It is very hard to say enough about this wonderful place on Kauai near Poipu. The owners Michelle and David were kind, responsive, communicative, and remarkably thoughtful. Everything was impeccably clean, peaceful, classy/comfortable, so many essential things provided that other owners don’t.

We enjoyed our family stay at Pili Mai 5C. Location was great with very short drives to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Condo was as advertised, clean, had everything we needed. Being that our trip was in January, the temperatures are a bit cooler and the pool is not heated, so we didn't use the pool as much as we had anticipated. Overall a minor issue and wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

Sparkling clean! It is a beautifully decorated property with abundant supplies for the condo, as well as the beach, to get you started on your vacation! The walk to the beach was less than a mile. We rode the bikes to the shops down the street. We enjoyed the spacious pool and hot tub. It was lovely for our family of teenagers!

We had a wonderful time staying here with 4 adult couples. The common area gave us enough room to spread out and the kitchen was great for making meals. The bedrooms were reflect as they could combine the twin beds to make them queens/kings. We had a great time exploring the area and get like we were in the perfect location for shops, beaches and the pool - everything was walkable. I definitely recommend this place for a vacation!! This condo was perfect for our vacation! Our family of 4 (myself, husband, and two teen sons) as well as my parents and close family friends had a fabulous time. The condo was equipped with everything we needed (coffee pot, toaster, blender, washer and dryer, etc) and was so clean and beautiful! Loved walking to Eden Coffee and Living Foods each morning. Communication was timely from initial reservation through checkout. Facility is kept up and very close to Poipu beach. Not a big deal but some units require assigned spaces away from the unit. However each unit has a garage which you can use. Highly recommended and good value.

Excellent location on south shore of Kauai. We have stayed multiple times in the Pili Mai complex and love it. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Ample space for family with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Our teens loved the extra space and pool area. Beautiful Mountain view from lanai. Rental agency is very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

When we arrived after dark we had difficulty finding the unit. There were instructions to find the garage but none to find the unit which was in the cup-de-sac and up some dark stairs. The light above the door was out which made it very difficult to enter the numbers in the key code.
Since we were tired travelers, this was not a pleasant experience. Once in the unit, it was lovely and well appointed.

The property was perfect. The location is central to shopping and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The condo was just the perfect size for our family. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be able to have meals. The pool facility is fantastic and right next door. The only detriment is the parking since there is limited visitor spots, but still totally manageable.

This is our first time at Pili Mai, and we loved it here. We have visited Poipu many times and hope to return to this unit. It was comfortable, quiet, light-filled, and had beautiful views of the golf course and beyond with a peekaboo view of the ocean. We admired the intelligent architectural design, and we were surprised how private it felt, even though this is a large development. We slept great, enjoyed the kitchen and dining area and were able to relax deeply between excursions. We kept the unit comfortable without needing the air conditioning by utilizing cross breezes. The swimming pool is close and nicely laid out. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Kiahuna beach. Several nice restaurants are even closer. There is convenient grocery shopping in Koloa.
The Lanai was smaller than expected and not as private as we had hoped.

Eight family members ages 10-72 spent 9 days at the amazing Pili Mai 14L near Poipu/Koloa. Outstanding unit, very well furnished, easy to find and close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The beach chairs and boogy boards for the beach were much appreciated, and the pool was just a short walk away.
Owners have provided everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels - and of course the washer and dryer were a great benefit, too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach equipment and 3 hiking poles were MUCH appreciated. There were a number of attentive extras that contributed to the comfort of our stay. Luggage racks were readily available. A filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator came in handy. Amenities like coffee, coffee filters, sugar, and condiments were very helpful.
A walk to the beach would be a trek. We would drive, as there were not sidewalks all along the route.
Stores in Poipu are expensive with limited selection. Definitely stop at the Safeway in Lihue for grocery shopping. Our Suburban-sized car seemed too big for the garage, so the extra parking space was very helpful.
Overall, the unit was very clean, without ants. We would stay there again when we return to Kauai. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. Thank you, Charles and Connie.

Overall a great stay, great place, good location, close to the pool, plenty of room for 6 of us. But the bed in the master bedroom was much too firm and a bit lumpy. I started sleeping on the couch. Pillows were also lumpy and flat. Unfortunately the poor quality sleep impacted my vacation. The guest bedroom beds were ok, no complaints from those guests.
Kitchen pots, pans and knives were in rough shape, but no worse than other places we’ve stayed.

Came with my family of 6. Never had a condo more well stocked than this one. Super awesome. Great location close to everything. Loved we could walk to a taco and shopping area. Pool is across the way and is super nice. The views are amazing. The owner also let us have a super late check out which totally made our last day on this amazing island a super plus. We hope to return from Chicago again and would come back to this condo in a heartbeat

What a wonderful stay in Poipu! Very centrally located, everything was very clean, amenities were amazing. Our family of 5 and grandparents and aunt fit comfortably. Beautiful complex right by the golf course and minutes from all the beaches. Beach toys, towels, ice chest all provided. Morning breakfast on the lanai overlooking the ocean. Truly a wonderful stay! We will be back!

This is a wonderful vacation condo that is managed by a terrible corporate vacation host. They informed us that the fridge was not working when we arrived, but I had to spend hours on the phone with people who had no authority, said they would call back and then did not, and generally had to play a lot of phone tag with a soulless corporation instead of dealing with a reasonable host.
Avoid unless you like being on hold with support during your vacation.
