This is a great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with extra space in loft for 3rd bedroom area for stay in the south side of island. Close to Poipu beach area and easy driving to other island activities. Decent amount of kitchen supplies and had cooler, chairs, umbrella, caddy, boogie boards and beach towels so you don’t have to bring your own. Only dislike was not a lot of living room seating and the deck is small - Not large for gathering on but other than that great place to stay.

Perfect amount of room and not far from the beach at all. It was great to have beach chairs and the wagon! The umbrella is not working just FYI and there were a couple dirty dishes put away with the clean ones but not a huge deal.

The proximity to the Poipu beach, Waimea Town & Canyon, and Lihue was excellent. It made it easy to get back & forth. Lots of restaurants nearby. The condo amenities were awesome! The pool was great.

The unit was great! I feel that for the price we're paying, the check in and check out times should be modified. Also if we have a big vehicle, we cannot park in the garage so we had to find guest parking, Also you may want to consider more lighting around the parking and unit area, it is extremely dark and hazardous

This property is located near Hole 9 of Kiahuna Golf course in Koloa. We enjoyed playing on the course which was steps away from our unit. There are several Po'ipu beaches within minutes of the rental. The lanai provided an incredible view of sunsets and a peekaboo view of the ocean. We spent all of our evenings there! The interior had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, lounging, and sleeping. The master was very comfortable and we appreciated the huge master bath as well as another restroom downstairs. The only thing that should be mentioned is the rental is located up 16 stairs and then there are two more sets of stairs to the master and loft. As long as you are able to take the stairs, you are in luck with this amazingly, updated and beautiful rental. We highly recommend this unit for up to 6 people.

This property is located near Hole 9 of Kiahuna Golf course in Koloa. We enjoyed playing on the course which was steps away from our unit. Condo does have a single garage space. Very tight if you have a large SUV. Difficult to access if there are vehicles parked in the outside spaces across from the garage space. Complex has a nice pool and wading pool for young children.

This condo is located in a very nice location and the area was quiet and isolated from busy traffic. Quick access to the beach and main roads. The rental property management was timely with directions and check in was very simple. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property inside and out and the amenities provided were more than satisfactory for our stay at Kauai. Its a quick walk to the "Little Fish"(coffee, acai bowls), which I would definitely recommend. Would stay here again!!

Property and location was great. Only complaint is carpet and rugs are very stained and dirty. I would suggest doing flooring that is in kitchen throughout unit. Also kitchen table could use restaining because it looks dirty. Everything else was nice.

After a week in a cramped hotel room in Honolulu, we were able to stretch out and relax in the unit. It had the comforts of home away from home and the area was quiet with an amazing view. Close enough to the beach and shopping/food. Owners/management company were very accommodating and responsive to potential travel delays especially considering the holiday weekend. Highly recommend and wish we could have stayed a little longer!

Felt really good. Just like being home.Two It was like being home.2 minor issues. 1- The sliding screen door was not working. I reset it back on it's track. 2- The shower downstairs drain needs cleaning. It drains but there is 2 to 3 inches of water on your feet as you shower.I was still very happy with the property.

Nice for the four of us. We have stayed in this complex before. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Plenty of amenities available such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. We had a caravan so the one car garage was a bit tight, also the lanai was a bit small. Overall a very positive experience.

We stayed here since it was walking distance to the starting line of the Kaua’i Half Marathon. The unit was quite spacious and had everything we needed. There was a slight hiccup with the AC working but we managed by switching out the batteries in the control panel. I was able to text the unit manager and communicate all our questions; their responsiveness was greatly appreciated. There was quite a bit of mold in the master shower that needs some attention. Overall, a great stay and I would consider visiting again.

There may not be a more beautiful location on earth than Princeville. This property is situated in a gorgeous area, with views of the sea, and incredible ocean breezes. The actual condo could use some updates. Because it’s so humid, fixtures are rusted, the furniture and carpet are well past their prime, and grout between the tiles on the lanai is starting to crack and pop. We would stay there again for a low key week, but only for 20% less than we paid given the state of the condo.

We were very happy with Pili Mai #11g. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The condo was in a great location near shops, restaurants, and beaches. Close to the pool which we loved swimming in. Make sure you look for all the little signs posted on the walls, kitchen cabinets, etc. for helpful information. Garage is a tight fit for a full-size car and a bit hard to get in and out when cars are parked outside the garage. Bring earplugs because chickens are everywhere in Kauai. The management team were the best. Easy to contact, and even had a little welcome basket upon arrival. They went above and beyond to meet us with a few things we had left behind. Highly recommend them! We look forward to returning here.

This is a nice little get away, 1:2 mile from the beach. It’s an upstairs unit with a one car detached garage but no assigned parking space . The kitchen sink was missing the counter weight for faucet nozzle and we found that the cold water valve was not turned on so we addressed that ourselves. Other than that, the unit was clean and comfortable.

My hubby has bad knees and this was up/down long flight of stairs, I didn't see that mentioned in description. A tiny garage is where we were supposed to park our mini van, but if the neighbor was in their spot across from garage, there isn't enough room to get our van into the garage...so we had to hope for one of the guest spots to be available.

The location of the property, while not ocean front, is close to beaches and good restaurants. The apartment itself is wonderful. It is bright, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is amazing to cook in, the beds are comfortable, and the owners of the condo were thoughtful in what is provided for their guests. We had a fabulous time here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pali Mai 11G. Well furnished and equipped with towels, beach gear, beds are comfortable. The loft room with beds come in handy. The balcony is small and the chairs aren’t comfortable.

The location and unit are beautiful! Comes fully equipped with beach gear which was a plus! Just be prepared they are very strict on check in and check out times. But even so- would definitely stay there again.

Property was very nice and as advertised. Communication was excellent. The pool however was smaller than pictured. It was also dangerous. The tile is really slick, causing me to slip and fall. The maintenance personnel who saw me shortly after I fell, said They have told management about multiple times because it keeps happening, but management hasn't done anything about it. I think your company should address this. Fortunately, I didn't break anything, but hurt my shoulder and sustained bruises etc.
