The condo was great. Everything was clean. Well appointed. Management was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend! Only word of caution is that if you are flying out in the evening, check out is early and there are no options for luggage storage, or guest passes to use the pool and facilities after 10am checkout. We ended up haulling all our luggage around with 7 adults, in one car, until we could check in our luggage for our flight. This is no fault of the owners, just something we didn’t think about ahead of time.

Our stay at the Poipu condo was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean, comfortable (central AC), and well-appointed everything was. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the stunning Poipu beaches and nearby attractions. We especially loved the golf course views from the lanai. Positives: This is a nice, open floor plan. Perfect for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Everyone had their own bathrooms which was a plus. Kitchen was well stocked and large with lots of cabinet space and a huge island. Lanai was really nice. Did appreciate the toilet paper, bathroom spray, lots of towels (bathing and for beach as well as beach chairs etc.) BBQ's were nice to have and close to the condo. Really liked that it had a washer and dryer as well as AC. Downsides...not super close to the beach so had to drive. Lots of dust on the fans as well as the tv's and windowsills so we had to get those wiped down and cleaned off (or else tons of black dust gets on the white comforter which we unfortunately found out). Sofa in main room could use a replacement. It is pretty worn and sinks when you sit down on it. One of the rooms was missing a remote for the tv which was unfortunate so no tv access in that room. Parking spot is very hard to get into if you have a larger vehicle. People staying at the condo upstairs were loud throughout the night (even though we thought there were quiet hours) and left beer cans near our front door. Pool is nice but very lots and lots of people use it. Workout area is nice and appeared clean.

This beautiful condominium worked well for our family of was spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located for activities along the eastern and southern shores of Kauai. In addition to great beaches within walking and/or 5 min. drive, there is also a very nice pool, hot tub and work out area for all Pili Mai guests. Our only wishes were that the cockroach population was better controlled prior to our stay and that we had access to instructions for the AC. It was set for a good day time temperature but it was quite cool at night in the bedrooms. The oven did not work but there was an airfryer, a working stove top, a microwave, and a shared BBQ near-by so it wasn't a problem. The lanai was our favorite place in the early morning for drinking coffee and listening to the roosters and cows start the day. The beds were really comfortable and it was easy to get a great nights sleep.

My family (5 of us including my husband and our teen/adult kids) stayed here for a few days in the middle of our 2 week Hawaiian vacation. Check in was easy. The property is clean and spacious. The pool is clean and wasn’t crowded. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, snorkel sets, flippers and a beach umbrella. The condo was stocked with beach towels and plenty of towels for showering. Also, if you don’t feel like dealing with liquids in TSA, the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was laundry detergent, dish soap, a new sponge, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper and hand soap, as well. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything you need! We also enjoyed the gift basket at check in. The outdoor dining area was a nice spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and to be entertained by the local chickens. The beach is about a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away - go check out the turtles in the morning! Great snorkeling but be sure to wear flippers or water shoes. There’s also a shopping center at the end of the road with a couple of good dinner options. Take a 10 minute drive to Java Kai in another nice outdoor shopping area. This was a great home base for our Kauai leg of the trip about halfway between the west coast and airport. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

This place was just what our family needed. Space to spread out in a great location near all of the attractions off Poipu. Having enough beds for 6 people was the main clincher for our booking. Management was great and quick to respond to any question. The property was clean and well maintained. The only reason we docked it a star was parking and AC. We were given access to a garage for parking but since we had a full size SUV we couldn’t fit the car into it which left us needing to park in a visitor spot which were often full and left us circling the neighborhood for awhile. The other is was the AC. This is a two story condo that has its bottom floor on the second level of the building. So the upstairs can get warm & the AC wasn’t cooling it the first night. However once we started closing a vent in the downstairs living room everything cooled off much better. Again, this was a great place to stay with the simplest check-out procedures I’ve ever had in a VRBO. (Just take out the trash). Would choose to stay here again.

