Two bikes but the blue one has a slow leak in the tire and the chain slips. The back patio screen is rusted at the bottom. We just took it out of the track since it fell out when you try and slide it. Very nice place these are just small details that could use addressing. Would definitely be back if we return.

The stay wasn’t too bad 95!34 than an issue with some small ants that got into EVERYTHING in the kitchen. Tried to resolve it with property management and it was brushed off a little bit and no one came. This was a year ago, so hopefully the issue is resolved now

We were disappointed with the cockroach situation. We arrived to find them in the bedroom closet but mostly in the kitchen. We made a snack one night and in the short amount of time it took us to eat, there were a few cockroaches around the stove. Thankfully, we didn't need to cook much because we ate most meals at our friends' rental at Pili Mai. There were also hairs on the bathroom counter which didn't suggest it was thoroughly cleaned.

Second time staying here, highly recommend! This time we did experience a maintenance issue with the condo but the property manager and owner quickly resolved, they also followed up the next morning to make sure all was well. We will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Kauai.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is perfect, shopping centers and the best beaches are close by. The condo was well furnished, clean, and had everything that we needed for our week long stay. Would definitely recommend!

We got ready for bed our first night to find that one pull out couch did not have linens. We sent a message at 6am the next day asking for linens, spent all day sending messages back and forth following up and being told repeatedly to look in the closet (there were not linens in the closet). We were finally told at 5pm that they would ask the local team to bring linens.
There were only six beach towels available for a rental that sleeps 8.
The washer and dryer are desperately in need of a clean. They smell horrible.
There were only three beach chairs available, despite it being listed that there would be four. I even messaged a couple weeks ahead of time to confirm that there would be four beach chairs available so that I could arrange renting them if needed, and the property manager confirmed there were four.
The property was clean, check in and check out were easy, the location was great, and the WiFi and kitchen appliances worked well.

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! All the kitchen things were there down to soap, trash bags, ziplocs etc. The condo is very close to the pool. Lots of restaurant options near by and close to the best beach for kids on the island. We would definitely stay there again if we're back in Kauai.

This rental was everything and more! It was perfectly comfortable for 7 adults, and came so well-equipped. The kitchen was perfect to cook meals in, baths and bedrooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. We made use of the beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, etc.! The apartment and furniture are like new, extremely clean and with good taste.
You even can see a strip of the ocean 😁.
We worried about golf field, no worries, it is even fun to great rare players and watch them playin in a distance. Most of the time, you see birds use the field, not people.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Pili Mai. Location was excellent for our excursions. Shops were close by. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of space. Used the pool and it wasn’t too busy. Enjoyed meals on the lanai with a view of the ocean in the distance. Would stay here again if visiting Kauai.

We absolutely loved this Condo, and very much enjoyed our stay on the island. We loved having breakfast out on the lenai and enjoyed the beautiful views. The condo is well stocked and very welcoming.
The big windows and high ceilings bring in lots of natural light and make it feel very spacious. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the house is well decorated. The location is good and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Our last morning there, we discovered Little Fish Coffee which has great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, Acai bowls and smoothies. It is walking distance from the condo. I highly recommend this Condo, and would love to return.
