Loved this condo! It was clean, had all the amenities we could have asked for. Kitchen was fully stocked, it had laundry detergent, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, garage, access to lots of barbecues, portable crib, ac worked great! Loved everything about it! Beds were super comfy too!

We had a great experience staying at the Pili Mai Condo. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the place was clean, the kitchen was nice. It was nice to have a garage. It was on the smaller size so a large SUV or Truck won't fit. The A/C was great. The back balcony view was nice. The washer/dryer was nice to have. The Hot Tub was shut down unfortunately which was a serious bummer but that was probably out of the control of the property owner. It was in great proximity to very nice beaches. Over-all it was a great experience.

We had a lovely time at this condo. Great location, easy arrival and departure, friendly staff, and nice accommodations. Plenty of beach equipment and amenities around the house. We are cooks and had the minimum needed cookware. Bbq is in a common space, but grills were clean. Pool was nice, but jacuzzi was under reconstruction when we were there. Thanks for the hospitality. The management company was great and very accommodating.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we would definitely stay here again. With three sleeping areas, including the bed in the loft, each of our teens had their own space which was great. Plenty of beach gear in the garage - umbrellas, chairs, etc. Kitchen was well equipped and house was very clean. We even had a (partial) ocean view from the balcony and upstairs bedroom. Great snorkeling at nearby Poipu Beach, a short drive away, and lots of dining and shopping nearby as well. Had an issue with the oven but they brought over a toaster oven for us to use instead, which worked for us.

The unit was very comfortable, quiet and well maintained. Plenty of towels, TP, soaps, and laundry detergent. Kitchen was minimally stocked and adequate. Not enough serving bowls, no hot pads, nor dish ware for kid use. The pool area was clean but during the two weeks we were there the kiddie pool and the hot tub were under renovation making the pool side seating limited in size and number of loungers.Conveniently located to shopping and travel to other parts of the island. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property, very clean, the set up was perfect for our group. Check in process was very easy and the property management company was very responsive. The hot tub and kiddie pool were out of commission for maintenance which was our only disappointment as we were looking forward to those amenities. Location is great and excellent value for your money.

The place was great for 6 adults and 4 children (ages 9-12). Nice open floor plan, all 3 full size baths had dual sinks which was great. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. They had 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 8 beach towels which was great. The property manager always responded very quickly and handled issues right away. The only issues we had was the ice maker seemed to work intermittently (property manager sent over ice right away) and one evening the water completely shut off but they handled it right away as well. The pool was open but there was construction so hot tubs were not available. Would have been nice to know about that. We did spend most of our time at the beaches so this was not a huge deal.

We had a great stay here. The AC worked great! In a great location. The only complaint I have was it was as a little dirty. I wiped the dining table down before we ate and my wipe was black after one wipe down.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Very spacious. It was stocked with all the things you need on vacation, no worries about having to go shopping for all those extras. Very clean and up to date. Beautiful views from f the golf course. The condo complex is close to Poipu, lots of shops and restaurants. Very close to beaches too. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend!

Very nice place. We appreciated the prompt communication returns from the owner. Also outstanding were the grounds, and opportunities for little ones to romp and have fun. Our grandson particularly enjoyed this private backyard. It was a nice treat. Also worthy of note are the three bed/bath combos and kitchen. The location is fantastic. We love Poipu. Unit was very clean and great location /close to poipu beach. Unit was as advertised and super easy check in. Unit was pretty warm at night with A/C set higher than we would’ve liked but we expect that in Hawaii where electric rates are high. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order (or under renovations) at the facility but we were at the beach most of the time so it didn’t interfere with anything. All in all a fun trip on our first visit to Kaua’i.

This place was perfect for our two families. The location was great. We felt central to all of our activities, close to all the great eating places and beaches. The host was super easy to work with and friendly. They had beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and dishes etc.

We stayed here March 5–10, 2026. The location was great, but we did run into an issue the first night with mouse droppings in the unit, including on the pullout bed and later under the kitchen sink.We contacted the property manager that night, and a cleaner was sent the next day. However, some concerns remained, and we adjusted our sleeping arrangements for the rest of the stay.The company did offer partial compensation, which we appreciated, though communication and follow-up could have been stronger.I would recommend confirming that the issue has been fully resolved before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property—the home itself is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a great layout that makes it easy to relax and enjoy the space. It has a lot of charm and potential, and we appreciated the overall setting and comfort.That said, there were a couple of issues during our visit that are worth noting. The stove and oven were not working when we arrived, and it turned out the circuit breaker had been turned off. While the host did provide some alternatives and later offered compensation, it did affect our ability to fully enjoy the kitchen as planned.We also noticed several roach traps placed around the home, and we did see a couple of roaches during our stay. Addressing this would go a long way toward enhancing an already beautiful property.Overall, this is a wonderful place with a lot to offer, and with a few improvements, it could easily be an exceptional experience. We’d happily consider staying again if these items are addressed.

Bummed the hot tub and pool was under construction. Found that the Pool pictures online are over enhanced for what it really is. Isn’t a large pool area with limited seating and why I gave the photos of property a four star rating. Everything else was great!!