This condo was so centrally located in a very nice community. Sidewalks, amenities were great like pool and hot tub. My grandsons lived the gym. Beautiful vegetation. The actual condo was beyond expectations! Large rooms 3BR and 3 Baths kept everyone comfortable! The kitchen was fully supplied with anything we needed! Loved have coffee on the lanai each morning. Washer/dryer was very nice to have. Chairs and other beach supplies were provided. I will recommend this place e to anyone who goes to Kauai! So very please with proximity to shopping, food, coffee and the beach!

We lived our stay at Pili Mai, we have stayed in this location twice now and love it! It is near restaurants, markets, poipu and shipwreck beaches. The beds are super comfortable, big closets, nice bathrooms, kitchen was very well stocked, we made most of our meals at the condo. Was nice to have a washer and dryer. There were beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board and even some sand toys in the garage for guests.

Our family of four had the most amazing experience in Kauai, and this house was our perfect launching pad. The home is exactly as pictured. It is clean, spacious, and offers beautiful views of the golf course, mountains, and even a peek at the ocean beyond. We spent a ton of time on the large patio enjoying our morning coffee - and also time indoors where we appreciated the air conditioning.The location is excellent as well - a 15-minute walk to Kiahuna Beach or a quick 5-minute drive to lovely Poipu where you can watch sea turtles swim onto shore. There are tons of fabulous dining options nearby (quick bites or sit-down meals), great shopping (the island's only Lululemon!), plus we were close to all of the fun adventures we chose - snorkel tour, zip line, and 4x4 tour were all withing a 30-minute drive.Speaking of adventures, I also appreciated the concierge who reached out on behalf of the vacation rental and helped guide us to a snorkel tour our family absolutely loved. And finally, for me, it's often the little things that matter most, and I appreciated that the house is nicely appointed, with quality beds, linens, soaps, and even tissues. We would have loved some simple condiments or sugar packets, but honestly the kitchen is very well-appointed (blender, knives, plenty of cutting boards, pizza cutter, etc.), so zero complaints.

We vacationed with our Daughter, Son-in-law, and our two Grandchildren in June. The location of this Condo was perfect, close to the pool so the kids could enjoy their swim in a matter of minutes. The Lanai was perfect for enjoying the sunrise every morning. The kitchen was stocked with spices, and all the appliances needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were much appreciated. Communication with the owners was great, they provided info on attractions and restaurants prior to us going so we could book our tours and reservations ahead. We'll be back!

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this unit. The kitchen was very well equipped. The garage had lots of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and a cooler. Past complaints about the temperature being too warm in the living area are somewhat warranted. The thermostat is limited to 73 degrees max cooling to avoid a frosted A/C units. However, we found the temperature to be tolerable with the ceiling fans. They also had portable A/C units in the garage which could be easily used in the living area. The only complaints we had are that the couch is totally worn out and needs to be replaced (it’s not dirty but the cushions are shot). The other issue is minor, the upstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Location was only 3 minutes from Poipu beach and even closer to shops and restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness and size of the home as well. Lots of room for the family. Being right across from the pool was great as well. The only thing to be improved was communication with the management. While it was easy to text them they didn’t answer all our questions or do things they had said they would. Definitely not a deal breaker and we would for sure stay against. Good location. Close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Kitchen lacked utensils, full Tupperware sets and baking sheets. Size of unit was great. The washing machine smelled musty and was filthy. We couldn’t use it until cleaning tablets were provided and cleaned by us. The unit itself could’ve been cleaner and no cleaning supplies are available. This would be helpful for people staying for long periods of time. Beach equipment was adequate but lacked an umbrella which would’ve been nice for elderly guests. Parking space was too small for our vehicle so we were stuck searching for visitor parking which was an issue as one traveler was disabled. The ac was an issue as you cannot turn it below 74! The one bedroom was hot all the time and very uncomfortable. There are fans in each room but they were dirty. Gardening begins at 7 am on some days which is not ideal. The property itself is beautiful. Pool was nice and not crowded. For how much this costs, we were disappointed.
