We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Beautiful property, so close to beach and shops, yet such a quiet and peaceful location. And wonderful amenities like hot tub and workout room so close to the unit, and the unit itself was wonderful! Comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of space for our party of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed including extra things like spices for grilling and plasticware for leftovers. We loved all the Tommy Bahama chairs- there are 8!! And boogie boards, surf boards-wonderful to have all those items to use and not have to rent them for the week. And the host was wonderful to work with, when there was a small issue that arose with the property it was taken care of quickly and kindly. Highly recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay in Kauai for our family!

Aloha! This property was everything we could have hoped it would be. It was very clean and modern with all the amenities you could ask for. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. I would not hesitate for a moment to stay here again. Mahalo.

The unit was ideal for our family (6 adults and a 2 year old). The location is excellent. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were helpful and responsive. Would definably use it next time our family goes to Kauai.

Three generations from California and Thailand met here for a family vacation. Ages ranged from 5 to 78 and with the gym and pool so close we were able to have activity within steps but also go out from here on day trips. With our large group of 10 we appreciated that there was enough seating in the common area and the eating area. Communication with Bryant and Jane was excellent and accomodating and we loved the art work which beckoned us to explore this beautiful island. We would love to stay here again.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If you are planning a trip to Kauai, this is the place to stay. The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect. Beach toys, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc are all in excellent condition. Pool toys, children's life jacket, pool towels are also provided. A quick stop at COSTCO for refrigerated food and we were good to go. Plenty of spices, excellent cookware, dishes, utinsels, glassware, etc! We appreciate the very quick responses from the owners when we needed to contact them with a question. Staying at the condo really made our trip (to paradise) perfect!!!

Wonderful property, no issues. Extremely well-equipped, it was great not needing to run to the store to get trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. Chickens visited throughout the day. Close to pool, close to restaurants, close to beach. Clean and updated, everything worked as expected. Really nothing more that we could have asked for. Would definitely recommend.

This property was just as described in the review and pictures. Very clean, had everything we needed and the two parking spots were great. Loved having all the beach supplies and the washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Close to the pool and hot tub and a short drive to a couple of great beaches!!

Great location! Nice amenities and well equipped condominium. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condominium’s floor plan was perfect for our family of three adult couples! The kitchen was nicely stocked with more than just basic condiments, and good quality cookware and utensils. Supplies were adequate and everything was very convenient!

We truly enjoyed our stay on Kauai! Our accommodations were everything as described on VRBO. The location was great, close to beaches as described. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool after being at the beach all day. We spent every early morning on the lanai having coffee and breakfast. The interior was tastefully done and there were many spices etc to use. The hosts communicated with us extremely well. We won’t hesitate to return!

The condo was amazing as well as all of the amenities. We've never stayed in a VRBO condo that was so stocked. Plenty of pots, pans, silverware and dishes! We all had a fabulous time and I'm sure we'll be back.

It was a pleasure staying in the condo, we felt like we were at home. The washer and drier was very new and nice, and the kitchen was amazing.....not to mention the HUGE TV that the kids loved almost as much as the local chickens in the backyard. The owners were attentive to our needs and they were kind enough to share their ocean toys with us. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time with this property as home base. The condo was comfortable, well equipped and the air conditioning worked great. The pool and hot tub were perfect after long days of exploring. Beds are comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was convenient. Hot water didn’t last long enough for all to shower so we had to stagger that a bit and make ‘em quick.
We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Wow! Not only did the owners have everything you could ever need, they were outstanding in communication and thoughtfulness. Now for the fun part! The pet Roosters for one! I never really heard them in the morning but the moment you walk out onto the patio, they came running to come visit. The property overall is absolutely perfect! Everyone around the community pool were always so nice and respectful of others around them. We were able to walk down to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants which made it great for anyone wanting to venture on their own. The condo was perfectly separated in regards to the bedrooms and it showed a pride of ownership. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Jane & Bryant!

Our family of 10 spent a week here and were so impressed with how well supplied the condo was! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including any spice you could possibly need, good quality pots and pans and appliances, lots of beach towels and beach items, and the largest TV we've ever seen. The condo is convenient for all the sightseeing, beaches, restaurants and shopping in the Poipu area. Don't miss the turtles coming ashore at dusk on Poipu Beach! The pool and pool area are wonderful, which I appreciated because the water on the beaches can be rough. Take some time to drive around the island to appreciate the beauty, especially the north shore. The owners of the property were very easy to contact and provided a lot of good information about the area. I would recommend this unit for 8 people, rather than 10 though. We were a bit cozy but that didn't impact how pleased we were with our stay!

Upon arrival the outside is beautiful, clean and pleasant. The inside has all the necessary house hold items that make for a comfortable stay. The neighbors are friendly and the swimming pool is such a perk.

We had an excellent experience while staying at this house. From booking through to our departure, everything went super smooth. Jane was always responsive to our questions and provided us with detailed information on the house. The location was great and close to the water.
Upon entering the property you could tell it was well taken care of and in perfect shape. We spent time on the outside patio which was nice in the morning for coffee or afternoon with a glass of wine. All bedrooms and bathrooms were in excellent condition, and the living room was quite comfortable.
I would not hesitate to reserve this home and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit. Thank you for such a nice home!

We got everything we wanted out of this great condo owned by Bryant and Jane. The kitchen was loaded with all of the appliances and tools we needed for our meals. The garage had plenty of equipment for our beach outings. The pool was a big feature for the kids. Overall, the property is well managed and everything was in great condition. We appreciated Jane and Bryant's availability to answer questions at the beginning of our stay, and helping to iron out parking and other issues about the house. We got settled in easily, and appreciated the comfortable furniture for relaxing on the lanai and in the living room, along with the modern kitchen. Everything was easy for us to access from the condo, a short drive to most places we needed or wanted to visit. Our trip was fabulous, and having a great place to stay was a big reason why. Bryant and Jane were exceptional and the condo was perfect! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 children. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place and would also stay here again. The pool being right next door was a plus for the kids. Also the garage was well stocked with beach and pool gear.

Hosts were very accommodating and we loved their tips in their guide book. The great amenities like the pool and garage space, were amazing and spacious, clean rooms plus a gorgeous kitchen with all the things you would need if you wish to cook! The location of the home was beautiful and the rooms were just as pictured. Only a few mins to the beach and lots of restaurants close by too. We enjoyed our stay immensely and when we come back to Kauai, we would love to stay here again!
